I really enjoyed them. They were ACR's answer to the Subject 16 puzzles from the previous 2 games, and they really leant a much-needed dose of humanity and personality to Desmond. I even loved the post-level screens where it tries and fails to load Desmond's persona. I dunno, I guess storytelling is more important to me than perfect gameplay.

Not sure if it's a bug or intended or what, but I remember noticing that on the PS3 when I replayed Revelations a few years back. Edit: grammar. 6.
