Setting up the tour, and the tour itself were wonderful. We had a few glitches in our plans and Paula was a great help in getting them worked out. Hotels were very good and clean, food at the hotels, excellent! That said, the bikes were NOT. Even though they were brand new, and the gearing great for what they were. However, we did this tour under our own power, no electric bikes, and were told that hybrid bikes were not available for this tour, also told we weren’t allowed to use clip-in pedals. The bikes were heavy, and we found ourselves walking and pushing them up many hills, some rocky and gravel roads, which, if we would have had a decent bike for this tour, a hybrid bike, we would most likely had an easier time of it. Not happy about the bikes! Also, the opening page of the tour says 1-99 as in years old of people that could do this tour, definitely false advertising, there is no way, even with the electric bikes, that some people could not navigate the roads on this tour. We are 2 women in our 70’s and did it, I am proud to say, we have a lot of experience, it was not easy. It could have been much more enjoyable with a different bike. Over all, a fantastic trip. Thank you.

(adrian ceposu)…, brai-cata: insolvenţă de peste 100 milioane lei; firma de salubritate administrată…, dezastru şi-a dat demisia pandele va fi înlocuit de „o persoană…, webmagnat: rezultate financiare 2021, libris: rezultate financiare 2021, ab plus events: rezultate financiare 2021, guda & guda: rezultate financiare 2021, eldiclau: rezultate financiare 2021.

Încă un turist a dat în judecată BAVARIA TOUR; suma revendicată îi permite să solicite insolvenţa agenţiei… care anunţă reduceri de 20%!

BAVARIA TOUR este o agenţie care a vândut numeroase pachete OMNIA , iar acum încearcă să îşi convingă clienţii că nu are nicio vină, invocând un  contract de mandat cu agenţia lui George NEGRU (sinucigaşul), ceea ce ar însemna (după capul celor de la BAVARIA) că păgubiţi trebuie să se adreseze firmei OMNIA TURISM .

Numele societăţii care administrează agenţia este BAVARIA HOLIDAY GROUP SRL Bucureşti (CUI: 32947801), a fost înfiinţată în 2014 şi este deţinută integral de Vasile VOIDAHAZAN (66 de ani), în timp ce Camelia BADIU (fostă VOIDAHAZAN, 36 de ani) deţine funcţia de administrator .

Pe 13 noiembrie 2017 , a fost înregistrată o nouă „acţiune în răspundere contractuală” , înregistrată la Judecătoria Sector 1 Bucureşti de către reclamanta Hajnal PATAKI, reprezentată de către Cabinet de Avocat MATE ATTILA – Dosarul nr. 35926/299/2017 . Suma pe care o revendică Hajnal PATAKI este de 9.004 euro , ceea ce înseamnă că ar putea să facă o surpriză (şi mai mare) agenţiei de turism şi să solicite deschiderea procedurii de insolvenţă . Conform Legii 85/2014, suma minimă pentru care un creditor poate solicita insolvenţa unui debitor este de 40.000 lei (şi nu 45.000 lei, cum cred chiar şi unii administratori judiciari), iar 9.004 euro echivalează cu 41.778,56 lei (la cursul actual).

Demersul iniţiat de Hajnal PATAKI este al doilea de acest gen , după ce o acţiune similară a fost înregistrată la Judecătoria Suceava , de către  Dragoş Andrei ROMILĂ (avocat) şi Roxana Mihaela ROMILĂ (judecătoare) – Dosarul nr.8897/314/2017 . Mai mult, soţii ROMILĂ au depus şi o cerere de „poprire asigurătorie” , respinsă în prima instanţă. Totuşi, cei doi nu au renunţat la această solicitare şi au atacat sentinţa Judecătoriei Suceava cu apel (Dosarul nr.8979/314/2017). Deocamdată, nu au fost stabilite termene de judecată nici pentru apel şi nici pentru acţiunea în răspundere contractuală.

Publicitate înşelătoare

La începutul acestei luni, când deja izbucnise scandalul OMNIA, preşedintele Asociaţiei Naţionale a Agenţiilor de Turism (ANAT), Alin BURCEA, spunea aşa ( AICI ):

Nu putem vorbi despre early booking la circuite sau reduceri. Noi avem un comision de 7% . Efectiv nu ai cum să cedezi 40% . Şi ăsta trebuia să fie primul semnal că ceva nu e în regulă Nu există înscrieri timpurii la circuite

La ora actuală, BAVARIA TOUR, agenţie membră ANAT , „sparge internetul” cu reclame în care anunţă reducere de 20% la circuite turistice 2018 , precizând că ar fi „ Cel Mai Mic Tarif „, afirmaţie care ar trebui rapid sancţionată de Protecţia Consumatorului şi/sau de Fisc (detalii AICI ). Dar marea problemă este legată de acea reducere de 20% – ori nu este reală , ori depăşeşte de aproape 3 ori maximul menţionat de preşedintele ANAT. Bavaria Yachts files for bankruptcy as investors pull out, but catamaran division still going strong

Bavaria Yachts, one of the world's largest production boatbuilders, is in financial trouble after US investors decided to withdraw support for the company

German builder Bavaria Yachtbau sent out shockwaves among owners and the industry last week when it declared insolvency. According to German magazine Yacht , US investors Oaktree Capital Management and Anchorage Advisors pulled a day after the sacking of Bavaria’s CEO, Lutz Henkel.

The investors are said to be giving Bavaria a ‘soft landing’, guaranteeing three months of operation until the yard closes for its annual summer holidays.

The news took dealers and suppliers alike by complete surprise.

The insolvency is said to affect the manufacturing arm of the company building Bavaria monohulls. Bavaria Catamarans, formerly Nautitech, is not said to be affected. Bavaria purchased Nautitech from French owner  Bruno Voisard and partners just over two years ago.

The catamaran market has been booming with sales outstripping demand, while mid-sized production monohull sales, which slumped in 2008, have never fully recovered.

UK Nautitech dealers Key Yachting Ltd , said: ‘ To this day, the catamaran business remains in Rochefort, France. It is an independent French company with its own employees, suppliers and bank accounts. Seen as the “jewel in the crown” of the Bavaria group, the well managed and profitable catamaran business is already attracting interest from potential buyers.

‘While we understand that both the Catamaran division and the struggling German operation will probably soon be under new ownership, or indeed ownerships, the operation of the Catamaran business is completely unaffected by the situation in Germany. Therefore trading, delivery and after sales service continue as before.’

Bavaria has been through several chapters of ownership. Buyout firm Bain Capital bought the company in 2007 for €1.3bn and handed over two years later to debt investors Oaktree and Anchorage in a huge debt-for-equity transaction in which the two specialists wrote off 90 per cent of Bavaria’s €960m debts.

The company has sought to expand into larger yachts with the launch of two new larger and more luxurious cruisers, the C57 launched last year and C65 that on show in January at boot Düsseldorf. Bavaria is one of the world’s largest volume production manufacturers, oeprating out of a huge plant in Giebelstadt, near Würzburg, where it builds around 4,000 yachts a year.
