Quality of care this place provides is lacking. The doctor told his PA that I should just wait out and get better on my own. Because of the reason I told her I didn't want to wait, as if I knew I was going to get turned away without any treatment, she went to bat for me but all I got were meds. I didn't feel comfortable going back for a follow up and decided to go to my PCP. Needless to say I'll never go back as instead of seeing the doctor like I had originally made the appt for I was pawned off to his PA. Nothing against PA's or NP's as I think they provide better service than most MD's nowadays.

The staff here is amazing! They really go over and above to provide the best. Very pleased with the level of care and service received from them each and every time consistently! Thank You

The male scheduler was very rude, abrupt and impatient 12/29/2023. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Whoever answered my phone call was so unprofessional & rude. She couldn't be bothered to help me out to see if she had my referral from my primary physician. Kept cutting me off. Within .005 seconds of me giving her my name (didn't ask me for my date of birth) she was able to tell me that she didn't have a referral for me & to try calling back in two days? Her tone was so unwelcoming & she just wanted to get me off of the phone. She had the same demeanor with the staff from my primary physician's office that was trying to help me out after I expressed that my referral from May was somehow nonexistent. You're working in a medical office, I would assume there would be some level of professionalism & compassion from staff.

Called to schedule an appointment after receiving a stat referral. I was told they did not have the referral in hand and attempted to provide the referral number and was cut off stating to call back in two days. Contacted the office again and they stated the referral was sent back, I was not notified, and that they have an internal policy not to accept anyone with a previous consult while in the hospital. Asked why they did not notify me and was told it was sent back. I asked the staffs name and she hung-up. I was and still am unclear on how unprofessional this was conveyed and handled.

Always a long wait here! This is our second time here, 1st appointment, I think we waited almost an hour before we got called in, took vitals, then wait again before they took us to a room, then waited again (like 15-20 minutes) before we actually saw the doctor. We probably spend almost 3 hours here with all the waiting... Today, we got here 15 minutes early, appointment time is 2:45, they called us 3:20 for vitals (lady that took it was very nice and friendly), then we went straight to the room (wondering how long is the wait again...). Another lady knocks 3:27 (indian lady, she's always very nice!). Waiting again.... 3:45, finally the doctor is in! Appointment at 2:45, seen 3:45! One star for the all the waiting... Docs and nurses are good, very nice and friendly! They should probably fix the appointment intervals.

Can anybody in Dr Uche's office not be rude, ignorant nor cut a patient off while their speaking??? If I show u respect I deserve the same in return!

This office has a long way to go to make it above 1 star. The office staff is disrespectful, unorganized, and unprofessional. The front desk staff lost the medical records more than once, and yelled at us when we arrived for not knowing the name of the lab we used. The intern in the office is professional, knowledgeable and very sweet. The doctor would not allow us to ask questions, and was not in the room longer than a minute. If you are looking to be cured, I would suggest researching before you visit this doctor. We are facing a serious medical condition, and I wish the office showed sympathy and respect for their patients.

Without a doubt the worst experience with a doctor I've ever had in my life. I'm dealing with infection after knee surgery and this was follow up to see if the infection is contained. Showed up 15 min before my appointment to fill out paperwork. I understand that waiting rooms can be unpredictable but after waiting 1 hr and 45 minutes without seeing the doctor I had had enough. I asked for my copay back and left. I would like to give zero stars to Dr Rebentish but I'm forced to give one. I won't trust my health to someone who is either so busy they can't give me the care I require or so arrogant that they don't have the courtesy to respect my time too. Your office confirmed the appointment 4 times. I was there with everything your staff asked for but you didn't have the courtesy to apologize when I told your staff I had decided to leave. You work for me Dr Rebentish not the other way around. There are time others out there. Read some of the other reviews. Nothing special being missed here.

Choose another doctor. Prescribed prescription which cost $6000.00.Unbelievable. Poor doctor - patient relation. Unfriendly and rushed through consult.
