My best friend booked this for my bachelorette party on Sunday and it was amazing! Brad was our driver and he was super awesome and outgoing. He made it lots of fun, a long with a good crowd we had going on in the bus. First stop was at South Coast winery, the scenery was beautiful, but I was severely hungover and did not drink any wine there. The guy who was pouring my girl's wine felt bad and gave me some oyster crackers and plenty of water bottle. Service was superb. They had really nice restrooms too. Second stop was at Danza Del Sol winery. It was beautiful inside and out. Service was also great because I was given water and more oyster crackers, I did feel a little better, but not enough to drink wine. They had a bunch of cute little gifts with quirky sayings. And I was able to keep my wine glass. Third stop was Oak Mountain winery which was one of the nicer wineries! I had already been there for a wedding. So it was good to be back. I felt much better and was able to do all six tastings. They offered a good discount price for all their wine bottles because we were doing the tour. The scenery was the best out of all of them. It was quite busy too. We had lunch there and it was a quite hefty meal. Their rosé wines were very decadent and smooth. The atmosphere was relaxing. Fourth and last stop was Masia De La Vinya winery which was by far my favorite of all. The scenery was beautiful, servers were friendly and knowledgeable of their wines. All six tastings were tasty and very smooth. I enjoyed all six of those tastings. I even got a bottle. The environment was really chill and relaxing. Also, we got to keep the wine glass. Overall this experience for the price was a great way to end my single life. I had a blast with all my girls and Brad was truly great. Can't wait to do it all over again once I'm a married woman!

Fun, unique, and breathtaking! LOVE LOVE LOVED this tour. The tour guides were friendly, very helpful, and awesome Debbie and the driver (sorry I wish I remembered his name, he was an older Caucasian male) were always ensuring we were all safe and having a great time. They're humble yet upbeat and enthusiastic. They were always willing to take pictures of us and everything was on time All tours were beautiful There was a lot of wine tastings, I was buzzed after the first lol! The tastings altogether is equivalent to a bottle You can reserve online or call They provide lunch that may be chosen with the given options They offer hotel pickups/drop offs (at certain hotels). If you have any questions/concerns, they're great with responding through email and phone calls

Here at the beautiful South coast winery

Look no further! I live an hour away and brought a guest on 4/26/2022. This is the BEST experience I've ever had on a wine tasting tour. We loved Holly, our tour guide. She was funny, respectful and so enthusiastic about her job. We went on a weekday which made it more intimate. Actually, my very favorite wines were right where the tour started. It was also smart that we were served lunch first. Everyone involved was professional ( from the woman who first greeted us at the door) and jovial. Loved the information and organization. Don't look any further for a wine tour. Cable Car Wine Tours is worth every penny. We visited 3 wineries and had 5-6 tastings at each one. At the end of the day, we probably drank 2 bottles of wine. Our host Holly was terrific and kept the party going on our whole tour. Any wine you don't drink at the winery you're allowed to put in a to-go cup and take it on the cable car to the next destination. Don't pass this tour up, it's highly recommended!

We had Temecula Cable Car for our daughter's wedding last weekend. Excellent choice to move several groups from hotels and airbnb's to the wedding venue and back. Great communication and service! Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast on this wine tour! The guide, Jared and the driver were awesome. They were informative and fun. It was cold because of the weather and the open air cable car but it was so fun! 10/10 would recommend!

This tour is the absolute best! Holly is an amazing tour guide who provides an amazing atmosphere and is such a great host. Thank you so much our anniversary fun! Yeah his is this best excision you could go on!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Kim and Brad with the Cable Car Wine Tours. Our bachelorette party was celebrating our (vegan) bride. They provided lunch and ensured that her lunch was entirely vegan, despite not fully understanding what that meant! From the moment the tour started, Kim assured us she would take care of us if we got sick, if we needed a dance party, or if we needed another glass of wine. They held our items (wine glasses, bottles, leftovers, etc) on the car for us so we didn't have to carry a thing. We got 6 tastings at the first two wineries and 5 at the last - ample alcohol. They do not visit the same wineries every time, so if you have been to a handful, call ahead and let them know you want to visit different ones! We say Bel Vino, Maurice Carrie, and Somerset. If you are debating doing this tour, I highly recommend it. We had a little over an hour at each winery and did not feel rushed at all. We even got a small tour at one winery! Kim and Brad - if you see this, thank you so much for making this such a fun weekend!

I would highly recommend this line for wine tasting. My wife and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and our guide Holly was AMAZING! She made it very fun and memorable

In May of 2006, Mike and Debbie, the owner-operators of Temecula Valley Cable Car Wine Tours had purchased a motorized 1914 San Francisco cable car. Debbie was reluctant of the purchase because of the shape it was in, but Mike could visualize a restored cable car running through Temecula and he couldn’t wait to restore the car to its former glory!

It took over two years to refurbish and fully-restore the cable car to its original conditions, but with a lot of patience, sandpaper, paint, and mechanical parts, the cable car was restored and set off to cruise through the beautiful Temecula wine country.

Our San Francisco cable car is the only historical moving monument left in the United States, and even though the cable car is motorized, passengers will experience the feel and essence of San Francisco as they experience Temecula Valley wine country!

2020 and Beyond:

In 2020, Mike and Debbie had retired from the wine tour industry. Temecula Cable Car Wine Tours was purchased by the owners of Nightly Spirits, with dreams of expanding Cable Car Wine Tours up the west coast and adding a haunted tour option into the mix.

Nightly Spirits:

Nightly Spirits is the nation’s largest ghost tour company in the country. Founded in 2012 in Washington, DC, Nightly Spirits has toured tens of thousands of people on their ghost tour pub crawls, ghost tours, and haunted food tours. Now you can find Nightly Spirits in more than 15 cities across the country for one of the most unique ways to experience a city. Nightly Spirits is excited to bring our expertise together with Mike and Debbie’s company roots to deliver the best Temecula Valley wine tour.
