The trip was absolutely amazing. We parasailed on the perfect day. It wasn't too sunny, there was a light breeze, and the ocean was calm. Captain Rob and Nick were so nice, fun, and helpful. They told us exactly everything that we needed to do and had us laughing and enjoying ourselves the whole time. I would definitely go again with them if I could!

Guides were funny (and equally kind and reassuring for those who seemed hesitant,) great experience and highly recommended!

Amazing experience as far as being up parasailing and customer service. The guys that work there really want to make sure you got your monies worth. Please advise, don't go if you easily get sea sick, a few people on tour threw up. However, they all said the had a good time. High recommend.

My friends and I decided to try parasailing and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend parasailing once even if you're afraid of heights. The view and experience was exhilarating. TIP: It is best to book in pairs, because they allow only two people to go. If you are solo, they will pair you with a stranger. They recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete waivers and check-in. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the excursion itself is one hour. However, the actual parasailing is roughly. 5-7 minutes. They will ask if you want to get wet, aka dipping in the water a couple of times. For $45 per group you can get professional photos taken plus the SD card itself.

We did the 1,000 ft parasailing. I called the day of and they were able to get us in. They even matched our Groupon rate. Very friendly and made us comfortable with the lift. We're informative with the island. Nick and Jeff were our guides. They were great! Loved talking with them. They made our experience memorable and that's what makes a great vacation. It was beautiful up in the air seeing everything. We we're up in the air for a while. Definitely worth what we paid for. I would recommend this to anyone who visits. Even for locals.

We had Dick as a guide and he was frigging amazing. Took legit like 150 photos of us so I def suggest you buy the phot package. Your own personal GoPro is a good idea but can't capture you the same way as a photographer can from land. I highly highly highly recommend using this company for parasailing. Side note they go higher than all of the other ones!!!!

• This activity is wheelchair accessible.
• Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
• For guests providing their own transportation, the Star of Honolulu boat is fully wheelchair accessible for all types of manual/electric wheelchairs, and scooters. All decks are accessible by elevator and there are restrooms located on all decks.
• For guests utilizing wheelchairs and requiring transportation, both manual and electric wheelchairs are allowed under specific conditions. Each wheelchair guest must be accompanied by an assisting person.
• Ambulatory guests must have a manual wheelchair no more than 50 lbs that can be folded and stowed away, and guests must be able to comfortably climb a set of steps on and off the vehicle.
• Non-ambulatory guests can use either a manual or electric wheelchair with a combined weight of no more than 500 lbs and 30 inches wide & 48 inches long. A bus with an ADA lift will be confirmed based on availability.
• The Memory Photo add-on is only available if purchased in advance. Please note that there is a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel it on the day of your, it will be non-refundable.

If you want to take a break from the walking, shopping, and hotel hustle and bustle around Waikiki I suggest a sunset dinner cruise on the Star of Honolulu. The five star experience on the top deck Nova Room is a rel ... axing evening filled with well-made bar drinks, superior cuisine, piano and mood music, and sparkling views of coastal O'ahu. The Nova Room experience is a step above the normal pricing for the cruise, but is a good value for all you receive. I especially enjoyed the time to talk and relax with my wife, to enjoy the coastal scenery, and to savor the various courses of the dinner as described in the promotional materials. The service was excellent throughout the evening and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Nova Room experience on the forth deck of the Star of Honolulu.

What if i don't eat meat or seafood.

Not to worry! The Star of Honolulu is more than happy to help accommodate meals for each guest. Vegetarian, vegan, chicken and gluten-free options are all available with at least 24-hours advanced notice prior to your dinner cruise.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear to this activity?

Star of Honolulu guests are not required to adhere to a dress code, but casual resort or aloha attire is recommended. If you are prone to getting cold, please dress warmly. The cabin is air-conditioned.

Can add-ons be personalized for our special occasion?

No, add-ons cannot be personalized. Star of Honolulu cannot provide any additional services such as singing "Happy Birthday" that are not on the add-on menu. All cakes say "Congratulations" on top and aren't able to have a custom message.

Can I book multiple dinner packages for different people?

If you are attending as a group, it is recommended to book the same package for all members, as different dinners take place on separate tables on the different decks of the vessel.

Table arrangements:

• All guests will be sharing a table. The only time guests have their own table is if they book the Celebration Plan or the Reception Plan. • Each table has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. If your group has 9 people or more, the group will be seated separately. • Window side tables can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.

Certain activities are not recommended for pregnant women and senior citizens. Those with a family history of diabetes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, or strokes may need extra precautions. For the safety of our customers and crew, we reserve the right to refuse service to those who are not in good health. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated.

• Further, note that most of our events are restricted to those three years of age or older. All persons may be required to sign a liability waiver before boarding our vessels.
• Adverse weather conditions or other factors may negatively impact the safety of planned activities. For this reason, specific events and locations can be subject to change, delay, or in extreme circumstances, cancellation. This is particularly true of diving point locations, which can change without notice due to season or weather.
• While there is no dress code for most tours, please be careful when boarding the boat. Water increases your chances of slipping on any vessel or ship. We recommend against wearing sandals and slippers to minimize this risk.
• Those who experience nausea from motion or sea sickness should take a preventative medication one hour before boarding. This will help to minimize any discomfort you may experience.
• For those diving, we strongly recommend against flying in any type of aircraft for at least 24 hours after leaving the water.
• Finally, there is a jinx from bananas. They are said to cause an accident. So, before boarding any of our boats, please make sure you haven’t brought any bananas with you. Seriously.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
