Fantastic staff at Hays Travel Teeside Park!

It’s the 4th time in the last 3years, that I have booked a holiday with Libby through Hays travel at Teesside Park. I have always found Libby to be very knowledgeable and helpful regarding what we want in a holiday, especially as I have two young girls , I always recommend Hays Travel as they have never disappointed!

Carol Murphy did the most exceptional job when booking our Caribbean cruise along with Sarah (I think that’s her name)!! Lovely staff and we were able to take in our two miniature Labradoodles who were made such a fuss of-the dogs loved it!! Sure our cruise will be fabulous, New York on 31/12/24 and the Caribbean for 15 nights- thanks Carole and Sarah for your work. Paul and Margaret Metcalfe 😊

Brilliant start to finish

Brilliant start to finish, Lauren was exceptional and took on our long listed holiday request like a breeze and found us the perfect Rhodes holiday and at a great deal too! All of the staff in there were so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped in store just to query a window deal to physically booking a completely different holiday, the travel agent was amazing, so accommodating, made us feel so welcome and no query was to much. So excited for our holiday to Morocco now, a place we would have never thought of going but the agent got us the best deal and went through all options with us !!

The manager was the person who helped me book my holiday for 2026, she gave me options and added and took off what I wanted or didn't want. My daughter has a therapy dog and she was made welcome as well.

Lauren was great, she took note of everything I needed. I wanted to be near friends and she found me a perfectly price apartment round the corner from my friends. She checked all flights and found me great times. We will definitely be visiting again. The other bonus is she set up a direct debit to pay the holiday off monthly. Five star service

We were a party of 11 looking for an all inclusive package to celebrate a special occasion in the summer. As a family we researched a number of options and Eleanor was very patient quoted for a number of dates, hotels and different combinations of rooms bearing in mind our party consists of 6 children under 15. Excellent service at Hays Travel

We called into Hays Teesside Park shop and told Libby of our interests. We also bought some Euros and the assistant was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Within 30 minutes of arriving home Libby telephoned to tell us she had reserved everything we were looking for. Libby is our go to travel agent and the Hays team always provide an outstanding service.

Not been before to Hays Travel. Elenor was really friendly, very informative and not pushy. Found a few holiday but not the flights from the airport we wanted. Did our own search on your site and got the flights so went back in and booked with Carol. Elenor was the person who made us return to you. Carlo was so lovely as well

Booking our 2024 holiday to the Canadian Rockies was handled by Chantel at Hays Travel Teesside Park. Chantel was 100% professional, friendly, knowledgeable and focused on the needs for our trip. From initially looking at a brochure to making the journey a completely bespoke holiday of a lifetime. We never felt rushed into making any decisions and were able to make a lot of changes until we arrived at the perfect adventure. Elenor at Teesside park was so helpful i did not have a clue where to go how many nites etc for my husbands 60th birthday she sorted me out with 4 nites in Santa Ponsa and even printed me a surprise message to give him she was amazing nothing too much trouble

10/10 what a lovely woman at T side park (Libby) full of information and knew exactly what we wanted found our holiday quick so much better than TUI. Who just try sell you the most expensive holiday with false information .. Always go to this travel agent when in tee side. Park

Amazing booking experience

Emily was amazing! We went in and discussed what we would look for in a honeymoon which is hard for a lgbt couple! Emily found us a perfect location and was just as excited as us booking it! Can’t thank her enough!

First time booking with Hays

Chloe (Hays rep) was very helpful & knowledgeable. She didn’t hurry or push us into making a decision. She also informed us about travel money shop. The only down side I have is Chloe did not ask us which type of room we would like i.e. pool view, sea view etc. So for a first time going on a Jet2 holiday, I hope we get a good room.
