My dad just came back from a week long vacation w/ Ameera & said he had the absolute best time ever. He said she was the most organized travel agent for her group and so patient making sure everyone was together. He's already planning his next vacation with her!

I have been there a few of times and I always left satisfied with the help of my guy Eli. He's always helped me and answered every question that I had and make sure I had the best tickets or resorts that are available. I will definitely be going back every time I want to book a trip or any hotel. I would definitely recommend him and his staff they take care of you and always give you the best deals. I plan to have more trips coming up and I look forward to going back knowing I'm dealing with the best. 10/10

Absolutely terrible service. They don't know how to answer the phones (called 3 times with no answer)and the owner likes to hide in her office. She apparently has her regulars that she caters to and doesn't need new customers. Ended up booking online. Maybe the day and age of the travel agents are over?

do not book here, they are the worst people. they do not answer their phones everytime im there someone is arguing or fighting with their agents.

do not book here, they will steal your money, i recently canceled my trip and the airlines refunded me the money and they did not give me my full refund. they kept 300 dollars. do your self a favor and go through expedia or any other agent. they are going to steal your money. worst travel agent in history

What a horrible company. I DM'd them on Instagram asking for a contact number to help book an international trip. It went more than a week without an answer. I looked them up online and got their number and called. The woman Danielle answered the phone and I let her know I wanted to book a trip in October to Lebanon and Tel Aviv. She asked for the dates and I gave them, and then proceeded to scold me for not going enough days. She said I should extend my trip (which I can't do) to spend more time in Lebanon. I asked for pricing for flights and the set dates and she put me on hold and transferred me to another gentleman who asked me the same questions I had already answered with Danielle. He was VERY short with me, gave me the pricing and when I proceeded to ask "what about hotels?" He said "okay, bye" and hung up! I'm sorry- you guys just lost my business. I have heard good things about this company and wanted to try it BUT I'm NOT willing to spend my money with a company who doesn't care about me and wants to be short. Deuces, Rena Travel. I'll find a more reputable and respectful company to help me book the first part of my European 2 month trip.

I booked with Rena travel for a cruise. They found me the best package everything included for me and three of my friends. They answered all my questions and gave me the best suggestions. Everything was planned perfectly from A to Z. Had the best time, went from place to place and without Rena travel that wouldn't be possible. If anyone is trying to getaway especially on a cruise definitely go and talk to Amira very friendly and would get you the best deals.
