Love Andorra travel - have used them for 4 years now and have always had fabulous service. Great prices but it is the service that keeps me coming back. Last minute changes are no issue - special thanks to Jackie who is so helpful. Looking forward to next time already

Professional and friendly

I have used Andorra Travel Services over the last few years. I book most of my trip myself, however, they help me book coaches and my ski passes. They are always very friendly, quick to respond when you have a question, explain everything so that it’s easy to understand and will also help to change any arrangements when needed even at short notice. 10/10 every time

This company was ok regarding price…

This company was ok regarding price with our transfers from Barcelona however they took the long way round to Andorra to save the toll charges on the motorway This added two and a half hours to our journey which was now 4.5 hours long with no stopping if you needed a bathroom break And it also messed our planned evening up as we got to Andorra very late. We had to pay an additional fee for them to use the motorway on the way back so as not to miss our flights and the driver wanted to take the money and use it as a tip and still not use the motorway. I would not use this company again

Helpful enough

Helpful enough, but cheaper to book elsewhere. Requested a price from them for a lift pass with lunch and it was £11 more than through the big chain operator we were booked through. Shame, they used to be the cheapest going.

• You are unable to leave your country or reach Andorra due to Covid-19 government travel restrictions
• The ski resort is closed due to Covid-19
• You have contracted Covid-19 more than 14 days before your trip and are unable to travel (medical certificate required)

Government advice against travel

• If travel advice from your country is issued/changed before you travel & advice against non-essential travel, we will Guarantee a full refund of your Accommodation, Ski Extras & Transfer services.
• No refund is due if Government advice changes during your stay.

Resort Closure

If the resort/hotel is forced to close, before your travel date we will Guarantee a full refund.

If the resort closes part way through your stay, we will issue a proportional refund.

Accommodation Bookings

Free Cancellation/Full Refund up to 30 days before your arrival date. For any reason – No questions asked.

If you receive a positive Covid19 test result up to 14 days before your travel date, you can claim a full refund. (Subject to proof)

You can cancel your Airport Transfer booking for free up to 2 days before the travel date and we will issue a full refund.

Group Bookings | A group booking is 5+ rooms. Group bookings have different cancellation conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.  

Discounts  

We offer discounts when you book accommodation and ski extras together. Cancellation of a part of your holiday can result in price increases on the remainder of your holiday.

Grandvalira & Vallnord Pal, Arinsal Pal will be closing slopes today 13:03:2020 for the remainder of the season.

If you have booked to travel or have services booked with Andorra Travel Service, we’ll be in contact with you shortly.

We’ll start with those due to depart & arrive soonest and ask for your patience at this time, thank you.

If you are returning this weekend, shuttle transfers and private transfers are operating on the normal schedule.

The Andorran ski resorts communicates that the ski resorts will close from 14th March in view of the need to increase precaution and avoid as maximum the risk of contagion of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

The ski resorts make the decision as a measure of responsibility to finalise the season with the wish to return to normality on the best delays. The health of our clients, workers and the general population is above all other circumstances.

We would like to thank you very much all the clients that have been sharing the season with us and we hope to welcome them again soon.

and judging by customer feedback we get it right most of the time.

The prices are charged in the following age groups

• Adult – 26 years and over
• Youth – between 12 and 25 years old – 10% discount
• Child – between 4 and 11 years old – 50% discount
• Infant – Under 3 go FREE!

Many of our stops are listed by Hotel name – If you cannot find your accommodation name or stop listed, please select the nearest Hotel or stop you are going to – if you are not sure just contact us with your accommodation name and we will confirm the nearest point for you.

Please also make a note of the Accommodation name and Resort during the checkout process in the any other information boxes provided.

If you cannot find your accommodation name listed, please select the resort you are going to.

You can then update your accommodation name and flight times during checkout – private transfers where possible will be a door to door service. (Subject to weather & street access)

Your departure pick up time will be emailed to you – please also contact our office three or four days before departure to confirm the pick up time times if you have not received for any reason.

We would advise booking the next transfer time, If there’s a flight delay or any hold up with your luggage coming through you’d miss that transfer and you will need to re-book the next available transfers.

The best option would be to book the later/next bus time then if you do make it through early, make your way to the bus stop show the driver your transfer vouchers for the next service, and if the driver has space on the coach you will be able to use that service.

This way if you miss the earlier bus you will still have seats on the next service.

No sorry – These are a timed service and run to the scheduled timetable and are not linked to any flight times.

As soon as you are aware of any flight delay please contact us to change your transfer arrangements.

Yes. This is a flight meet and greet service, please just let us know of any delay and we will also keep an eye on the arrivals board at the airports.

Please make your way to the Transfer Pick Up Point (15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time)

The pick up point information and directions are included with your Shared Transfer Vouchers – which can be printed from your account, after booking.

For Private Transfers – this will be a meet and greet service, the driver will have your name on a board in the arrivals hall of the airport.

→ Shared Transfers You can select a drop off point via our website. The coach driver will drop you off as near to your accommodation as possible, please note that due to some streets being particularly narrow or steep you may be dropped close by and potentially have to walk a short way.

→ Private Transfers The driver will drop you off as near to your accommodation as possible, please note that due to some streets being particularly narrow or steep and dependant on vehicle size you may be dropped close by and potentially have to walk a short way.

→ Pas de la Casa In Pas de la Casa, due to traffic regulations all shuttle transfers are dropped off and collected at the main bus stop in resort.

(Private Transfers  – Generally near to door as possible however also subject to size of vehicle & weather conditions) If the snow is particularly heavy this could affect the exact location you are dropped off or collected.

Shuttle transfers pick up point  is generally on the other side if the road to where you were dropped off.

If you are not sure please just give us a call or drop us an email and we can let you know, or ask the driver on the arrival transfer to point this out for you.

( Private Transfers – this will generally be outside your accommodation or where you were dropped off)

Yes all children, including infants, are allocated a seat for our transfers.

All of the coaches and vehicles we use for your transfers will be fitted with a seat belt or a lap seat belt.

You can cancel your Ski Extras booking for free, if cancelled more than 2 days before the start date, and we will issue a full refund.

YES – Andorra Travel Service and our partners Andbus have created flexible conditions in case you need to cancel or change your plans.

You can cancel your Airport Transfer booking for free, if cancelled more than 2 days before the travel date and we will issue a full refund.

Group Bookings 

Group Bookings | A group booking is 4+ rooms.

Group bookings have different cancellation conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.  

Discounts  

We offer discounts when you book accommodation and ski extras together. Cancellation of a part of your holiday can result in price increases on the remainder of your holiday.

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your booking, we must receive and acknowledge this in writing before 5pm (Andorra Time) to calculate any fees.  

If your accommodation booking starts within the next 21 days – Please contact us  within 24hrs of any Government Travel Restriction update that prevents you from reaching Andorra to claim your refund or change your booking. ( contact us within 10 days for any Transfer & ski extras only bookings)

We are unable to offer refunds if you are self isolating for any reason, or their are testing or vaccinated status requirements introduced at any time before or during your travel or stay.

Grandvalira & Vallnord Pal, Arinsal Pal will be closing slopes today 13:03:2020 for the remainder of the season.

If you have booked to travel or have services booked with Andorra Travel Service, we’ll be in contact with you shortly.

We’ll start with those due to depart & arrive soonest and ask for your patience at this time, thank you.

If you are returning this weekend, shuttle transfers and private transfers are operating on the normal schedule.

The Andorran ski resorts communicates that the ski resorts will close from 14th March in view of the need to increase precaution and avoid as maximum the risk of contagion of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

The ski resorts make the decision as a measure of responsibility to finalise the season with the wish to return to normality on the best delays. The health of our clients, workers and the general population is above all other circumstances.

We would like to thank you very much all the clients that have been sharing the season with us and we hope to welcome them again soon.
