The tour we took was amazing. Christine was fun, engaging, and knowledgeable of the area as well. The day could not have been more fun. From starfish viewing, to rum cake, it was a day we won't forget any time soon! We will definitely be using SeaVis in the future when we visit.

This excursion was the highlight of our trip! We were picked up at our hotel in Punta Cana and transported to Bayahibe - about 1.25 hour ride through the countryside. Seavis separates you by language with a guide and we were lucky enough to get Ingrid and Alex. Ingrid is a very knowledgeable guide and Alex is the Captain and Photographer. Both were very personable and made the trip comfortable and informative. This is not a party boat. There are alcoholic beverages served while on the beach and sandbar and I was perfectly fine with that. I wanted a relaxing experience and it was exactly what I was looking for. We went to (3) separate beaches, including one town. Make sure you take the walk through town. Ingrid knew all the locals and it was inspiring to watch how close she was to the natives and how loving she is to the animals. She rescues sick dogs, nurses them back to health and brings them back to the island. I love how committed she is to the community, the ecology and the animals. Each beach was more beautiful than the next and you made the experience what you wanted. You could snorkel, drink or just sunbathe. Lunch was perfect - grilled chicken, fish, pork, rice, salad, beans and plenty of homemade cake. Everything was fresh and there was plenty to go around. This trip was a little more expensive than the rest but, worth it. The boats are new, hold about 20 people and there is a private area at each stop for Seavis Tours passengers. You never feel overcrowded and always have a quiet space, if that is what you desire. Buy the photographs, Alex will take many photos of you and your fellow travelers, if you ask, and they are only $40 for the lot. He is very funny and the price is reasonable. I am going back to Las Terranas in the fall and wish they had tours from Las Terranas! Thank you Seavis Tours for a wonderful experience! Kim (and Mary Jane)

Had a fabulous time on this excursion. Ingrid, our guide, was the best and so knowledgeable of the island and our boat driver and photographer were the fantastic. The island was so beautiful and the food and drinks were so good. We just bobbed in the water where the starfish were and it was so relaxing. The only thing about this excursion is we wish we had longer on it. It was like paradise. Will certainly do it again when in La Romana.

We enjoyed the excursion was really fun. Our guide Ingrid was great. The food was really good and really enjoyed the rum cake with fresh pineapple on top.The only complaint would be please find a way to make the drinks cold.

Me and my Partner recently did the say Saona Island trip. We will picked up from all Hotel on taking to the Bayahibe office. We were given refreshments before we left and headed off for Saona. before we got to the island we stopped off for a sandbar where we could look at Giant starfish which were as big as my foot. We stayed there for about half an hour and then made all the way to the island stopping off at the Rocks of Peyon and the mangroves. when we reach the island we stopped on my private beach where we was at a traditional Dominican lunch of chicken rice and pork. There are a few shops here which were good value for money and less scary than the flea market in Punta Cana. we stayed here for about an hour and then made all way over to mano Juan, the only Village on the island I'll tour guide for the day Ingrid gave us a great tour around the village including stops at the police station we then moved on to the turtle project unfortunately due to the time of year that it was we were unable to see any Turtles as we were out of season however we did get to see some of the great work that they would doing we then moved on to another Beach further up the island where parts of Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed we then spent the next hour snorkeling. the whole experience was very enjoyable and Ingrid was a very knowledgeable guide. We then took the 45-minute ride back to where the office was and taxis back to our Resort. We were so impressed with this trip we then book The nature complete which covers a morning snorkling at the wall reef on Catalina Island where the water is crystal clear and the amount of fish is mind-blowing. Robert our guide was extremely funny and knowledgeable. After about an hour we the go back on the speed boat and went to the chavon river past Casa de Campo all of the celebrities houses are based we then joined a river boat and went down the chavon river to a Ranch why I can a traditional Dominican lunch was waiting for us. We were then shown around the ranch which is used as a conservation project by our guide for the afternoon Patrick who was absolutely amazing, funny, witty and very knowledgeable. we would highly recommend this trip to couples, families or as individuals. As it caters to everyone. Good points all food and drink is included as part of the price and transportation is certainly cheaper than getting a taxi from the hotel. Bad point (and it's not really one but just a balance) If the water is a little bit choppy and you're at the front of the speedboat by the ride can be a little rough on the back but that's it 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Neil Smith and Tanya Biggs from the UK
