KSTDC Resumes Five Day Karnataka Tour Packages

Good News for all the travellers out there ! Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation has resumed their tour packages to Heritage Destinations across North and South Karnataka keeping in mind all safety precautions. After a few months pause due to the Pandemic, the officials have begun their five day tours to popular heritage spots along with other tourism facilities like Jungle Lodges, Safaris and Hotels.

The North Karnataka Tour will include visits to places like Hampi , Badami, Pattadakal, Aihole, Bijapur whereas South Karnataka will cover Horanadu, Kolluru, Sringeri , Udupi & Murudeshwar .

To ensure safety of passengers and staff, social distancing along with measures like Regular Sanitization of Buses and Places to Stay, Regular Temperature Checks, Leaving Alternative Seats empty have been made mandatory. For long tours, KSTDC will only accept bookings for travellers who are less than 60 years of age.

Have Fun with the awesome experience of taking a Bangalore and Mysore tour with Wildlife Nagarhole and Coonoor Safari. The tour was well-planned and organized, with all the necessary arrangements made for us to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The tour began in Bangalore, where we visited many of the city's iconic landmarks, such as the Bangalore Palace, Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens, and the Cubbon Park. We also went on an amazing night safari at the Bannerghatta National Park, where we were able to witness a variety of wild animals in their natural habitat. From Bangalore, we made our way to Mysore, where we explored the city's many attractions, including the iconic Mysore Palace, the Brindavan Gardens, and the Chamundi Hills. We also took a trip to the nearby Nagarhole National Park, where we experienced the incredible wildlife and the lush green forest. Our final destination was Coonoor, where we went on a spectacular safari through the Nilgiri Hills. We were able to witness beautiful birds, reptiles, and mammals in their natural habitat, while also enjoying the stunning views of the mountains and the lush green forests. Overall, this tour was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The wildlife and nature were simply breathtaking, and the tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

Customized Culture and Beach Holiday in India with Daily Departure

We had a very interesting tour with an excellent driver (Mr Anthony) who made us comfortable and very knowledgeable guides everywhere we visited. Our favourite Hotel was in Mysore although all were good and the visit to Halebidu was probably my highlight as the temples were magnificent with such elaborate carvings. Goa was not as relaxing as I imagined. We enjoyed the beach but didn't want to lay in the sun too long so other than shopping we didn't find it as attractive as we had expected. Overall all it was a very good introduction to a country we had not visited before. The arrangements for meeting the drivers and guides worked well for us despite us arriving and departing before/after the 11 day tour so thanks to Linda and other support staff this worked well.

The tour was well-organized and all-inclusive, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable wildlife adventure. The tour started from Bangalore, where we were picked up by a comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle. Our first stop was the Nagarhole National Park, which is one of the best places in Karnataka to spot wildlife. The park was simply breathtaking, with lush green forests and a diverse range of animals, including tigers, elephants, and various species of birds. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared interesting facts about the animals and their habitats. Next, we headed to the Kabini River for a serene boat safari. From start to finish, the tour was well-organized and exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Mr.Hemender Singh was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife and the region, making the tour even more enjoyable. He made sure to keep us informed and entertained throughout the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, with a perfect balance of safari rides, nature walks, and cultural experiences. We started our first day with a visit to the Mysore Palace, which was a stunning architectural masterpiece. Then we headed to the Bandipur National Park for our first safari ride. It was an incredible experience to see the animals in their natural habitat, including tigers, elephants, and various species of birds. The second day was spent exploring the beautiful city of Mysore, visiting the Chamundi Hills, St. Philomena's Church, and the famous Devaraja Market. We also got to witness the traditional Mysore silk weaving process, which was a unique and interesting experience. On the third day, we went on a nature walk at the Bandipur National Park, where we got to see different types of flora and fauna, including some rare species. The highlight of the day was the evening safari ride, where we spotted a herd of elephants bathing in a nearby river. Our tour started in Bangalore, also known as the Silicon Valley of India. The city was a perfect blend of modernity and tradition, with its skyscrapers and ancient temples coexisting harmoniously. Our tour guide took us to some of the must-see spots in the city, including the famous Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace and the Lalbagh Botanical Garden. We also got to taste some delicious local food at the famous food street in VV Puram. Next, we headed to Nagarhole National Park, one of the best wildlife reserves in India. The safari through the park was a thrilling experience as we got to see a variety of animals like elephants, tigers, leopards, and many more in their natural habitat. We were lucky enough to spot a family of elephants crossing the road right in front of our jeep. The park also had a beautiful river running through it, making the scenery even more picturesque. After our wildlife adventure, we traveled to the charming hill station of Coonoor. The drive through the Nilgiri mountains was breathtaking and Coonoor itself was a quaint little town with lush green valleys and tea plantations. Best of Karnataka Tour Itinerary Package

Day 1 : Mysore Arrival

Welcome to Mysore, You are greeted on arrival at Mysore Railway station/Bus Stand by Namaste India Trip representative and Transfer to Hotel.

Day 2 : Coorg Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, after breakfast, you may opt to go for a sightseeing tour of Coorg visiting Madikeri Fort, Raja Seat. At Raja Seat enjoy the spectacular sunset which will refresh one’s mind. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Coorg – Madikeri

Breakfast at the hotel. Today either you may opt to relax at the resort or go for a full day sightseeing tour in and around Madikeri visiting Talakaveri, Nisargadhama, Tibetan Monastery and the Harangi Dam. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 : Coorg to Nagarhole (74 Kms / 2 Hrs Drive)

After breakfast, drive to Kabini or popularly known as Nagarhole famous for Rajiv Gandhi National Park. On arrival, check in at the Hotel. Evening you may opt to have a guided safari through the National park. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 5 : Nagarhole to Bangalore (220 Kms / 5 Hrs)
