Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Tips for Travelers Using Singapore Cruise Centre: Arrival, Check-In, and Boarding Process
Arrival: give yourself enough time.
Arriving at the Singapore Cruise Centre with plenty of time to spare is crucial. To ensure a smooth check-in process, it’s recommended that you arrive at least two hours before your scheduled departure time. This will give you ample time to navigate through any potential traffic or transportation delays and avoid long queues that can cause unnecessary stress.
Check-In Online Beforehand
One way to save time and reduce contact with others during the boarding period is to check-in online beforehand. By doing this, you’ll be able to skip some of the lines and go straight through security when you arrive at the Singapore Cruise Centre. You’ll also have more time to explore the terminal’s shops and restaurants or relax in one of its lounges.
Boarding Process: Be Aware of Your Assigned Time
Boarding times are assigned based on group size and bubble rating, so be sure to check your assigned time and arrive promptly. Passengers are typically grouped into different “bubbles” based on their COVID-19 vaccination status or other health-related factors. Depending on where you fall within these categories, your boarding time may differ from other passengers.
Be Prepared with Necessary Documents
Before checking in at the Singapore Cruise Centre, make sure you have all necessary documents ready, including passports, visas (if applicable), and cruise tickets. Having these items readily available will help speed up the check-in process and ensure a smoother experience for everyone involved.
Services Available at Singapore Cruise Centre: Baggage Storage, Wi-Fi, and More

This service is especially helpful for passengers who arrive at the port early but cannot board their ship yet or those who have some time before their flight after disembarking from their cruise.
The baggage storage area at SCC is secure and monitored by CCTV cameras, ensuring that passengers’ belongings are safe while they explore HarbourFront’s amenities. This service allows passengers to enjoy their time without worrying about carrying heavy bags around with them. When they are ready to retrieve their luggage, they can do so quickly and easily.

Berths Facilities: Ensuring Smooth Operations
SCC has two berths that can accommodate up to two ships simultaneously. These berths are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and services designed to ensure smooth operations for both ships and passengers.
For example, each berth has a gangway system that connects directly from the ship’s door to the terminal building, making it easier for passengers with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage. There is a dedicated immigration counter in each berth area that speeds up the clearance process for arriving or departing passengers.
Location: Easy Access from Anywhere

But public transport in Singapore is always very easy, and I didn't miss being near Orchard Road or Marina Bay. Breakfast was very good. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worst! A decent variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean. If you travel in Singapore much, you find out that older hotels, even 4-star ones, tend to have a little mold in the bathrooms. Since this was a brand-new hotel, the bathroom was absolutely immaculate! The pool was nice. The restaurants beneath the hotel were very good. I especially enjoyed Carpenter and Cook.
There are many fragrance hotel in Singapore! I booked Fragrance Hotel - Waterfront, there is no breakfast but there are many restaurants nearby. Clean but small room, no view. Wifi OK. Toilet and shower OK but very small. Worth for money if you stay only couple of days.

The service and check in was effortless and friendly. Everything was ready upon arrival. Got my keys in 5 minutes. The bed is comfortable and room is reasonable clean. Property is indeed older and bath tab seems to be patched with gum substance. I especially appreciate it's a family run hotel that doesn't encourage or allow red light activities. It makes the place cleaner and comfortable. It's a good family hotel and useful for solo travelers looking for accommodation near NUS. Walking distance to NUS Biz. The breakfast was very basic. I don't know what others mentioned about the service or staff. I found the staff and service provided to be very friendly, prompt, and helpful. I think perhaps it's how you first approach and treat them? Remember respect begets respect; if you want friendly service, make sure you are friendly and considerate. The air con in my initial room wasn't cold even after the first 2 hours though but switched room which had a fan and was a little better. Would stay here again if I was visiting NUS and needed accommodation near by. Especially like being able to walk to NUS and take the internal bus shuttle. Also like the convenience of breakfast despite being very basic. Overall, it's a good 2 star hotel. Much better than my experience when I booked at the 3 Star Venue Hotel in Joo Chait. (Didn't know it was a red light hotel with thin wall which could hear all the sounds of the neighbors through the night.) Thankful that Pasir Panjang Inn was very different. The room is very quiet at night for a good rest. Some renovation could help the Inn. The only other gripe I have about the place is that the hallway and my initial room 303, had a strong smoke smell.

After getting of the Green Line MRT from Changi Airport at Vivocity, I took a bus from the most happening mall in Singapore to the hotel which took about 15 mins. Strategically located next to a bus stand, it is also very convenient to get to the Clementi mall from here. The staff at the hotel were friendly and most helpful, providing me with assistance during my 2-day stay in Singapore. Compared to most hotels in downtown Singapore, the hotel rates were very reasonable. I would definately recommend it to anyone on a budget trip to Singapore. 2 thumbs up Santa Grand !!
