Crossing the river Arno you’ll be able to take the perfect picture of the Ponte Vecchio . And from there you’ll reach the charming streets of the Oltrarno and the impressive Pitti Palace .

To tackle this distance on foot would take the better part of a day, but with this introduction you can better decide which areas you’d like to walk around. Climb aboard the eco-friendly cart in Piazza Madonna degli Aldobrandini and drive through the streets of the cradle of the Renaissance, crossing Piazza Signoria, Piazza del Duomo, Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and much more. Marvel at the polychrome marble facade of the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral, and enjoy riding along the banks of the River Arno, up until Piazza Ognissanti. Along the way you will also see the inimitable Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. An MP3 audio guide will be provided with commentary on the history of the city and its sites so that you can sit back and relax

Very interesting and overall fun experience!

My family and I went on a private tour through the city of Florence and our tour guide, Pam, was very accommodating and very informative. We all had a very good experience on the tour and would definitely do on it again if we return to Florence.

I really recommend this trip. Cart is so comfortable and audio guide is helpful. Fabiano(guide) is so informative and friendly. He bought cookies for my familly members in the middle of tour. After 90 minutes' trip, he even dropped my family to the accomodation. I really thank you Fabiano. You deserve it.

We were a group of 12 people in 3 eco cart. The guide/driver drove us trought the city making stops in the most beautiful places in Firenze. We enjoyed the time in the carts chating with the guide, lisening to him or the audio (about history of the city and buildings). We stoped at different places, had a wonderful sunset from a great belvedere, saw the Ponte vecchio and many more places ! We definitly had an amazing time and we felt pampered from the begining to the end ! It's a very nice way to discover Firenze, I definitly recommand it :D

This was wonderful! We didn't take the tour with Ben. I'm certain he is a very nice guy. Uda was our guide and she was absolutely the BEST! We went all over the city and saw some amazing things. If you can't find Uda to take you on a tour, I'm sure Ben would be just fine. :)

Driver very friendly and helpful. Easy way to see the city. We had an 80 year old family member who tired easily so this was a perfect fit. Easy to get in and out of the carts. Audio tour was informative. Would recommend for a variety of different family members.

I visited Italy with my 82 year old mother. I booked the golf cart tour because I thought it would be a great way for her to see Florence without having to walk. We loved this tour! It was our favorite tour in Florence. Ben was informative and so much fun. We had to change the date and time of our tour twice and the company was very helpful in finding a time that would work for us! I would definitely recommend this tour!

The tour will also take place in bad weather. It is reccomended to dress appropriately. 

No refund is expected in case of NO-SHOW (no show at the start of the tour at the time and the meeting point indicated on the voucher) and / or rejection of the on-site service; if customers get lost during the tour; in case customers decide to leave the tour before the end of the service.

To make it on time for the tour you must show up at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the indicated departure time and submit a copy of the voucher (in electronic or paper format).

Reservations can be made up to 72 working hours before the service.

In cases of force majeure (such as strikes, road works, unexpected closures, ...) the route may be subjected to amendments. In any case, the same duration and quality of service booked will be guaranteed. If the tour includes access to museums and places of worship, the supplier is not responsible for any delays caused by the sites included in the tour program.

In case of any problems on site, you can contact the emergency number indicated on the voucher.

In exceptional cases and/or reasons of force majeure (i.e. acts of nature, strikes, exceptional closures,serious unexpected events or health problems experienced by the person in charge with the service after which it is really impossible to find a substitute) the service you booked might be cancelled. If this should happen, you will be informed as soon as possible and, according to the type of service you booked, you will have the possibility to choose between postponing the service on the first date available or receiving a total refund of the price paid, if the cancellation policy of the service itself allows a refund.

Before setting off you will be provided with audio guides in different languages with interesting and comprehensive explanations of the attractions that you will encounter during your Florence Eco Tour. Would you like to know which attractions you will see? Here they are:

• San Firenze square: situated near Palazzo Vecchio, the square is dominated by the San Filippo Neri complex and is now the location of the headquarters of the Peruvian Consulate. Two interesting facts: numerous archival studies revealed that young Masaccio used to work right in the shop at the corner of Via della Condotta, currently a bar. Furthermore, the ruins of the Temple of Isis, dating back to the second century, lie under the headquarters building of the former court.
• The eco green tour in Florence will continue through Piazza della Signoria , the heart of the city, reaching the busy Porcellino Market that hosts the homonym fountain. When you arrive in front of the Porcellino statue, it is considered lucky to touch the nose of the piglet that is incredibly shiny because of all the hands that have stroked it.
• After admiring Davanzati Palace , location of the Museo della Casa Fiorentina, you will come to one of the major landmarks of Florence, Piazza del Duomo , dominated by the magnificent Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's bell tower and the Baptistery of San Giovanni.
