During a recent trip aboard the Disney Dream, at the invitation of the Walt Disney Company, the MickeyBlog team found Disney Cruise Line merchandise. We found something for every age, from Disney-themed apparel and accessories to souvenirs and collectibles.

Let’s highlight a few items that caught out attention during our shopping experience on the Disney Dream.

Disney Cruise Line Apparel

We found plenty of t-shirts, dresses, and sweatshirts while shopping around. What better way to show off your style than with one of these nautical-themed items?

We love this dark blue tropical shirt. You can see red hibiscus flowers, Donald Duck, a Disney cruise ship, and Mickey Mouse in his captain’s uniform.

These grey “2023” t-shirts help put a timestamp on your vacation. They would be great for a group family photo!

This muted pink t-shirt has ruffled sleeves and features Mickey and Minnie in their captain outfits. The phrase “The ocean is calling and I must go” encircles the famous couple.

For polo-shirt aficionados, this green and navy shirt is sure to please. There is a “2023” emblem with Mickey Mouse. On the left sleeve is the Disney Cruise Line logo.

We love this cozy-looking “This year I’ll be at sea” sweatshirt.

This Disney Cruise Line “2023” sweater is simple-looking yet stylish for a minimalist look.

Looking for a shirt with the Fab 5? This red t-shirt features Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald all aboard the ship.

Little ones will look adorable in this blue and white striped Minnie Mouse t-shirt. The tie-back sleeves add a unique look to this shirt.

Disney Cruise Line Accessories

The ship had plenty of accessories to help complete your cruising vacation ensemble. We found hats, ears, backpacks, and more!

These light blue, pink, and gold purses are absolutely adorable. We love the roped handles – they really finish the look!

Complete your look with this pink and mint “2023” Disney Cruise Line hat.

Fans of the angry duck will love the sailor Donald Duck Loungefly mini backpack. He sports a blue bow, white cap, and a pesky crab keychain nearby.

Show off your vaca vibes with these Mickey and Minnie ears. The orange and blue gradient reminds us of a beachside sunset.

Disney Cruise Line Home Goods & Toys

Of course, you can take home plenty of mugs, tumblers, toys, and plushes to outfit your space!

These grey-blue gradient mugs feature a raised Disney Cruise Line logo with a Mickey Mouse emblem.

Of course, you can prepare to send your postcards from Castaway Cay or buy some nick-nack shelf-worthy figurines.

We adore this Disney Cruise Line plush. This is a great toy for young ones or even a small dog.

This red, blue, and white mug features Sorcerer Mickey commanding some enchanted brooms to create the Disney Dream logo.

Collectors of unique mugs will want to pick up this Disney Cruise Line tower, selling for $24.99.

We’re loving this colorful and vintage-looking “Sailing The Dream” tumbler. You can pick this up on your next trip for $24.99.

Disney Castaway Cay Merchandise Roundup From Our Disney Dream Cruise!

Check out this Disney Castaway Cay Merchandise Roundup of all the fun pieces we found during our Disney Dream cruise adventure! There are a ton of products to choose from like Spirit Jerseys, baseball caps, collectible pins and much more, take a look:

Related – Super Cute Disney Cruise Line Loungefly At Castaway Cay!

We found 4 different spirit jersey designs that are super adorable! The first one features mesh at the bottom making it perfect for a day at the beach or to wear during your cruise, it also features the Castaway Cay logo in gold across the back and icon on the front.

Other designs include an Orange Tie Dye Spirit Jersey, Mint Green Spirit Jersey and Blue Spirit Jersey with the Castaway Cay island, Mickey Mouse and a Disney Cruise ship.

You can also get regular t-shirts in short and long sleeve plus a zip up hoodie for those chilly nights aboard the cruise.

There’s also a collection so the whole family can match with an all over pattern of Mickey and Minnie surfing, the Disney Cruise Line ship, lighthouse, waves and more!

We also found a variety of baseball caps for both adults and kids to keep you safe from the sun. They all feature the Castaway Cay logo, with some of them also featuring Mickey or Minnie Mouse, so cute!

Take your favorite beverage with you everywhere you go with these travel tumblers! You can get a navy blue tumbler with an all over pattern of cruise icons and castaway cay logo or a silver one with “Isle Do It Tomorrow” text and an all over pattern of pink beach icons.

There’s also an orange clear water bottle with the Castaway Way directions sign in blue and a more classic clear Castaway Cay travel tumbler with a Mickey Mouse relaxing on a hammock artwork.

Cruise Into 2022 With New Disney Cruise Line Merchandise

Are you ready to set sail in the new year? Cruise into 2022 in style with new Disney Cruise Line merchandise, now available on board!

Michelle is currently on a Disney Cruise and celebrating Marvel Day at Sea. We are all more than a little jealous, but she has been sending us fabulous pictures of all the new merchandise! There is a brand new collection, dated for 2022, that is a must-have for any Disney cruise guest this year.

Front and center in this new collection is the 2022 Disney Cruise Line Hooded Pullover. I’m kicking off this collection with my favorite piece! I absolutely love the Caribbean blue color! Blue sleeves and hood match with the 2022 Disney Cruise Line logo, along with Captain Mickey looking extra dapper. Also, if you are interested, here you may  find Disney cruise line job opportunities . That way, you would always be there for all the new merch!

I have told myself “no more tumblers” but I am going to have to make an exception for this one! Caribbean blue wave decorate this tumbler, along with the 2022 DCL logo and Captain Mickey.

There is another hooded style for 2022, but this time we have a women’s zip-up style. To me, this style appears to be slightly cropped, but I will withhold judgement until I am able to try it on myself. Beautiful 2022 blue embroidery is featured along with the DCL logo.

For those looking for a short sleeve option, this Captain Mickey shirt is the perfect choice! It features a saluting Mickey, Disney Cruise Line logo, and a sequined 2022 design.

Finally, you can celebrate the New Year all year long with this Happy New Year 2022 Pin. It’s bursting with Disney Cruise Line style and a great addition to any collector’s set.

‘How Disney Built America’: Unpacking the Magic of Every Episode in History Docuseries

Once upon a time, Walt Disney was just a regular American struggling to succeed. He goes from little guy to big cheese (above, circa 1955) with the help of a mouse in How Disney Built America , six-part History Channel docuseries featuring original dramatic re-creations, expert interviews and archival material.

Here, we sketch out each hourlong episode ahead of the April 28 series premiere.

Episode 1: The Birth of Mickey (April 28)

In 1920s Hollywood, a young Walt loses creative control over his first successful cartoon character, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, to a powerful middleman. Walt and animator Ub Iwerks create Mickey Mouse and make the first synchronized sound animated short, Steamboat Willie . It’s a hit.

Episode 2: Animation Expansion (May 5)

At his studio, Walt still faces soaring costs, mounting criticism and tight deadlines. He pushes the limits of technology to create the first full-length animated feature with sound and color, 1937’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs , giving rise to the billion-dollar business of animated films.

Episode 3: building disneyland (may 12).

If you’ve ever spun around in the teacup ride, you’ve felt how dizzying it was for Walt to transform 160 acres in booming Southern California into “The Happiest Place on Earth.” See the excitement and challenges of devising the park, a 1940s dream that was made real, opening in 1955.

Episode 4: Merchandise Madness (May 19)

Beginning in the 1930s, Kay Kamen turned Disney characters into megastars by licensing their images for products. He created the famous watch with Mickey’s hands pointing out the time!

Episode 5: Walt Disney World and EPCOT (June 2)

In the ’60s, Walt tries his hand at urban planning to build a utopian “city of the future,” EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Community of Tomor row), but his untimely death in 1966 leaves Roy Disney to honor his brother’s dream. The plan evolves into Florida’s Walt Disney World.

Episode 6: Imagineering the Future (June 9)

A look at six Disney innovations including thrill rides, Audio-Animatronics (aka theme park robots), cruise ships and fireworks, and how they’ve helped change family fun.

A Preview of the Silver Anniversary at Sea Shimmering Seas Merchandise Collection

Part of Disney Cruise Line’s Silver Anniversary at Sea voyages will include commemorative merchandise. The 25th Anniversary voyages will be sailing this summer across the fleet and will include an all new, Shimmering Seas Collection of merchandise. The commemorative line of merchandise features a new signature color inspired by the magical glow of sunshine reflecting upon turquoise waters – light blue colorways and sparkling fabrics are featured throughout the collection.

According to Disney , the Shimmering Seas Collection will include an assortment of apparel, accessories, drinkware, keepsakes and more.

During the Silver Anniversary at Sea cruises, a new line of commemorative jewelry will debut including necklaces by Rebecca Hook, an elegant earring and bracelet set by Crislu, and a character-inspired set of Pandora charms. 

The Shimmering Seas Collection along with a “Silver Anniversary at Sea” ornament, trading pin and collectable ship replica should be available being with the first 25th anniversary sailings which start in May.

How long will the celebration last? We have a cruise Sept 9

It depends on which ship you are sailing as the Silver Anniversary at Sea cruises end on various dates in September 2023.
