It was well planned. The guide was informed and friendly and the pace was comfortable. The only drawback was the hot weather but they didn’t have control of that. Good trip.

Great trip for whole family!

Carlos is very entertaining and the trip was good overall. As a guide, Carlos was both good at sharing some of the historical aspect of Segovia and Avila, and also some of the modern information. Carlos very interactive, personable, breaking up the conversation with many of us on the tour. He was entertaining to a teenager in informational to us on history and culture. Well done!

Fun and interesting

The guide Olga was very charming and nice, she explained all the most important parts of the city in a concise and interesting way. It was fun and educational! We definitely recommend the tour with Olga!

Excellent tour. Plenty of time in Segovia, partly led by tour guide and partly own time for exploring and lunch. Not as much time in Avila, but still enough time for a good over view. Henrique was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable. Would have liked a bit more time in Avila to walk on the walls, but its a very full on and busy tour, so that wouldve made it longer. Recommended.

I've traveled to 36 countries with a multitude of touring companies and this was my worst experience ever. The first stop at the destination was a gift shop (!) where we spent at least one hour. The tour guide was dour and unpleasant, and abandoned us without completing the tour, having provided us with unclear directions on how to get back to the meeting point for the bus departure back to our point of origin. It would be much better to do your own research and take the train.

The worst tour we have experienced! The tour guide, a young lady who did not say much in English. When she left us inside of Toledo; just told us to meet the bus at where we got off. We had no idea where it was. Luckily we got back to the area an hour earlier; finally found others were looking for the bus too! DO NOT USE VPT for your tour!!

The relationship quality price is very poor and disappointed. We had been paid for show and dinner, however we received a “closed menu” We asked about our reservation at the end of the show but they said we only have tapas and show. The agent Ricardo Cadena who is in charge of the tours in Madrid dismissed our request of the refund. In resume be careful about what they are offering in TripAdvisor when they say show and dinner. You will not be able to select your menu.

Tour was great. We went to Caceres, Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda, Torremolinos, Tarifa, Tangier, Fes, Rabat, Granada, and Toledo from Madrid. FYI, the tour doesn’t include Madrid. That is just the starting and ending destination. For the Morocco part, we were given clear information that we were going to switch to the tour company Mundi Maroc, which was good. For the Spain part, our tour guide Carmen was friendly and enthusiastic. She was great! In total, highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was a Vanessa and she was outstanding. Our group was very vast from young to old and multilingual. Vanessa was not only informative but used humor throughout to keep e tone entertained as well as had little stories of her own about certain experiences which I enjoyed.

This tour is perfect for people who want little guided tours and long free time. Bus was comfortable and punctual. Historical Toledo is good place to visit for a day from Madrid. Sadly we had a bad luck with weather and we couldn’t walk around the town.
