Topping the list of travel pain points are hidden fees (62%), poor customer service (39%), a complicated booking process (32%), and sticking to a budget (49%). Booked holiday in good faith

Booked holiday in good faith. One month later they ask for an additional £3500 due to computer error! Wow no compensation just a pay additional amount or we will cancel your holiday. I reported them to fraud uk as I thought the call asking for extra money must be a scam…… well apparently not a scam as such just a genuine Virgin Holiday Scam. Book with other more reputable tour operators who have integrity at the core of their business model. Virgin holidays are nothing but Cowboys….. from a very disappointed and sad customer. Look at the date I booked it really was an April fools!

Great booking experience

I wasn't sure what to expect when I called up yesterday to ask a couple of questions about a potential holiday to New York, as I've always been more of a, book flights and accommodation separately person. It will be our first family trip to New York and I had quite a few questions. Zoe Knights friendliness immediately put me at ease and in no time at all it felt like I was chatting to a friend. She gave me amazing advice and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her enthusiasm was infectious and I genuinely think it's because of Zoe that I decided to book the trip with Virgin. It's been a long time since I've called up any company and spoken to anyone as lovely as Zoe. She is an absolute credit to Virgin Atlantic Holidays!

We booked our New York holiday at Virgin Holidays in Meadowhall. What a great experience, we were looked after fantastically well. Sold me a holiday to Barbados where we had no sleep for four nights. Virgin claim this is normal. Offered a paltry £50 each as compensation. I will never book anything with any Virgin business ever again. The staff that work there are complicit and should all feel ashamed.

Be careful, once you have paid, zero customer service

Received an e-mail advising "print your airline tickets 3/4/2024" Nothing online to print, NO ONE at Virgin available to query it with. Phone calls to customer service simply state "we are very busy, we will call you back". NO ONE ever calls back, e-mails sent promising a response within 24 hours NOT HONOURED. NEVER BOOKING WITH VIRGIN AGAIN.

All international travelers planning to visit the Russian Federation should apply for the visa prior to travel. 

For a tourist visa, the applicant must provide a Tourist Voucher, generally obtainable by a Russian local travel agency. The tourist visa is issued for a period of one month only. The entries within this one month can be- Single Entry and Double Entry. Multiple Entry standing valid for one year is solely permitted to US citizens.

Russia Visa Requirements (Documents)

Russia allows Visa-on-Arrival facility for the UAE nationals from February 2019 .  As per the agreement, Emirati nationals are now eligible for 30-days of stay in Russia on Visa-on-Arrival. This agreement is only applicable for UAE nationals. Citizens of other countries residing in the UAE will have to check with their respective countries visa policy and embassies. 

Citizens of the US, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan Afghanistan and few other nations have different visa requirements. It is advisable that nationals of these countries check with their respective embassies before traveling.
