When I booked my cruise

When I booked my cruise, Gary was very helpful but he couldn’t book my drinks package which she said I had to do myself being a lady of a certain age. I find it difficult. I tried on numerous occasions to try and book it still not have been able to book it. Also when the email come across advertising the cruise it said coach transfers or spending money on board or free parking and as we went for the top room which was a suite and I asked for the free parking he said we weren’t entitled to. It wasn’t very clear on the advertising so was not happy about that , they’re my main concern. Everything else was fine.

As I had tried to make the booking online and failed, I spoke to an adviser, who was able to help me to make a booking. It was a thorough and easy process, and I was a lie to book the trip that I wanted. I was also surprised but pleased with the price that I was quoted. Definitely use them again

We want to add additional bits to our holiday cruise but can’t get the finer details out of them . Wish we had gone to our local agency in town.
