Live Nation Middle East confirmed today that Kevin Hart will be bringing his Reality Check Tour to Etihad Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on Wednesday 22 nd February!  

The Live Nation pre-sale begins  Thursday 8 th December at 12 NOON UAE exclusively via Ticketmaster and General on-sale begins  Friday 9 th December at 12NOON UAE.  Sign up for the Live Nation pre-sale at livenation.me. 

This will be Hart’s first show back in Abu Dhabi since his 2016 ‘What Now?’ tour.  

Emmy & Grammy nominated Kevin Hart is currently touring “Reality Check” globally with his known gold standard stand-up material and has shattered box office records everywhere.

Hart launched his career as a comedian during an amateur night at a local comedy club. Over the years Hart has become Hollywood’s box office powerhouse, opening eleven films at number one at the box office and grossing more than in $4.23 billion global revenue. 

Hart has also become a successful Entrepreneur; he is Chairman of HARTBEAT; a global, multi-platform media company creating entertainment at the intersection of comedy and culture with a mission to keep the world laughing together.  

Hart has also earned Emmy nominations for “Die Hart,” for “Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series”.

The Yas Island ambassador is bringing his Reality Check Tour for fans of the giggles to Etihad Arena, Yas Island.

Hold on to your Ha(r)ts, for the funniest guy in films and TV is coming back to the capital!

The return of Kevin Hart to Etihad Arena, Yas Island is now confirmed. Aptly titled the Reality Check Tour, the show is scheduled for 22 February. The Live Nation pre-sale begins this week on 8 December at 12pm exclusively via Ticketmaster. The General on-sale begins 9 December at 12pm as well.

Kevin Hart is about to visit Abu Dhabi's Yas Island: 'I’m expecting to be blown away'

The comedian and actor has revealed the capital's entertainment destination will be where he takes his next vacation, kevin hart is coming to abu dhabi's yas island.

Kevin Hart is on his way to Abu Dhabi. The US comedian has revealed his next holiday will be at Yas Island, “the craziest entertainment venue in the world”.

Hart revealed on Instagram he has partnered with Yas Island, and will soon be travelling to the capital’s entertainment destination to experience all of its attractions.

From Ferrari World to Warner Bros World, Hart expressed his excitement about his coming trip in a video shared with his 117 million followers.

“Yours truly will be coming that way soon. I’m excited, I’m pumped up,” said Hart in the video. “I’m going to hop into that world of excitement … I’m expecting to be blown away.

“You’re doing it too big over there for me not to come and get some … Yas Island, buckle up!”

In the caption accompanying the post, Hart gave a teaser of what he would be doing when he gets to the capital, saying he would take to the F1 racetrack.

“Yas Island Abu Dhabi... Get ready to go Hart! Who knows, I may as well take on a job there for a while,” he wrote, alongside a winking emoji.

The Fatherhood star did not reveal when he would be visiting the UAE, but suggested he would be bringing his family along for the holiday.

Yas Island has been capturing plenty of attention on social media in recent weeks, thanks to its catchy Bee Gees-inspired “Stayin' On Yas” campaign .

The clever tourism drive, which plays on the Bee Gees hit Stayin’ Alive, has racked up more than 1.2 million views on YouTube since its release.

Speaking to The National, Liam Findlay, general manager of Yas Island's Experience Hub, said: "We have been mostly known for our individual assets. Ferrari World or the Grand Prix has been more famous than Yas Island. So every asset is known famously by itself.

“But now, because we have volume ... meaning we have all these new assets like Etihad Arena and SeaWorld coming up, Yas Island is a destination."

Experience Hub's brand marketing director Badr Bourji said that campaign was just the beginning, and another song and video is on its way, although he did not reveal more. “What I can say is we will keep that momentum running and plan to build on our success.”

Perhaps Hart's visit is another piece of that puzzle.

On May 5, Kevin Hart will host the ‘Roast of Tom Brady’ at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum as part of the Netflix is a Joke Festival.

However, that’s far from the only gig the 2024 Mark Twain Prize For American Humor winner has lined up this year.

From April all the way up until December, the prolific 44-year-old comic will perform at venues all over North America as part of his ‘Acting My Age Tour.’

That includes a pair of shows at Westbury, NY’s Westbury Music Fair on June 29 as well as one-offs at Newark, NJ’s Prudential Center on June 30 and Poughkeepsie, NY’s MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center on July 20.

“This one is going to hit different,” Hart shared on Instagram , while describing the tour. “We’re on a different level, a different mindset.”

If you want to see what the “Ride Along” star has up his sleeve for his ‘Acting My Age Tour,’ tickets are available for all shows.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find was $16 before fees on Vivid Seats.

To be fair, that low dollar amount is a bit of an outlier (hint, hint- it’s for the Tom Brady Roast); other Kevin Hart shows have tickets starting anywhere from $55 to $389 before fees.

Upcoming Kevin Hart projects

Kevin Hart can’t stop working.

On top of his upcoming tour dates, he also has eight (!) movies and TV shows set for release in the near future.

Here’s what we know about each of the future flicks.

“Planes, Trains & Automobiles”  might sound familiar. In this reimagining of the 1987 classic, Hart co-stars with Will Smith as “a pair of unlikely travel companions trying to make their destinations in time for the Holiday weekend.”

“My Own Worst Enemy”  tells the story of an agent sent on a dangerous assignment and then receives an assist from an unlikely informant. Tim Story has been tapped to direct.

“The Great Outdoors”  will see Hart star in a remake of the 1988 John Candy-Dan Aykroyd comedy where a family on vacation repeatedly gets interrupted by their irritating in-laws. Teena Lewis and Tristan Cantave are set to co-star.

“Ride Along 3”  is an extension of the popular Hart-Ice Cube franchise featuring Hart as a well-meaning high school teacher who applies to the police academy to impress the girl of his dreams (Tika Sumpter). There, he meets her tough brother (Ice Cube), who, you guessed it, takes him on a ride along to set him straight. According to  Looper , director Tim Story wants to take the ongoing series to another country in a future installment.

“Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist”  has just Hart attached now; the series will tell the story of the infamous armed robbery after Muhammad Ali’s historical comeback fight in 1970.

“Borderlands,”  based on the popular video game, takes place on the desolate, fictional planet Pandora. In this abandoned world, adventurers seek out an elusive artifact. The stacked cast features Cate Blanchett, Jack Black, Jamie Lee Curtis, Gina Gershon and Bobby Lee.

“Uptown Saturday Night”  centers around a pair of pals’ night out where they chill at an illegal club, come upon a lost wallet, and find a winning lottery ticket. Based on the 1974 classic featuring Sidney Poitier, Flip Wilson, Richard Pryor, Bill Cosby, and Harry Belafonte. Rick Famuyiwa (“Dope,” “The Chi”) will direct from a script by Kenya Barris (“Blackish,” “Coming 2 America”).

“Monopoly,”  currently in development, finds a boy from the board game’s Baltic Avenue on a journey to make some cold, hard Monopoly cash. Tim Story will direct Hart again in a script by noted sci-fi screenwriter Andrew Niccol (“Truman Show,” “Gattaca”). Here’s hoping the movie, which has yet to enter pre-production, “gets out of jail free.”

“Die Hart 2: Die Harter” signals a return to Hart’s Amazon Prime series where he “plans an innovative action film with unscripted, unexpected scenes to cement his legacy as the greatest,” IMDb reports. Of course, high-stakes hijinks ensue. Nathalie Emmanuel, Ben Schwartz, Paula Pell and John Cena co-star.

Kevin Hart 2024 tour: Here is how to get tickets to the recently announced ‘Acting My Age’ tour

Kevin Hart is coming to a city near you this year.

Hart is set to head out on his “Acting My Age” tour on June 29 in Westbury, N.Y. and will wrap up on Dec. 4 in Philadelphia .

While on tour, the comedian will perform at the Prudential Center in Newark on June 30 .

He will also perform in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on July 20 at the MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center.

“‘Acting my Age’ is my ninth tour, and I wanted to change things up by creating a more intimate environment. This tour is about connecting with the audience and feeding off the crowd’s energy and laughter,” Hart said in a statement.

There will be several “Acting My Age” tour presales, which are set to begin on April 17 at 10 a.m. with code COMEDY and end on April 19 at 9:45 a.m. through Ticketmaster .

The general sale will begin on April 19 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster .

Comedy show fans can also secure tickets on secondary market websites, such as StubHub , Vivid Seats , TicketCity and SeatGeek .

The cheapest ticket available to his New Jersey show, before fees and at the time of publication, is $71 on Vivid Seats .

Tickets to see LeBron James and star-studded USA team in Abu Dhabi go on sale

Basketball fans in the UAE can now get their hands on tickets to watch some of the biggest stars in the game in Abu Dhabi.

Tickets for the USA Basketball Showcase Abu Dhabi are now available on ticketmaster.ae . The event sees NBA superstar LeBron James and a star-studded US national team take on Australia and Serbia in Abu Dhabi in July as part of preparations for the Paris Olympic Games .

The matches are scheduled to be held on July 15-17 at the Etihad Arena and mark the first international stop of the six-game showcase event.

Joining James as part of the USA team in Abu Dhabi are fellow stars Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Jayson Tatum and Joel Embiid. Additionally, Australia and Serbia will tip off on July 16. All three contests are set for 8pm UAE time.

The 12-member American team also includes Tyrese Haliburton, Anthony Edwards, Kawhi Leonard, Anthony Davis, Devin Booker, Bam Adebayo, and Jrue Holiday. It will be the American team's second visit to the UAE capital. They held a training camp and took part in exhibition games in Abu Dhabi ahead of their 2023 FIBA World Cup last summer .

“USA Basketball’s first experience in Abu Dhabi was one-of-a-kind and we are excited to once again partner with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi as the USA men prepare for the Olympic Games,” said Jim Tooley, USA Basketball CEO.

“Facing Australia and Serbia, who are both ranked among FIBA’s top five men’s national teams, will offer our team optimal competitive opportunities. We are thrilled to host them next summer in Abu Dhabi.”

Following the announcement of the USA team's visit to the UAE earlier this month, Grant Hill, the managing director of the national team, said they were all “blown away” by their experience last year.

“We had such a blast there last year. We had such a good time,” Hill told The National .

“They were so hospitable. The venue, the accommodations, but just the energy and the spirit there was so much fun. Even when it was really hot, we still managed to have a great time."

The USA will be competing for their fifth straight – and 17th overall – Olympic gold medal in Paris in the summer.

As part of their preparations, the US team will host the Canadian national team on July 10 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The Americans will then embark on an international training tour that includes stops in Abu Dhabi and London.

After traveling to Abu Dhabi, the US will face South Sudan on July 20 and reigning World Cup champions Germany on July 22 at London’s O2 Arena. Additionally, the US women's team will host Germany on July 23 in London.

USA Basketball will be represented by four teams at the 2024 Olympic Games, including 5x5 men and women and 3x3 men and women. The US are reigning Olympic champions in 5x5 men and women and 3x3 women, with 3x3 men set to make the Olympic debut this summer.
