Double walled stainless steel tumbler, with a vacuum between its inner and outer walls, prevents heat transfer. The foil layer covering the inner wall reflects heat back inside, also contributing to excellent heat and cold retention. Keeps drinks cold under 8℃/46℉, and hot above 65℃/149℉ for 6 hours.

Durable material

In addition to usability, material and texture support long-term use. Made of durable 18-8 stainless steel, the tumbler does not rust easily. The colored tumblers have a powder coat finish on the surface which prevents scratches.

Clean & fresh

High quality stainless steel helps to preserve the rich aroma and flavor of drinks. The smooth electro-polished interior prevents odors and stains, letting you maintain it clean and fresh.

The vacuum insulated tumbler has great heat and cold retention, and maintains the aroma and flavor of drinks for a long time. The cap feels smooth on the mouth as there are no screws, and is structurally designed to stop ice cubes and hot drinks from coming out vigorously so you can drink comfortably until the very last sip.

Capacity: 350ml/12oz | Materials: 18-8 Stainless steel, Polypropylene, Silicone | BPA Free | Made in China Keep drinks hot (65°C/149°F) for 6 hours. Keep drinks cold (8°C/46°F) for 6 hours. For maximum insulation efficiency, preheat or precool the tumbler prior to use by filling in a bit of hot/cold water for 1-2 mins. This is a tumbler for beverage. Do not use in a microwave, oven, or dishwasher. Do not place near open flames. Do not put in boiling water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drop or subject the product to strong impact as it may cause breakage or leakage. Do not put dry ice or carbonated beverage as it may expand and cause breakage. Be careful not to pour too much beverage as it may overflow when closing. Close the lid and cap tightly to prevent spills or leakage when carrying. Attach the silicone rings correctly. Please check that the lid is attached horizontally when you close it. To close the lid securely, turn it counter-clockwise until you feel a click, then turn it clockwise. Please flip and rotate the product to check that there is no leakage after closing the lid. Keep the product upright to prevent accidental spills or leakage. Ensure the cap is tightly closed when opening the lid. Be careful when drinking hot beverage. Even if the tumbler surface is cool, the drink may still be hot. Do not leave the product under high temperature such as in a car. Do not leave the product with beverage inside for long time as it may spoil or cause rust on tumbler. Immediately wash and dry well after use, then store it away from other metals to prevent rust. Do not leave it soaked as it may rust or break. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Do not use chlorine bleach as it may cause rust. When rust spots are found inside the tumbler, add warm water and citric acid in ratio of 10:1, wash with soft sponge after leaving it for 2-3 hours, and rinse well.

Alternative Brewing cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Alternative Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Authority to Leave Terms and Conditions 

By ticking the Authority to Leave box at the checkout page on the website when placing an order, Alternative Brewing’s agent/delivery partner will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

By providing Authority to Leave you agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at your premises.

Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.

If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.

Freight Protection  

We strive to ensure that your delivery arrives safely to you, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen outside of our control.  

By selecting Alternative Brewing's Freight Protection you will receive a priority customer support and priority replacement of your product if it arrives damaged. You will be able to add this option to your order in checkout. 

What does Freight Protection offer?

1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.

2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.

Making a Freight Protection Claim

• To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product. 
• All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
• Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.
