Catherine at fakenham was amazing. She helped me no end organise my family trip to Disney land Paris. She had to find information around accessibility for my husband. It came out at a great cost. Would I recommend yes.

We called in after seeing an offer in the window and were immediately greeted by Dawn who was very friendly and helpful. During our booking she had to ask two colleagues for advice, it was nice to see a helpful team working well together

I hate giving negative reviews but this…

I hate giving negative reviews but this time I find I have to. I asked very specifically to book a scuba diving holiday in Bali and suggested a couple of hotels that I’ve used before and flights that I’d found on the internet. Initially, they came back with ridiculous flights and different hotels no-were near the sea. After a number of e-mails, visits, and phone calls I thought we had everything finally sorted and booked and paid for the holiday, only to find that the hotel they’d booked with the same name as the one I’d asked for was, again, no-where near the sea for my diving (around a 3-hour drive away!). I had to then pay over a grand to move to the one I wanted! They only get the second star in my rating because they did refund nearly half of my additional cost, but the whole of it could have been saved with a little care and attention.

A very comfortable experience

Take the stress out of booking a holiday.

We were unsure of what holiday to go for this year we usually book one ourselves but thought maybe we would try a cruise this time and with all the options,extras ect when booking we decided to use hays we went and spoke to Ellen in fakenham and she explained everything very well and within 40 minutes we had a holiday booked travel insurance and car parking at the port all sorted was a pleasure dealing with you! Catherine was warm, friendly and thoroughly professional. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained everything clearly. I have found the opening hours a little erratic, but it was worth the wait.

I hate giving negative reviews but this…

I hate giving negative reviews but this time I find I have to. I asked very specifically to book a scuba diving holiday in Bali and suggested a couple of hotels that I’ve used before and flights that I’d found on the internet. Initially, they came back with ridiculous flights and different hotels no-were near the sea. After a number of e-mails, visits, and phone calls I thought we had everything finally sorted and booked and paid for the holiday, only to find that the hotel they’d booked with the same name as the one I’d asked for was, again, no-where near the sea for my diving (around a 3-hour drive away!). I had to then pay over a grand to move to the one I wanted! They only get the second star in my rating because they did refund nearly half of my additional cost, but the whole of it could have been saved with a little care and attention.

A very comfortable experience
