June is a nice time of the year with very long evenings and early mornings, so your time window has been significantly enlarged.

May I suggest making this tour at sunset? I enjoyed it a lot, sort of an own (but straightforward) route:

http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5752738

On the second day I suggest you go a bit beyond the very centre and visit a museum such as Pushkin or Tretyakov. I also found a visit to Novodevichy Convent very impressive. Moreover, you could combine Christ the Saviour Cathedral with a stroll through Old Arbat and the Pushkin museum. All three are pretty close together.

Oh, and don't miss the metro. It is safe, beautiful and efficient :)

I will be happy to assist you with any possible questions you may have, and I am very happy you will be visiting my favourite city :) ([email protected])

As I said, two days may seem short, but the long days make up for this.

* Warning: most museums are closed on Mondays and every first working day of the month for cleaning. Kremlin is opened every day except on Mondays and if reserved for official ceremonies.

woops, sorry, that should have been: Kremlin is closed on Thursdays.

Need to think about transport/transfers and location of accommodation.

Could you advise please what time you are arriving and where (airport or station). Also, same for departure.

Also, where are you staying?

Maybe you'd like to visit Ostankino Tower - there's a viewing platform, I think you'll like the view, the ticket is about 1200 rubles. And during summer Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure is a must.

You also may stroll in Tzaritcyno or Kolomenskoe parks, they are huge and picturesque. In summer some entertaining and recreational events are held there. Enjoy!

2024 NFL draft: 15 fits for the Detroit Lions to watch on Day 2

  • Published: Apr. 26, 2024, 7:40 a.m.

WMU vs BGSU

Western Michigan Broncos defensive lineman Marshawn Kneeland (99) chases after Bowling Green Falcons quarterback Connor Bazelak (7) during a football game at Waldo Stadium on the campus of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023. Nate Pappas | Mlive.com

ALLEN PARK -- And just like that, we’re on to Day 2 of the 2024 NFL draft, with the Detroit Lions making a splash by moving up the order to get a stud cornerback to open the three-day event.

As things stand, the Lions are slated to pick only once (Pick 61) on Day 2 after moving up to grab Alabama cornerback Terrion Arnold. The Lions sent Picks 29 and 73 (Round 3) to the Dallas Cowboys for Pick 24 and a seventh-round pick in next year’s draft.

There was an unrelenting run on offensive players and quarterbacks to open the first night of the draft. The first defensive player wasn’t taken until the Indianapolis Colts selected UCLA edge defender Laiatu Latu at Pick 15. Brad Holmes has proven to be a trade-happy general manager this time of year, so we’ll still run through 15 fits to watch on Day 2 of the NFL draft.

The Lions have the following remaining picks heading into Friday: Round 2, Pick 61; Round 5, Pick 164; Round 6, Pick 201; Round 6, Pick 205; and Round 7, Pick 249.

Illinois DL Jer’Zhan “Johnny” Newton

The first four names featured are four that the Lions would almost undoubtedly need to trade up for a chance. And while that’s a risky proposition, no doubt, they fill needs while arguably being the best three available. Jer’Zhan “Johnny” Newton was this beat writer’s favorite defensive line prospect. He’s a pressure-creating machine, leading all FBS interior defenders with 103 pressures over the last two seasons. Newton won 15.4% of his pass rushes and comes from a rising defensive training ground for the next level from Illinois.

It would cost a pretty penny to get into Newton’s range. But the early run on offensive players has made the top of the second round full of enticing defensive options. Newton would help form one of the deepest defensive lines in the league if he were to land in Detroit. Alim McNeill was a breakout performer last season, and new addition DJ Reader has been one of the game’s best nose tackles whenever healthy and available.

Oregon iOL Jackson Powers-Johnson

Jackson Powers-Johnson is another favorite mock pick and prospect for the Lions through the last couple of months of draft chatter. Powers-Johnson moved from guard to center at Oregon, then left Eugene as the top player at his position in the country. He comes from a program and offensive line that the Lions know well and would ensure their top strength remains one of the league’s best with his depth at all three interior positions. It’s hard to get a read on interior offensive linemen, so if Powers-Johnson’s fall continues, then watch out.

Iowa DB Cooper DeJean

Among the surprises of players left on the board after Round 1? Cooper DeJean takes the cake. The versatile Iowa defensive back was cleared for all football activities ahead of the draft. And DeJean was impressive in his workout for scouts, flashing the athleticism that made him the Big Ten’s top defensive back and return specialist in 2023. DeJean would bring depth across the board to the Lions and their new-look secondary. He could play inside, move deep and even compete for reps in the outside rotation. That’s not due to a lack of a home position; DeJean is skilled at each spot in the secondary.

It wouldn’t be a shock to see DeJean start the day at Pick 33. Once again, it’s tough to sell another trade-up the order, but it’s also a unique opportunity to supercharge the defense with a talented prospect.

West Virginia iOL Zach Frazier

Zach Frazier has lingered as a potential Lions target for a couple of months now, too. Frazier brings the intriguing experience of being a four-time state champion wrestler to the interior offensive line. He didn’t allow a single sack, surrendering just three pressures across 806 reps. The three-year starter could make use of a year behind players like Frank Ragnow, Graham Glasgow and Kevin Zeitler while getting as much work as possible at guard.

There are so many defensive players left on the board that it’s all-of-a-sudden somewhat believable that Frazier could fall into Detroit’s lap late in the second round.

Kansas State iOL Cooper Beebe

Cooper Beebe is an intriguing option with his pure size and pass-blocking chops in the trenches. The 6-foot-3, 322-pounder has played left tackle, left guard, right guard and right tackle dating back to 2021. He allowed only two sacks across the last three seasons, with elite pass-blocking marks from Pro Football Focus. It could be an ideal situation for Beebe to cut his teeth for a year behind Graham Glasgow and Kevin Zeitler, with Hank Fraley watching closely.

Full disclosure: Beebe’s name could get featured on the Day 3 fit list, as well. But if the Lions were to either move down or get back into the third round, then the Kanas State standout makes quite a bit of sense.

Connecticut iOL Christian Haynes

Christian Haynes’ name started rising on the boards after an impressive showing at the Senior Bowl. And in terms of pure guards, he might be at the top of this year’s class. Haynes surrendered only one sack and two quarterback hits across his last 1,613 snaps for the Huskies. It’s easy to see a path to success for the sturdy guard, with his long arms and rock-solid athleticism. Much like Beebe, this is a long-term thinking move, with a chance to learn behind the proven veterans in the trenches in Detroit. Haynes at Pick 61 might be right in the sweet spot if the Lions stay put.

Florida State DL Braden Fiske

Braden Fiske did a little bit of everything on Florida State’s mighty defensive line in 2023. He won 8.9% of his pass rushes and notched a run-stop win rate of 9.1%. Fiske had nine tackles for loss and six sacks in his lone season for the Seminoles. Before that? He was dominating the Mid-American Conference at Western Michigan, posting 27 tackles for loss and 13.5 sacks in four seasons. Fiske could fill out the rotation well with his elite athleticism for the position, looking like a strong fit next to McNeill, Reader, Levi Onwuzurike and Brodric Martin.

Florida State WR Keon Coleman

Keon Coleman has the youth and playmaking ability that should have receiver-needy teams licking their chops on Day 2. Coleman’s 40-yard dash time drove people away. But his short-space speed, leaping ability and size are too much to ignore. And he’s just 21 years old, so there is something to mold for the future in that 6-foot-3, 213-pound frame. After losing Josh Reynolds in free agency, the Lions taking a wide receiver feels like a strong when and not if.

Western Michigan EDGE Marshawn Kneeland

Marshawn Kneeland was a standout stud in the Mid-American Conference. He also won over some new adorers at the Senior Bowl, notching the fastest-recorded time among defensive linemen on the field. Kneeland won 17.3% pass rushes to go along with an 11% run-stop win rate for the Broncos last season. The Lions hosted Kneeland for a pre-draft visit, and he said there were talks down at the scouting combine, too. He brings the power and potential inside-outside versatility the Lions have shown and grown to love in recent years.

The Grand Rapids native flashed impressive explosive and agility testing in Indianapolis. He’s a hard-working player who would bring some much-needed pop to Detroit’s defense. Also, he might just be there at Pick 61.

Clemson DL Ruke Orhorhoro

Ruke Orhorhoro played his high school ball at River Rouge in Metro Detroit. But his potential fit to the Lions doesn’t have anything to do with those regional ties. Orhorhoro was a constant improver at Clemson and is still relatively new to the game to be on this stage. He saved his best for last for the Tigers, too. Orhorhoro posted five sacks and eight tackles for loss in Year 5. It was the third straight season he posted eight tackles for loss from the interior. He seems like something who has more room to grow as a pass rusher while possessing, wait for it, potential inside-outside versatility. There is quite a bit to like about Orhorhoro and the Lions in Round 2.

Related: Ultra-confident Clemson DL via Metro Detroit earns praise as rising prospect

Minnesota S Tyler Nubin

We haven’t spent too much time discussing Tyler Nubin before the draft. He might be the top safety in this year’s draft and could add more versatile depth to the defensive backfield. Nubin would give the Lions more options between Ifeatu Melifonwu and Kerby Joseph, working Brian Branch into the equation on the back end.

Nubin has proven to be able to handle anything, with 84 snaps in the slot, five out wide and a ton from inside the box or on the line. Nubin was an elite coverage safety, rocking a forced incompletion rate of 20%. He allowed only six catches on 20 targets, allowing two touchdowns while intercepting four passes. The Minnesota standout would be able to hold his own at the line while making plays and crashing down in certain looks back deep.

Washington EDGE Bralen Trice

Bralen Trice has strong all-around chops for an edge defender. He posted 76 pressures this past season, with an FBS-best 71 first pressures created. Trice won 17.6% of his pass rushers with his violent and quick hands. There is an impressive level of physicality to his game. Trice posted 23.5 tackles for loss and 16 sacks during his final two seasons for the Huskies. The Lions need more for their pass rush, and Trice is a strong fit who would fir their mold.

Related: Washington EDGE checks a ton of boxes as all-around fit for Detroit Lions

Rutgers CB Max Melton

Max Melton took some hits during his time at Rutgers. He allowed 12 touchdowns over the last three seasons. But Melton also intercepted eight balls in that span and had some boom-or-bust tendencies in his game. But Melton is someone who continued to get better the more he played and might offer some inside-outside versatility. Melton is no stranger in press looks and plays with a grittiness that’s hard to ignore as someone who covers the Lions for a living. Terrion Arnold is a massive boost to the secondary. But everyone else at the top of the projected depth chart is entering the season with one year left on their deals, so Melton stays.

Alabama EDGE Chris Braswell

Chris Braswell feels like he’s flying under the radar a little too much. Braswell had 10.5 tackles for loss, eight sacks, three forced fumbles and an interception he returned for a 28-yard touchdown. The fourth-year player was one of the best pass rushers in the nation in 2023, winning 18.2 of his pass-rush reps thanks to his explosiveness and strong size-speed combo.

Houston Christian EDGE Jalyx Hunt

Jalyx Hunt has earned some fans in recent weeks, making him a sneaky-rising name to watch. He gets praised for his special athleticism and as a playmaking star at Houston Christian with nine tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and one pick. Hunt ran a 4.64-second 40-yard dash to go along with elite 20-yard and 10-yard split times, not to mention a 37.5-inch vert. He’s a small school project, but Hunt sounds like he’s in Brad Holmes’ wheelhouse.

The 2024 NFL Draft is loaded with offensive talent, particularly at the top. It is a talented, deep quarterback group, but the strengths in this class are offensive tackle, wide receiver and, potentially, cornerback. The weakness of this class is linebacker, defensive tackle and running back.

Testimony ends for the day in Trump hush money trial

By CNN's Jeremy Herb, Lauren del Valle and Brynn Gingras from the courthouse

Gag order hearing moved to May 2

From CNN’s Kara Scannell

Judge Juan Merchan's gag order hearing will now take place at 9:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 2.

It’s unclear why the date and time changed.

Before leaving the bench today, t he judge said the hearing would take place on Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. ET.

It came after the prosecution filed a motion and argued in court that former President Donald Trump violated the gag order four more times over the past few days.

These are takeaways from today's hush money trial

From CNN's Jeremy Herb, Lauren del Valle, Kara Scannell, Nicki Brown and Brynn Gingras

Former American Media Inc. chairman  David Pecker  took jurors in  Donald Trump’s  hush money case inside how he paid for  Karen McDougal’s story  to keep her quiet about her alleged affair with Trump – and how his decision not to pay for  Stormy Daniels’ story  led to Michael Cohen ultimately paying for it.

Prosecutors on Thursday wrapped up their direct testimony with Pecker, who was on the stand for three days describing in detail how he worked with Trump and Cohen to buy up damaging stories about Trump throughout the 2016 campaign.

His testimony laid the foundation for the rest of the  Manhattan district attorney’s case  against Trump that focuses on the payment to Daniels.

Here are the takeaways from Thursday in the hush money trial:

  • Pecker details payment conversations: Pecker’s testimony included the nuts and bolts of how AMI paid McDougal on Trump’s behalf, Pecker’s private conversations with Trump about the catch-and-kill deal and the fallout when her story became public.
  • No gag order decision yet: Merchan had   spent Tuesday morning hearing arguments on Trump’s alleged violation of the gag order – which limits the former president from publicly discussing witnesses, the jury, the district attorney’s staff or Merchan’s family – but he did not issue a ruling on Thursday when court came back into session. Instead, prosecutors submitted another motion to hold Trump in contempt for additional violations of the gag order over the past three days – including comments he made Thursday morning.
  • Trump wanted to be elsewhere: Trump’s attorneys had asked for his appearance Thursday to be waived so he could attend the Supreme Court arguments on presidential immunity. The judge denied that request.
  • Pecker agrees in cross-examination that suppressing stories was "standard operating procedure": Trump’s attorney   Emil Bove cross-examined Pecker for about an hour. Quizzing Pecker with rapid-fire leading questions, Bove got the witness to confirm to the jury that Trump’s symbiotic relationship with Pecker and his tabloids was not unusual and long pre-dated Trump’s run for office. Pecker confirmed source agreements like the ones used to suppress stories from McDougal and  former Trump Tower doorman   Dino Sajudin  are “standard operating procedure” for AMI to give the company control of how the information might be released, if at all.
  • Trump’s attorney asks Pecker about tactics National Enquirer used for other celebrities: Bove’s cross-examination of Pecker elicited testimony about other celebrities whom Pecker had purchased stories about so they wouldn’t be published, offering a fascinating glimpse into the celebrity tabloid world while he was chairman of the publisher of the National Enquirer. Trump’s attorney sought to establish with Pecker that AMI used “checkbook journalism” to control narratives in the press and fostered mutually beneficial relationships with several celebrities – not just Trump.

Trial exhibit shows Trump at the White House with former tabloid boss

From CNN's Elise Hammond and Lauren del Valle

This image of ex-National Enquirer publisher David Pecker at the White House with then-President Donald Trump was admitted as trial evidence in Trump's hush money criminal case.

Exhibits that the Manhattan District Attorney's office admitted as evidence were shown during former President Donald Trump's hush money trial Thursday.

One of them is a photo of David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquirer, and Trump at the White House.

Another exhibit is the licensing agreement between American Media Inc. and Playboy playmate Karen McDougal. Pecker testified in court that he negotiated a deal that would give McDougal $150,000 for the rights to her story that she and Trump had an affair.

The agreement, dated August 5, 2016, also included that McDougal was going to get a monthly column on aging and fitness in Star and OK Magazines.

The invoice for the payment to McDougal’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, is also included in the exhibits, among other documents and text messages.

The ex-National Enquirer publisher answered questions from the prosecution and defense. Here's what happened

From CNN staff

David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquirer, testified Thursday about a deal made with Playboy playmate Karen McDougal and outlined the involvement of Donald Trump and his former personal attorney Michael Cohen.

After paying for two other “catch-and-kill” stories, Pecker said he refused to pay money to Stormy Daniels, testifying that he didn’t want the Enquirer “to be associated with a porn star.”

After the prosecution finished its direct questioning, the defense had a chance to start its cross-examination , which will continue on Friday.

Here’s what happened in court:

Karen McDougal:

  • The prosecution's questioning picked up with Pecker testifying about how he vetted allegations of an affair between Trump and McDougal. He said he negotiated to buy the story for $150,000 five months before the election after conversations with Cohen and Trump. Pecker said he believed he would be reimbursed by the Trump Organization or Trump himself.
  • He testified that he had concerns about the legality of paying to kill a story concerning a political candidate. He also said that he knew at the time  the deal with McDougal was illegal , and he wouldn’t have entered into it if it wasn’t for Trump’s benefit .
  • Pecker said he intended to kill McDougal’s story so it did not hurt Trump’s campaign. He also said he was aware that corporations making campaign expenditures in coordination with a campaign without disclosing them was unlawful . The transaction was not reported under campaign finance obligations, Pecker said. He later testified he and Cohen received letters from the Federal Election Commission in 2018.
  • To be reimbursed for the money to McDougal, Pecker said he used an outside service to facilitate the digital payment. He said he did this because he did not want the finance department at the Enquirer's parent company to receive money from the Trump Organization or Cohen, adding it would “raise a lot of questions and issues .” But, Pecker said American Media Inc. was never reimbursed for the McDougal agreement.
  • Pecker testified that Trump inquired about McDougal twice in settings where she wasn’t immediately relevant. “How's Karen doing, how's Karen doing? ” Pecker said Trump asked during a dinner at the White House in 2017. Pecker said he told him she’s doing well and “she’s quiet.”
  • Pecker said he assumed Trump was worried stories would impact his campaign because in conversations with Cohen and the former president, Trump’s family was never mentioned .

Stormy Daniels:

  • Pecker testified that he was told Daniels was "trying to sell a story that she had a sexual relationship with Donald Trump." When he told Cohen AMI was not going to buy the story , Cohen told Pecker that Trump would be furious with him, he said.
  • He said he didn't know the details of the transaction between Cohen and Daniels in real-time. He said he later learned Cohen had paid Daniels out of his own funds .

Cross-examination:

  • Trump attorney Emil Bove pressed Pecker about this history with Trump — long before the election. Pecker confirmed that he had been giving Trump a heads-up on negative stories for about 17 years before Trump decided to run for president. He also said he had “mutually beneficial” relationships with celebrities other than Trump and said it was standard for politicians to work with the media.
  • Bove walked Pecker through several other deals. One he made with Arnold Schwarzenegger where he paid to kill negative stories from dozens of women. He also confirmed that the company purchased photos of Tiger Woods to use them as leverage to get him in the magazine.
  • The defense also tried to poke holes at Pecker’s memory , challenging him about the timing of a meeting at Trump Tower in August 2015. Bove said these things happened a long time ago.

Gag order: Judge Juan Merchan said he would consider four new violations of a gag order on Trump and set a hearing for next Wednesday. Prosecutor Chris Conroy said these violations include comments Trump made to cameras outside the courtroom, in an interview and at an event. Merchan did not issue a ruling or hold Trump in contempt.

Few people think Trump is being treated the same as other criminal defendants, poll finds

From CNN's Jennifer Agiesta, CNN Polling Director

As the first criminal prosecution of a former American president began just 13% nationwide feel  Donald Trump  is being treated the same as other criminal defendants, according to a new  CNN poll conducted by SSRS .

Most of the country was divided over whether he is being treated more harshly (34%) or more leniently (34%) than other defendants.

The poll, which began fielding a few days after the trial’s jury selection phase kicked off April 15, finds only 44% of Americans express confidence that the jury chosen for the case will be able to reach a fair verdict, while 56% more skeptical that a fair outcome is in the cards. More see Trump’s behavior during the trial thus far as inappropriate (42%) than appropriate (25%), with about a third saying they haven’t heard enough to say.

Those assessments of how things are playing out in the courtroom come as a rising share of Americans say the charges in the ongoing trial – related to allegedly falsifying business records to conceal hush money payments to an adult film actress Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election – are irrelevant to his fitness for the presidency even if true (45% say so now compared with 39% last summer, before he became the presumptive Republican nominee for president)

About three-quarters of voters currently backing Trump against President Joe Biden in the 2024 election say they will stick with him even if he is convicted of a crime, while 24% of Trump’s backers say a conviction might cause them to reconsider their support.

No cameras are allowed inside the Manhattan courtroom where Donald Trump's hush money trial is underway, but CNN sketch artist Christine Cornell captured the scenes from today's proceedings:

In this court sketch, former President Donald Trump, bottom left, watches as “tabloid king” David Pecker returns to the stand in Manhattan Criminal Court in New York on Thursday.

The defense began cross-examination of Pecker. Here's a recap of some of the top lines

From CNN's Lauren del Valle, Jeremy Herb, and Nicki Brown

The defense started its cross-examination of David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquirer.

Trump attorney Emil Bove tried to argue that Pecker’s work helping Donald Trump during the 2016 election was nothing new or out of the ordinary.

Bove’s cross-examination lasted just over an hour before court ended for the day. The defense will continue its questioning with Pecker on Friday.

Here are some of the key points:

  • Bove started his cross-examination by asking Pecker to confirm he was with American Media Inc., the National Enquirer's parent company, from 1999 to 2020. When asked, Pecker acknowledged he still has equity in AMI.
  • Trump's attorney asked Pecker if he managed AMI to make money.
"That's correct," Pecker said.  "AMI wasn't a charity?" Bove asked. "No, it was not," Pecker said. "Part of AMI's business model was to purchase stories, correct?" Bove asked. "Yes, it was," Pecker responded.
  • Bove confirmed with Pecker that the business model included buying stories, reiterating Pecker's own words that AMI uses "checkbook journalism."
  • Bove also confirmed source agreements were "standard operating procedure" for AMI, to give the company control of how, if at all, the information might be released.

Merchan says there will be a hearing Wednesday about prosecution's request to hold Trump in contempt

From Lauren del Valle, Jeremy Herb, Nicki Brown, and Kristen Holmes

Before leaving the bench, Judge Merchan reiterated that he signed the order to show cause regarding the prosecution's latest request to hold Trump in contempt for the four new violations of the gag order. It came after the prosecution filed a motion and argued in court that Trump violated the gag order four more times over the past few days.

There will be a hearing next Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. ET about that, he said.

Assistant District Attorney Chris Conroy addressed the additional violations in court Thursday morning, providing the judge with another proposed order to show cause, which Merchan signed.

At a hearing Tuesday morning, prosecutors had already asked Merchan to hold Trump in contempt for violating the gag order, citing 10 social media posts from before and during the trial. They also want the posts taken down. Merchan has yet to rule on these alleged violations.

Trump has two campaign events next Wednesday. He is required to be in court for the gag-order hearing unless the judge signs a waiver to excuse him.

Trump: What happened in the courtroom on Thursday was "breathtaking"

From CNN's Aditi Sangal

What happened in the courtroom on Thursday was "breathtaking," former President Donald Trump said after court wrapped for the day.

He also described former tabloid boss David Pecker's testimony as "amazing."

"Open your eyes, we can't let this continue to happen to our country," he added, reiterating his complaint that this trial should have "never happened."

Trump also commented on the "monumental" US Supreme Court hearing on the matter of his immunity in the federal election subversion case brought by special counsel Jack Smith.

"I hope it was made clear that a president has to have immunity or you don't have a president. Or at most you can say it would be a ceremonial president. That's not what the founders had in mind," he said, adding he heard that the hearing was "quite amazing" and that the justices "were on their game."

Philadelphia Eagles Expected to do One of Two Things in First Round

General manager Howie Roseman has been known to use the same process each year. Will 2024 be the year he deviates?

  • Author: Tyler Forness

Each year, it feels like we know what the Philadelphia Eagles are going to do in the NFL Draft. They almost always take an offensive lineman, defensive lineman or wide receiver in the first round. Since 2000, they have only deviated from that two times: QB Carson Wentz (2016) and Lito Sheppard (2002).

It's hard to argue with the results. The Eagles have made three Super Bowls and numerous NFC Championship Games over the last 25 years but their lack of focus on certain positions could have prevented them from having more success.

Is this the year that the Eagles finally change their ways? It could finally be the year that they prioritize cornerback, according to CBS' Jonathan Jones but their history of offensive tackle could come into play. Don't forget about trading up , as it's something that Roseman has a history of doing.

Everyone is expecting the Philadelphia Eagles to do one of two things (or both) Thursday night: draft a cornerback or trade up. In my own mock, I had them going up from No. 22 to 16 to get Quinyon Mitchell. Corner is a clear and obvious need for Philadelphia. But keep an eye on the Eagles potentially getting into the offensive tackle market in the first round. Lane Johnson continues to play at an All-Pro level, but he's been doing so playing through injuries that would have felled a mortal. Johnson will be 34 this season and GM Howie Roseman always keeps an eye on the future.

The Eagles are going to be one of the more intriguing teams to watch duirng the NFL Draft, as they could finally appease the fanbase by prioritizing cornerback.
