Westland Distillery Tour

Want to visit us and explore beyond a whiskey tasting?

Book a distillery tour with us and you'll learn about the nuances of our process, our region, and all about tasting whiskey. Our experts will walk you through a 45 minute tour experience to learn the intention behind how we create our whiskeys here at Westland, followed by a 45 minute in depth Whiskey Tasting. Whether you're a self-identified whiskey connoisseur or new to this type of spirit, all are welcome.

Tour guests must be be 21+ to participate in post-tour whiskey tasting. Tour guests between the ages of 10-years-old to 17-years-old must be accompanied by an adult, 1:1 parent to child ratio, and require a ticket for entry. Guests under the age of 10-years-old are not permitted on a tour.  

Distillery tours are non-refundable. Reschedules are possible; please email [email protected] before your scheduled time slot if you need to reschedule a tour you have purchased. 

Please be sure to arrive 10min prior to your scheduled tour time.

NOTE: Tour ticket price includes sales tax, Seattle Admissions taxes and Service Charge. 

We ship whiskey exclusively to Washington State residents through our shipping partner, GLS. For shipping estimates, and to ensure GLS services your area, please visit the GLS website . Merchandise is available for shipping nationwide in the United States.

Shipping is a $20 flat rate fee. Orders $200 or more qualify for free shipping.

A key piece in the rich history of the city is it’s where The Boeing Company was founded. Originally a boat company, William Boeing, the founder, became interested in flying and airplanes, thus giving birth to the most successful airplane company in 1916.

Women Who Whiskey is what you can call as an experimental whiskey club that is for women has once again organized the Day Drinking! Women Who Whiskey Seattle open house at Heritage Distilling Co.

When: February 17th, 2019

Where: Heritage Distilling Co.

Open house: 2-5 pm10 am

Ticket prices: $10 – $12

There will be an open house in the Seattle-based and predominantly woman-owned Heritage Distilling Co. The Whisky Extravaganza is at it again with their upcoming whiskey events. This company helps with internationally showcasing only the most premiere whiskey brands in the world. They feature a variety of whiskeys, whiskey cocktails, culinary pairings, and “Whisky Wisdom” stations for guests to improve their knowledge of whiskey.

Registration: 7 pm

Tasting: 7:30 - 10 pm

4.  Road Dogs Tours Seattle

This restaurant group was founded in Seattle in 2014 and has locations in Vancouver, B.C., and Toronto. Its mission is to “disseminate Japanese culture, Japanese food, and Japanese people.”

The Seattle Times called the izakaya “effervescent fun” in a 2018 review .

While it was a featured pop-up during last year’s season, this year, Tamari Bar has found its home in the spacious stand that was last Din Tai Fung. It’s on the main concourse near the Mariners Hall of Fame.

Though the lines may be long, they move quickly. The crew behind the counter does a stellar job of prepping the bowls of the Area 206 Ton-katsue curry before the crispy panko-breaded pork cutlet is placed on top before serving.

On a chilly day and especially on a cold night during the spring games, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as that warming curry. The spices come together in a rich, balanced sauce that’s not so hot it’s going to make you feel as if you’re auditioning for Hot Ones .

But just in case, it’s probably a good idea to order Tamari Bar’s outstanding house-made ginger ale. It’s a real winner and a fantastic complement to the curry.

Whitey Morgan Sets 2024 Tour, Grand Ole Opry Debut

Where has Whitey Morgan been? He’s still been out on the road quite a bit, but instead of logging 280 days a year on the road like he did in his younger days, he’s spending a bit more time now perfecting his BBQ game and tending the homestead in Northern California. But fans of the staunch country music Outlaw will have ample opportunities to see him in 2024 as Whitey and the 78’s will be hitting the road hard and heavy this spring and summer, including opening some big shows for close friends Cody Jinks, Jamey Johnson, and Whiskey Myers. Whitey also has plenty of headliner shows of his own, and a few extra special events. Last week, Whitey announced that he will officially be making his Grand Ole Opry debut. Though Opry debuts are a little easier to come by these days thanks to the management of Dan Rogers, it feels like an especially validating moment for Whitey Morgan who has paid more dues than most, and always kept the Outlaw and independent spirit throughout his career. “Very honored to have been asked to make my Opry Debut on May 17,” Whitey Morgan says. “It’s arguably the most important stage in country music, so grab a ticket and make it a little rowdy with me.” Well before guys like Cody Jinks and Whiskey Myers were minting Gold and Platinum albums, Whitey Morgan was one of the original underground country artists, picking up the mantle from the oldtimers like Billy Joe Shaver and Billy Don Burns, and bringing the music to a new generation. What a lot of folks want to know is when new music might be coming from the Flint, Michigan native. Whitey has never been prolific in his recorded output, but has been posting photos of himself in the studio lately, so stay tuned. Meanwhile, get out and see a show if you can.

I have waited and waited for this. Of all “alt-country” artists, whitey morgan & the 78s is my favorite act. In my opinion; while others leans into americana, western, folk & bluegrass, whitey is firmly rooted in that honky tonk sound crafted by george jones and waylon jennings. Hopefully there’s also a new album on the way as well.

Yeah he’s probably my favorite too… Just wish he put albums out on a consistent basis. Once every five years ain’t cutting it with me. I’m glad he’s performing bigger venues but I’ll always prefer the smaller ones when seeing artists.

Sad that I am the first to comment on an article about him that came out yesterday. His live shows are rad – especially if it is a smaller venue. He is so far from affected in my opinion. Legit country!!!

Whitey shows are some of the best ones out there!

I had no idea who Whitey was but decided on a whim to go see him at the Hard Rock in Vegas a few years. I was NOT disappointed. Truly excellent! Glad to see him getting more attention. I agree with Trigger: go see him if you get the chance!

he’s one of my favorites. I remember in 2020 there wasn’t anything going on and Whitey youtubed himself and sang a bunch of songs. It made my heart happy.

Whitey is for the win

I have seen him and the band four times in Mobile, Al. We met him too. He is a really cool guy. We begged him to play Goodbye Dixie that night which was not in his set list at that time. He said he could not play it that night because he had played it in so long. They played it everytime since then which is cool to me. Glad to them getting Opry debut. I hope we get some new music soon too.

I saw Whitey and Jinks were going to be playing near me. I went to check out tickets and realized the cheapest ones were nearly $300 each. Man, I would love to see these guys again, but I think they have officially left my price range. Guess the days of catching Whitey at the Ranch or at a small venue for less than $50 is over.

Congrats to these guys though. I’ll be moving on to the next big band yet to happen in a venue I can afford. Or maybe I’ll see them again a few years on the downside.

Those sound like resale prices, so either the show is sold out, or you need to make sure you’re buying direct.

They are actual prices from the Charlotte show. There are some cheaper back in the grass area, but if you want a seat they start around $280.

I’m not complaining really, though ticket prices in general are outta hand. I’ve seen both. I’m just getting to the age i guess where spending close to $600 dollars plus travel for my wife and I to see a concert isn’t worth it anymore. Mama isn’t sitting in the grass either, and I just don’t like the large crowds anymore. Small venues are not just more affordable, but quite a bit more enjoyable for me.

Happy for their success though.
