Renee and Tessa were very helpful and knowledgeable in planning our Disney Vacation! They are knowledgeable about Disney World and offered us some great tips and insight! Everything went smoothly; from flights, transportation, meal plans, and dinner shows. They were always available and attentive and resolved all issues for us; before, after and during our vacation. I would highly recommend using Paradise Family Travel in planning your next vacation.
this is the second time using fairy trails family travel with renee as our agent........she took the extra time going over things that most travel agents dont.......she is very thorough and wants you to have the best experience ever--for this we recommend using family trails family travel.
Hello,I am not a person that has taken time to write a review for anyone, but I feel the need to write this one.We have had some bad trips in the past with other travel agents and I felt the need to write this. My family has booked three vacations with fairy trails travel in the last three years. Each trip was different and were at different times of the year.We called fariy trails travel and let them know what we wanted to do and they not only booked it and got a good price for us, they let us know the great places to visit when we got there. .They will work with you and answer any questions that you will have to make your vacation run smooth. When we go on vacation ,and you as well will spend alot of money in a short time.Vacations are not cheap.Fariy trails travel will not only shop the best vacation for you they will help guide you with things on your trip you had no idea you had to think of.One thing to remember I am not saying you will get the cheapest price from them ,but we all know if we get the cheapest price you will get the bottom of the barrel trip.I am saying for the money that we spend and the time we spend planning our trips with them these have been great and vacations filled with memoires..Great money spent. Please take a minute and call them your family will love to work with them.I think its the old school personalized service that we were impressed with.Hope your next vacation is great. George and family

When it comes to a family vacation full of fun in the sun, the Caribbean is particularly appealing with picture-perfect weather, beautiful beaches, and vibrant cultures. Direct flights from many East Coast airports to popular Caribbean islands such as Jamaica , Aruba , the Bahamas , Grand Cayman , and the Dominican Republic mitigate the need for parents to deal with the stress of running through the airport to catch a connection. Once you touch down in paradise, family-friendly beach resorts with water sports, kids clubs, splash pads, playgrounds, endless activities, and multiple restaurants guarantee guests of all ages will find something to smile about.
To help you pick the right spot for your crew, we’ve rounded up 15 of the best family beach resorts across the Caribbean for every travel taste. (Prefer all-inclusive resorts ? Give this article a read.)
Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas
Want to win extra cool points with the younger generation? Bring the whole crew to Atlantis Paradise Island . This legendary resort boasts six beaches, kids and teens clubs, junior aquarist trainer day programs, the Predator Lagoon tunnel, the world's largest open-air marine habitat at Dolphin Cay, a movie theater, and a 141-acre water park with waterslides, the longest river ride in the Bahamas, an aqua-play fort, and 11 swimming pools.
Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth, St. Barts
Parents (and by extension, children) who like luxury love Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth . As one of the largest and most well-equipped resorts on St. Barts , travelers can expect a slew of family-friendly amenities — including two pools, placid beaches, snorkeling, the Rosewood Explorers club for kids ages four to 11, babysitting services, and a world-class spa — in a plush, private setting.
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Puerto Rico
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve , in Puerto Rico makes a splash with luxury lovers of all ages. You’ll find plenty of water sports, pools, sandy beaches, and activities like bike tours through endangered Pterocarpus wetlands to keep everyone busy — and, more importantly, happy. Kids can learn Taíno arts and crafts while parents steal away for a spa treatment or to play a round of golf.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, Anguilla
Anguilla is the ultimate sun-splashed family vacation destination — especially if you’re checking into the splurge-worthy Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla , which offers three sparkling pools, two beaches, large suites and villas to spread out in style, tennis, rock climbing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and a complimentary kids program with everything from toddler kitchen play sets to Xbox.
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, Grand Cayman
Courtesy of Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa
Located on beautiful Seven Mile Beach, the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa very much looks like a sophisticated, contemporary hotel you’d check into before becoming parents — except it’s actually great for families. Kids always have a blast doing crafts, snorkeling, and playing games at Camp Seafire. Teens will enjoy being left to their devices — which, in this case, probably means grabbing a kayak or paddle board.
Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, Anguilla
Newcomer Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club instantly made its mark with spacious suites, swimming pools, a splash pad and playground, kids menus at the restaurants (so even picky eaters won’t have trouble finding something yummy to devour), and family-friendly activities — ranging from pickleball clinics to s'mores bonfires. The enormous spa and Greg Norman-designed golf course act as a refuge for parents.
Rosewood Little Dix Bay, British Virgin Islands
If you’re not a fan of sharing stretches of sand with multiple hotels and day trippers, you’re sure to enjoy the privacy of having a secluded crescent-shaped beach basically all to yourself (and a few other guests) at Rosewood Little Dix Bay . The soft sand and calm water are great for little kids. The resort also supplies babysitting and nanny services as well as cribs, monitors, high chairs, play tents, and strollers upon request.
Cheval Blanc St-Barth, St. Barts
Courtesy of Cheval Blanc St-Barth
Any child — or parent, for that matter — who gets to vacation at Cheval Blanc St-Barth should consider themselves very lucky. Situated right on the sand, this swish resort spoils young guests with beach picnics, chef-created baby purées and special kids dishes, pint-sized spa treatments, and aqua-osteopathy for bubs, plus spacious villas and suites with private pools.
Half Moon, Jamaica
Families flock to Half Moon because of the private beaches, pool, equestrian center, youth tennis clinics, and the chance to see sea turtles hatch (May through August). A major highlight for kids is, not surprisingly, the colorful children’s village, which features a playground and all sorts of age-appropriate activities, from scavenger hunts and story time to horseback riding and sailing.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis, Nevis
While Nevis isn’t the easiest place to reach, many families feel it’s worth the extra effort to vacation at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis . The largest and most luxurious property on the island has a top-rated kids club with a playground, a huge list of activities — including mini golf, kite making, and movie nights — excellent food, and multi-bedroom villas. When it’s time for parents to clock out, a spa and rum cocktails await.
Round Hill Hotel and Villas, Jamaica
No parent in history has ever had to sell their child on going to Round Hill Hotel and Villas . That’s because this top-rated Montego Bay resort provides heaps of fun activities — soccer, tie-dyeing, board games, foosball, painting, and water sports — and kid-approved menu options. An on-site nanny program, spa, gourmet dining, and shaded beach loungers are certainly draws for grown-ups.
Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour, St. Kitts
Whether your dream family vacation looks like building sandcastles on a golden beach or floating in an adults-only pool and doing a rum tasting while the kids are entertained at Island Fort by Camp Hyatt, Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour delivers. The suites with private pools and sundecks are particularly ideal for traveling with children (especially if you have little ones who still need a midday nap).
Oil Nut Bay, British Virgin Islands
Courtesy of Oil Nut Bay
Even just getting to Oil Nut Bay — a 400-acre private island paradise that’s only accessible by boat or helicopter — is something families won’t soon forget. With calm waters for snorkeling, a beach club, three pools, tennis courts, water sports, huge villas, an on-site rescue barn, and an interactive nature center, time spent together at this multi-generational resort promises fond memories to last a lifetime.
Grace Bay Club, Turks and Caicos
Courtesy of Grace Bay Club
Picture this: an upscale all-suite resort that’s also kid-friendly and sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world . Sounds pretty perfect, right? That’s the exact setup at Grace Bay Club , a family favorite that wows with direct access to white sand and tranquil, turquoise waters, plus a pool, a photography concierge to capture priceless vacation moments, field trips to conch farms, and foraging excursions.
Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, Aruba
The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino wins over families with its palapa-studded beach and action-packed activity schedule. There’s also a kids club and evening activities such as dive-in movies and s’mores. Once kiddos are sound asleep after a full day of ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, stand-up paddle boarding, and bingo, many parents enjoy hitting the slot machines and blackjack table.

Customer reviews
For the first time, we used this agency to organize our trip with our 7-year-old son to Vietnam. From the beginning, when contacting via email, we are delighted with the responsibilities and dedication of our travel consultant, Ms Trang Doan. The recommendations we were given, the choices of sites, hotels, and guides were perfect.
Thanks to Trang Doan, we were able to discover Vietnam in all its aspects. The guides in Saigon ("Luck") and Hue ("Son") were fascinating and passionate. They are knowledgeable about history and culture and we gained a lot about your culinary arts. Their French were also outstanding and they were very attentive to our son.
Do not hesitate to call this agency! We will contact them again as soon as we have an opportunity to travel to Asia.
We are here to make your trip Happy & Easy!

Haleakala on maui, how to choose the hawaiian island for you, ever heard of a ‘green flash’, a royal wedding at iolani palace, take a leap – south point big island, spouting horn on kauai, was captain cook the first western visitor to hawaii, hawaii’s state flower: the yellow hibiscus, the haraguchi rice mill tour: kauai’s best-kept secret, 5 things hawaii doesn’t have (that you didn’t expect), ever heard of a green sand beach, satisfied clients:, meg did an absolutely fabulous job ensuring that our trip to hawaii was awesome. anyone can book air, hotel, and car. however, the insight of how to make the most in the short time in hawaii wasn't something i could have done on my own. meg shared with us her go-to trips on the big island. she also shared an app to listen to while traveling. she knew how much time to spend on each side of the island.thank you, meg.

We used Travel To Paradise for our trip to Hawaii. Meg was incredible! She stayed in contact with me and really helped me navigate changing our dates/flights/plans during Covid. It was a stressful time with the uncertainty of travel but Meg kept us up to date and helped every step of the way, she really put us at ease. Every excursion and activity she helped plan for us was personalized to our family and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely couldn't have done it without her help and guidance. If you are planning a trip to Hawaii, call Meg at Travel To Paradise!

Meg is such a sweet, personable, helpful person! She helped to take a lot of stress off my shoulders when we booked our very first Hawaiian vacation. She gave me multiple options to choose from and was very accommodating. She contacted the rental car company for us when I had a question about it. I plan on making another trip to Hawaii in the near future and will definitely be contacting Meg. So nice to have someone who lives IN Hawaii, help plan the perfect trip of a lifetime! You cannot go wrong with Meg!

Aloha fellow travelers,
I wanted to personally let you know about the amazing and outstanding travel planning services of Meg Nichols, from Travel to Paradise. I know a lot of people try to book their travel themselves these days...but think again...using Meg to help us personally plan and book our Hawaiian Family Adventure was the best decision we made. When I first contacted her, Meg was super fast in her reply. She listened to what my family's unique needs and wants were for our Hawaiian vacation. She put together a SPOT ON itinerary at an amazing price.
We can't wait to get back to Hawaii! What an absolutely AMAZING adventure. Thank you Meg.
Meg also recommended a separate person to book all our activities (Zipline, ATV, Snorkel, Luau etc) . She was wonderful too.
Booking with Meg, at Travel to Paradise, literally helped my family enjoy paradise without a single worry or concern. Every hotel was prepared for us. Every flight, island transfer, rental car and hotel check- in was about as easy as it gets. My husband and I have traveled all over the world, from French Polynesia to Africa and back...and Meg's personal touch, with ****EXTRA Birthday SURPRISES for me, just added a cherry on top of our amazing Hawaiian Family Adventure.
Let Meg help you plan and book your trip. You will not regret it. She is on top of everything, knows details only locals know, checks in with you repeatedly, and can get you great deals.

I've delayed writing you this email because it means our trip is officially over. I'm not even sure how to express our gratitude for your guidance (and patience) with us while booking this trip.
Our trip was a dream - waking up to the sounds of waves (and roosters), enjoying coconut shrimp and endless pina coladas in our cabana, and exploring parts of the world we've never seen. Something I didn't share with you before - I was really close to my grandmother growing up, and she passed away 14 years ago. Hawaii was her favorite place on earth, and Kauai her favorite island. Being able to experience what she experienced held a sentimental value I cannot adequately express. We went all week without seeing a rainbow. On our last day as we were packing up on the beach, we turned around to see a vibrant, full rainbow. I swear it was my grandma saying "you see what I mean about this place?" 🙂
We cannot thank you enough for making this happen. We hope to work with you again in the (near) future. Thank you!!
We have had a wonderful anniversary trip! We are so glad we met you and can’t thank you enough for all of your help with our travels. You went above and beyond! We realized how much we have missed Hawaii and are already trying to figure out when we can come back. We will definitely ask you to help us with the details!! Mahalo, Vanessa and Duane.
Kelly and I just wanted to say thank you so much for assisting in setting up our honeymoon vacation to Hawaii. We were super pleased with our accommodations and tours. Even with the initial hic-cup of our flight getting cancelled (airline mechanical issue, not your fault) and not being able to see Pearl Harbor because of our late arrival due to the airline, you and your team really went the extra mile to ensure that we had a wonderful trip. It's hard to find even good customer service these days, but you ladies were Great! Your pleasant assistance and professionalism were greatly appreciated! Please let us know if we can assist as a reference in the future and we will be sure to recommend you to anyone we hear of going that way. Thanks again for everything! L & K.
Hawaii is the most welcoming place I have ever traveled to. The extra aloha spirit is something you can’t help but instantly feel when you visit the islands, and it deepens the peace and love in the hearts of all who travel there. I want to give a special thanks to Paula at Travel to Paradise and her associate Karen who helped with the activities. Without their help, we would never have been able to piece the trip together so well. I would recommend them to anyone who was planning a trip to Hawaii. They will spend hours of time on the phone with you, planning the perfect vacation. They see to every detail and are not satisfied until they know you are. Brian and Dana
When you’re expecting, everyone tells you to take a trip with your spouse while it’s still “just the two of you.” My husband and I wanted to do a Babymoon, and between both of our demanding work schedules, and preparing for the arrival of a new family member, we didn’t have the time we needed to plan our “Babymoon.” I enlisted Meg’s help at Travel to Paradise because of all the travel agents I spoke with, Meg asked me the most questions and really gathered insights on what my husband and I were looking for in this trip. She was organized, thorough, and painted me such a great picture of what our Babymoon could really look and feel like in a way that felt designed just for us and we liked to do. Usually I do hours of research to plan my ideal vacation; but since I didn’t have the time, I could tell that Meg would approach it the same way that I would have, and I trusted her local insights.
Meg referred us to a network of people who provided dinner recommendations and excursions for the two islands we planned to visit (The Big Island and Kauai). By the way, the helicopter tour over Kauai was the absolute trip highlight! And we enjoyed our Snorkel Cruise in Kealakeua Bay. Meg’s connection who helped us select pregnancy-friendly excursions was so important to our experience and saved me hours of research.
Meg also was very responsive to questions, such as the best route to take to get from one side of the Big Island to the next, and because of her recommendations, we knew exactly which stops we should take along the way. We approached our Babymoon with confidence, and that made all the difference. My husband and I couldn’t believe that we were setting on a twelve-day vacation without doing our usual research, but it turned out great: from stopping at the Black Sand Beach on the Big Island to see turtles sunning themselves, to visiting the arts town of Hanapepe in Kauai, our Babymoon is a treasure that we will always remember. I am planning a 10 day holiday next year with my family - 7 in total, all over 25. We want somewhere not overcrowded where we can tumble out of our hotel room straight onto the beach. Would like white/ish sand and clear water. Would like to spend the first couple of days just lounging like lizards on the sand, in the sea and in the pool, then we would like to do some activities and maybe some local shopping. So looking for somewhere to give us enough to do for 7 days. We live in NZ so don't want to spend two days getting somewhere. We have been to Rarotonga and loved it but have seen it, done it sort of thing. Would love to find somewhere just like that. Thinking Hawaii or another pacific island??? Vietnam or the Philipines at a push but heard the beaches are not so good any more and they are ridiculously crowded. Can afford about $300 a night per room on accommodation. Anyone have any ideas I can at least investigate? Desperate for a holiday.
"Thinking Hawaii or another Pacific..."
Well, Hawaii is a good choice.., There is much to see and do incl white sand beaches, even black sand beaches , Lol. Each island has something of its own to offer... For cost savings consider Holiday Rentals instead of hotels, where you could do a little self catering and eat out at times
All of the Hawaiian Islands are represented here on Tripadvisor.
Maui, Kauai, Oahu, big island of Hawaii, all have their own dedicated forums for travel advice, and designated experts who answer travel questions daily
All have accommodation listings for not only hotels but vacation rentals as well each of their specific forums here on TA.. Restaurants and Attractions too.
There are reviews of the accommodations, prices, amenities , photos and availability...
You can reach any of those forums through the Main menu, they are listed under the USA "Destination Forum section or use the coloured links in this reply
Best of luck with your trip planning/research
Thanks for your advice and links. Looking likely Hawaii is where we will end up. Now just have to work out where the best place to stay in Hawaii is.
I love Hawaii, but I think more golden sand than white sand like I see in the Caribbean.
Perhaps Fiji? Very affordable and a shorter flight for you. :)
Thank you all for your helpful responses. We decided to take a mini vacation in Raro instead and save for a longer holiday in 2019. Hawaii will definitely be on the list of places we will be visiting.
$300 per night for seven people in Hawaii... not a pleasant thought. SE Asia is the budget destination. Hawaii is not the budget destination.
