Kanye West points to the audience from the stage.

Against all odds, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have extended their 2024 tour.

The controversial pair booked additional ‘Vultures 1 Listening Experience’ arena concerts all over the U.S. from April 7-14 in support of their recently released album.

Stops on the brief run include Nashville (April 7), Pittsburgh (April 9), Washington, D.C. (April 11), Charlotte (April 12) and Tampa (April 14.)

According to a press release, fans can expect to be treated to the duo’s controversial, chart-topping “Vultures” album “in a high-fidelity audio and visual showcase, crafted by Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign.”

Fans should be aware that West has delivered offensive lyrics at recent shows.

While wearing a Jason Voorhees mask onstage, West rapped “And I’m still crazy, bipolar, anti-Semite. And I’m still the king,” which led to the event’s livestream being cut off.

For fans that want to catch the listening party live, tickets are available for all five gigs as soon as today.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Tuesday, April 2, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Kanye West tickets 2024

A complete calendar including all dates, venues and links to buy tickets can be found below.

About “Vultures, Volume 1”

West and Dolla Sign’s 16-track debut collaboration is classic Kanye; lush arrangement along with juvenile lyrics.

The album’s lead track, which features a gorgeous orchestral beat is undercut by off-putting lines like “Keep a few Jews on the staff now/ I cash out.”

You can listen to the sonically adventurous yet lyrically immature “Vultures”  here .

Kanye West controversy

Over the past few years years, the 46-year-old Chicago native has generated quite a bit of ire.

His most notable recent dustup took place in late 2022 when he made a number of anti-Semitic statements which led to many companies he partnered with — including Gap, Adidas, and Balenciega — dropping him from their labels.

West has since apologized for his unfortunate comments on Instagram, although that post is no longer available to view on his account at the time of publication.

Following his statement, he made a number of anti-Semitic remarks at his inaugural ‘Vultures Listening Party’ concert in Chicago, according to the  New York Post .

The event will be held at Soldier Field on Aug. 26, the rapper announced this week. The show is slated to begin at 9 p.m. CT.

Tickets go on sale at 12 p.m. Friday on Ticketmaster .

West unveiled his 10th studio album in front of a packed crowd at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta last month. Thursday's show will be his first of this type of event in his hometown of Chicago.

Feeling out of the loop? We'll catch you up on the Chicago news you need to know. Sign up for the weekly Chicago Catch-Up newsletter here.

His latest album, which has yet to be released, was named after his mother, Donda West, who died at the age of 58 following plastic surgery complications in 2007.

The rapper's first listening session — which was livestreamed on Apple Music — sold out the Atlanta venue after he announced that the first public listen of his highly-anticipated album would take place. Some of the big names who attended the event were Rick Ross, Khloe Kardashian and his soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian West.

Kanye West Unveils ‘Donda' Album, Named After Mom, at Massive Atlanta Event

West, 44, is known for his Chicago roots, though he was born in Atlanta, so it's fitting that the Soldier Field listening event would follow.

This latest project is a follow-up to his 2019 gospel-themed album “Jesus is King,” which won a Grammy for best contemporary Christian album.

Last year, West announced on Twitter — with colorful cover art and a track list — that he would release his latest album. At the time, his tweets indicated that his project would release on the same day as his rival Taylor Swift's project “Folklore,” but his album ended up being postponed.

West himself took to Instagram to share the first details of the event, which will be held in-person on Aug. 26. The rapper’s post featured simple black lettering atop a white background, sans caption — decidedly understated and to-the-point.

West has debuted a new range of looks in preparation for “Donda’s” release, as seen at his last two listening events for the album at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on July 22 and Aug. 5. The rapper’s latest musical era has found him often wearing sheer full-face coverings and dark gloves, which remain on throughout his performances. Notable ensembles have included a monochromatic red outfit with bright orange sneakers that includes a forthcoming Yeezy x Gap puffer jacket, as well as an all-black look with cargo pants and a Balenciaga jacket coated in long spikes. No word yet on what Ye will wear for the third event, though we’ll likely know when it debuts next week.

You can order tickets for Kanye West Presents: The Donda Album Experience on Ticketmaster this Friday.

Kanye West 'Donda' show setup includes construction of house at Soldier Field

WLS logo

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago's Kanye West is getting ready to bring a big show to Soldier Field on Thursday.

Chopper 7HD flew over the stadium Tuesday for a look at the set-up, which includes constructing a house in the middle of the field. The home is apparently a re-creation of Kanye's childhood home.

The show on Thursday will be a "listening experience" for Kanye's new album "Donda," named for his late mother.

Kanye West world tour 2024-25: Everything we know so far including list of possible locations & dates

Kanye West has reunited with his former manager John Monopoly to put together a world tour in support of 'Vultures 1'

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has shared plans for an upcoming world tour including possible dates at venues in the United States, UK, Kenya and more. The US rapper appears to be plotting the global trek himself after claiming he's had trouble booking concert arenas due to his string of recent controversies.

In hopes of putting together an international tour, Ye has reunited with his former manager John Monopoly, who split from Ye more than a decade ago, Billboard reports . The duo have been attempting to get AEG and Live Nation back in the fold, after both major events companies reportedly ceased communication with the controversial rapper.

On Wednesday (February 7), West shared a poster - via Insta Stories - for various proposed concerts around the world. The poster was part of a screenshot of a conversation West was likely having with someone at Cara Lewis Group, a New York-based entertainment company who are seemingly handling all concert and tour bookings.

The tentative dates would be from June 2024 until February 2025. So what proposed tour dates and venues were included on the poster? Here's everything you need to know.

Full list of possible dates for Kanye West's world tour

Where else might Kanye West perform?

Kanye West uploaded an additional screenshot of a conversation he was having with American rapper Freddie Gibbs. The Grammy-nominated artist appears to ask West if he would like to perform at the Petco Stadium in San Diego, to which West replied: "Yes I do. Who do I speak to?".

In another Instagram story, West appears to receive a message from a contact named 'Julz', with a host of proposed venues across the world. The message suggests West might like to perform at the Corcovado Mountain in Rio De Janeiro, the Great Wall of China in Beijing and the Giza Pyramid complex in Egypt.

Other proposed venues shared via Instagram Stories are Hong Kong's Galaxy Arena and the Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Hawaii. No dates have been confirmed yet.

When was the last time Kanye West went on tour?

If Ye is successful in plotting his 2024 world tour, it will be his first global trek since 2016’s Saint Pablo Tour. The tour frequently made headlines for his comments in support of Donald Trump and was cancelled a month before it was scheduled to finish on December 31 due to West's hospitalisation.

Ye Says Unreleased Lil Durk Lyric Broke His Heart: 'Who Told You to Do This?'

Kanye opened up about how Durkio's original verse for the recently leaked 'Vultures 2' song, "Field Trip" hurt him.

Lil Durk hurt Kanye West ’s feeling, which he reflected on in his recent conversation with Justin Laboy.

“Durk sent in a verse and he said, ‘Take my Yeezy shirt off and make it a doormat,’” West told Laboy on The Download . “He said it four times. I hit him up and said, ‘You’re breaking my heart. Who told you to do this?’ I’m like, ‘Man, this is bad for the city. Who told you to do this?’

Kanye questions whether Lil Durk truly liked him after Durk dissed him. pic.twitter.com/TdCXRODrwa — Episodes (@episodesent) April 23, 2024

According to HipHopDX, Ye is referring to Durk’s feature on the unreleased song, “Field Trip,” which also includes Playboi and Kodak Black, and is speculated to appear on Vultures 2 . The song leaked earlier this year.

“It’s like when J. Cole did the diss track [‘False Prophets’] or whatever.," Ye added. "You got Drake, he’s really paid to come at my neck. But it’s another thing for somebody like that to come around you—it’s the whole friends/enemies talk.”

Ye  added, “[Durk] must have never really liked me. I don’t know exactly what it is. I spoke to this man a few times about the line and then he changed the line to: ‘I take my Yeezy hat off and give my lil’ hoe that.’ And I’m just like, ‘Why y’all think y’all can play with me?'”

West revealed that Durk’s lyrics upset him more than the 7220 rapper going on tour with Drake. Last month, Kanye went on a rant after the Vultures album cut “Carnival” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and called Drizzy out by name.

“It’s fuck Drake for taking Durk right at the beginning of the Vultures role out.” The For All the Dogs rapper had recently added Lil Durk to some of the final dates of his It's All a Blur – Big as the What? tour with Cole.

Things between Durk and Ye have been uneasy for months. In November, per DX, Durk was temporarily removed from "Vultures,” though his verse was later re-added to the song, though it's unclear why.

Nicki Minaj conquers the United Center in long-awaited return to Chicago

Minaj had some good company for her united center kickoff, bringing out two of chicago’s own for special guest spots: rapper g herbo and singer-producer jeremih..

Queen Sleeze has been ruling Chicago this week. After bringing her family to hang with penguins at the Shedd Aquarium and waxing about Chicago pizza on socials, Nicki Minaj finally got down to business of music Wednesday night at the United Center, where the chart-topping rapper arrived with her Pink Friday 2 World Tour in tow. It offered a two-and-half-hour, 34-song super trip through the conceptual cyberspace village known as Gag City, that made you want to move there and claim residency.

The United Center spectacle — full of costume and wig changes, a backup dancer army, high-def video displays and fire towers — was the first of two very sold-out shows (in fact, her record-breaking 28 th and 29 th consecutive sell-outs). It was also the first time the Trinidadian-born rapper-singer has had a proper show in Chicago in about a decade (most recently bowing out of 103.5 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball last December).

The wait was worth it, as the long incubation period has served its purpose, allowing Minaj to morph into the dominating force she is today, a larger-than-life performer and savvy rhyme slinger who is considered the modern-era Queen of Hip-Hop with the most No. 1 hits on the Billboard 200 by any female rapper.

The latest, a remix of the “Pink Friday 2” track “FTCU” (featuring Travis Scott, Chris Brown and Sexxy Red), is only a week old but has been delivered like a veteran classic on tour. Its catchy backbeat — aided by a fantastic live duo on drums and synths — was a highlight of the night that stood up to time-tested power singles “Super Bass,” “Anaconda” and “Starships” that were delivered in rapid-fire succession at the end of the set.

Minaj had some good company for her United Center kickoff as well, bringing out two of Chicago’s own for special guest spots. Rapper G Herbo joined for a blitzkrieg version of “Chi-Raq,” while Jeremih tagged in for “Favorite” and “Want Some More,” with Minaj asserting it was the first time she had ever performed the songs live with the latter.

For someone who’s often swimming in headlines for her beefs with fellow rappers, Minaj has showcased her alliances on this tour, also getting Tyga, Big Sean and Sada Baby for previous dates. Monica has also been a special guest for multiple nights on the trek, though in a very ill-timed placement within the evening’s lineup. The “Angel of Mine” singer appears some 30 songs into Minaj’s own set, abruptly delivering a five-song break that disrupted the flow of the Gag City escape and added unnecessarily to a very long night (Wednesday’s concert let out at midnight).

Regardless, Minaj posted on her social accounts that it was, “Perfect. Absolutely. Positively. Perfect. From start to finish. Complete perfection.” And there’s no doubt her Barbz (as her diehard cult of fans are known) would agree. The epitome of “we wear pink” on this Wednesday, they came dressed head to toe in a cotton candy explosion of fabrics, rhinestones and Western wear, the perfect visual blend of Minaj’s “Barbie World”/”Barbie Dangerous” cartoonishness and her pre-“Cowboy Carter” curveball track “Cowgirl.”

Minaj showed her gratitude to the denizens, throwing out a few branded Pink Friday 2 T-shirts while offering “blessings” and thanking the fans for “f- - - - -g with me all these years,” adding, “you either love me or f- - - - -g hate me, right?” She then handed over her microphone to a few of them situated in the SRO pit area around the thrust stage, baiting them to do their best vocal take on “The Night Is Still Young,” though quickly, thankfully, cutting off the less-than-successful karaoke. Minaj’s excellent backup singer Keisha Renee then showed the crowd how it was done.

The life journey Minaj has been on since she started flipping mixtapes in 2007 has not been lost on her in her latest arena tour. The rapper pays homage to her origin story on the set list opener, “I’m The Best,” and she also adds in a cover of Ye’s (formerly Kanye West) 2010 hit “Monster,” which was her gateway into the scene. (The latter connection happened after being discovered by Lil Wayne, whose Young Money imprint released her debut album “Pink Friday” that same year.)

No doubt the Barbz and everyone else are hoping it’s not another 10 years before we see Minaj on a local stage again.

Charlemagne Tha God Joins List of People Not Happy With Kanye West

The radio personality shared his thoughts on the chicago rapper’s recent antics and his “like that” (remix)..

Image for article titled Charlemagne Tha God Joins List of People Not Happy With Kanye West

We cannot escape Kanye West’s antics. Whether he’s starting his own porn brand or hopping in the middle of the beef between Drake and Kendrick Lamar , he’s always finds a way to get himself in the news.

Recently, “The Breakfast Club” co-host Charlamagne Tha God gave his thoughts on the Chicago rapper’s recent antics, specifically Ye’s appearance on Justin LaBoys’ “The Download” podcast, where Ye spoke about his issues with Drake, J. Cole and played his remix to the popular track, “ Like That .”

Charlamagne said, “He is the leader of the Legion of Lame, okay? What a hating a** human. Like, what type of man sits around and says we were all energized by the elimination of another man? This man is so miserable and has never dealt with whatever hurt and pain he’s feeling and he just wants to project it onto other people.”

He is referring to when West said that Future called him to do the “Like That” (Remix) because everyone is “excited” and “energized” about the “elimination of Drake.”

Ye’s antics frustrated Charlamagne so much that he suggested that K. Dot and Future step away from this “feud” with Drake, saying, “Don’t you be a part of the Legion of Lame, Kendrick. Okay? Future, you neither. Run from Kanye. Metro, what are you doing? All of y’all should be running from Kanye West.”

Charlamagne later added that Ye “done made the whole thing corny. It was entertaining until he brought his jealous, envious a** into the picture. So lame.”

As we mentioned earlier, during his interview with Justin LaBoy, Ye also took the opportunity to take shots at J. Cole. When asked about how the North Carolina MC infamously apologized to Lamar , West said, “F**k all that p***y s**t… That n***a J. Cole went on tour with Drake. He know what it is it’s like you can’t run now it’s you also.”

Kanye also mentioned how Cole’s 2016 song “False Prophets,” was also partly about him.

This distraction takes away from the main event, which was supposed to be Drake vs Kendrick Lamar. But since one side hasn’t responded, it’s given opportunities to others not involved to enter the fold, like Kanye West knows how to do so well.

Split Image Of Kanye West And Michelle Obama

Kanye West has revealed that if he could pick one woman for he and his wife to have sex with, he would choose Michelle Obama as the candidate.

The rap star made the bold declaration during an appearance on social media influencer Justin Laboy ‘s The Download podcast this past weekend, listing the former First Lady as the one woman he and his wife, Bianca Censori , covet sexually.

“Michelle Obama,” West told LaBoy when asked of the woman he’d want to be intimate with that he hasn’t already. He noted that Obama being the wife of former President Barack Obama was significant in his desire. “Got to f**k the President’s wife,” the 46-year-old added.

In 2015, after Kanye declared his intention to enter the 2020 Presidential Election, Barack Obama offered the hitmaker some words of advice for his campaign. “Saying that you have a ‘Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’ — that’s what’s known as ‘off-message’ in politics,” Obama said at the time. “You can’t say something like that. There are a lot of people who have lost their congressional seats saying things like that.”

Kanye West

It was only a matter of time before Ye — formerly known as Kanye West — hopped into the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud, with the 6 God at odds with several stars in the rap game.

Drake & Kendrick Lamar’s Rocky Relationship Explained

Yeezy took aim at Drake over the weekend with the unofficial release of a remix to Future and Metro Boomin’s No. 1 hit “Like That,” which found Ye reigniting his feud by sniping at Drizzy.

Trending on Billboard

“[Future] called me and I went to the studio and laid that. We went through the creative process of adding the chords and called the Hooligans out in London to get on the joint,” Ye explained. “Everybody was very, very energized about the elimination of Drake.”

Ye brought up Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge and Drake’s reported massive deal he made when re-signing with UMG in a landmark “LeBron-sized” agreement in 2022.

“Where’s Lucian? Serve your master, n—a/ You caught a little bag for your masters, didn’t ya/ Lifetime deal, I feel bad for n—as/ Y’all so outta sight, outta mind/ I can’t even think of a Drake line,” he raps.

Elsewhere in Ye’s interview with LaBoy, West referred to Grainge as Drake’s “Rich Baby Daddy” — in a jab at The Boy’s For All The Dogs anthem.

“You say rich baby daddy it’s like Drake has a rich baby daddy named Lucian and Universal,” he claimed. “It’s like, ‘My daddy got it. My daddy control the spins. My daddy got the DSPs.’ Drake has a rich baby daddy named Lucian.”

Drake and the “Carnival” rapper have continued to feud on-and-off over the years, and even a brief reconciliation at the 2021 Free Larry Hoover Benefit concert appears to have gone by the wayside.

“It cuts Drake’s soul. It’s like he signed his soul to the devil to not be cool with me. This is his job to go against God,” he added.
