It was amazing!!! From the moment they went on stage to the very last second it was just so much positive energy coming from the band. The crowd was bad, but that isn’t The Killers’ fault! They did the absolute most and it paid off. Brandon hit those high notes despite his flu, Ronnie was legendary on the drums, Ted was amazing, the choir was amazing, et cetera et cetera. It’s a shame (especially for the people that DID know all their songs) that the crowd bothered them so much that they didn’t play Mr. Brightside, but again, the band isn’t to blame.

These Las Vegas legends know how to give a great performance!

This was, so far, the best concert for The Killers that I've ever seen (& I've seen them 3 times already). The acoustics for the Staples Center wasn't the absolute best, but it didn't matter when the whole stadium was singing at the top of their lungs along with the band. First of all, since this was the Wonderful Wonderful Tour, I thought the band would play mostly songs from the new album, but to my surprise, they performed a great mix of songs from their entire discography. What surprised me the most was that The Killers played a ton more songs from their Hot Fuss album than they ever had before. They even dug deep to perform such notable songs like "Andy, You're A Star" & "Smile Like You Mean It". A beautifully sweet touch was when the band performed a new, sort of spur-of-the-moment, song about Los Angeles...a song they had written on the road just before their L.A. leg of the tour. One of the major highlights of the entire concert was when the band had invited a young teenage fan up onto the stage to play the drums on the song "For Reasons Unknown". Apparently this has become an ongoing tradition of the band, to invite fans up on the stage to perform with them. This was such a touching, yet totally bad-ass moment, & I hope The Killers keep on doing this at every concert tour from now on. By the end of the concert, my friends & I had lost our voices from singing & screaming so loudly, but it was one thousand percent worth it. The Killers proved with their electrifying & humorous stage presence, along with their amazing voices & talent, that they will forever hold the spot of being my all-time favorite band.

I actually saw the show at Barclays on Tuesday the 8th. Let me start by saying I see a lot of concerts every year and was only familiar with the better known of The Killers songs. Having said that - they were EXCELLENT! Flowers is a magnificent front man with a set of pipes to carry stadiums. The band is flawless and so rock and roll. I will judge a band by how much they can hook me with a song I’ve never heard before . From the opening with Wonderful Wonderful and The Man thru The Calling start to the encore I was dazzled. I downloaded everything and I’m now a confirmed fan. I will see them again ASAP. One of the best live I have seen -ever. And I’m no spring chicken.

The Killers are thrilled to announce details of a celebratory UK/Ireland tour in summer 2024. The Rebel Diamonds Tour will celebrate the band’s 20 years of hits in a series of arena shows, including 3Arena on Wednesday 12, Friday 14 and Saturday 15 June 2024.

Tickets sales for the Rebel Diamonds Tour coincide with the release of the band’s celebratory ‘best of’ album, Rebel Diamonds.

Rebel Diamonds is an album of highlights featuring 20 tracks, including the modern day classics “Mr. Brightside,” “When You Were Young,” “All These Things That I’ve Done,” “Human,” “Read My Mind”, “The Man” and more, through to the band’s most recently released, critically-lauded single, “Your Side of Town,” and one brand new anthem, “Spirit”.

Rebel Diamonds is a curated dive into an impressive catalogue of songwriting and musicianship - one that has solidified the band as one of the most important voices in rock ‘n’ roll over the last two decades. The album features at least one song from each of the band’s seven studio albums. From the groundbreaking debut Hot Fuss, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024, to the band’s latest full length LP, 2021’s Pressure Machine, Rebel Diamonds showcases the group’s versatility and staying power across the ever-changing alternative music landscape.  The collection is made up of songs that embody who The Killers are as a band, additionally including some favourites of theirs that have resonated over the years - tracks like “Be Still,” from 2012’s album Battle Born or “Dying Breed” from 2020’s album Imploding The Mirage or “A Dustland Fairytale” from 2008’s Day & Age, which the band recently re-recorded and performed with Bruce Springsteen.

The Killers have confirmed a short run of UK and Ireland tour dates to complement their headline slots at Reading & Leeds 2023 .

After topping the bill at the twin festivals next August, the Las Vegas-conceived band will head to Scotland, where there will hold their first-ever show in Edinburgh. The group will headline the Royal Highland Centre Showgrounds on August 29.

In September, The Killers will continue the brief tour at Belfast’s Boucher Road Playing Fields before heading to Stradbally to headline the 2023 edition of Electric Picnic.

Tickets for the Edinburgh and Belfast shows will both go on sale at 9am GMT on Monday (December 12). Edinburgh tickets will be available to purchase here , while Belfast tickets will go on sale here .

The short tour follows the band’s massive, sold-out stadium tour this summer , which saw The Killers play to 400,000 fans at shows, including two euphoric nights at London’s Emirates Stadium.

The new dates are the latest to be added to what looks set to be a busy schedule for The Killers next summer. Previously, the band were confirmed to be performing at Atlanta, GA’s Shaky Knees festival alongside Muse and The Lumineers.

Meanwhile, the group’s latest album, Pressure Machine , was released in 2021 and was followed up by the standalone single “boy” in August. Written before the songs that made up Pressure Machine , the themes explored in “boy” helped lead frontman and principal songwriter Brandon Flowers to the subjects that would eventually be the focus of that record.

“This was the first song written after we had to cancel the  Imploding The Mirage  tour due to the pandemic,” Flowers explained in a press release at the time. “I had recently moved back to Utah and started to make trips to Nephi, where I grew up. I found that the place I had wanted to get away from so desperately at 16 was now a place that I couldn’t stop returning to.

“I have a son approaching the age I was at that time in my life. With ‘boy’, I want to reach out and tell myself – and my sons – to not overthink it. And to look for the ‘white arrows’ in their lives. For me now, white arrows are my wife, children, my songs and the stage.”

The Killers announces new 2023 UK and Ireland tour dates

In addition to headlining Reading & Leeds, the band will play three more shows next summer

The Killers have announced they will return to the UK and Ireland next summer for four shows – find the full list and ticket details below.

The band, who released new albums ‘Imploding The Mirage’  and ‘Pressure Machine’ within a year of each other in 2021 and 2020 respectively, played a UK stadium tour this summer before a US arena run with Johnny Marr .

In late summer 2023, they will return for a short run of dates beginning with headline sets at Reading & Leeds on the weekend of August 25-27. The festivals’ line-up was announced this morning, with the band joined as headliners by Lewis Capaldi ,  Foals ,  Billie Eilish , Sam Fender  and  Imagine Dragons .

After those shows, the band will then play two headline gigs, at Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre Showgrounds on August 29 and Belfast’s Boucher Road Playing Fields on September 1.

On September 3, the short run of gigs will then conclude with a headline set at Ireland’s Electric Picnic festival.

Brandon Flowers revealed to  NME this summer that the band have been working on their next album, with the record set to be released in early 2023.

“We just had a few days off and Stuart [Price, producer] came and visited us on the road,” he told  NME . “We’re sending things back and forth, and ideas. I’m talking with Shawn Everett [producer] too, and it’s nice to have that combo.”

He added: “You will hear singles this year. The full record will probably be early next year, but there will definitely be more releases this year.”

In August, they then shared a new single called ‘Boy’ , which, according to Flowers, was originally written with the intention of appearing on ‘Pressure Machine’.

“It was the song that took me back home and was sort of the impetus for writing ‘Pressure Machine’,” Flowers told  NME . “What’s interesting is that it just didn’t make it onto the record – but its absence is not a reflection of the quality of the song. It was an aesthetic decision to keep it off the record.”

He added: “There’s an optimism to it. It’s in the dust, it’s in the gutter, and it’s looking at the stars. It’s writing in more of a new wave vehicle.”

Sudden Little Thrills: The Killers, SZA, Wiz Khalifa, more set to play new Pittsburgh festival

A new two-day music festival based in Pittsburgh is bringing together The Killers , SZA , St. Vincent , Crowded House and other music stars this fall.

The inaugural Sudden Little Thrills Music Festival, taking place Sept. 7-8, will spotlight acts such as Melanie Martinez, Omar Apollo , Fletcher, Lupe Fiasco and Yung Gravy, along with local culinary offerings. The diverse lineup also includes Wiz Khalifa , Girl Talk and emerging indie band Feeble Little Horse.

More bands slated to perform are Corook, Fedd the God and Krunk and the Center of Life Band.

"Inspired by Pittsburgh’s arts and culture legacy, the name Sudden Little Thrills embodies the ethos of the festival – to be present and open to sudden moments of fun, joy and inspiration," a festival press release said.

Sudden Little Thrills is produced by the team behind world-class festivals including Lollapalooza , Austin City Limits Music Festival , Oceans Calling Festival, Railbird and more.

How to get tickets to Sudden Little Thrills festival

Pre-sale tickets are available at 10 a.m. Thursday.  Fans can sign up to receive an exclusive presale passcode at  SuddenLittleThrillsFestival.com . The public on-sale begins 11 a.m. Thursday on the festival's official website.

General Admission+Lounge tickets will provide relaxed seating, air-conditioned restrooms, a private bar with drinks for purchase and complimentary water plus a concierge to assist with festival needs.

VIP Tickets include unlimited access to the VIP Lounge with relaxed seating, air-conditioned restrooms, private bar with drinks for purchase, dedicated on-field viewing areas at two main stages and more.

The killers, the postal service headlining outside lands 2024.

The Killers and The Postal Service are headlining the 2024 Outside Lands festival, taking place August 9-11 in San Francisco.

The bill also includes Young the Giant , The Last Dinner Party , Romy and K.Flay . The other headliners are Tyler, the Creator , Sturgill Simpson , Grace Jones , Kaytranada , Jungle , Chris Lake and Gryffin .

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, April 24, at 10 a.m. PT.

The Killers tour 2024 announced : The successful band The Killers will be touring again in early 2023 to promote their latest album 'Pressure Machine'. The seven-city tour will take place in March in Atlantic City, Uncasville, Pittsburgh, Columbus, St. Louis, Durant and Houston. Before the tour, the Grammy-nominated band will travel to Australia before performing in their hometown of Las Vegas for New Year’s Eve.

The Killers released their seventh studio album 'Pressure Machine' on August 13, 2021 through Island Records. The new album follows the 2020 'Imploding the Mirage' which peaked at number eight on the Billboard 200 and features K.D. Lang and Weyes Blood. In 2018, they launched their Wonderful Wonderful World Tour, which toured Europe, North America, Latin America and Australia. Since its formation in 2001, the veteran group has received 7 Grammy nominations, 3 Billboard nominations and 1 AMA nomination, among many other distinctions.

The Killers, also known for songs such as "Mr. Brightside", "Human" and "All These Things That I’ve Done", received numerous awards, including Grammy, American Music, MTV Video and NME nominations. After two years of touring to promote their 2004 debut album, 'Hot Fuss', their second album, 'Sam’s Town', released in 2006, spent 42 weeks in the Billboard Top 200. Since then, The Killers has released several other albums, including a 'Best of' and 'Imploding the Mirage', their sixth US Top 10 album. His last effort, "Pressure Machine", was launched last year. Post Malone, Tyler, the Creator, The Killers, Sturgill Simpson to Headline 2024 Outside Lands Festival

This summer's Outside Lands Festival (Aug. 9-11) in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park will feature headlining sets from Tyler, the Creator , The Killers and Sturgill Simpson , as well as a special country performance from Post Malone .

Tickets for the 16th edition of the Another Planet Entertainment/Superfly production will go on sale on Wednesday (April 24). Other acts on this year's lineup include: The Postal Service, Grace Jones, Kaytranada, Jungle, Snoh Aalegra, Gryffin, Young the Giant, Schoolboy Q, Chappell Roan, Reneé Rapp, Victoria Monét, The Last Dinner Party and others.

This year will mark the return of the Dolores Stage, an inclusive dance floor that celebrates the kinds of queer and trans communities that are part of the city's fabric, with the full Dolores lineup slated to be announced soon. In addition, the SOMA stage will mark a return to the Marx Meadow, ditching the tent format for an extended, open air dance space spotlighting house and techno stars, including actor/DJ Idris Elba, Uncle Waffles, The Blessed Madonna and Shiba San b2b CID, among others.

The general public on sale will kick off on Wednesday at 10 a.m. PT on Outside Lands' website , with options including three-day GA tickets ($465 plus fees), three-day GA+ ($715 plus fees) and three-day VIP ($1,075 plus fees), as well as three-day Golden Gate Club passes ($5,095 plus fees), as well as payment plan options for those who prefer installments.

As always, the festival will spotlight music as well as the best of the Bay Area's culinary experiences in the Taste of the Bay Area, and Grass Lands, the first curated cannabis experience at a major American music festival.

Other acts on this year's lineup include Teddy Swims, Slowdive, Killer Mike, TV Girl, Charley Crockett, Men I Trust, Ben Howard, Amyl and the Sniffers, Kevin Abstract, Romy, Badbadnotgood, Strfkr, Corinne Bailey Rae, Snakehips, Allen Stone and more.
