You make the acquaintance of a rather passionate adventurer at the front desk of the Mondstadt Adventurers' Guild.

1st Ending: Fruitless Anticipation

Fruitless anticipation, story route, story dialogue walkthrough, adventurous acquaintance, with wind comes glory order, good hunter's opening hours, general good's special offer, 2nd ending: hasty farewell, hasty farewell, the adventure in the dandelion sea, reap without sowing..., ad astra..., 3rd ending: taste tester royce, taste tester royce, can't make an omelette without eggs.

Bennett will need one Slime Condensate , one Radish , and one Mint to cook a meal for your journey with him.

Hangout Event: Bennett – Fantastic Voyage All Endings guide – Genshin Impact

Bennett’s Hangout quest in Genshin Impact is called “Fantastic Voyage” and has five different endings, all of which reward you with different things. This guide shows you how to get each Hangout Event ending to get maximum rewards.

Fantastic Voyage All Endings

You’ll have to be Adventure Level Rank 26 to hang out with Bennett, and you’ll need two Story Keys to unlock the hangout event as well. Story Keys are earned by finishing Daily Commissions, with one key being earned for every 8 Daily Commissions completed.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Fruitless Anticipation ending

To complete the Fruitless Anticipation ending, play through the Adventurous Acquaintance quest until you get an option to tell Bennett, “you can just do something else.” Then, suggest hanging around town. This is really all you need to do, as the rest of the story will play out and get you the Fruitless Anticipation ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Hasty Farewell

Much like the Fruitless Anticipation ending, this one stems from the Adventurous Acquaintance mission. When you reach the part where you tell Bennett you can do something else, suggest a walk in the wild.

Head to Stormbearer Point and open all the chests with Bennett, then follow him to the cliff. A storm will wash out the occasion, giving you the Hasty Farewell ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Taste Tester Royce

Once again, in the Adventurous Acquaintance section, you need to make a specific choice to start the path toward this ending. When asked about getting food ready for the expedition, say, “I do.” Head to the restaurant and cook up the Ominous Meal. It consists of one Slime Condensate, one Radish, and one Mint.

Head to the Domain and complete the puzzle. Another adventurer will appear, and Bennett will try to give them the meal. Pick the “You can do whatever you want with it” dialogue option to get the Taste Tester Royce ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Ready to Make Sacrifices

This ending is mostly the same as above, but instead of letting Royce eat the food, encourage Bennett to eat it instead.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission ending

During Adventurous Acquaintance, tell Bennett you want to go on an adventure. When it reaches the part about food, say, “No, I usually leave straight away.” Go to the domain with Bennett, and in the second room with the laser, tell him to try out the mechanism first. Pick the switch on the left, and you will get locked inside the dungeon, netting the “No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission” ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Fortunate Outcome ending

As above, when Bennett wants to try the mechanism, tell him he cannot face the danger alone. In the next room, you will find three switch stones with 1, 2, and 3 torches around them. Activate them in the order of 3, 1, 2, and you’ll unlock the Fortunate Outcome ending.

Bennett Hangout is a new story quest in Genshin Impact, and it has a total of six different endings to unlock. These are called Fruitless Anticipation, Hasty Farewell, Taste Tester Royce, Ready to Make Sacrifices, No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission, and Fortunate Outcome. There’s also three hidden achievements that you can earn by completing all six endings, two of which are in specific branches. These are called Fantastic Voyage: Prologue, Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz, and The Power of Luck. In our Bennett Hangout All Endings Guide Genshin Impact guide, we’ll show you how to unlock all the endings, and how to get all the hidden achievements.

Before we begin, though, one quick aside. After you’ve played through Bennett’s hangout quest once, the game lets you skip through parts of the story. To do that, simply go into the story summary menu and click on any of the boxes you’ve already unlocked. This will help you get all the endings much faster. Once you complete the Fantastic Voyage prologue and unlock all endings, you’ll get the Fantastic Voyage: Prologue hidden achievement.

Bennett Ending #1 – Fruitless Anticipation

Bennett ending #2 – hasty farewell, bennett ending #3 – taste tester royce, bennett ending #4 – ready to make sacrifices, bennett ending #5 – no wonder it’s a top-class commission, bennett ending #6 – fortunate outcome.

To get the Fruitless Anticipation ending in the Genshin Impact Bennett hangout, you just have to have a pleasant day hanging around Mondstadt with him. You’ll do some shopping on the way, and more. I’m not gonna spoil anything more than I need to.

• Find Bennett in front of the Adventurer’s Guild desk in Mondstadt and talk to him.
• When he says “I don’t want to get you in any trouble, so just let me watch from the sidelines,” answer with “We could just do something else instead.”
• When he says “So, where are we gonna go,” answer with “How about we hang out around town?”
• Proceed with the quest however you want, and you’ll unlock the Fruitless Anticipation ending. The rest of the choices don’t really matter.

To get the Hasty Farewell ending of the Bennett quest in Genshin Impact, you simply need to have a nice walk with him in the wilderness. Things are gonna get a little hairy at the end, because Bennett’s spectacular bad luck will turn the weather against you. Completing this branch earns you the Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz hidden achievement.

• When he says “So, where are we gonna go,” answer with “How about a walk in the wild?”
• Proceed with the quest however you want, and you’ll unlock the Hasty Farewell ending, as well as the Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz achievement. The rest of the choices don’t really matter.

To unlock the Taste Tester Royce Bennett ending, you need to get Royce to eat the horrific dish that Bennett whips up. Needless to say, things really don’t go very well. I’m not gonna tell you what happens, of course. Here are the key choices you need to make.

• When he says “I don’t want to get you in any trouble, so just let me watch from the sidelines,” answer with “Sure, let’s go on an adventure!”
• When he asks “Do you usually make some food before you set out on an adventure,” answer “I do.”
• From here, you’ll have to help Bennett gather ingredients , which isn’t too hard.
• Later on in the quest, when Bennett says “I’ll have to check with my partner first. What do you think?” your need to say “You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it.”
• Follow the quest to its end.

The Ready to Make Sacrifices ending is pretty far from one of the good ones. Without getting into specifics, Bennett needs to become a better cook. Here are the crucial steps.

• Help Bennett gather the ingredients for his “dish.”
• Later on in the quest, when Bennett says “I’ll have to check with my partner first. What do you think?” your need to say “No way. You don’t owe him anything.”
• Finish the quest.

The No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission ending requires you to basically completely disregard everything Bennett told you about his godawful luck. Needless to say, things don’t go well. This is what you have to do:

• When talking with Bennett at the Adventurer’s Guild, he’ll say “I don’t want to get you in any trouble, so just let me watch from the sidelines.” You need to say “Sure, let’s go on an adventure!”
• When he asks “Do you usually make some food before you set out on an adventure,” answer “No, I usually leave straight away.”
• Later on in the adventure, when Bennett says “How about letting me try it out first?” respond with “Go ahead! We won’t get anywhere just staring at them.”
• Watch the story unravel to its inevitable conclusion.

The Fortunate Outcome Bennett ending in Genshin Impact is technically the best one. So, here are the most important steps you have to go through. Enjoy your victory!

• Later on in the adventure, when Bennett says “How about letting me try it out first?” respond with “Hmm, how can I let you face the danger alone?”
• At this point, you’ll have to solve the Expansive Eya Bennett Hangout puzzle . You need to do so without making any mistakes to earn the Power of Luck hidden achievement.
• Complete the quest.

Welcome to our guide to help you get all of the endings and branches in Fantastic Voyage – a new character story in Genshin Impact 1.4 , this one featuring Bennett, the most unfortunate adventurer in the world. To get these achievements, you’ll need to follow a certain set of steps — but don’t worry, we’ve laid them out for you here.

The event that you’re trying to unlock is a Hangout Event. This means that you’ll need to collect two Story Keys from the daily commission completion in order to unlock them. The keys will only be used for the initial unlock — after that, you won’t need them again.

Adventurous Acquaintance

This selection will give you:

• With Wind Comes Glory Order for Fruitless Anticipation ending
• The Adventurer in the Dandelion Sea for Hasty Farewell ending
• Can’t Make an Omelette without Eggs for Taste Tester Royce and Ready to Make Sacrifices endings
• Expansive Eya for No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission and Fortunate Outcome endings

To get the Fruitless Anticipation ending, you must first complete the step “The Old Hunter’s Opening Hours”. Then, proceed to dialogue choice General Goods’ Special Offer. Finish through the dialogues to receive the reward.

The Adventurer In The Dandelion Sea

Just like how you got the Fruitless Anticipation ending, just follow through with the dialogue choices for the Hasty Farewell ending. You’ll also earn the Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz achievement for your efforts.

Can’t Make An Omelette Without Eggs

Treacherous thermadon.

You’ll need the following ingredients to cook a special dish: Slime Condensate , Radish, and Mint. For this part of the event, you'll go to the Treacherous Thermadon branch.

These options will lead to:

• Lecture Bennett for a bit but you won’t be able to prevent the end result.
• Ready to Make Sacrifices ending

Expansive Eya

These selectionss will lead to:

When you get to the torch room, follow the order given below when the mechanisms unlock:

Once you earn the Achievement “The Power of Luck”, you'll also see the Fortunate Outcome Ending.

With all the endings collected, you’ll receive “Fantastic Voyage: Prologue” achievement. Bennett can be a little touchy at times, so make sure to tread lightly when interacting with him—for example, the two wrong answers that decrease his heart meter have you being purposely mean to him. [ Guide ] Bennett Hangout Event: Fantastic Voyage All Endings

Welcome to a simple guide to help you get all endings and branches in a new series of character stories in Hangout Events for  Genshin Impac t , this one featuring the most unfortunate adventurer in the world, Bennett! There are also achievements you can get related to the Hangout, so let’s begin.

You’ll need two Story Keys to unlock the Hangout Event. The keys are only needed for the initial unlock, you do not need more for the rest of the events.

ADVENTUROUS ACQUAINTANCE

These options will lead to:

• “We could just do something else instead.”
• With Wind Comes Glory Order for Fruitless Anticipation ending
• The Adventurer in the Dandelion Sea for Hasty Farewell ending

The quest will proceed to Good Hunter’s Opening Hours, then to General Goods’ Special Offer. Simply go through the dialogue to get the Fruitless Anticipation ending.

THE ADVENTURER IN THE DANDELION SEA

As with the Fruitless Anticipation ending, you just need to follow through the dialogue choices to get the Hasty Farewell ending. You’ll also obtain the Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz achievement.

CAN’T MAKE AN OMELETTE WITHOUT EGGS

You’ll need one each of Slime Condensate, Radish, and Mint to obtain a… special dish. You’ll proceed to the Treacherous Thermadon branch of the event.

These choices will lead to:

• Taste Tester Royce ending

• Lecture Bennett for a bit but you won’t be able to prevent the end result.
• Ready to Make Sacrifices ending

EXPANSIVE EYA

• For the subsequent choice, it doesn’t matter which one you pick.
• No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission ending

• Follow through with the dialogue choices

When you get to the torch room, follow the order given below when the mechanisms unlock:

You’ll obtain The Power of Luck achievement, and the Fortunate Outcome ending.

With all the endings obtained, you’ll get the Fantastic Voyage: Prologue achievement.

In Bennett’s case, the answers that bring down the heart meter has you being purposely mean to him so don’t do that, boy’s going through enough. That’s all for this Hangout guide for Bennett!

Genshin Impact: Bennett Hangout Event — All endings and choices guide

Bennett is one of the characters that you can chill out with during his “Fantastic Voyage” story. Here’s our guide to help you with Bennett’s Hangout Event dialogue choices and endings in Genshin Impact .

Genshin Impact : Bennett Hangout Event guide – Choices and endings

Bennett’s Hangout Event story in Genshin Impact is called “Fantastic Voyage.” There are four branching parts at the start once you meet him in Mondstadt, and you can obtain six endings in total. You can refer to the pages below for the parts that you need help with:

• Ending 1: “Fruitless Anticipation” and Ending 2: “Hasty Farewell”
• Ending 3: “Taste Tester Royce” and Ending 4: “Ready to Make Sacrifices”
• Ending 5: “No Wonder It’s a Top-class Commission” and Ending 6: “Fortunate Outcome”

Note 1: The first part is “Adventurous Acquaintance” and there are important parts here that’ll lead to new branching paths.

Hangout Event Bennett Guide – Genshin Impact

During the currently running seasonal event in Genshin Impact there are new Story Quests for players to complete called Hangouts. These Hangout quests feature one of four characters: Barbara , Noelle , Chongyun, and Bennett, and require Story Keys to unlock. The Hangout Event Bennett guide below will help you complete Story Quest that features Bennett.

How to Start Hangout Event Bennett

To start the Hangout Event: Bennett Story Quest you need to ensure you meet a specific criteria of two parts. The first part is being Adventure Rank 26 or above and have completed “Prologue: Act III – Song of the Dragon and Freedom”. The second part is having 2x Story Keys at your disposal. If you meet the criteria listed above you can access the Hangout Event: Bennet Story Quest from the Events Overview > Hangout Event > Story Quests page. Spend the 2x Story Keys on Bennett’s chapter to start the quest below.

Act I Fantastic Voyage Guide

Once you’ve unlocked Bennett’s Story Quest you will be able to start the mission called Fantastic Voyage. This mission features a total of six endings to unlock. Unlocking endings is fairly straightforward and worth your time to do. The Ending Rewards for Bennett’s Story Mission are:

To unlock all of the rewards listed above you need to ensure you unlock the six endings in the Fantastic Voyage mission with Bennett. I will explain how to do this below.

Unlock All 6 Bennett Hangout Endings

The Fantastic Voyage hangout event tasks you with completing a series of objectives for Bennett much like a normal story mission. These objectives can be completed a few ways and will result in a trio of branching storylines that take place over a number of different objectives.

To unlock all of the endings for this quest you will need to replay certain parts of the mission to make specific dialogue choices. Consult the image above to see where the branches occur and to see where each memory ending can be found. Further details on the Bennett endings are disclosed below.

Fruitless Anticipation Ending Steps

The Fruitless Anticipation Ending in the Bennett Hangout Event is the missions main ending. To get this ending you simply need to spend the day with Bennett around Mondstadt. The steps for this ending are:

• Meet Bennett at the Mondstadt Adventurer’s Guild and speak to him.
• Answer with “We could just do something else instead.” when Bennett talks about possibly getting in trouble.
• Say “How about we hang out around town?” when Bennett asks where to go.
• Complete rest of quest to get the Fruitless Anticipation memory.

Hasty Farewell Ending Steps

This ending is along the same track as the Fruitless Anticipation Ending and can be acquired by replaying the beginning of the Hangout event. Follow the steps below to unlock this memory:

• Say “How about a walk in the wild?” when Bennett asks where to go.
• Complete rest of quest to get the Hasty Farewell memory.

Taste Tester Royce Ending Steps

This ending can be unlocked by making certain specific choices at the start of the Bennett Hangout Event. These choices will lead to Bennett cooking and making a horrible dish you will feed to Royce. To unlock this ending do the following:

• Answer with “Sure let’s go on an adventure.” when Bennett talks about possibly getting in trouble.
• Say “I do” when Bennett asks if you make food on your adventures.
• Help Bennet gather ingredients to cook with: Mint, Radish, Slime.
• Tell Bennet “You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it.” after he says “I’ll have to check with my partner first. What do you think?”
• Complete rest of quest to get the Taste Tester Royce memory.

Ready to Make Sacrifices Ending Steps

This ending can be unlocked by making certain specific choices at the start of the Bennett Hangout Event. These choices will lead to Bennett cooking a meal (much like the previous ending). Before being able to give any meals away Bennett needs to become a better cook. To unlock this ending do the following:

• Tell Bennet “No way. You don’t owe him anything.” after he says “I’ll have to check with my partner first. What do you think?”
• Complete rest of quest to get the Ready to Make Sacrifices memory.

No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission Ending Steps

This quest involves seeing how things play out during the adventure for Bennett. You will then reach a point where you need to reply with a specific response to move the quest in the right direction. Follow the steps below for more details:

• Say “No, I usually leave straight away.” when Bennett asks if you make food on your adventures.
• Tell Bennet “Go ahead! We won’t get anywhere just staring at them.” when he asks “How about letting me try it out first?” 
• Complete rest of quest to get the No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission Sacrifices memory.

Fortunate Outcome Ending Steps

This final ending can be unlocked along the same track as the No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission but instead making certain different selections during this section of the Story Quest. Follow these steps to get this ending:

• Tell Bennet “Hmm, how can I let you face the danger alone?.” when he asks “How about letting me try it out first?” 
• Solve the Expansive Eya puzzle.
• Complete rest of quest to get the Fortunate Outcome memory.

This concludes our guide to the Hangout Event Bennett Story Quest. Completing all six of the endings listed above is a very easy way to acquire some decent resources like Primogems and such. Completing all the memory ending can be easily done by accessing the storyline screen. From here simply select the named checkpoints to start the story from that point. This allows you to get everything done without starting the story over and over again. Accessing the screen can be done on the Quest Screen > Check Plan.

Want to know how to get all of Bennett’s Hangout Event endings in Genshin Impact? During Bennett’s Hangout Event, you’ll have the opportunity to go on a few different adventures with the leader (and unfortunately sole member) of Benny’s Adventure Team. We can’t quite help you improve Bennett’s luck, which will impact many of these Hangout endings; but we can give you this guide, which has everything you’ll need to know about unlocking and reaching all 6 endings of Bennett’s Hangout Event, Act I: Fantastic Voyage , in Genshin Impact .

How to unlock Bennett’s Hangout Event

Bennett’s Hangout Event, Act I: Fantastic Voyage, can be unlocked as soon as you’ve completed a few prerequisites. First, you’ll need to make sure you’re at Adventure Rank 26 or higher . If you’re falling behind, no worries — we’ve compiled the best ways to boost your level in our Adventure Rank guide .

You’ll also need to complete Prologue Act III: Song of the Dragon and Freedom , so make sure to check your progress through the Quests menu. Finally, you’ll need 2 Story Keys , which can be claimed through the Story Quests menu. You’ll need to complete 8 Commissions to earn 1 Story Key, so make sure to plan ahead and complete your dailies accordingly!

Once you’ve unlocked Bennett’s Hangout Event, you won’t need to spend more Story Keys to go back and redo the quest. You’ll also be able to redo the Hangout Event starting from checkpoints you’ve already reached, making new endings less time-consuming to get to.

Bennett Hangout Ending #1 — Fruitless Anticipation

In this ending, you’ll spend a day in Mondstadt with Bennett, though your city adventure won’t go quite as planned thanks to Bennett’s bad luck. Ready to head to Mondstadt? Follow the dialogue options below or skip to any of the appropriate checkpoints if you’ve already unlocked them.

• During Adventurous Acquaintance , say “Nice to meet you, Bennett!”
• Say “You… admire me?”
• Pick “that’s just coincidence.”
• Invite Bennett to join you by saying “Aren’t you going to give me a hand!?”
• Change your plans for the day by saying “We could just do something else instead.”
• Say “I’m looking forward to it.”
• Ask “How about we hang around town?”
• Choose “It’s okay, I like adventures too.”
• During With Wind Comes Glory Order , say “Poor Marjorie…”
• Say “That’s quite useful.”
• Decide to head out by saying “Let’s head somewhere else…”
• During Good Hunter’s Opening Hours , select “I’ll bet it’s those pesky Fatui again!”
• During General Goods’ Special Offer , ask “Don’t most places have a sale every now and then?”
• Tell Bennett “I’m glad I brought you luck.”
• Say “Let’s wait a little longer…”
• Pick “Yeah, it’s been too long…”
• Reassure Bennett by saying “It’s just a coincidence…”
• Reassure Bennett and choose “Cheer up, Bennett…”
• The rest of your choices in this ending won’t matter, so feel free to pick anything you’d like.

Bennett Hangout Ending #2 — Hasty Farewell

In this route, you’ll go on a small adventure in the woods with Bennett, though your journey will be hampered by more of Bennett’s typical bad luck. Ready to explore the woods? Follow the choices below (and skip ahead to a checkpoint if possible to save time):

• During Adventurous Acquaintance , pick “Nice to meet you, Bennett!”
• Choose “that’s just coincidence.”
• Invite Bennett to spend the day with you by picking “Aren’t you going to give me a hand!?”
• Change your plans for the day and say “We could just do something else instead.”
• Pick “I’m looking forward to it.”
• Suggest plans for the day and say “How about a walk in the wild?”
• Say “Can’t wait!”
• During The Adventure in the Dandelion Sea , say “It’s not quite what I expected…”
• Say “It’s fine, we still got to go out for a nice walk.”
• During Reap Without Sowing…? , pick “That’s rare…”
• After opening the chests, say “How can this be!”
• Ask Bennett “Does that mean you usually…”
• Say “Uhh… Yep, you’re quite right.”
• During Ad Astra… , pick “Sounds like there’s a lot I can learn.”
• Ask “What happened to the weather…”
• Say “It’s okay, this is important.”

Bennett Hangout Ending #3 — Taste Tester Royce

In this ending, you’ll set out on an adventure with Bennett and run into Royce, a fellow adventurer. Bennett lets Royce try a bit of his cooking, and… well, in line with Bennett’s bad luck, things don’t go very well. If you’re ready to subject Royce to some unfortunate cooking, follow these choices (or skip ahead to a checkpoint if possible):

• Ask “You… admire me?”
• Say “That’s just coincidence.”
• Pick “Sure! Let’s go on an adventure!”
• Say “I’ve always wanted to go adventuring with you too!”
• Ask “Does defeating Stormterror count as an S-rank mission?”
• Say “I do.”
• Respond “Nice, and thank you!”
• During Can’t Make an Omelette Without Eggs , lend Bennett one Slime Condensate, one Radish, and one Mint.
• Ask “Are you sure it’s okay to eat?”
• During Treacherous Thermadon , say “Well, that’s pretty much our only option.”
• Ask “Does that mean… we’re locked in here?”
• Confront Royce by saying “How can you blame it all on someone else?”
• Say “Bennett didn’t volunteer for this bad luck.”
• Decide “You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it.”

Bennett Hangout Ending #4 — Ready to Make Sacrifices

In this ending, Bennett will make quite the sacrifice by tasting his own unlucky cooking. To get this ending, follow the steps below or skip to any of the corresponding checkpoints to save yourself some time.

• Decide “No way. You don’t owe him anything.”
• Tell Bennett to stand up for himself by saying “Stop trying to accommodate others all the time.”
• Say “Bennett, you did nothing wrong.”
• Try activating the mechanisms.
• Ask “What if help does arrive in time?”
• Say “You might get food poisoning if you eat it.”
• Choose “No, you’re sacrificing yourself for others again.”

Bennett Hangout Ending #5 — No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission

In this ending, you’ll adventure with Bennett, though you’ll fail to succeed at a puzzle and cut your adventure short. To get this ending, follow the steps below or skip to a corresponding checkpoint to save time.

• Ask “Aren’t you going to give me a hand!?”
• Invite Bennett to join you by saying “Sure! Let’s go on an adventure!”
• Say “No, I usually leave straight away.”
• During Expansive Eya , say “Go ahead! We won’t get anywhere by just staring at them.”
• The rest of your choices during this route won’t affect the ending, so feel free to pick either “The one on the left” or “The one on the right.”

Bennett Hangout Ending #6 — Fortunate Outcome

In this ending, you’ll solve the puzzle in the Domain with Bennett, giving way to a lot of treasure (and a very happy Bennett). Ready to solve a puzzle? Follow these steps (or skip to any of the corresponding checkpoints if you’d like to save time):

• Pick “You… admire me?”
• Ask Bennett “Aren’t you going to give me a hand!?”
• Invite Bennett to join you and say “Sure! Let’s go on an adventure!”
• Select “I’ve always wanted to go adventuring with you too!”
• During Expansive Eya , ask “Hmm, how can I let you face the danger alone?”
• Pick “Two of us won’t be enough.”
• Ask “All the other members are gone?”
• Say “Don’t take it personally.”
• Pick “It’s some very valuable guidance.”
• Ask Bennett “Get hurt?”
• Choose “Who says it’s up to you?”
• Say “All thanks to you, Bennett.”
• Respond with “The feeling is mutual.”
• The rest of your choices won’t impact the ending you get, so feel free to select whatever you’d like.

Bennett Hangout rewards

Every time you complete a new Hangout ending, you’ll be aptly rewarded with some goodies (and occasionally Primogems!). Here’s what you’ll get upon completing each new ending of Bennett’s Hangout Event:

Bennett’s Hangout quest in Genshin Impact is called “Fantastic Voyage” and has five different endings, all of which reward you with different things. This guide shows you how to get each Hangout Event ending to get maximum rewards.

Fantastic Voyage All Endings

You’ll have to be Adventure Level Rank 26 to hang out with Bennett, and you’ll need two Story Keys to unlock the hangout event as well. Story Keys are earned by finishing Daily Commissions, with one key being earned for every 8 Daily Commissions completed.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Fruitless Anticipation ending

To complete the Fruitless Anticipation ending, play through the Adventurous Acquaintance quest until you get an option to tell Bennett, “you can just do something else.” Then, suggest hanging around town. This is really all you need to do, as the rest of the story will play out and get you the Fruitless Anticipation ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Hasty Farewell

Much like the Fruitless Anticipation ending, this one stems from the Adventurous Acquaintance mission. When you reach the part where you tell Bennett you can do something else, suggest a walk in the wild.

Head to Stormbearer Point and open all the chests with Bennett, then follow him to the cliff. A storm will wash out the occasion, giving you the Hasty Farewell ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Taste Tester Royce

Once again, in the Adventurous Acquaintance section, you need to make a specific choice to start the path toward this ending. When asked about getting food ready for the expedition, say, “I do.” Head to the restaurant and cook up the Ominous Meal. It consists of one Slime Condensate, one Radish, and one Mint.

Head to the Domain and complete the puzzle. Another adventurer will appear, and Bennett will try to give them the meal. Pick the “You can do whatever you want with it” dialogue option to get the Taste Tester Royce ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Ready to Make Sacrifices

This ending is mostly the same as above, but instead of letting Royce eat the food, encourage Bennett to eat it instead.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission ending

During Adventurous Acquaintance, tell Bennett you want to go on an adventure. When it reaches the part about food, say, “No, I usually leave straight away.” Go to the domain with Bennett, and in the second room with the laser, tell him to try out the mechanism first. Pick the switch on the left, and you will get locked inside the dungeon, netting the “No Wonder It’s a Top-Class Commission” ending.

Bennett Hangout Event: How to get Fortunate Outcome ending

As above, when Bennett wants to try the mechanism, tell him he cannot face the danger alone. In the next room, you will find three switch stones with 1, 2, and 3 torches around them. Activate them in the order of 3, 1, 2, and you’ll unlock the Fortunate Outcome ending.

Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout Guide – All Endings

Once unlocked, Hangouts can be completed multiple times. Each Hangout has several endings, that branch off from specific choices and consequences during the conversations with your hangout friend. We’ll walk you through each ending, telling you where to make the different choices to complete them all.

Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout Guide

Fruitless anticipation ending.

This is one of the more negative endings, but you need them all if you want all of the rewards. In your starting conversation with Bennett, when you speak for the first time during the hangout, choose the following options

When you are speaking with the owner of the shop, choose all of the top options. You’ll then head to the Good Hunter, again, stick with all of the first conversation options. After that, you had to the general store. Once again, stick with all the primary conversation options.

Hasty Farewell Ending

Start the Hangout from the first stage again and then talk with Bennett near the Adventurers Guild. Then say the following options.

Then head to the objective marker and speak with Bennett. Choose all of the top options then follow Bennett on a walk. Then continue choosing all of the top options until the luck question pops up, then choose the bottom option. Follow him again and choose the top options.

Taste Tester Royce Ending

Return to the start of the Hangout and speak with Bennett and choose the following options

You should already have the ingredients, they are all very common. The next choices don’t matter, head to the temple. Respond how you want, then you will find another adventurer inside the ruins. Eventually you will have the opportunity to share your supplies, choose You cooked with it, you can do whatever you want with it.

Ready To Make Sacrifices Ending

For this ending, first complete Taste Tester Royce Ending, then return to the Treacherous Thermadon step of the Hangout event. Then head back inside the ruins but this time, don’t share the supplies with Royce, then select the next top option. then activate all the switches and choose the top options again.

No Wonder Its A Top-Class Commission Ending

Once you enter the dungeon, choose to let Bennett operate the switches and choose the switch on the left.

Fortunate Outcome Ending

Once you have finished the No Wonder It’s A Top-Class Commission Ending, choose to restart the hangout from the Expansive Eya stage, then head back into the Temple of the Wolf to do the Deserted Ruins of Eya dungeon. Proceed as before, but this time, choose these options

Then walk over and activate the left switch, Bennett will do his at the same time. Then head into the next room and do the following

Then there is a mechanism puzzle . Operate the switches in order 3, 1, 2, – the number representing how many torches surround the switch.

How to get all 6 Bennett Hangout Event endings in Genshin Impact

It’s your unlucky day.

Friendship is magic. Genshin Impact is all about tapping into the magic of friendship as you form bonds with the characters that you unlock via the gacha system . The ability to cultivate bonds has grown exponentially with the introduction of Hangout Events in version 1.4 , allowing you to spend real quality time with four-star characters.

One such character available is the lovable Pyro support character, Bennett. You can spend a day with him, understanding all of his daily troubles. There are six possible endings for the adventurer. You’ll gain new rewards for each one that you can obtain.

Here’s how you can easily unlock all six endings for Bennett.

How to unlock the Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout Event

If you want to play the Bennett Hangout Event, you’ll have to put in some work to unlock it. You’ll need to do is reach Adventure Rank 26 and complete the Archon Quest titled “Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom.”

You’ll then be able to find the Bennett Hangout Event on your quests page.

You’ll also need two Story Keys to unlock it. You can earn story keys by completing your daily commissions. Four daily commissions can be completed every day. You’ll need to finish eight to unlock a single Story Key.

Once you’ve done all that, you can play the Bennett Hangout Event. Don’t worry, you’ll only need to pay to unlock it once then you can play to get all six endings.

How to unlock Genshin Impact Hangout Event alternate endings

Like with most games, unlocking alternate endings requires active choices on your end to obtain the ideal conclusion. Endings in Genshin Impact Hangout Events are determined by dialogue choices you make throughout the hang sesh.

If you want to unlock a new ending, make sure to follow the very specific dialogue choices. Your choices will prompt characters to do different things.

It should also be noted that many endings share scenes, so it might be prudent to replay a Hangout Event starting from a specific choice. You can do this by highlighting a choice on your in-game Hangout Event flowchart. This will allow you to avoid seeing the same scenes.

How to get ending 1: “Hasty Farewell”

A quick goodbye.

In this ending, your adventure with Bennett is cut short due to the weather. It’s a rather disappointing ending.

Here’s exactly what you need to say to get it:

During Adventurous Acquaintance say:

• Nice to meet you Bennett!
• You ... admire me?
• That's just a coincidence.
• Aren't you going to give me a hand!?
• We could do something else instead.
• I'm looking forward to it.
• How about a walk in the wild?
• Can't wait!

During The Adventure in the Dandelion Sea say:

• It's not quite what I expected...
• It's fine, we still got to go out for a nice walk.

During Reap Without Sowing...? say:

• That's rare ...
• How can this be!
• Does that mean you usually ...
• Uhh ... Yep, you're quite right.

During Ad Astra... say:

• Sounds like there's a lot I can learn.
• What happened to the weather...
• It's okay, this is important.

How to get ending 2: “Fruitless Anticipation”

Sometimes deals aren’t easy to find in Mondstadt.

Bennett’s day doesn’t go as planned as he scours Mondstadt for a discounted rate. Alas, he’ll seemingly have to pay full price.

• How about we hang around town?
• It’s okay, I like adventures too.

During With Wind Comes Glory Order say:

• Poor Marjorie ...
• That's quite useful
• Let's head somewhere else...

During Good Hunter's Opening Hours say:

• I’ll bet it’s those pesky Fatui again!

During General Good's Special Offer say:

• Don't most places have a sale every now and then?
• I'm glad I brought you luck.
• Let's wait a little longer ...
• Yeah, it's been too long ...
• It's just a coincidence ...
• Cheer up, Bennett ...

How to get ending 3: “Taste Tester Royce”

Sorry, Royce is dead.

Trapped in a Domain with the Traveller and an adventurer named Royce, Bennett offers the food he has on hand. Royce gets sick and that’s that. The story ends there.

Here’s exactly what you need to say to get this ending:

• You... admire me?
• Sure! Let's go on an adventure!
• I've always wanted to go adventuring with you too!
• Does defeating Stormterror count as an S-rank mission?
• Nice, and thank you!

During Can't Make an Omelette Without Eggs say:

Note: this section requires you to find one Slime Condensate, Radish, and Mint to continue.

• Are you sure it's okay to eat?

During Treacherous Thermadon say:

• Well, that's pretty much our only option.
• Does that mean ... we're locked in here?
• How can you blame it all on someone else?
• Bennett didn't volunteer for this bad luck.
• You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it.

How to get ending 4: “Ready to Make Sacrifices”

Bennett is in rough shape.

In this ending, Bennett swallows his own accursed meal creation. His sacrifice beats the curse, freeing the trio from the dungeon.

• That's just coincidence.
• You don't owe him anything.
• Stop trying to accommodate others all the time.
• Bennett, you did nothing wrong.
• What if help does arrive in time?
• You might get food poisoning if you eat it.
• No, you're sacrificing yourself for others again.

How to get ending 5: “No Wonder It's a Top-Class Commission”

Trapped alone in a dungeon. This is the ending of the Genshin Impact franchise.

This ending leaves the Traveller and Bennett completely stuck in a dungeon with no way out.

• No, I usually leave straight away.

During Expansive Eya say:

• Go ahead! We won't get anywhere by just staring at them.
• Choose either “The one on the left. or "The one on the right.”

How to get ending 6: “Fortunate Outcome”

Finally, they’ve found some fortune.

This is the best possible ending. You and Bennett are able to find the hidden dungeon treasure and leave while carrying untold riches.

• Hmm, how can I let you face the danger alone?
• Two of us won't be enough.
• All the other members are gone?
• Don't take it personally.
• It's some very valuable guidance.
• Who says it's up to you?
• All thanks to you, Bennett.
• The feeling is mutual.

The new hangouts system in Genshin Impact allows you to meet up and hang out with some of the characters you'll spend so much time playing as and trying to draw - including the Bennett hangout event . Hanging out with Bennett allows you to get to know this four-star character better - and he's one of the first four characters to get a hangout alongside a few others in the same rarity class as him.

Like the others, the Bennett hangout can end one of six different ways, with each of the hangout endings reached based on the choices you make throughout your time with him. He doesn't have nearly as many dead-end pitfalls as others, either, thankfully. Bennett's an easy-going guy. This Bennett Hangout guide  explains how to get all six endings:

How to unlock & start the Bennett Hangout

The Bennett hangout arrived in version 1.4 of Genshin Impact, but in order to play it you must have first completed the first 2 prologue mission threads.

In addition, it costs 2 Story Keys to unlock the Bennett hangout event to enjoy. You can get your hands on Story Keys by completing Daily Commissions. You'll get one key for every four commissions you turn in - but you can only complete four commissions per day. 

That means you'll need to put in two days' of work in order to kick off any of the hangouts, including the one with Bennett. You can game the system just a little here by being aware of the Genshin Impact server reset times , which might not match up with your timezone completely.

Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout guide: dialogue choices for all endings

The little stories told in Genshin Impact's hangouts are generally pretty straightforward. The mechanics are simple: the character you're hanging out with, in this case Bennett, has a heart-based life/affection bar. Saying the wrong thing can deplete the hearts and end the hangout early, without a proper ending. So you want to avoid those and say the right things.

In addition, what you say will help the hangout to branch across multiple paths - as demonstrated in a flow chart that's available in-game, above screencapped from Genshin YouTube guru TSouL22. Some are moderately more complex than others, but Bennett is one of the simple ones. 

To see all six Bennett hangout endings, you'll just need to pick the right branches in dialogue. We help you do that below - keep in mind that any dialogue choice we don't list won't impact your ending, so you can answer those however you like.

The Bennett Hangout will also give you a chance to earn the Fantastic Voyage: Prologue, The Power of Luck, and Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz achievements, which collectively will net you a total of 30 Primogems. By following this guide to see all endings, you'll also coincidentally unlock all three achievements. On a few occasions this quest will take you near Hilichurls, which can lead to you getting dragged into combat. If that happens, your only path is to defeat them to end the combat - you won't be able to continue the hangout until the area is clear of enemies.

Fruitless Anticipation | Bennett Hangout ending

Things start out especially slow and easy, with the first of the Bennett hangout event endings simply requiring you to answer two dialogue options in two specific ways. No sweat.

• We could just do something else instead. (Option 1)
• How about we hang out around town? (Option 1)

Hasty Farewell | Bennett Hangout ending

The second ending for Bennett, Hasty Farewell, is nabbed by simply making the same first choice as the first, then the opposite choice for his second question. Easy!

• We could just do something else instead. (Option 1)
• How about a walk in the wild? (Option 2)

Taste Tester Royce | Bennett Hangout ending

You can probably imagine where this is going, right? For the next ending, we'll now branch off from the very first consequential dialogue option, and take it from there...

• Sure! Let's go on an adventure! (Option 2)
• I do. (Option 1)

You'll need to provide the ingredients for Bennett to make his food. These are easily enough found; he just wants 1x each of Mint, Radish, and Slime Condensate. You may even have this on you already. Remember to tab over to the materials tab when giving the ingredients over - Mint and Radish are on the ingredients tab, but the Slime Condensate is under materials.

• ​​​ You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it. (Option 1)

Ready to Make Sacrifices | Bennett Hangout ending

The next ending is familiar, following the same steps as the previous one to begin with before taking a minor detour with a later answer when Bennett asks about what to do with the food.

• I do.  (Option 1)

You'll have to give Bennett the Mint, Radish, and Slime Condensate ingredients once again here. Remember, the Slime is on the materials tab. 

• No way. You don't owe him anything. (Option 2)

No Wonder It's a Top-Class Commission | Bennett Hangout ending

Guess what? This time you'll return to an earlier choice and make the opposite choice from earlier, thus unlocking a new branch of dialogue and ending! This stuff isn't quite as complicated as some games with branching stories. Anyway, here's the answers from the start:

• No, I usually leave straight away. (Option 2)
• ​​​​​​​ Go ahead! We won't get anywhere just staring at them. (Option 1)

Fortunate Outcome | Bennett Hangout ending

Finally, there's this ending - which I guess you could call the best ending given that it's home to the secret achievement and therefore is also the most intricate of the solutions. Here's how to reach the sixth Bennett Hangout ending...

• ​​​​​​​ Sure! Let's go on an adventure! (Option 2)
• ​​​​​​​ No, I usually leave straight away. (Option 2)
• ​​​​​​​ Hmm, how can I let you face the danger alone? (Option 2)

As the finale of this test, you will then be given the task of completing a small puzzle. All you have to do is activate the mechanisms in order by walking up to them and interacting them. Doing this correctly will get you a bonus achievement. Do them clockwise, starting at six o'clock. So that's:

• First, the "middle" mechanism, directly in front of your starting position.
• Second, the "left" mechanism at the back-left from your starting position.
• Finally, the "right" mechanism at the back-right from your starting position.

Being In Combat Prevent Quest From Progressing

There are Hilichurls around the area where you meet Bennett. If you go into combat with them, the quest will pause and you won't be able to progress the Hangout until you deal with it.

Ending 3: Taste Tester Royce

Requires Mint, Radish, & Slime Condensate

Since you will be cooking with Bennett, you do need to provide ingredients for his dish. You will need to provide 1 Mint, 1 Radish, and 1 Slime Condensate.

Ending 4: Ready To Make Sacrifices

Same as in Ending 3, you will do a bit of cooking for this quest. It'll use the same ingredients: 1 mint, 1 radish, and 1 slime condensate.

Clear Without Making Mistakes To Get Achievement

Follow the guide above without making any mistakes in the mechanism torch puzzle and you will unlock the "Power Of Luck" Achievement. The unique achievement will give you primogems for completing it!

Upon the release o the Hangout Event, you can use 2 story keys to unlock the event.

Get Story Keys By Doing Daily Commissions

You can obtain Story Keys by doing daily commissions . You can keep a maximum amount of 3 keys.

Hangout Quests will have several endings depending on the choices you made while you are hanging out with the character. These is based on your choices during the Hangout, affection does not play a part here.
