All tours, classes and rentals must be booked in advance. we strongly suggest booking your tour, class or rental in advance to guarantee availability. you can reserve by clicking book online now and search by date or activity. you are always welcome to call the day of but we cannot guarantee availability. our operating hours fluctuate with private classes and tours throughout the year. please note when making reservations it is important to arrive a few minutes early to make full use of your time on the water. .

PLEASE NOTE: When renting, we suggest at least 2 hours to allow yourself enough time to explore. 1 hour rentals may be restricted to paddling inside the marina at our discretion. No alcohol or mind altering substances allowed. Non alcoholic beverages and snacks are encouraged.

We also saw shore birds and enjoyed learning from Chris about how it goes during hurricane season. There was plenty of time to ask questions once you arrive at the beach for a rest. It was a windy morning, so it was a decent workout at the start, but once we tucked back from the bay it was relaxing and enjoyable. We had some brief dolphin sightings; would have loved see more of the dolphins but unfortunately with these types of tours there are no guarantees with the wildlife cooperating. For nature lovers, the Paraná River Delta is the green shelter closest to the city. The port of Tigre is less than one hour away from Buenos Aires and is the most used to access the Delta. Life here has a different cadence—following the water and wind. Our outings in kayak and canoe give us the opportunity to enjoy it in all its splendor, in harmony with the surroundings.

Do I have to be an experienced kayaker?

No, our tours are thought for any level of experience and age. We give a basic kayak lesson before boarding the kayaks, because actually many of our customers go kayaking for the first time in their life with us.

How do I get to Tigre from Buenos Aires?

The RETIRO—TIGRE train line is usually the fastest and easiest way to get here. The ride is about one hour long from Retiro. If you are stayin near Palermo, you can also board the train at Belgrano C station. You can check the timetable at  www.trenmitre.com.ar/imagenes/ Horarios-Retiro-Tigre.pdf

What should I bring with me?

Can i bring my camera.

Yes. The most convinient are pocket cameras or cell phones. If it is not waterproof, bring it in a simple nylon bag to avoid splashes.

DSLR cameras can be cumbersome aboard and more difficult to keep dry.  You can  bring it along in a dry bag if photography is a big deal to you.

Is there somewhere I can leave my bag while we are paddling?

Yes, you can leave your belongings at our base on the island.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We only cancel the tours in case of strong rain or thunderstorms. If you have a reservation and you don´t want to do the tour with ligh drizzle or unsettled weather, please contact us by phone to cancel your reservation.

How can I pay?

We take cash, bank transfers and deposits. If you want to pay in foreign currency, ask us about the exchange rate. We are not taking credit cards for the moment.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

It is best to make your reservation about a week in advance to ensure availability. If you want to do the tour within the next two days, please contact us both by phone and email, so we can get back to you ASAP and make the necessary arrangements.

Is it safe?

Safety is our priority. Our kayaks are strong and stable and we allways wear floating aids.

Great Experience

Great tour with our guide Cassie. She gave us lots of information on the local birds and fish along with history of the area. Usually my wife and I rent kayaks and do our own thing. We are glad we did the tour instead.

My wife and I had a great time with Chris and our small group. We learned a lot on the tour, while being safe and comfortable. He made the experience outstanding from start to finish. Anyone looking to have a fun, safe time on the water should schedule a tour today!

I have been on nine tours with Captain Chris. He is always a delight, educational, informational, fun and entertaining. Every time we have guests in town we bring them on a tour and I learned something new each time. Highly recommend for anyone from two years old to 95. Boat is easy To get on and off of and is very comfortable seating and shading.

Three generation Kayak adventure

My mom, my two daughters on college spring break, and I had an enjoyable kayak tour led by Chris in the 5 Rivers Delta this week. It was very interesting and Chris was so knowledgeable about the wildlife and plants of the area. He was also very entertaining and watched his radar to keep us safe due to possible thunder storms approaching. I would definitely recommend this trip to other travelers looking for a experience unique to Mobile.

My husband and I went on the Dolphin and Wildlife Kayak tour. Cassie was our guide and she was wonderful. This was our first time kayaking and she was very helpful. We learned a lot from her and her enthusiasm is contagious. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see dolphins and wildlife up close.

My wife and I wanted to do something fun! We both love to kayak so we decided to give Wild Native Tours a go! Upon arrival in Maun you will be met by your private kayaking guide at the airport. After introductions you will be transferred over land to Sepopa. It’s a five hour drive, but offers a great chance for you to get to know the guide and go through safety and orientation.

Upon arrival in Sepopa you meet the rest of the team which includes chef, assistant, and driver of the motor boat. From there you board your Kayak (A Wilderness Systems Tsunami 125). You head out from Sepopa and after a couple of hours paddle, you make camp.

Tents supplied are comfortable dome canvas tents. They are comfortable and durable and provide the best comfort and safety while you explore some very unchartered areas of the delta. Toilets and bucket showers are supplied.

Day 2 through 9 takes you through the Okavango Delta in its entirety. A typical day begins with an early breakfast before setting out in kayaks on your daily expedition with your lead guide. You stop for a short lunch before continuing onward. In the early afternoon you arrive at your new campsite and settle down for the late afternoon and evening with a meal and a sun downer.

On your last day of the kayaking expedition you arrive in Maun. After saying goodbyes to the team, you’ll be transferred to the airport for you flight back home.
