RCA Voyager stuck on welcome won't slide to next to set up

My RCA Voyager won't go past welcome page it won't slide to next to set up Help please I've rest it still no help what next

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. If it does, then you may well have something on the device you need to remove. Bad app, virus, malware, etc. If it won't even load in "Safe Mode" then it should probably be looked at by a tech. To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following. 1. First turn off the tablet. 2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button. 3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar. 4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Tablet won't switch on

My daughter has this tablet and one day it just wouldnt switch on. It has been charged but just will not switch on!

could be a damaged charge port causing it not to charge and the battery is flat or it could be a problem with them motherboard.
