Organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutarties sąlygos (užsakomieji skrydžiai)

1. Sutarties šalių įsipareigojimai

1.1. Kelionių organizatorius įsipareigoja:

1.1.1. Užtikrinti Turistui (-ams) visų sutartyje nurodytų paslaugų tinkamą teikimą, atsižvelgdamas į Turisto teisėtus lūkesčius, nepaisant to, ar tas paslaugas turi teikti pats Kelionių organizatorius ar kiti turizmo paslaugų teikėjai. Patarimai keliautojams, patalpinti www.coraltravel.lt, ir kita kelionę aprašanti medžiaga ir pakeista programa yra neatskiriamas šios sutarties priedas. Kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje www.coraltravel.lt skelbiama naujausia ir aktualiausia informacija apie kelionę ir jos programos pasikeitimus po sutarties sudarymo.

1.1.2. Nesurinkus minimalaus Turistų skaičiaus t.y. 80 procentų vietų keleiviams numatytame lėktuve, pranešti Turistui apie sutarties nutraukimą patvarioje laikmenoje ne vėliau kaip iki kelionės pradžios likus: 1.2.1. 20 dienų, jeigu kelionės trukmė yra ilgesnė negu 6 dienos; 1.1.2.2. 7 dienoms, jeigu kelionės trukmė yra ne trumpesnė negu 2 dienos ir ne ilgesnė negu 6 dienos; 1.1.2.3. likus 48 valandoms, jeigu kelionės trukmė yra trumpesnė negu 2 dienos. Turistams tinkamai ir laiku pranešus apie sutarties nutraukimą ir grąžinus įmokėtus pinigus už kelionę, Kelionių organizatorius neatsako už Turistų patirtą žalą.

1.1.3. Likus pakankamai laiko iki kelionės pradžios, pateikti Turistui tokia forma, kaip buvo sudaryta sutartis arba kita Turisto pasirinkta forma būtinus bilietus, informaciją apie numatytą išvykimo laiką ir, kai taikytina, registracijos terminą ir numatytą laukimo tarpinėse stotelėse, transporto jungčių ir atvykimo laiką.

1.1.4. Suteikti bendro pobūdžio informaciją apie kelionės šalies paso ir vizos reikalavimus, įskaitant apytikslę vizos išdavimo proceso trukmę, ir informaciją apie su sveikata susijusius formalumus (informaciją apie valstybių, į kurias vykstama, užkrečiamųjų ligų epidemiologinę būklę, privalomas ir rekomenduojamas profilaktikos priemones, informaciją apie sveikatos draudimo įforminimo tvarką) arba pateikti nuorodas į šią informaciją. Pastaroji informacija arba nuorodos į oficialius internetinius tinklapius, kur yra tokia informacija, skelbiama Kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje  www.coraltravel.lt.

1.1.5. Suteikti informaciją apie Kelionių organizatoriaus vietinio atstovo, kelionių vadovo, kontaktinio centro ar kitos tarnybos, kurie suteikia Turistui galimybę greitai susisiekti su Kelionių organizatoriumi ir su juo bendrauti, kreiptis pagalbos, Turistui susidūrus su sunkumais, arba pateikti pretenziją dėl netinkamo sutarties vykdymo ar sutarties nevykdymo, vardą ir pavardę arba pavadinimą, adresą, telefono numerį, elektroninio pašto adresą, fakso numerį. Jei tokių Kelionių organizatoriaus atstovų nėra, Turistui nurodyti telefono numerį, kuriuo jis galėtų skambinti nenumatytu atveju, ar informaciją, kuri jam padėtų susisiekti su Kelionių organizatoriumi. Jei į kelionę vyksta nepilnamečiai, pateikti tėvams ar globėjams informaciją, leisiančią tiesiogiai susisiekti su nepilnamečiu vaiku ar atsakingu asmeniu nepilnamečio vaiko buvimo vietoje. Ši informacija skelbiama Kelionių organizatoriaus interneto puslapyje  www.coraltravel.lt

1.1.6. Suteikti informaciją apie neprivalomą arba privalomą draudimą išlaidoms, atsirandančioms turistui nutraukus sutartį, arba pagalbos, įskaitant turisto grąžinimą į pradinę išvykimo vietą, išlaidoms nelaimingo atsitikimo, ligos ar mirties atveju apmokėti. Sutinkamai su tuo, kelionių organizatorius informuoja turistą apie tai, kad išvykstant į kelionę neprivaloma, bet rekomenduojama įsigyti medicininių išlaidų kelionės metu draudimą, neįvykusios kelionės draudimą, draudimą nuo nelaimingų atsitikimų ar kt. Pastaroji informacija arba nuorodos į oficialius internetinius tinklapius, kur yra tokia informacija, skelbiama kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje  www.coraltravel.lt.

1.1.7. Turisto(-ų) pateiktus asmens duomenis naudoti tik kelionės dokumentų įforminimui ir kelionės paslaugų užsakymui.

1.1.8. Be nepagrįsto delsimo suteikti Turistui, kuriam kyla sunkumų, reikalingą pagalbą kelionės metu ar esant nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybėms: 1.1.8.1. teikti atitinkamą informaciją apie sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas, vietos valdžios institucijas ir konsulinę pagalbą; 1.1.8.2. padėti Turistui pasinaudoti nuotolinio ryšio priemonėmis; 1.1.8.3. padėti rasti alternatyvių kelionės paslaugų.

1.1.9. Kai kelionių organizatoriui atsiranda pareiga grąžinti turistui visus ar dalį turisto ar jo vardu sumokėtų pinigų už kelionę, grąžinti pinigus be nepagrįsto delsimo, bet ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo sutarties nutraukimo dienos, išskyrus atvejį, kai per šį terminą Lietuvos Respublikos turizmo įstatymo nustatytais atvejais turistas ir kelionių organizatorius susitaria dėl sumokėtų pinigų už neįvykusią kelionę kompensavimo šiame įstatyme nustatytomis priemonėmis ir sąlygomis.

1.2. Turistas įsipareigoja:

1.2.1. Laiku apmokėti už kelionę sutarties sąlygose nurodyta tvarka. Jei sutartis sudaroma iki kelionės pradžios liekant daugiau nei 21 dienai, turistas privalo sumokėti 20 procentų dydžio avansą, o likusią sumą sumokėti ne vėliau kaip 21 dieną iki kelionės pradžios; jei sutartis sudaroma iki kelionės pradžios liekant mažiau nei 21 dienai, sumokėti visą kelionės kainą (standartinės apmokėjimo sąlygos). Šio punkto sąlygos dėl kelionės apmokėjimo nėra taikomos, jeigu dėl kelionės finansavimo turistas yra sudaręs finansavimo (vartojimo kredito) sutartį. Turistui įsigyjant kelionę pagal išankstinio pirkimo arba ypatingo (specialaus) pasiūlymo sąlygas, taip pat kelionę, pagal kurią išvykimas yra ne iš Lietuvos ir/arba kelionę arba kuriai taikomos specialios apmokėjimo sąlygos, atsiskaitymo už kelionę sąlygos, kurios skiriasi nuo šiame punkte nurodytų standartinių apmokėjimo sąlygų, yra atskirai nurodomos sutartyje.

1.2.2. Laiku pateikti visą informaciją bei dokumentus, reikalingus Kelionių organizatoriui įvykdyti šią sutartį.

1.2.3. Laiku atvykti į kelionės pradžios vietą, laikytis Kelionių organizatoriaus nurodymų dėl kelionės ar atskirų jos dalių vykdymo, laikytis viešosios tvarkos, tarptautinių keleivių vežimo taisyklių, bagažo gabenimo tvarkos ir į šalį įvežamų daiktų kiekio, skaičiaus ir draudimų reikalavimų. Vykdyti pasienio ir muitinės tarnybų nurodymus. Turistas, laiku neatvykęs į tarpinę išvykimo vietą, turi savo lėšomis savarankiškai grįžti į pradinę arba vykti į kitą kelionės maršrute numatytą tarpinę stotelę.

1.2.4. Vykstant į kelionę su vaiku (-ais), laikytis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2002 m. vasario 28 d. nutarimu Nr. 302 patvirtinto Vaiko laikino išvykimo į užsienio valstybes, nepriklausančias Šengeno erdvei, tvarkos aprašo reikalavimų.

1.2.5. Atlyginti kelionės metu padarytą žalą (sugadintą viešbučio inventorių, transporto priemones ir kt.). Jeigu žala padaryta nepilnamečio, visus nuostolius atlygina už jį atsakingas asmuo. Jeigu Turistas prisiima kaltę ir sutinka atlyginti žalą, ją reikia atlyginti vietoje. Tais atvejais, kai Turistas kaltės neprisiima, Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę žalą išieškoti Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka. Turistas neprivalo atlyginti žalos, atsiradusios dėl nenugalimos jėgos.

1.2.6. Turistas, pagrindinė šios sutarties šalis, privalo informuoti kitus Turistus - naudos gavėjus, kad kelionė yra organizuojama tik pagal šioje sutartyje nurodytas sąlygas ir visi Turistai privalo vykdyti visas sutarties sąlygas bei pateikti jiems visą po sutarties sudarymo Kelionių organizatoriaus siunčiamą informaciją.

2. Sutarties nutraukimas, atsisakymas:

2.1.1. Turistas turi teisę bet kuriuo metu nutraukti sutartį iki kelionės pradžios. Jei Turistas atstovauja kitus dalyvius, Turistas veikia jų naudai ir jų vardu, prisiimdamas visą atsakomybę už veiksmus, atliktus tokių dalyvių atžvilgiu.

2.1.2. Turistui nutraukus sutartį, kelionių organizatorius gali reikalauti iš turisto sumokėti pagrįstą sutarties nutraukimo mokestį, nustatytą sutartyje. Sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio dydis priklauso nuo likusio laiko iki kelionės pradžios Sutartis nutraukiama Suma procentais nuo kelionės kainos likus ne mažiau kaip 21 diena iki kelionės pradžios 20 % likus nuo 20 iki 11 dienų iki kelionės pradžios 50% likus nuo 10 iki 4 dienų iki kelionės pradžios 80% likus 3 ir mažiau dienų iki kelionės pradžios 98% Visais aukščiau nurodytais atvejais sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio dydis negali viršyti sutartyje nustatytos kelionės kainos.

2.1.3. Skrydžio ir/ar apgyvendinimo paslaugų, įeinančių į kelionės paketą, anuliacijos sąlygos specialių akcijų atvejais, gali skirtis nuo šiame punkte nurodytų standartinių sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio sąlygų. Anuliacijos sąlygos, kurios skiriasi nuo šiame punkte nurodytų standartinių sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio sąlygų, yra atskirai nurodomos specialiosiose sutarties sąlygose.

2.1.4. Turistui atsisakius vykti į kelionę, kai dėl kelionės finansavimo jis yra sudaręs finansavimo (vartojimo kredito) sutartį, jis privalo atlyginti kelionių organizatoriaus patirtus nuostolius, kurie nustatyti aukščiau nurodytoje lentelėje, neviršijant maksimalios vienos kelionės kainos, o už vartojimo kredito sutarties nutraukimą turistas privalo atsiskaityti su vartojimo kredito davėju Vartojimo kredito įstatyme ir/ar Vartojimo kredito sutartyje nustatyta tvarka.

2.1.5. Turistas turi teisę nutraukti sutartį ir nemokėti sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio šiais atvejais: 2.1.5.1. jeigu Kelionių organizatorius iki kelionės pradžios pakeičia sutarties sąlygas, o Turistas per Kelionių organizatoriaus nurodytą protingą terminą nesutinka su Kelionių organizatoriaus siūlomais sutarties sąlygų pakeitimais, kai: 2.1.5.1.1. Kelionių organizatorius iki kelionės pradžios yra priverstas iš esmės pakeisti bet kurią iš pagrindinių kelionės paslaugų ir (ar) ypatumų; 2.1.5.1.2. Kelionių organizatorius negali įvykdyti sutartyje nurodytų specialių Turisto reikalavimų; 2.1.5.1.3. Kelionių organizatorius pasiūlo padidinti kelionės kainą daugiau kaip 8 procentais pagal Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.7521 straipsnį; 2.1.5.2. jeigu dėl Turisto nurodytų trūkumų sutartis negali būti toliau vykdoma, o Kelionių organizatorius per Turisto nustatytą protingą laikotarpį nepašalina trūkumų. Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.7521 straipsnio 3 dalyje numatytais atvejais Turistas gali prašyti sumažinti kelionės kainą arba atlyginti žalą; 2.1.5.3. jeigu kelionės tikslo vietoje ar visiškai greta atsiranda nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybių, dėl kurių gali tapti neįmanoma vykdyti kelionę ar nuvežti Turistus į kelionės tikslo vietą. Tokiu atveju Turistas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam būtų grąžinti už kelionę sumokėti pinigai, tačiau jam nesuteikiama teisė papildomai gauti žalos atlyginimą.

2.2. Turistas turi teisę nenurodydamas priežasties per 14 dienų atsisakyti ne prekybos patalpose sudarytos sutarties Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.22810 straipsnio 1 dalies nustatyta tvarka ir turi apie tai pranešti Kelionių organizatoriui Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.22810 straipsnio 6 ir 7 dalyse nustatyta tvarka.

3. Kelionių organizatoriaus teisė nutraukti sutartį:

3.1. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę iki kelionės pradžios nutraukti sutartį, grąžinti Turistui visas už kelionę sumokėtas sumas ir atlyginti Turisto patirtą žalą.

3.2. Kelionių organizatoriui nutraukus sutartį Turisto patirta žala neatlyginama šiais atvejais: 3.2.1. kelionę įsigijusių asmenų skaičius yra mažesnis nei sutarties 1.1.2 punkte nurodytas minimalus Turistų skaičius ir apie tai Turistas buvo informuotas sutarties 1.1.2 punkte nustatyta tvarka; 3.2.2. Kelionių organizatorius negali įvykdyti sutarties dėl nenugalimos jėgos ir jis nedelsdamas iki kelionės pradžios praneša Turistui apie sutarties nutraukimą.

3.3. Turistui neatvykus į oro uostą ir/ar autobuso išvykimo vietą Kelionės pradžios dieną, taip pat nepasinaudojus Kelione dėl priežasčių, susijusių su Turistu, bus laikoma, kad Turistas atsisako Sutarties dėl priežasčių, kurios nepriklauso nuo Kelionių organizatoriaus. Tokiu atveju Sutartis laikoma nutraukta, o Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę įskaityti Kelionės išlaidas.

3.4. Jei Turistas negali atvykti į oro uostą iki Kelionės pradžios arba negali pradėti Kelionės dėl priežasties, nepriklausančios nuo Kelionių organizatoriaus, Turistas privalo nedelsdamas pranešti Kelionių organizatoriui, kad jis pasieks kelionės tikslą savo nuosavomis priemonėmis ir savo sąskaita ir dalyvaus Kelionėje pagal naujai nustatytas sąlygas. Tokiu atveju Turistas padengia naujo lėktuvo bilieto išlaidas ir visas kitas išlaidas, susijusias su Kelionės tikslo pasiekimu. Turistas neturi teisės į įšlaidų, susijusių su sutarties vykdymu, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, lėktuvo bilietų, pervežimo, draudimo, nakvynės išlaidų, kurių nenaudojo, atlyginimą. Pastaba: Reguliarių skrydžių atveju, jei Kelionė neprasideda, tiek išvykstantys, tiek atgaliniai bilietai atšaukiami.

4. Kelionės kainos keitimas:

4.1. Kelionių organizatorius po sutarties sudarymo turi teisę didinti kelionės kainą. Kelionės kainos didinimas galimas tik tuo atveju, kai jį tiesiogiai lemia pasikeitęs (-usi): 4.1.1. Turistų vežimo kaina dėl degalų ar kitų energijos šaltinių išlaidų; 4.1.2. su į sutartį įtrauktų paslaugų, susijusių mokesčių ar rinkliavų (pavyzdžiui, Turisto rinkliava, oro uosto mokesčiai ir kt.), kuriuos taiko tretieji asmenys, tiesiogiai nedalyvaujantys vykdant kelionę, dydis; 4.1.3. su kelione susijusios valiutos keitimo kursas.

4.2. Kelionių organizatorius patvariojoje laikmenoje aiškiai ir suprantamai informuoja Turistą apie kainos padidinimą likus ne mažiau kaip 20 dienų iki kelionės pradžios, nurodydamas kainos padidėjimo priežastis ir kaip buvo apskaičiuotas kainos padidėjimas.

4.3. Jeigu kelionės kainos padidinimas viršija 8 procentus galutinės kelionės kainos, Turistas turi teisę nutraukti sutartį ar pasirinkti Kelionių organizatoriaus siūlomą alternatyvią kelionę.

4.4. Turistas po sutarties sudarymo turi teisę reikalauti sumažinti kelionės kainą šiais atvejais: 4.4.1. sumažėjus sutarties 4.1. punkte nurodytoms išlaidoms po sutarties sudarymo, bet iki kelionės pradžios; 4.4.2. dėl netinkamo sutarties vykdymo, nebent Kelionių organizatorius įrodo, kad sutartis vykdoma netinkamai dėl Turisto kaltės; 4.4.3. kai dėl siūlomų alternatyvių paslaugų kelionė tampa žemesnės kokybės, nei nurodyta sutartyje; 4.4.4. jeigu Kelionių organizatorius dėl pagrįstų priežasčių negali pasiūlyti alternatyvių paslaugų arba Turistas jų atsisako pagal Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.754 straipsnio 5 dalį;

4.4.5. jeigu dėl Turisto nurodytų trūkumų sutartis negali būti toliau vykdoma, o Kelionių organizatorius per Turisto nustatytą pagrįstą laikotarpį nepašalina trūkumų. 4.5. Sumažinus kelionės kainą, Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę iš Turistui turimos sugrąžinti sumos išskaičiuoti faktines administracines išlaidas. Turisto prašymu Kelionių organizatorius turi pateikti tokių administracinių išlaidų pagrindimą.

5. Kitų sutarties sąlygų keitimas:

5.1. Kelionių organizatorius iki kelionės pradžios vienašališkai turi teisę keisti kitas sutarties sąlygas, kuomet: 5.1.1. pakeitimai nėra esminiai; 5.1.2. Kelionių organizatorius Turisto pageidaujama forma patvariojoje laikmenoje aiškiai ir suprantamai pateikė Turistui informaciją apie pakeitimus.

5.2. Kelionių organizatorius be nepagrįsto delsimo patvariojoje laikmenoje aiškiai ir suprantamai turi pateikti Turistui informaciją apie: 5.2.1. siūlomus sutarties pakeitimus; 5.2.2. protingą terminą, per kurį Turistas turi informuoti Kelionių organizatorių apie savo sprendimą; 5.2.3. pasekmes, jei Turistas neatsakytų per Kelionių organizatoriaus nurodytą terminą; 5.2.4. alternatyvią kelionę ir jos kainą, kai tokia kelionė pasiūloma.

5.3. Turistas turi teisę savo pasirinkimu per Kelionių organizatoriaus nurodytą protingą terminą sutikti su Kelionių organizatoriaus siūlomais sutarties sąlygų pakeitimais ar nutraukti sutartį nemokėdamas sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio.

5.4. Turistui nutraukus sutartį, Kelionių organizatorius gali Turistui pasiūlyti lygiavertę ar aukštesnės kokybės kitą kelionę. Jei dėl sutarties pakeitimų ar pasirinktos alternatyvios kelionės suprastėja kelionės kokybė ar sumažėja jos kaina, Turistas turi teisę reikalauti grąžinti sumažėjusios kainos skirtumą.

5.5. Keičiant kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą, kelionės kaina perskaičiuojama pagal keitimo dieną galiojančias kainas ir sąlygas. Kelionės keitimas galimas tik tuo atveju, jei tai yra įmanoma, t.y. galimos kitos datos/trukmės/viešbučiai, yra laisvų vietų skrydžiuose ir pan. Keliaujančių asmenų skaičius bei keliaujantys asmenys (jų vardai ir pavardės) negali būti keičiami, išskyrus 6 straipsnyje aptartus atvejus.

5.6. Sutarties sąlygų keitimas aukščiau aptarta tvarka vyksta likus daugiau nei 21 dienai iki kelionės laiko pradžios. Tokiu atveju Kelionių organizatorius taiko 30 EUR sutarties keitimo mokestį asmeniui (išskyrus kūdikį iki 2 metų.) Vėlesnis sutarties sąlygų keitimas vertinamas kaip sutarties nutraukimas.

6. Sutarties šalių pasikeitimas:

6.1. Turistas turi teisę perleisti savo teisę į kelionę kitam asmeniui, kuris įgys visas Turisto teises ir pareigas pagal sutartį, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios Kelionių organizatoriui pateikia pagrįstą pranešimą. Turisto pranešimas visais atvejais laikomas pagrįstu, jeigu jis pateiktas ne vėliau kaip likus 7 dienoms iki kelionės pradžios.

6.2. Kelionių organizatorius informuoja Turistą, perleidžiantį savo teisę į kelionę kitam asmeniui, apie faktines sutarties perleidimo išlaidas ir pateikia jas pagrindžiančius įrodymus. Tos išlaidos turi būti pagrįstos ir neviršyti Kelionių organizatoriaus dėl sutarties perleidimo patirtų faktinių išlaidų. Turistas turi atlyginti visas išlaidas prieš prasidedant kelionei arba vėliau, jeigu išlaidų negalima tiksliai paskaičiuoti iki kelionės pradžios. Turisto ir asmens, perimančio Turisto teises ir pareigas atsakomybė už išlaidas, susijusias su pakeitimu, yra solidari.

6.3. Teisę į kelionę perleidžiantis Turistas ir kitas asmuo Kelionių organizatoriui už kelionės kainos ir išlaidų, susijusių su teisės į kelionę perleidimu, sumokėjimą atsako solidariai.

6.4. Tais atvejais, kai toks perleidimas prieštarauja asmens, kurio pagalba Kelionių organizatorius naudojasi, taisyklėms (t.y. jei per laiką, likusį iki kelionės pradžios jau neleidžiama užsakyti ir/ar keisti vietos transporto priemonėje, viešbutyje ir (ar) gauti vizos naujo asmens vardu), apie tai nurodoma sutartyje.

7. Kelionių organizatoriaus atsakomybė:

7.1. Kelionių organizatorius atsako už bet kokius techninius užsakymo sistemos trūkumus, kurių atsirado dėl jo kaltės sudarant sutartį ir už bet kokias užsakymo proceso metu padarytas klaidas. Atsakomybė netaikoma, kai užsakymo klaidos atsirado dėl Turisto kaltės arba jas sukėlė nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybės.

7.2. Kelionių organizatorius privalo be nepagrįsto delsimo suteikti Turistui, kuriam kyla sunkumų, reikalingą pagalbą, nurodytą sutarties 1.1.8 punkte.

7.3. Jei pagalba Turistui yra reikalinga dėl priežasčių, kurios atsiranda dėl Turisto tyčinių veiksmų ar aplaidumo, Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę už tokios pagalbos teikimą imti atlygį, kurio dydis negali viršyti Kelionių organizatoriaus patirtų faktinių išlaidų.

7.4. Turistas be nepagrįsto delsimo turi pranešti Kelionių organizatoriui sutartyje nurodytais kontaktais apie bet kokį netinkamo sutarties vykdymo ar sutarties nevykdymo atvejį, jo pastebėtą kelionės metu ir nurodyti protingą terminą trūkumams ištaisyti. Jeigu trūkumus būtina ištaisyti nedelsiant, Turistas neprivalo nurodyti termino.

7.5. Jeigu sutartyje nurodytos paslaugos teikiamos ne pagal sutarties sąlygas, Kelionių organizatorius per Turisto nustatytą protingą terminą privalo ištaisyti Turisto nurodytus trūkumus, išskyrus kai to padaryti neįmanoma arba jei tai sukeltų neproporcingų išlaidų, atsižvelgiant į trūkumų mastą ir į netinkamai suteiktų paslaugų, nurodytų sutartyje, vertę.

7.6. Jeigu Kelionių organizatorius neištaiso trūkumų dėl sutarties sąlygų 7.5 punkte nurodytų priežasčių, Turistas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam be nepagrįsto delsimo būtų atlyginta turtinė ir neturtinė žala.

7.7. Jeigu Kelionių organizatorius per Turisto nustatytą protingą terminą neištaiso trūkumų ne dėl sutarties 7.5 punkte nurodytų priežasčių, Turistas gali padaryti tai pats ir pareikalauti padengti būtinas išlaidas.

7.8. Jeigu Kelionių organizatorius negali suteikti didelės paslaugų dalies pagal sutartį arba Turisto sugrįžimo į išvykimo vietą paslauga nesuteikiama taip, kaip buvo susitarta, Kelionių organizatorius privalo pasiūlyti Turistui be papildomų išlaidų tinkamas alternatyvias paslaugas, kurių kokybė, jeigu įmanoma, būtų lygiavertė sutartyje nurodytai kokybei arba aukštesnė už ją, kad būtų galima toliau tęsti kelionę. Kai dėl siūlomų alternatyvų kelionė tampa žemesnės kokybės nei nurodyta sutartyje, Kelionių organizatorius atitinkamai sumažina kelionės kainą.

7.9. Jei pasiūlytos alternatyvos nėra panašios į tas paslaugas, dėl kurių buvo susitarta sutartyje, arba, jei suteiktas kainos sumažinimas yra neadekvatus, Turistas gali jų atsisakyti.

7.10. Jei nepakankama atitiktis iš esmės daro poveikį kelionės vykdymui, o Kelionių organizatorius per Turisto nustatytą pagrįstą laikotarpį padėties neištaiso, Turistas gali nutraukti sutartį nemokėdamas sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio ir paprašyti sumažinti kainą ir (arba) atlyginti turtinę ir neturtinę žalą.

7.11. Jeigu nėra įmanoma pasiūlyti alternatyvų arba Turistas atsisako pasiūlytų alternatyvų pagal sutarties 7.9 punktą, Turistas turi teisę į kainos sumažinimą ir (arba) turtinės ir neturtinės žalos atlyginimą nenutraukiant sutarties.

7.12. Jeigu kelionė apima keleivių vežimo paslaugą, Kelionių organizatorius šios sutarties 7.9 - 7.11 punktuose nurodytais atvejais be papildomo užmokesčio turi užtikrinti Turisto grąžinimą į pradinę išvykimo vietą lygiavertės rūšies transportu arba nuvežimą į kitą vietovę, dėl kurios sutinka Turistas, taip pat grąžinti Turistui pinigus už nesuteiktas paslaugas.

7.13. Jeigu dėl nenugalimos jėgos Kelionių organizatorius negali užtikrinti Turisto grąžinimo taip, kaip numatyta sutartyje, Kelionių organizatorius privalo apmokėti būtino apgyvendinimo, kurio kategorija, jeigu įmanoma, yra lygiavertė nurodytajai sutartyje, tam laikotarpiui, kiek trunka nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybės, bet ne ilgesniam kaip trijų nakvynių laikotarpiui kiekvienam Turistui, išlaidas, išskyrus atvejus, kai kituose įstatymuose ar Europos Sąjungos teisės aktuose numatyti ilgesni laikotarpiai (pavyzdžiui, riboto judumo ir juos lydintiems asmenims, nėščiosioms ir nelydimiems nepilnamečiams, taip pat asmenims, kuriems reikia specialios medicinos pagalbos, jei Turistas apie jo specialius poreikius praneša Kelionių organizatoriui likus ne mažiau kaip 48 valandoms iki kelionės pradžios).

7.14. Turistas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam be nepagrįsto delsimo būtų atlyginta turtinė ir neturtinė žala šiais atvejais: 7.14.1. jeigu dėl Turisto nurodytų trūkumų sutartis negali būti toliau vykdoma, o Kelionių organizatorius per Turisto nustatytą protingą terminą nepašalina trūkumų; 7.14.2. jeigu Kelionių organizatorius dėl pagrįstų priežasčių negali pasiūlyti alternatyvių paslaugų arba Turistas jų atsisako pagal sutarties 7.9 punktą; 7.14.3. kitais Lietuvos Respublikos civiliniame kodekse nustatytais atvejais.

7.15. Kelionių organizatorius neatsako už netinkamą sutarties įvykdymą, jeigu Kelionių organizatorius įrodo, kad sutartis buvo netinkamai vykdoma dėl: 7.15.1. Turisto kaltės (pavyzdžiui, Turistas neturi kelionei reikalingų ir galiojančių asmens tapatybės dokumentų, neatvyksta laiku į išvykimo vietą, trukdo tęsti kelionę, nesilaiko muitinės taisyklių); 7.15.2. trečiosios šalies, nesusijusios su paslaugų teikimu pagal sutartį, kaltės ir todėl nebuvo įmanoma žalos numatyti arba jos išvengti; 7.15.3. nenugalimos jėgos.

7.16. Jeigu žala, išskyrus žalą, atsiradusią dėl Turisto mirties, sveikatos sužalojimo, taip pat tyčinę žalą ar dėl didelio neatsargumo padarytą žalą, Turistui padaroma teikiant sutartyje numatytą paslaugą, tačiau tą paslaugą teikia ne pats Kelionių organizatorius, Kelionių organizatoriaus atsakomybė už tokią žalą ribojama triguba kelionės kaina.

7.17. Turisto teisė gauti žalos atlyginimą ar teisė į kainos sumažinimą nedaro poveikio keleivių teisėms pagal 2004 m. vasario 11 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 261/2004, nustatantį bendras kompensavimo ir pagalbos keleiviams taisykles atsisakymo vežti ir skrydžių atšaukimo arba atidėjimo ilgam laikui atveju, panaikinantį Reglamentą (EEB) Nr. 295/91 (OL 2004 L 046, p. 1), 2007 m. spalio 23 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 1371/2007 dėl geležinkelių keleivių teisių ir pareigų (OL 2007 L 315, p. 14), 2009 m. balandžio 23 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 392/2009 dėl keleivių vežėjų jūra atsakomybės avarijų atveju (OL 2009 L 131, p. 24), 2010 m. lapkričio 24 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (ES) Nr. 1177/2010 dėl jūrų ir vidaus vandenų keliais vykstančių keleivių teisių, kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2006/2004 (OL 2010 L 334, p. 1), 2011 m. vasario 16 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (ES) Nr. 181/2011 dėl miesto ir tolimojo susisiekimo autobusų transporto keleivių teisių, kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2006/2004 (OL 2011 L 55, p. 1), ir pagal tarptautines konvencijas.

7.18. Pagal sutarties 7.14 punktą Kelionių organizatoriaus išmokėtas žalos atlyginimas arba pagal sutarties 4 skyriaus nuostatas Kelionių organizatoriaus Turistui suteiktas kainos sumažinimas ir pagal sutarties 7.17 punkte nurodytus Europos Sąjungos teisės aktus ir tarptautines konvencijas išmokėtas žalos atlyginimas arba suteiktas kainos sumažinimas Turistui išskaitomi vienas iš kito, kad būtų išvengta dvigubo žalos atlyginimo.

7.19. Turistui padaryta turtinė ir neturtinė žala atlyginama Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso nustatyta tvarka.

8. Asmens duomenų apsauga:

8.1. Asmens duomenų valdytojas yra „Coral Travel Lithuania”, buveinė Vilniuje, Konstitucijos pr.26. Duomenų valdytojas yra atsakingas už pateiktų asmens duomenų saugumą ir jų tvarkymą laikantis įstatymų nuostatų. Su asmens duomenų valdytoju galima susisiekti el. paštu [email protected] arba telefonu +37052747474. Kelionių organizatorius informuoja, kad tvarko turisto asmens duomenis sutarčių sudarymo ir vykdymo, paslaugų teikimo ir atsiskaitymo už teikiamas paslaugas, pretenzijų (reikalavimų) nustatymo ir nagrinėjimo 10 metų laikotarpyje, atsižvelgiant į privalomus senaties terminus, tikslais. Asmens duomenų tvarkymo teisinis pagrindas: 2016-04-27 dienos Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamento (ES) Nr. 2016/679 dėl fizinių asmenų apsaugos tvarkant asmens duomenis ir dėl laisvo tokių duomenų judėjimo ir kuriuo panaikinamas Direktyva 95/46/EB (Bendrojo duomenų apsaugos reglamento) 6 straipsnio 1 dalies b) punktas, c) punktas, Lietuvos Respublikos Civilinio kodekso 1.125 straipsnis.

8.2. Sutarties 8.1 punkte nurodytais tikslais kelionių organizatorius tvarko šiuos turisto asmens duomenis: asmens kodą, gyvenamąją vietą (adresą), pavardę, vardą, elektroninio pašto adresą, telefono numerį, asmens tapatybę patvirtinančio dokumento duomenis- išdavimo ir galiojimo datą, vietą, numerį, gimimo datą, lytį, pilietybę, dokumentą išdavusią valstybę, mokėjimų duomenis ir kitus turisto pateiktus duomenis bei kitą su šios sutarties sudarymu ir vykdymu susijusią informaciją.

8.3. Turistas susisiekęs su kelionių organizatoriumi ir kelionių organizatoriui nustačius asmens tapatybę, gali įgyvendinti šias savo duomenų subjekto teises: 8.3.1. gauti informaciją apie duomenų tvarkymą; 8.3.2. susipažinti su kelionių organizatoriaus tvarkomais savo asmens duomenimis; 8.3.3. reikalauti ištaisyti netikslius savo asmens duomenis ir papildyti neišsamius savo asmens duomenis; 8.3.4. reikalauti ištrinti duomenis („teisė būti pamirštam”); 8.3.5. reikalauti apriboti savo asmens duomenų tvarkymą; 8.3.6. teisę į duomenų perkeliamumą; 8.3.7. tuo atveju, kai asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi sutikimo pagrindu - teisę bet kuriuo metu atšaukti savo sutikimą; 8.3.8. reikalauti, kad jo atžvilgiu nebūtų taikomas tik automatizuotu duomenų tvarkymu grindžiamas sprendimas ir toks sprendimas būtų peržiūrėtas.

8.4. Turistas, manydamas, kad jo asmens duomenų teisės buvo pažeistos, turi teisę pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai, L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, tel. 8 5 2127532, el. paštas [email protected], interneto svetainė  www.ada.lt

8.5. Kelionių organizatorius siekdamas užtikrinti tinkamą sutarties vykdymą turi teisę perduoti turisto asmens duomenis kelionių organizatoriaus vardu ir (ar) jo nurodymu veikiantiems tretiesiems asmenims teikiantiems klientų aptarnavimo, programinės įrangos priežiūros, apskaitos ir kitas paslaugas. Kelionių organizatorius patvirtina, kad duomenų perdavimas vykdomas taikant saugumo priemones pagal atitinkamas sutartis su duomenų gavėjais.

8.6. Kelionių organizatorius privalo pateikti turisto asmens duomenis valdžios arba teisėsaugos įstaigoms, policijai arba priežiūros institucijoms, kai tai privaloma pagal galiojančius teisės aktus arba siekiant užtikrinti kelionių organizatoriaus teises arba kelionių organizatoriaus klientų, darbuotojų ir turto saugumą.

8.7. Kelionių organizatorius tvarko turisto asmens duomenis ne ilgiau nei to reikalauja nurodyti duomenų tvarkymo tikslai ar numato taikomi teisės aktai, jeigu juose yra nustatytas ilgesnis duomenų saugojimo terminas.

8.8. Turistas prisiima visą atsakomybę dėl kelionių organizatoriui pateiktų savo ir kitų turistų asmens duomenų teisingumo ir tikslumo. Turistas, teikdamas, redaguodamas ar kitaip tvarkydamas duomenis (įskaitant savo ir (ar) kitų turistų asmens duomenis), užtikrina, kad turi teisę taip tvarkyti duomenis ir prisiima visą atsakomybę už dėl neteisėto tokių duomenų tvarkymo galinčius kilti kelionių organizatoriui ir (ar) tretiesiems asmenims nuostolius.

8.9. Detalesnė informacija apie asmens duomenų tvarkymą ir susijusias teises viešai skelbiama Privatumo politikoje kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje  www.coraltravel.lt

9. Baigiamosios nuostatos:

9.1. Pažymime, kad kelionės trukmė yra skaičiuojama nakvynėmis, tuo tarpu išvykimo diena yra kelionės pradžios, o grįžimo diena - kelionės pabaigos data. Skrendant lėktuvu pirma ir paskutinė kelionės diena numatyta kelionei, o ne realiam poilsiui.

9.2. Kelionės metu atsiradusias pretenzijas dėl sutarties netinkamo vykdymo ar nevykdymo Turistas turi be nepagrįsto delsimo raštu ar patvariojoje laikmenoje pareikšti sutartyje nurodytam kelionės vadovui, Kelionių organizatoriaus vietiniam atstovui, kontaktiniam centrui ar kitai tarnybai, o jei šių nėra, - Kelionių organizatoriui.

9.3. Kai sutartis sudaryta per Agentą, Turistas gali pateikti pranešimus, prašymus ar pretenzijas tiesiogiai Agentui, kuris be nepagrįsto delsimo perduoda pranešimus, prašymus ar pretenzijas Kelionių organizatoriui. Agentui gavus Turisto pranešimus, prašymus ar pretenzijas, laikoma, kad juos gavo Kelionių organizatorius.

9.4. Kelionių organizatorius privalo neatlygintinai išnagrinėti Turisto kreipimąsi ir, kai nesutinka su Turisto reikalavimais, privalo ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo Turisto kreipimosi gavimo dienos, pateikti Turistui išsamų motyvuotą rašytinį atsakymą, pagrįstą dokumentais. Kelionių organizatoriui gavus pretenziją, turinčią trūkumų (pavyzdžiui, nepasirašytą, paduotą neturinčio teisės atstovauti asmens arba nepateikus tinkamą atstovavimą patvirtinančių dokumentų, nepridėjus pretenzijoje išdėstytų nusiskundimų pagrindžiančių įrodymų ar kt.), Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę kreiptis į Turistą su prašymu ištaisyti trūkumus. Terminas Kelionių organizatoriaus rašytinio atsakymo pateikimui skaičiuojamas nuo Turisto kreipimosi su ištaisytais trūkumais gavimo dienos. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę pratęsti pretenzijos nagrinėjimo terminą ne ilgesniam kaip 14 dienų laikotarpiui dėl svarbių priežasčių, pateikdamas Turistui pranešimą patvariojoje laikmenoje. Turisto pretenzijų Kelionių organizatoriui dėl žalos atlyginimo už netinkamą sutarties vykdymą ar nevykdymą pateikimo senaties terminas yra dveji metai. Pretenzijos teikiamos: a.) adresu “Coral travel Lithuania”, Konstitucijos pr.26, Vilnius b.) Užpildant pretenzijos formą adresu www.coraltravel.lt/client/register, arba c) pardavimo vietoje, kurioje buvo sudaryta sutartis. Pretenzijos, siunčiamos kitais nei pirmiau nurodytais adresais, nėra nagrinėjami.

9.5. Jei turisto netenkina kelionių organizatoriaus atsakymas, jis turi teisę dėl to paties ginčo dalyko per vienus metus kreiptis į vartojimo ginčus nagrinėjančią instituciją. Ginčai dėl sutarties netinkamo vykdymo ar nevykdymo ne teisme nagrinėjami Lietuvos Respublikos vartotojų teisių apsaugos įstatymo nustatyta tvarka Valstybinėje vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyboje, adresu Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, el. p. [email protected], faks. (8 5) 279 1466, interneto svetainė www.vvtat.lt. Elektroniniu būdu prašymą galima pateikti per EGS platformą  http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

9.6. Turisto kreipimasis į vartojimo ginčus nagrinėjančią instituciją neatima iš Turisto teisės kreiptis į bendrosios kompetencijos teismą Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio proceso kodekso nustatyta tvarka su prašymu nagrinėti ginčą iš esmės.

Anex Tour refund problems

**Edit: After urgency they refunded whole cost. Stars changed from 1 to 3. Anex tour is one big scam travel agency. We booked a tour, canceled it on the same day and still haven't received the money. It's been almost a year. Support replied that they were forwarding it to a certain department, but no response since then. We have been ripped off and Invia should be ashamed of themselves for delivering tours through such a dubious company.

we had a trip booked through an annex employee who gave us wrong information. after reviewing our complaint, they wrote to us from the annex that we should solve the problems with the agency through which we went on the trip, that they do not take responsibility. We were deceived by their person who gave us wrong information, because of which we had to pay extra for the trip! How can they say that they are not responsible. the change did not occur in the implementation of the trip, but in the information he gave us.

Egoistic Drivers and Travel Agents who dont speak english

We stayed in Thailand, Moracea Hotel, when the Anex Tour Bus arrived they completely blocked all incoming traffic to the hotel and didnt care about shiet. We waited for our taxi and seen it but it couldnt get in. Travel agent stormed past us, they took all the their time unloading luggage mind you, the bus driver could have driven into the hotel parking spot. When we talked to him he ignored us.

Zero customer Support - Be aware

It is simple, if you need to call or any support from them you will understand this ULTRA low score! They do not focus on customer support, like answering emails or waiting 30+ min to get your call answered (observation - there is not urgent support). In another words, if you got all 100% ok, that is good you will not need them, however, if you have a simple inquiry you are ALONE! They should spent less money on advertising and more on customer support. This company never again!!!

I do not recommend Anex tour

My husband and I booked our holidays in Turkey with Anex tour. They offered us during the first day small daily trips. The main problems were: 1) the prices were overrated compared with other local agencies. However we hadn't that information when we agreed for the trip, and they wanted the payment fast, in the same day. 2) after 2 days I canceled that trip because I wasn't feeling well because of the pregnancy. I asked for a refund but they gave nothing. Firstly their argument to deny the payment was late notification, and secondly they ask for document to prove my sickness. I think that this agency wants just to steal money from the tourist.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Anex Tour. In April 2023 we had a trip from Prague to Turkey through them and we got a delegate named Caglar K. He robbed us of our money, then ignored calls and messages. We tried to resolve the situation directly through the agency, where repeatedly no one answered the phone and no one responded to emails either. We contacted Invia to help us ( they brokered a tour with Anex) and unfortunately nothing has been resolved yet. Anex Tour and their delegate Caglar K. robbed us of 150€ for a trip that, through his fault, did not take place and there was no refund. It ruined the last 3 days of our trip and we still came home poorer.

Guys stay away from this Turkish tour guide. They will never assist you if you need help. They left me stranded on Dominican island without any assistance or even offer a return ticket back because I got Covid. I had to pay a one way return ticket for over 1000 usd. They will take your money and leave you like garbage in a bin.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the tour we booked with you on 24.04.2023. We bought two vouchers from you for 100€ each, but later we discovered that the same tour was offered for others travelers for 85€. Furthermore, we were not informed about the details of the tour itinerary. We expected a pleasant and relaxing day trip, but instead we had to wake up at 3:55 am and spend more than 16 hours on the road. We had to stop at a store, a wine tasting, and two restaurants that were not part of our original plan. We had a Russian-speaking guide. She was nice! We were very disappointed and exhausted by this experience. We did not get what we paid for and what we expected from your agency. We request a full refund of our vouchers or a compensation of 15€ per person for the difference in price and the inconvenience caused. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond to us as soon as possible.

Customer service is a big zero

Customer service is a big zero! I called the customer service in Düsseldorf. First, they kept me waiting forever till someone answered the call. Then, the woman (with very poor German) had absolutely no idea how to handle my request. She put me several times on hold, finally said, she would call me back as she need to speak to her colleague. When she called me back, she had a solution, all was good and settled. 10 minutes later, she called me back again and informed that what she said was not possible any more, our request would cost now more than 300 euros extra. Ridiculous!

Customer service is unreachable Average waiting time 1 hour When you eventually have someone on the phone they give you a wrong answer or say they can't help. After a few calls I ended up with someone that did help me ( total call time 3,5 hours from Holland to Germany). Send numerous emails: NO reply Send Facebook message: NO reply Their representative in Hurgada knows absolutely nothing . Waist of energy and time to talk to this man. Sorry I never book with this company again They book the trip , send the papers and that's it. Don't expect any service at all

I wouldn't recommend this company…

I wouldn't recommend this company because the adventure started from our arrival at the hotel. Our flight was delayed, therefore the guide left us with the Turkish driver who did not know any languages either Russian or English. We had a group of 18 people from different hotels, so the driver asked the GPS how to get to the hotels and it took 3 hours of going in rounds. We were extremely exhausted when he left us at the wrong hotel and went away. We had to take the taxi and paid quite a lot of money because it was 30 minutes to our hotel by taxi. The guide from Anex Tour said that they would not give us the refund even though we gave him the receipt from the taxi driver.

Anex Tour can be even better

We, 2 persons, chose Anex Tour for Egypt (Sharm El Sheikh) travel on January 23-31, 2022. The overall travel experience is pretty much positive - Anex Tour agents are taking care and all the formalities during entire trip. After our arrival Anex Tour employee advertised several possible tours organized by agency. We have decided to align with Anex Tour employee dates, conditions and order one of the offers that we were interested in. Then suddenly we found out that our travel date is deferent that was agreed with Anex Tour. As we found out from Anex Tour employee it happened due to lack of the free place for needed date. We were surprised as we have informed employee regarding specific week day and time that fit our schedule and it was almost one week before the trip. It happened that nobody from Anex Tour side was asking for our approval for changing trip date. Unfortunately agency was not able to do a refund or add us to the list of tourists who travel on agreed at the beginning date. Long story short - keep an eye on Anex Tour in order to get what you are expecting and agreed with them. It will help to avoid miss understanding and do your trip even better.

Excursion disaster with Anex tour Sharm el Sheikh

I am writing this review while in being here Sharm el Sheikh to warn other tourists against buying excursions from Anex tour. We bought an excursion from Anex tour for 340 dollars per person, the programme included: flight to Luxor, visiting the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak and Luxor temples, lunch, Russian-speaking Egyptologist!!!!. All this was promised to us by a guide from Anex tour company called Mizu. We have warned Mizu that we are aware of overestimated cost of excursion (within guides who just walk around the hotel this tour costs 215-225 dollars per person), but we expect qualitative service on history of Ancient Egypt. On arrival at Luxor early in the morning we were met by our guide Dua, who began her story about the city itself. Her language skills left a lot to be desired, but that was not the main problem. The problem was that she rarely threw uninformative phrases about the cost of education in kindergarten, school, Luxor University, about the harvest of wheat, mangoes, papyrus and nothing of the great history of Ancient Egypt. It even got to the absurd: when we asked about the statue of an armed man in front of the Luxor hospital, she said: "Just some man!". At the first point of the tour, she recited a memorised text for 15 minutes, sent us to take pictures and sat in the shade. She did the same at the second point. So instead of allotted 1,5 - 2 hours on each point of the excursion, we finished in 30 min. For lunch we arrived at 11 am!!! as we quickly galloped through the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut's tomb and even to the souvenir shop at her insistence. Then after lunch (it was closer to 12:00) she started persuading us to deviate from the planned itinerary, to buy a trip to the island of monkeys and a boat trip from her, because it is hot for her to lead the excursion now. We refused the monkey island, she reluctantly took us to Karnak and Luxor temples, again 15 minutes of quick memorised text, again sending us off to take photos on our own. Thus, we arrived at Luxor airport at 16:30 when other tourists who had taken similar excursions were arriving by 19:00. Our guide Dua proved herself to be unprofessional, lazy, greedy and most importantly, leaving an extremely negative impression of the country. In addition, being in the same Karnak or Luxor museum, seeing how the guides of other groups work, strengthened the impression of complete deception on her part. Conclusions include: 1. Do not take excursions from Anex tour as the price is inflated by at least 40% (this is after persistent haggling); 2. The ratio of price to quality of the tour does not correspond at all, as they take just locals who know Russian and are so lazy that they can't even read Wikipedia on the eve of the tour; 3. not to come to Egypt anymore, as the overall service is only getting worse, and rogue guides leave an extremely negative impression. If this review will be read by Egyptian tourism representatives, please licence the activities of the guides. These unprofessionals are a disgrace to your history and your heritage and are creating a reputation of constant trickery and deceit amongst numerous peoples! We as tourists go back home and recount all our failures in Egypt.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Anex tours is a terrible agency to use. Me and my family booked a tour to Istanbul as an English family. The company representative (knowing our nationality by our passports and the way we spoke) booked us for a RUSSIAN tour. Since then the company has failed to apologise for the uncomfort we felt during our stay. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I do recommend. I went to Turkey with my family for one week and everything was organised perfect. I travelled with two small kids and I did not have to think about nothing thanks to Anex. An the end we lost our covid test paper and represant of Anex was in 10 min at the airport and gave us a supportance so we were able to come back to Germany. Thank you very much. I would choose Anex Tour next time for sure.

Excellent location and beautiful neighborhood ”

This hotel is very close to multiple metro stations, and also walkable to the kremlins/red square. The neighborhood is absolutely my favorite thing about this hotel, there are some cute cafes and churches nearby. It is also walkable to Christ the Savior and arbat street. The room was comfy and the staffs were helpful and spoke good English. I would stay here next time I come to Moscow.

The location was perfect : walking distance from all the most famous places to visit( Kremlin , GUM, Bolchoi...)Staff were very efficient and nice and spoke very good english which was something amazing in Moscow:) Very clean ,spacious and comfortable room. Very good in general with one exception (which is not a big deal), ie., turn your google map to help Uber or taxi driver as it is hidden behind main streets and we had every single driver misisng the turn into the small lane ways that leads to the Hotel. Best if you can pass the phone to let the Hotel staff to speak to Uber driver in Russian to make things easier!

Arrived there after a much more deceiving hotel in St Petersburg and a night in the train. We were offered and early check-in at 7am without having to ask for it. The staff was very friendly, spoke a perfect english (not so common in russia). The rooms are good, big enough and very calm. You are only 10 minutes walk of the Kremlin & Red Square, yet also only 10 minutes away of 2 very central metro station (and several lines). Beeing so close to everything allows you come back for a quick break at any moment of the day without wasting too much time in transports, which is useful in the freezing winter ! Overall a very good hotel, although a bit pricey.

Great Location/Helpful Staff”

We've arrived at the hotel early in the morning and the staff checked us in immediately and gave us one room to refresh ourselves after the long haul. That's very considerate and helpful. But later on when we returned from our sightseeing trips and wanted to get the key of another room, the staff at reception wasn't too friendly and with stiff face. Haven't got a chance to try to food from the hotel indeed but did see ppl throwing wedding party in one of the restaurant so it shouldn't be too bad. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a very nice cafe very close to the hotel and they served very good coffee.

Anex Tour refund problems

**Edit: After urgency they refunded whole cost. Stars changed from 1 to 3. Anex tour is one big scam travel agency. We booked a tour, canceled it on the same day and still haven't received the money. It's been almost a year. Support replied that they were forwarding it to a certain department, but no response since then. We have been ripped off and Invia should be ashamed of themselves for delivering tours through such a dubious company.

we had a trip booked through an annex employee who gave us wrong information. after reviewing our complaint, they wrote to us from the annex that we should solve the problems with the agency through which we went on the trip, that they do not take responsibility. We were deceived by their person who gave us wrong information, because of which we had to pay extra for the trip! How can they say that they are not responsible. the change did not occur in the implementation of the trip, but in the information he gave us.

Egoistic Drivers and Travel Agents who dont speak english

We stayed in Thailand, Moracea Hotel, when the Anex Tour Bus arrived they completely blocked all incoming traffic to the hotel and didnt care about shiet. We waited for our taxi and seen it but it couldnt get in. Travel agent stormed past us, they took all the their time unloading luggage mind you, the bus driver could have driven into the hotel parking spot. When we talked to him he ignored us.

Zero customer Support - Be aware

It is simple, if you need to call or any support from them you will understand this ULTRA low score! They do not focus on customer support, like answering emails or waiting 30+ min to get your call answered (observation - there is not urgent support). In another words, if you got all 100% ok, that is good you will not need them, however, if you have a simple inquiry you are ALONE! They should spent less money on advertising and more on customer support. This company never again!!!

I do not recommend Anex tour

My husband and I booked our holidays in Turkey with Anex tour. They offered us during the first day small daily trips. The main problems were: 1) the prices were overrated compared with other local agencies. However we hadn't that information when we agreed for the trip, and they wanted the payment fast, in the same day. 2) after 2 days I canceled that trip because I wasn't feeling well because of the pregnancy. I asked for a refund but they gave nothing. Firstly their argument to deny the payment was late notification, and secondly they ask for document to prove my sickness. I think that this agency wants just to steal money from the tourist.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Anex Tour. In April 2023 we had a trip from Prague to Turkey through them and we got a delegate named Caglar K. He robbed us of our money, then ignored calls and messages. We tried to resolve the situation directly through the agency, where repeatedly no one answered the phone and no one responded to emails either. We contacted Invia to help us ( they brokered a tour with Anex) and unfortunately nothing has been resolved yet. Anex Tour and their delegate Caglar K. robbed us of 150€ for a trip that, through his fault, did not take place and there was no refund. It ruined the last 3 days of our trip and we still came home poorer.

Guys stay away from this Turkish tour guide. They will never assist you if you need help. They left me stranded on Dominican island without any assistance or even offer a return ticket back because I got Covid. I had to pay a one way return ticket for over 1000 usd. They will take your money and leave you like garbage in a bin.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the tour we booked with you on 24.04.2023. We bought two vouchers from you for 100€ each, but later we discovered that the same tour was offered for others travelers for 85€. Furthermore, we were not informed about the details of the tour itinerary. We expected a pleasant and relaxing day trip, but instead we had to wake up at 3:55 am and spend more than 16 hours on the road. We had to stop at a store, a wine tasting, and two restaurants that were not part of our original plan. We had a Russian-speaking guide. She was nice! We were very disappointed and exhausted by this experience. We did not get what we paid for and what we expected from your agency. We request a full refund of our vouchers or a compensation of 15€ per person for the difference in price and the inconvenience caused. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond to us as soon as possible.

Customer service is a big zero

Customer service is a big zero! I called the customer service in Düsseldorf. First, they kept me waiting forever till someone answered the call. Then, the woman (with very poor German) had absolutely no idea how to handle my request. She put me several times on hold, finally said, she would call me back as she need to speak to her colleague. When she called me back, she had a solution, all was good and settled. 10 minutes later, she called me back again and informed that what she said was not possible any more, our request would cost now more than 300 euros extra. Ridiculous!

Never ever book again with Anex tours

Customer service is unreachable Average waiting time 1 hour When you eventually have someone on the phone they give you a wrong answer or say they can't help. After a few calls I ended up with someone that did help me ( total call time 3,5 hours from Holland to Germany). Send numerous emails: NO reply Send Facebook message: NO reply Their representative in Hurgada knows absolutely nothing . Waist of energy and time to talk to this man. Sorry I never book with this company again They book the trip , send the papers and that's it. Don't expect any service at all

I wouldn't recommend this company…

I wouldn't recommend this company because the adventure started from our arrival at the hotel. Our flight was delayed, therefore the guide left us with the Turkish driver who did not know any languages either Russian or English. We had a group of 18 people from different hotels, so the driver asked the GPS how to get to the hotels and it took 3 hours of going in rounds. We were extremely exhausted when he left us at the wrong hotel and went away. We had to take the taxi and paid quite a lot of money because it was 30 minutes to our hotel by taxi. The guide from Anex Tour said that they would not give us the refund even though we gave him the receipt from the taxi driver.

Wthell?!?! I wanted to book a trip with my friend to Turkey and I “paid” for it on Check24! Anex Tour can be even better

We, 2 persons, chose Anex Tour for Egypt (Sharm El Sheikh) travel on January 23-31, 2022. The overall travel experience is pretty much positive - Anex Tour agents are taking care and all the formalities during entire trip. After our arrival Anex Tour employee advertised several possible tours organized by agency. We have decided to align with Anex Tour employee dates, conditions and order one of the offers that we were interested in. Then suddenly we found out that our travel date is deferent that was agreed with Anex Tour. As we found out from Anex Tour employee it happened due to lack of the free place for needed date. We were surprised as we have informed employee regarding specific week day and time that fit our schedule and it was almost one week before the trip. It happened that nobody from Anex Tour side was asking for our approval for changing trip date. Unfortunately agency was not able to do a refund or add us to the list of tourists who travel on agreed at the beginning date. Long story short - keep an eye on Anex Tour in order to get what you are expecting and agreed with them. It will help to avoid miss understanding and do your trip even better.

Excursion disaster with Anex tour Sharm el Sheikh

I am writing this review while in being here Sharm el Sheikh to warn other tourists against buying excursions from Anex tour. We bought an excursion from Anex tour for 340 dollars per person, the programme included: flight to Luxor, visiting the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak and Luxor temples, lunch, Russian-speaking Egyptologist!!!!. All this was promised to us by a guide from Anex tour company called Mizu. We have warned Mizu that we are aware of overestimated cost of excursion (within guides who just walk around the hotel this tour costs 215-225 dollars per person), but we expect qualitative service on history of Ancient Egypt. On arrival at Luxor early in the morning we were met by our guide Dua, who began her story about the city itself. Her language skills left a lot to be desired, but that was not the main problem. The problem was that she rarely threw uninformative phrases about the cost of education in kindergarten, school, Luxor University, about the harvest of wheat, mangoes, papyrus and nothing of the great history of Ancient Egypt. It even got to the absurd: when we asked about the statue of an armed man in front of the Luxor hospital, she said: "Just some man!". At the first point of the tour, she recited a memorised text for 15 minutes, sent us to take pictures and sat in the shade. She did the same at the second point. So instead of allotted 1,5 - 2 hours on each point of the excursion, we finished in 30 min. For lunch we arrived at 11 am!!! as we quickly galloped through the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut's tomb and even to the souvenir shop at her insistence. Then after lunch (it was closer to 12:00) she started persuading us to deviate from the planned itinerary, to buy a trip to the island of monkeys and a boat trip from her, because it is hot for her to lead the excursion now. We refused the monkey island, she reluctantly took us to Karnak and Luxor temples, again 15 minutes of quick memorised text, again sending us off to take photos on our own. Thus, we arrived at Luxor airport at 16:30 when other tourists who had taken similar excursions were arriving by 19:00. Our guide Dua proved herself to be unprofessional, lazy, greedy and most importantly, leaving an extremely negative impression of the country. In addition, being in the same Karnak or Luxor museum, seeing how the guides of other groups work, strengthened the impression of complete deception on her part. Conclusions include: 1. Do not take excursions from Anex tour as the price is inflated by at least 40% (this is after persistent haggling); 2. The ratio of price to quality of the tour does not correspond at all, as they take just locals who know Russian and are so lazy that they can't even read Wikipedia on the eve of the tour; 3. not to come to Egypt anymore, as the overall service is only getting worse, and rogue guides leave an extremely negative impression. If this review will be read by Egyptian tourism representatives, please licence the activities of the guides. These unprofessionals are a disgrace to your history and your heritage and are creating a reputation of constant trickery and deceit amongst numerous peoples! We as tourists go back home and recount all our failures in Egypt.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Anex tours is a terrible agency to use. Me and my family booked a tour to Istanbul as an English family. The company representative (knowing our nationality by our passports and the way we spoke) booked us for a RUSSIAN tour. Since then the company has failed to apologise for the uncomfort we felt during our stay. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I do recommend. I went to Turkey with my family for one week and everything was organised perfect. I travelled with two small kids and I did not have to think about nothing thanks to Anex. An the end we lost our covid test paper and represant of Anex was in 10 min at the airport and gave us a supportance so we were able to come back to Germany. Thank you very much. I would choose Anex Tour next time for sure.
