Beware there are cameras in the vents in the bathroom!! Flashing green light in vent right above both toilets. LEFT IMMEDIATELY!

RJs Travel Center in Traver tried to rip me off the difference in the cash price. 3 times I said no, that isn't the cash price. They argued with me. Finally, after standing my ground, on the 4th request, they gave me the cash price. Don't trust 'em. And it is B20 May 6 2022 4pm

Walked in to pay for diesel and lady just sat texting on her phone. Walked out and went to Bravo Farms. Maybe paid a little more but such better service at Bravo. My husband reminded me that last time we stopped at RJ Travel Center our bank card ended up being used in Chicago. Used ATM card once that week and it was there. Thank goodness I didn't get fuel there.

Big sign out front saying restrooms were for customers only. Then we walk in with our back teeth floating to find out the fucking bathrooms were closed for remodel. I asked the zombie behind the counter and I got a black hole of a blank look. Really pissed me off. Any way just go to bravo farms get food beer and gas.

What we have here, folks, is a really great little truck stop. There were food options (even though we weren't hungry) - and a great selection of drinks: Liption iced tea 1L for $0.99 + CRV. Grabbed a couple of those, looked around, and kept on driving. It was a brief stop but the place was clean and there was gas out front!

Had to stop here for gasoline otherwise I'd be pushing the car. Chose their Union 76 gasoline station over the Shell station across the street. Both had the same gasoline prices. Both also charged 10 cents more for using a credit or debit card. Paying by cash is cheaper. I did not get to check out the facilities inside. It appeared that there was plenty of stuff inside though.

Stopped for gas and snacks.. walked in to pay and while looking at snacks saw a rat run across the floor. Safe to say we pumped our gas and left.

No pride of ownership. Gas pumps are filthy, water for cleaning windows smells like rotten eggs. Employees standing around doing nothing. Avoid this place.

This is a 76 gas station with a large minimart and a Subway sandwich shop. Bathroom was moderately clean. The gas was reasonably priced for a stop in the middle of nowhere. On the minus side they had Pepsi products, instead of Coke.

the worst place in the world, my family member slipped and fell on sidewalk, owner or manager came outside and was not cooperative nor concerned. He wanted to argue how they slipped, basically a complete ass. He became less concerned and drove away not caring at all. DO NOT stop here a complete joke and not caring SOB"S

Don't go here, my family member slipped on sidewalk in froand manager/owner treated us like crap, no help, no people skills avoid this place and this stop altogether!

Worst customer service ever!

If there was an option for 0 star I would put that. Very bad customer service. The links the send via email are broken, and it is extremely hard to get to a customer support agent, and if you do, they are unhelpful and unprofessional. Never booking with them again!

one of the worse airlines

one of the worse airlines . booked and after booking they change transit form 1 hours to 18 hours and when i try to call once i select complaint they hang the phone so i had to select sale for someone to answer . all our plans changed , booking and arrangements in our final destination dubai due to such delay . no time to cancel and when arrive in Amman they provided hotel 10 min near airport and after long flight we had to wait around 3 hours for someone to show up and talk to us and take up ..hotel dirty and ruse staff .. i tell you take a bus much better than such airline .. they should not be in business

RJ flights to and from Amman

Despite the many bad reviews on Trustpilot my wife and I have just had an excellent experience. We flew to Amman on 7th March. Check in at LHR was very efficient and the flight was excellent on the Boing 787-8 Dreamliner. Lots of legroom in economy, a decent hot meal and drinks with attentive service from the cabin crew. The return flight today (13 March) was equally excellent. We would be happy to fly Royal Jordanian again.

Should have picked another airline

Jordan is such a wonderful country and on our first trip we experienced excellent customer service from the moment we landed. It’s a shame a flight with this airline was the first part of our trip. One member of the cabin crew shoved the food on to my tray without looking at me. Another confused all the Spanish speaking passengers by mis-explaining the meat options. When he was corrected shrugged indifferently. The tray on my seat didn’t lock properly. It’s a hard job and mistakes can happen, but the general bad attitude, passive aggression and lack of professionalism across the board on my flight from Madrid to Amman will make it one that I remember for all the wrong reasons.

Bad costumer service

So I had a flight to Bangkok from Rome, with a layout in Amman. I had matched the flights perfectly so I only had 3-5 hours of layout (I had also Málaga-Rome flight with different company). 1 month before they changed the day of the flight. Ok, no problem, I bought another flight from Malaga to Rome, 20€ is nothing. Then, one week later they change the flights again and completely. So they put Rome-Amman on 05/03 15:00 and Amman-Bangkok 05/03 01:00. So how I am supposed to take those flights?? Finally it took more than 2 weeks to change the flight to another date, thanks to eDreams, they were in contact with the airline. Also I called the client service and all they said to me is: if you don’t like the changes you are free to cancel your flight. So I finished with a loooong 10 hours layout. I thought ok, at least they offer hotel and meal for those layouts. Hahahaha nope! In Amman the agent, after waiting for him for 30 minutes at the counter, said that my flight was purchased with a promotional rate and I can’t use that hotel and meal…Spent 10 hours in the airport, the worst experience ever. Not even a meal voucher. Next time you book with this company, be aware of flight changes! It’s the first time it happening to me and I flew like 50 times or even more.

Probably the worst customer…

This is probably the worst customer service and airline. And it's not cheap. Had terrible service after my flight was delayed. Could not get a hold of the customer service staff and no staff at the airport.

Worst customer service ever, will never use them again. If anything should go wrong with your reservation, it will be a nightmare to fix. It shouldn’t have been so difficult and they are again the rudest people I have dealt with in a very long time.

Don’t fly RJ! Don’t fly RJ! Worst client support ever: luggage lost , still waiting after 15 days it was back (our holiday was 18 days...), bad support, difficult to talk to anyone, bad information for refunds and a very bad refund $ 70,00 USD (for 15 days without clothes). Never more in my life.

Avoid this scam company

Avoid this scam company. My ”seat” didnt have anything else than the frame which also has been welded afterwards. Crew didnt allow me to move even tho the flight wasnt full and customer support didnt care either.

I believe they partnership with other agencies to take our money and never refund it. Worse customer service ever. They simply would recognise your concern or even recognise you as a human being when you buy your ticket through an agency. They need to be brought to justice

The flight experience was subpar but I…

The flight experience was subpar but I was ok with it. Just be prepared for a below average but tolerable flight. However, my luggage as well as most of other people came in destroyed. I contacted customer service, they gave me a list of things to submit. I submitted right away. They quickly responded saying Mohannad.Abdallah @rj.com will reach out to me shortly with baggage compensation. Then nothing - every week I followed up, no response. I sent emails everywhere I could. Posted on social media. Called. Nothing. Finally, I said I am submitting a complaint with attorney. Mohannad quickly responded with belligerent message that I will be compensated. This was a year after the flight and after I submitted my original inquiry. After I received compensation, I wrote to Mohannad.Abdallah @rj.com and copied various RJ customer service addresses that somebody with his level of disrespect for customers should not be in customer service and his behaviour is uncalled for.

A disappointing tale

A disappointing tale. Not sure where to start, I paid full business class fare only to be told days before that they will run an all economy flight. The ticket was booked months in advance and they were not willing to compensate straight away. In flight, their crew does not know what a customer service is and the meal quality is extortionately poor. The lounge is a disaster so all in all not value for money. I will not be booking again with RJ and dropping a few lines to save others from a disappointing experience and loss of value by not accruing the service one pays for.

Scam. Will change the flight as they wish and still not refund anything

Extremely poor experience - we booked a flight Madrid -> Bangkok with a 3 hour stop in Amman a couple of months in advance. In that period they changed the flight 4 times, shifting it one day ahead, then one day back, then in the end expanding the stop from 3 hours to 2 days! Had to cancel and request a refund, but of course no one is refunding the additional hotel costs that we had to pay to accommodate for the constant schedule changes. Never seen such lack of seriousness. Will never again even book with them. It's quite telling that the EMail doesn´t even contain a single word of apology. Update: After a month the no refund was provided. Filing a lawsuit against them.

Royal Jordian, dont buy tickets from Them

About 1 year ago we board 2 tickets Copenhagen Cairo and back, Royal Jordian changed fliget with 48 hours, we shouldt wait 48 hours in Aman. We did make a complain, and expected money back. And did buy new tickets. Now here close to a year after they keep writing same mail, for about 4 time : Dear Mr. Alstrup , We apologize for the delay , as we informed you in our previous emails there are some legal points to be solved and until now, we didn't receive any information from the legal department . Insulted by staff at boarding gate

The flight went very smoothly (Amman-London), but I have never been so insulted by boarding staff in my life. After scanning my boarding pass, the agent asked me if I was pregnant??!!! I know that I’m not the skinniest person, but that was just insulting and made me feel bad for the rest of the fight (and after).

Very rude counter employee and unfamiliar with their flight regulations. Even that employee says if you don’t like this airline, don’t book again. Very expensive ticket with almost no service (screen is not working, lack of menu options and uncomfortable seats)

I have multiple fraudulent charges on…

I have multiple fraudulent charges on my account from this airline, after attempting to book with them. They save you’re credit card information and charge you as they see fit. They are crooks!! And attempt to protect their cons with legal documents. Please boycott this airline if you don’t want to have issues with your bank and financial health. Unbelievable.

7-day Yemen itinerary

8 am morning pick-up in Salalah (hotel or airport). Drive to the border of Oman and Yemen. The Yemen border crossing is usually hassle-free, but unfortunately, it is very unpredictable how long it takes to cross, from 30 minutes to 4 hours. You have to be flexible on this first day of your trip. Your guide will try his best to have a good time and start presenting you with the country, explaining the history and local culture. After crossing the border, and if you have time, our guide will make sure you go to the local qat market, and you will enjoy a local restaurant before heading to the hotel and rest, preparing yourself for the next day. Overnight in Saba Tourist Hotel .

Today we traverse part of the Yemeni Rub’ al Khali desert until we reach the city of Tarim. The first stop will be to visit Nabi Hud Shrine, one of Yemen’s most significant pilgrimage sites. The religious site runs around graves and the shrine of the prophet Hud. The panoramic panorama from the top of the mountain is spectacular and worth the climb. While you visit Yemen , these are the type of places you will enjoy seeing the Yemen people’s way of life. Upon arrival in Tarim, visit the famous Al-Muhdhar Mosque and the local qat market. Overnight in Pearl Hotel .

After breakfast, we start our journey deep into Hadhramaut’s heart, and we start the day with a quick visit to the Qabr Ahmad al Habashi, the mausoleum of an important Yemeni religious figure. Dress appropriately, don’t stand out, and although you cannot go inside the mosque, profit to go up the stairs to see the fantastic view of the mosque from above after we head to Shibam, undoubtedly one of the highlights of the trip and probably one of the main reasons you book a Yemen tour in the first place. The Old Walled City of Shibam is a 16th-century mud-brick city and the oldest metropolis in the world to use vertical construction. The mud-brick buildings reach up to sixteen flights. There are no words to describe such a place. The total number of buildings in Shibam is 444. The highest building is 29 meters high. Finally, we reach Seiyun, located in the middle of the Hadhramaut Valley and the biggest and most important city in the area. Overnight in Alahqaf Tourist Hotel .

This is the day to fully explore the stunning Wadi Dawan Desert Valley. This gorgeous valley is renowned for its beauty, with an extensive open area with desert, rocky cliffs, and scenic mud-brick villages. You will have the chance to visit the two most important towns, Al-Hajarayn and Sif. Besides Shibam, these two desert towns are our favorite in terms of architecture. You can explore both towns on your own and notice how friendly the people are. What to see in Al-Hajarayn: Mountain viewpoint, wooden doors and windows, main mosque, and the entrance gate. What to see in Sif: Mountain viewpoint, mosque, the old city, Al-Amoudi Musnaah house, Mohammad Ba-Ali house, Al-Mshaekh A’al Hasan Ben Badr house, and Jahlan mosque. Overnight in Hayd Aljazeel Resort with a swimming pool and fabulous views over Hayd Aljazeel village.

After breakfast and enjoying the views of the rock village below, we start our day heading towards the coast of Yemen. We will reach Al-Mukalla, founded in 1035 as a fishing settlement. This is Yemen’s biggest eastern city and the gate to the historical Hadhramaut region to the north. Visit the Waterfront of Al Mukalla, the incredible Al-Ghwayzi Fort, the port area, and Mae’en sultan’s palace, now converted into a museum. Overnight in Grand Yemen Tourist Hotel .

After a small Al Mukalla city tour, you start your Yemen road trip along the Arabian Sea. From Al-Mukalla, you are taken to the city of Al-Ghaydah. The landscapes are impressive, with a mix of giant sand dunes and rocky mountains, wild camels, and little white-painted villages. Overnight in Gulf Stars Tourist Hotel .

Last day of your trip, and hopefully, we will cross the southern Yemen-Oman border quickly without any issues. Again, borders in this part of the world are very unpredictable, and we can’t determine an exact duration of how long it will take. Count from 1 hour to 4 hours in the worst-case scenario. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Salalah (not included). Don’t book a flight out of Oman on the day of arrival from Yemen. We must ensure you get your flight back home and can afford a few-hours delay to arrive in Salalah. Book a hotel in Salalah in advance.

•  The first leg of the trip from Salalah to Shahan city might take the whole day, depending on the time we take to cross the border. It can be fast, or it can take a few hours. You have to be patient.
•  On this Yemen road trip, you will cross beautiful landscapes, and the journey’s goal is to arrive at your first stop, the city of Seiyun. You will have several stops for some occasional photos, a bathroom break when needed, and lunch at a local restaurant in Rumah (or another place chosen by the guide).

The Hadramout region can be safely visited as an Arab military army coalition controls the whole region, directly managed by the United Arab Emirates. The itinerary may change because of last-minute arrangements, so it is essential always to follow the guide’s instructions and be flexible with plan changes. Your safety is our top priority.

Unfortunately, Sanaa is still not safe enough for a visit.

The weather in the winter in this region is typically hot and dry, with temperatures ranging from around 25 to 35 degrees Celsius (mid-70s to mid-90s Fahrenheit), It is important to carry light, loose-fitting clothing made of breathable fabrics, as well as sun protection such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Additionally, you should bring a light sweater or jacket for the occasional cool evening.

The rest of the payment will be delivered in cash to my guide in Yemen when you meet him at the border. You must bring large USD denomination banknotes (50 and 100) up to 2009. Please make sure you get them well in advance. Some of our clients had difficulties getting USD bills at the last minute.
