Had a great time on moreton island. I didn't expect transit to be quite so long but it was still pretty good. Fun day overall.

Amazing! So fun and loved the kayaking.

The island itself is beautiful, but expected a bit more form the tour for the money spent. We were unlucky with rough water, but the snorkelling part felt a bit shambolic, and the kayaking was cancelled. Sand boarding was fun, but overall a bit of a disappointing day.

Good all round trip, easy to get to bus pick up, team was lovely! Especially Croc and his sand bus!

Green Sea Turtles

Moreton Island is home to 5 different species of Sea Turtles and while snorkelling the wrecks it’s not uncommon to come across one going about their day. Sea Turtles often nest on the same beaches they were born on and the temperature of the sand is what determines the sex of the turtle. Moreton Islands cool sands mean that male turtles are more likely to hatch than females.

Wobbegong Sharks

Reading the word shark probably sounds intimidating however the Wobbegong Sharks that inhabit the wrecks are harmless. These bottom-dwelling sharks spend most of their time on the sea floor eating crabs and other smaller fish. The name “Wobbegong” comes from the “Australian-Aboriginal” language meaning “shaggy beard” which refers to the many growths on the bottom of it’s mouth.

The Cape Moreton Scenic Day Tour and Moreton Island 2 Day Get Wrecked Explorer Tour are temporarily suspended until further updates. We are currently working on new exciting products and will keep you updated on the progress of this new project!

Moreton Island Get Wrecked 1 Day Tour is running EVERY DAY (Friday 18th Sept – Monday 5 Oct.)

IMPORTANT UDPATES: 3 DAY BRISBANE LOCKDOWN The QLD Chief Health Officer has orderd a snap 3 day lockdown of the Greater Brisbane area, commencing at 5pm AEST Mon 29 March 2021 restricting all non-essential travel. All guests who hold bookings arriving between Mon 29 Mar & Thu 1 Apr are required to postpone & reschedule your visit (dates may change as the situation evolves). As we are currently experiencing high call volumes, we would respectfully like to ask guests not to call us.
