Title: Guest Experience Manager Department(s): Customer Service, Sales

Mint Julep Experiences is an award winning tour, transportation and experiential company providing one of a kind experiences for the leisure traveler. Summary of Essential Job functions

Experience with Google Suite, excellent written communication and organization skills, networking, public outreach, social media (Facebook and Instagram)

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of previous experience in the tourism, or hospitality services industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in an associated field.

Abilities Required

• Personal car, insurance and clean driving record.

Job Summary, Including (but not limited to) the following: 

Daily Tasks

• Manage reservation system
• Create and send daily sales reports / track progress of tour offerings
• Review public tour ticket bookings and update entries in a shared company calendar
• Employee scheduling and communication of daily assignments/tours
• Manage guest surveys and general questions

Weekly Tasks

• File all receipts from the prior week’s tours
• Book affiliate rental vehicles with help/direction of General Manager
• Social media management: Facebook, Instagram
• Community involvement including weekly visits to hotel concierges, CVC information centers, Nashville hospitality representatives, etc.

Monthly Tasks

• Assist Director of Operations in hiring campaigns, forms, and processes
• Attend monthly hospitality meetings for networking and business development opportunities
• Strive to drive system improvements and efficiencies
• Work with the sales team to strengthen, build, and develop company-wide sales initiatives

Mint Julep Experiences is the only dedicated tour company focused on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. Based in downtown Nashville we specialize in Whiskey Distillery Tours, Exclusive Tennessee Experiences as well as unique Music Experiences. Mint Julep Experiences also offers corporate transportation with a focus on Music, Special Whiskey Events and Corporate outings.

As we continue to grow we have the need for Tour Drivers. We are seeking personal, friendly, outgoing and reliable people to escort our guests and visitors around Whiskey Country, the hills of Tennessee and Music City, USA. Our continued success is due largely to our passionate, hard working professional tour guides who impress our guests daily.

Job Requirements:

Candidates Require: Positive attitude and the love of Tennessee, Whiskey and Music. We will provide the rest.

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Drivers must be at least 21 years of age
• CDL License and previous Guide/Hosting experience (preferred)
• Customer Service Experience (preferred)
