Puebla is very gorgeous!

Those cities are nice to visit. Puebla ia a beautiful city, the history center is gorgeous. Chalula is smaller and the history of the piramid is amazing. Emmanuel and Fernando were great

We met our guide Alexa at the meeting point Miga Cafe, and travelled per mini bus to the archaeological site. Alfonso, our driver, did a great job navigating, and after a short pit stop for breakfast and coffee, he dropped us off at gate 3 of the Teotihuacan Temples. Alexa was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts. As the tour was bilingual (Spanish and English) she did a remarkable job switching back and forth between languages. The site itself is fascinating and covers a fairly big area. We took around 3 hrs to get around it, obviously stopping frequently for photos and Alexa's explanations. After that, we drove to a souvenir/handy craft shop where we could try pulque and tequila and witness traditional weaving. A Mexican lunch was served at the restaursnt around the corner of this shop. You have the option to select the buffet or order a la carte. We ordered mole a la carte. The food was fine, though not excellent and came at an additional cost. We definitely loved the morning of the tour but perhaps would prefer to have had lunch in the city instead. The bus ride back was comfortable and we got dropped off where we met Alexa in the morning. All in all, a great experience and as with any tour, the guide makes or breaks it and we give Alexa and Alfonso 5 stars.

Fernando was our driver and he was great. Emmanuel is a great guide and explains everything in detail. Does not hesitate to answer your questions. Great experience overall!

Gio and Sal were amazing. The "happy tequila time" was a must! If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry, they speak English! :-)

Nuestra guía Diana, muy amable y atenta en todo momento, nos guió y respondió todas nuestras dudas y preguntas referente al tour. Xochimilco si se puede poner un poco lento ya que si no vas con un grupo alegre o numeroso se puede volver un poco tedioso el paseo ya que las trajineras no poseen música y si no tienes bocina portátil o pagas por cada canción a los Mariachis la pasarás en silencio. En mi caso, fue un buen grupo!

Fue una experiencia agradable, buena coordinación, amables y puntuales. Recomiendo ampliamente este tour.

Mensaje de agradecimiento Hola, somos Javier y Silvia, una pareja con suerte, de ahí el agradecimiento a Dios por guardarnos aún en manos de un desaprensivo conductor que dejáis que nos lleve. Ayer de vuelta de Tulum hicimos un transfer en el hotel Princess para regresar en una camioneta blanca con vuestro chófer Zeus o algo así, (regresar a nuestro hotel) , un conductor negligente que no sabía nada más que correr. Nos salvamos la vida porque le dijimos todos para para, para y para. Un chófer que sabe el trafico que tiene esa carretera no puede ir a 123km por hora, se lo que digo porque justito iba detrás viéndolo todo y veía que su forma de conducir era de una persona que no sabe llevar gente, tirones, frenazos y sin prestar atención al tráfico, más ocupado de decirle a la mujer escribe esto en wasap que ya tenemos la recogida de la gente que de el tráfico. Dimos una buena leche con el coche de adelante y ahora pasado más de 12 horas no tenemos ni siquiera un correo de disculpa, vergüenza les tendría que dar. No les importa nada más que el dinero, no cuidan al cliente y el guía que nos pusieron, Nestor un fracaso absoluto. La gente estaba descontenta en el viaje no explicaron nada, nos perdidos todos y acamos en un bar sentados esperando para irnos., volviendo al tema que nos ocupa yo cuando en España trabajo con 80 vida humanas detrás de mi no voy con esa manera de mal conducir, hay que ser prosesional, pero claro si ustedes no lo son, como van a tenerlos. Solo podemos librar al conductor del bus grande, chapó por el y que dios le bendiga. Nosotros trabajamos con autubes en España de turismo y líneas regulares y les aseguro que el accidente de ayer qedara escrito en todos sitios para que recuerden nuestros paisanos que no deben viajes con civitatis, y tampoco con amigotours,porque hay accidente tes inevitables, pero el de ayer era 100% evitable. No cuidan al cliente como si hacemos al contrario nosotros en nuestra empresa, detrás de un volante tenemos gente cualificada que no va loquenado, por cierto aquí si se pone bien el cinturón y si pasa algo en carretera no nos bajamos y dejos en bus con la gente dentro para que les pase algo solo, aquí yo y todos los míos hacemos como en un barco, el piloto baja el último. Sois una empresa muy decepcionante, no dais la cara ni os precocupais por el cliente pero claro... Eso os da igual, aquí están las pruebas, nadie vino a vernos, nosotros sí hemos llamado a nuestro seguro que nos mande un médico por dolores que sentimos desde hace unas horas. Aquí tenemos las fotos para desde España con un bufet reclamar con todo el peso de la ley, sigan así que es una forma magnífica de hacer que él cliente repita.

Andy was super helpful and gave lots of great information. The places were amazing. Definitely recommend this tour to Puebla

Sal was a very knowledgeable and upbeat guide. I enjoyed learning about the history of the Lady of Guadalupe Basilica, the different things that can be made out of agave plants and the history of how Teotihuacán came to be.

Well organized trip including 3 main stops (pyramids of Teotihuacan being the highlight), tequila tasting, shopping opportunities for souvenirs and lunch. The guide did an amazing job telling stories and giving background information on the attractions.

Our tour guide Sal was great. Had good knowledge about everything we visited. However, the breakdown of the tour is not very good. You spend a lot of time in tourist traps and very little time in teotihuacan or in the church of our Lady of Guadalupe. We were not even able to walk around all of the teotihuacan site in the one hour we had there. Otherwise, the bus was comfortable but smelled of smoke. Lunch was tasty and only somewhat overpriced. Overall, very ok but not great tour. Given the price I would only do it again if traveling solo.

Salvador was an amazing guide and has immense knowledge to share and did his best! The thing that can be improved was the food at the lunch spot. Judging by the remote location and lack of variety of places, we were stuck at a restaurant where we didn't enjoy the food. Please take some snacks along with you in case you are a vegetarian!

Excellent experience. Very informative guide, convenient pick up and transport. Would absolutely recommend for a quick view of major sites.

The Cholula Churches and town were amazing, They deserve more time to spend there also hve time to visit the city center.

The trip was great, we learned valuable information about all of the different details all of these historical places and monuments have. We appreciate how knowledgeable and charismatic the staff is, it definitely makes everything enjoyable. As a possible improvement for the current schedule the trip has, we definitely suggest to change the time where the tequila testing takes place and changing it with the lunch first. Drinking alcohol first while almost starving might not be the best option to take! That being said, the trip was almost perfect. Wishing you all more successful trips.
