There's only 1 Fast Travel location in each DLC so that they can utilize excessive backtracking as gameplay padding. If there were more Fast Travel locations than the Claptrap and General Knoxx DLC's would've been incredibly quick adventures (Dr. Ned DLC doesn't need any extra since it's the best designed DLC of them all while also utilizing mostly small areas).

Fast Travel can only take me to the dlc areas and not other fast travel stations that I've discovered. Is this a bug or is this how Borderlands 1 works. I'm playing the new remaster and I've never played the game before. You dont get the ability to fast travel until you've reached the Dahl headlands and complete a couple missions there.
