• تريبولوس تيريستريس

تريبولوس تيريستريس هو نبات ينمو في منطقة البحر المتوسط تستخدم الفاكهة أو الأوراق أو جذور النبات كدواء. حيث يقوم بزيادة نسبة الهرمونات الذكرية في الجسم.

قد تتفاعل بعض الأدوية مع هذا الدواء مثل أدوية ضغط الدم, الديجوكسين, حاصرات قنوات الكالسيوم, مدرات البول وغيرها لضمان سلامتك أخبر طبيبك قبل استخدام الدواء بوضعك الصحي أو أي أدوية أخرى تقوم باستخدامها. إذا كنت تتناول أدوية للسكري ، فقد يقلل التريبولوس من سكر الدم إلى مستويات منخفضة بشكل خطير. قد يزيد أيضًا من تأثير المنشطات على جسمك.

Recommended dose

Side effects

This medicine may cause allergic reactions. If any of the following symptoms appear, stop the medicine and refer to a doctor: the appearance of a rash, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the tongue or face. Other side effects are difficulty sleeping and irregular menstruation in women. Men should be aware that there are some concerns about medication use and prostate disease

Contraindications

Tell your doctor before using this medicine any other medicines you are using to ensure safe use of the medicine.

The doctor should be informed in the event of pregnancy or breastfeeding, as it is prohibited to use it in these cases because animal tests link the use of Tribulus to problems in the development of the fetus.

• يحتوى هذا الدواء على تركيز 250 مجم من مادة الفعالة بروتوديوسين Protodioscin يتم استخراجها من عشبة التريبولوس بهدف علاج ضعف الانتصاب والعقم وتعزيز الرغبة الجنسية حيث إنها تزيد من إنتاج هرمون ديهيدرو إيبي أندروستيرون.
• وقد درست بعض الأبحاث العلمية تأثيراته المحتملة على الصحة الجنسية والأداء الرياضي. ومع ذلك، يحتاج المزيد من الأبحاث لتحديد فعاليته وسلامته بشكل أكبر.

دواعي استعمال وفوائد تريب جولد كبسولات Trib Gold

• زيادة الهرمون الذكري في الدم و بالتالي تحسين القدرة الجنسية مع زيادة في الرغبة الجنسية.
• التخلص من الأرهاق بدنياً و التخلص من آثار الشيخوخة فوق عمر الأربعين.
• تحسين جودة السائل المنوي لدى الرجال لزيادة عدد الحيوانات المنوية.
• علاج حالات ضعف الانتصاب و زيادة القدرة و الرغبة الجنسية.

تريب جولد والبروستاتا

قد يساعد هذا الدواء على تضخم البروستاتا أو الإصابة بمشكلة سرطان البروستاتا، لذلك لا يجب على مرضى البروستاتا أن يستخدمونه.

دواء تريب جولد للنساء

يُستخدم علاج Trib Gold للنساء ايضاً لأعتباره مكملاً غذائياً و لكن هناك حالات معينة فقط للنساء يؤخذ فيها تريب جولد و هي الآتية :

• البرود الجنسي لدى النساء و قلة الرغبة الجنسية.
• معالجة الفتور العاطفي و زيادة الاستثار للعملية الجنسيه حيث يزيد العلاج من من تدفق الدم للأعضاء التناسلية الأنثوية  وبالتالي يزيد الاحساس في المناطق التي تكون غنية بالشعيرات الدموية.
• الجرعة تكون كبسولة قبل تناول الطعام بساعة على الاقل مالم يتم وصف شيء اخر من الطبيب المعالج.
• يفضل استخدام هذا الدواء تحت إشراف طبي فقط ويمكن استخدامه للنساء في حالة الضعف الجنسي أيضاً والبرود الناتج عن الإصابة ببعض الأمراض.

تريب جولد لكمال الاجسام

لا توجد معلومات كافية عن مدى قدرته على زيادة الكتلة العضلية في الجسم.

تريب جولد للتخسيس

يعمل على تعزيز إنتاج هرمونات معينة في الجسم لها دور كبير في عملية التمثيل الغذائي ولكنه لا يعتبر من أفضل المكملات الغذائية التي تساعد على إنقاص الوزن.

تريب جولد لمرضى السكر

يمكن تحسين مستويات السكر في الدم والكوليسترول لدى الأفراد الذين يعانون من داء السكري من النوع 2 من خلال ضبط العوامل المسببة للمرض واستخدام العلاجات الملائمة.

جرعة و طريقة استعمال تريب جولد Trib Gold

الجرعة المعتادة لهذا العلاج هي 2 كبسولة 250 مللي كبسولة في الصباح و اخرى في المساء على ان يتم تناول الجرعات على معدة فارغة إلا اذا قام الطبيب المعالج بوصف اخر غير ذلك حسب ما تحتاج حالة المريض أو الشخص.

و لا تقل مدة إستخدام علاج تريب جولد عن 5 ايام، و في حال لم يتم الشعور بتحسن فيرجى الذهاب للطبيب للسؤال عن تفاصيل الموضوع  لربما يحتاج المريض جرعات تكميلية من عقار تريب جولد.

تريب جولد قبل الأكل ولا بعده؟

الجرعة تكون كبسولة قبل تناول الطعام بساعة على الاقل مالم يتم وصف شيء اخر من قبل الطبيب المعالج.

الاثار الجانبية واضرار تريب جولد Trib Gold

هذا العلاج آمن تماماً لأنه مُستخلص من اعشاب طبيعية غير منتجات اخرى لكن دائماً يُنصح بإستشارة الطبيب المعالج لربما يكون حالة الضعف الجنسي عند بعض الرجال نتاج امراض حينها لابد من معالجتها قبل اخذ المكملات من تريب جولد.

ولكن قد يسبب بعض الأعراض الجانبية مثل:

• الشعور بالغثيان.
• اضطرابات في المعدة.
• الإسهال أو الإمساك.
• صعوبة في النوم.

الإحتياطات وموانع استعمال تريب جولد Trib Gold

• لا توجد اية موانع لاستخدام هذا الدواء حتى لمرضى الضغط و السكر و القلب و مرضى تصلب الشرايين و ايضاً كبار السن لأنه آمن و طبيعي مائة بالمائة و لا يوجد له آثار جانبية كونه من الأدوية الآمنة تماماً.
• يمنع استخدامه مع النساء في فترة الحمل وفي حالة الرضاعة الطبيعية لأن المواد الفعالة تؤثر على الجنين والرضيع.
• لا ينصح باستخدامه في حالة وجود تضخم شديد في البروستاتا أو الإصابة بأورام سرطانية بها حتى لا تحدث مضاعفات.
• يمنع استخدامه في حالة ما إذا كانت لديك حساسية من المواد الفعالة الموجودة به.

تريب جولد والضغط

قد يتسبب هذا الدواء في خفض ضغط الدم لذلك لا يجب تناوله في نفس التوقيت مع أدوية الضغط.

إذا كنت تتناول أدوية للسكري، فقد يقلل بروتوديوسين وهي المادة الفعالة في الدواء من سكر الدم إلى مستويات منخفضة بشكل خطير.

“He put the writing on the wall with his run at The Valley and you just look at him in the yard, he looks amazing. The team have done an unbelievable job. The horse is pristine.

“It’s probably his best win, if you can say that from a Melbourne Cup winner, but he was dynamic today and very impressive. I can’t wait to see what Mark (Zahra) thinks.”

Soulcombe put in a strong Cups trial also, ridden for luck on the rail to run third ahead of Hong Kong superstar Romantic Warrior, the $2.40 fixed price favourite.

Nothing rivalled Gold Trip, who idled last in the run, hooked widest and walloped a hot field.

With the Caulfield Cup in a fortnight and Cox Plate seven days later, Maher has decisions to make.

Zahra too, with the big race jockey committed to Caulfield Cup equal favourite Without A Fight.

Weight would be a major consideration also, with 58.5kg Cups topweight Gold Trip exposed to a penalty with victory in the Caulfield Cup.

He placed second in the race last year.

The Cox Plate would be a free hit, handicapping wise, for the dual Group 1 winner, who was unlucky in the weight-for-age championship last year.

“We’ll see. I think Mark will be trying to push us towards the Cox Plate now because I think he might have one in the Caulfield Cup,” Maher said.

“But anyway he might have a bit of thinking to do now.

“He’s (Gold Trip) good at a mile-and-a-half (2400m), the weather plays into it, you see how dynamic he was with a bit of cut in the track today. I couldn’t be happier.”

Zahra, who won the Turnbull in 2020 aboard Verry Elleegant before the champion mare trained on to win the Caulfield Cup, made his thoughts on Gold Trip’s next start known.

“He’s got to go to the Cox Plate, surely,” Zahra said.

“They were a few of his major rivals there and the way he won why wouldn’t you go there?

“I just love being on his back. If they’ve got any brains then they’ll go to the Cox Plate (instead of the Caulfield Cup) ... It’ll all work out perfectly for everyone.”

LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) has been virtually unchanged since it first entered the public sphere. People are still using the same LSD-soaked blotter papers Timothy Leary was using back in the early days of the 60s counterculture.

But times are changing, and new technologies are being implemented to pack more LSD in a single tab. LSD gel tabs are a new, innovative method of preparing LSD that offers several key advantages over conventional blotter paper. 

Gel tabs can hold up to three times as much of the active ingredient as blotters and offer a significantly longer shelf-life. 

Here, we’ll explore what LSD gel tabs are, what makes them better than conventional blotters, and why we believe they’ll become the standard for LSD in the coming years.

What Are LSD Gel Tabs?

LSD gel tabs look like conventional LSD blotters, but instead of paper, they’re made of a thin LSD-infused gelatin square. 

They look just like little pieces of Jell-O. Sometimes they’re colored or made to look more decorative with cut designs or gold flakes; other times, they’re manufactured with unique shapes and designs to make them stand out.

LSD gel tabs contain a single dose of LSD. They’re used the same way as conventional blotter papers. Users place a single tab under the tongue where it’s absorbed through a network of tiny capillaries lining the base of the tongue.

LSD gel tabs are made by combining liquid LSD, gelatin, and water. Once mixed and allowed to set, the gelatin hardens slightly to form a gel. The entire square is then cut into individual doses. 

The amount of LSD in a gel tab can vary greatly depending on how much liquid LSD is used to make the gel sheet and how large the squares are cut.

Gel tabs hold up to three times as much LSD as conventional blotter paper, but they usually contain somewhere between 100 and 200 mcg per tab. 

The most common way people use LSD gel tabs is to hold it under the tongue for about ten minutes and then swallow whatever is left.

Alternatively, you can just eat the tab as-is, but this may not provide as much efficiency with the dose as you’d get from holding the tab under your tongue. 

LSD Gel Tabs vs. LSD Blotter Paper: What’s The Difference?

The only difference between LSD gel tabs and LSD blotters (AKA “a tab of acid”) is that gel tabs use a gelatin base to contain the LSD, while blotters use a special kind of absorbent paper (called blotter paper). 

Gel tabs are the new generation of LSD administration. They last longer in storage, can hold more LSD per 1/4 inch square and kicks in about 50% faster than conventional blotters. 

While the LSD contained within blotters and gel tabs is the same, the capacity to hold more LSD can technically make gel tabs more powerful. However, this is only true if the gel tab actually contains more LSD. 

Most manufacturers will still include the same dosage range for gels as they do blotters. This is because the common dose is already just right for most people. There’s not really a need to make the tabs stronger when it’s just as easy to take two tabs for a stronger dose. 

Yes, the active ingredient is the same for both the conventional blotter papers and modern gel tabs. Both forms contain concentrated LSD. 

The timeline of effects can vary, but the overall experience will be virtually identical. 

Gel tabs also tend to kick in more quickly than blotters, so you might have a slightly more intense come-up or peak effect, although most users likely won’t notice a difference.

Additionally, gel tabs can hold more LSD and therefore tend to provide a stronger effect profile.

The precise dose contained within a single LSD gel tab varies wildly — from 40 micrograms up to around 500 mcg. 

The exact dose depends on how much liquid LSD was used to create the entire gel sheet and how large the gel tabs were cut.

The standard dose for a gel tab is between 100 and 150 micrograms. Even though gels can hold more LSD per 1/4 inch square, the ideal dose is around the 100 to 150 mcg mark, so most manufacturers stick within this range. 

It’s impossible to confirm exactly how much LSD is in your gel tabs unless you have a lab test the tab for you. As such, it’s wise to limit yourself to just one tab when using a new batch for the first time — regardless of how experienced you are with using LSD.

One difference you’re likely to notice when using gel tabs is that the effects kick in a few minutes faster than blotters. 

LSD gel tabs dissolve rapidly under your tongue and allow the LSD to enter directly into your bloodstream. Blotters take more time because the paper itself doesn’t dissolve. Instead, the active LSD is diffused out of the paper and into the saliva before passing across the capillaries underneath the tongue. 

In most cases, LSD gel tabs will begin to start delivering effects within 15 to 20 minutes . Some users may notice a longer period of up to an hour, especially if they swallow the tab instead of letting it dissolve.

The standard LSD trip lasts between 6 and 10 hours , with most users feeling back to normal within 10 to 12 hours. This timeline is the same for LSD gel tabs, blotters, and liquid LSD.

LSD gel tabs have a reputation of lasting longer, but there are no official studies to back this up, and the anecdotal evidence is inconclusive. Some find it lasts longer; others notice no difference at all. 

If your gel tab contains the same as a standard blotter, there should be no noticeable difference in trip length. However, with gel tabs that contain higher doses, you should expect the trip to last longer than you might be used to.

Yes, you can absolutely microdose with LSD gel tabs. 

The process for doing so is the same as it is with blotter paper. You can use a sharp knife or razor blade to cut a single gel tab into as many smaller pieces as you want. The easiest division is to cut the gel tab into about 9 smaller squares. 

One of the main advantages of LSD gel tabs is the long shelf-life. The gelatin consistency of the tab locks the LSD safely inside and protects it from exposure to oxygen, and buffers it from exposure to heat and UV light. All three of these factors lead to faster degradation of LSD blotters. 

While it’s unclear exactly how long LSD gel tabs last, it’s thought to be in the ballpark of 3–6 years if stored correctly. Compare this to blotters which are only expected to remain viable for up to 3 years in storage (usually closer to 1.5 years). 

All forms of LSD will lose potency over time, especially if they aren’t stored properly, and LSD gel tabs are no exception. Knowing how to store LSD properly will help you maintain its potency long-term.

Generally speaking, gel tabs should be wrapped carefully with tin foil and kept in an airtight container. Keeping the container in the fridge will extend the shelf life even further. Never allow your LSD to be subjected to high heat or direct sunlight for more than a few minutes.

LSD is just one of many compounds in the lysergamide family of drugs . It’s the most popular, by far, but it isn’t even the most potent of the group. 

As time goes on and more people are interested in using psychedelics for the purposes of self-growth, healing, and discovery, alternative options are becoming more common in the marketplace. 

The best LSD alternatives include LSZ , 1P-LSD , ETH-LAD , AL-LAD , PRO-LAD , and ALD-52 . 

While it isn’t common to see them in gel tab form quite yet, we expect to see all of these compounds available in gel tabs in the coming years. 

LSD gel tabs are no more dangerous than blotter paper. In fact, they both contain the same active ingredient — LSD. The only difference is the vector used to deliver that LSD to the body. 

Blotter paper and gel tabs will affect you in the same way, provided they’re dosed equally. Gel tabs and blotters can theoretically hold about three times as much LSD as blotters — but most manufacturers stick to the tried and true dose range of 100 – 150 mcg per square.

Where gel tabs truly shine is in their shelf-life — which is thought to be at least double what you can expect from conventional blotter squares.

Trump’s 29th Trip To Mar-a-Lago Brings Golf Tab To 334 Years Of Presidential Salary

President Donald Trump returned to Mar-a-Lago on Friday evening for the 29th golf-related trip of his presidency to his for-profit Palm Beach, Florida, resort, raising his total taxpayer golf tab to $133.8 million.

That figure translates to 334 years of the presidential salary that Trump and his supporters frequently boast he is not taking.

During Barack Obama ’s presidency, Trump frequently claimed he was playing golf too much and at too great an expense to taxpayers.

“I play golf to relax. My company is in great shape. @BarackObama plays golf to escape work while America goes down the drain,” Trump tweeted in December 2011.

“Can you believe that, with all of the problems and difficulties facing the U.S., President Obama spent the day playing golf. Worse than Carter,” he wrote three years later.

As he began his own run for the White House, candidate Trump repeatedly promised that golf would never make it onto a President Trump’s schedule. “I love golf, but if I were in the White House, I don’t think I’d ever see Turnberry again. I don’t think I’d ever see Doral again,” he told a rally audience in February 2016, referring to his courses in Scotland and Miami. “I don’t ever think I’d see anything. I just want to stay in the White House and work my ass off.”

Yet after three years in office, Trump has spent two-and-a-half times as many days on a golf course as Obama had done at the same point in his first term. If Trump plays golf both Saturday and Sunday, he will have played 248 times. Obama by his 1,123rd day in office had played 92 times.

And because Trump insists on playing at courses he owns, the cost to taxpayers has been nearly four times as high as it was for Obama. More than two-thirds of Trump’s golf outings involve seven-figure trips aboard Air Force One, mainly to Florida and New Jersey, but also to Los Angeles, Ireland and Scotland. Obama, in contrast, played most of his golf on courses at military bases within a short drive of the White House.

What’s more, Trump’s insistence on playing at courses he owns and profits from has put at least a few million taxpayer dollars into Trump’s cash registers in the form of hotel room and restaurant charges for the White House staff and Secret Service agents who accompany him.

The Washington Post found recently that Trump’s business has charged the Secret Service as much as $650 a room per night at Mar-a-Lago ― more than three times the normal rate that federal employees are supposed to spend in South Florida ― and $17,000 a month for a cottage at Trump’s Bedminster, New Jersey, resort. During an early Mar-a-Lago visit, White House employees ran up a $1,006 bar tab , which taxpayers also paid.

How many taxpayer dollars precisely are flowing into Trump’s pocket is not known because the White House refuses to detail how many executive branch employees stay at Trump properties and how much they are being billed. The White House on Friday did not respond to HuffPost’s queries on the matter for this weekend’s trip.

The president is the sole beneficiary of the trust that now owns his family business. He promised during his campaign that he would separate himself from the Trump Organization should he win, but reneged on that pledge even before taking office.

Trump similarly promised he would release his tax returns when he ran for president, but he has refused to do that as well.

An international charge from Great Britain and Hong Kong was not enough to stop  Gold Trip  from landing the Group 1 TAB Turnbull Stakes (2000m) in front of nearly 15,000 racegoers at Flemington Racecourse today, adding a second major at racing headquarters to his 2022 Lexus Melbourne Cup victory.

The  Ciaron Maher  and  David Eustace -trained Gold Trip flew from well back for jockey  Mark Zahra , charging home to take the $750,000 feature by a length and three-quarters from UK visitor  West Wind Blows  with Lexus Melbourne Cup-bound  Soulcombe  a further long neck away in third. Favourite  Romantic Warrior  finished fourth for Hong Kong.

Lexus Melbourne Cup winners have a good record in the TAB Turnbull Stakes, although neither has won the race as defending Cup champion since  Makybe Diva  took the prize before her historic third success on the first Tuesday in November in 2005.

However, Cup winners Efficient, Green Moon and Verry Elleegant all grace the honour roll this century, with Gold Trip now joining their number.

Catching the eye in behind was fifth-placed  Lunar Flare , who will look to follow the likes of Gold Trip, Very Elleegant and Vow And Declare   in producing a solid Turnbull run in behind the placegetters before progressing to Lexus Melbourne Cup glory. She is guaranteed a run next month after securing a Golden Ticket with her victory in the Lexus Andrew Ramsden Stakes.

Special guests to enjoy TAB Turnbull Stakes Day included the likes of Australian Para-equestrian and VRC Ambassador  Emma Booth , AFL young guns  Bailey Scott  (North Melbourne Football Club) alongside partner  Bella Henry  and  Anthony Scott  (Western Bulldogs Football Club).

Curtis Stone OAM  and  Luke Stone  were also on course as they continue to prepare for the launch of their Michelin-starred restaurant Gwen in the Birdcage Enclosure at the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Former Richmond Football Club superstar  Jack Riewoldt  left with a smile on his face after his horse Soulcombe put in an impressive performance in the TAB Turnbull Stakes.

The Lexus Melbourne Cup dream is well and truly alive for the connections of  Future History , who earned a berth in the ‘race that stops a nation’™ with his victory in the $500,000 Group 3 Lexus The Bart Cummings (2520m).

Future History, a stablemate of Gold Trip, now also holds a Golden Ticket for the Lexus Melbourne Cup, joining Lunar Flare, Lexus Roy Higgins Quality winner  Goldman  and Ebor Handicap hero  Absurde  in being guaranteed one of 24 spots for the $8.4 million contest.

Many of today’s winners are bound for Group 1 races over the Melbourne Cup Carnival, including Group 2 World Pool Danehill Stakes (1100m) winner  Stretan Angel,  set for the Coolmore Stud Stakes on Penfolds Victoria Derby Day, as well as Listed ABC Bullion Super Impose Stakes (1800m) victor  Riff Rocket , whose runaway success has seen him emerge as a leading Derby contender.

Group 2 TAB Edward Manifold Stakes (1600m) winner  Zardozi  is bound for the Kennedy Oaks, while  Life Lessons  – so tough in taking the Group 2 Rose of Kingston Stakes (1400m) – will target the Empire Rose Stakes. Victoria Racing Club (VRC) Chief Executive Steve Rosich said that TAB Turnbull Stakes Day provided plenty of insights ahead of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

“Gold Trip provided Australia with a sporting moment to remember when he won last year’s Lexus Melbourne Cup, and his win today again highlighted his class,” Mr Rosich said.

“He emulated Makybe Diva with his TAB Turnbull Stakes victory and she went on to add another Melbourne Cup later that spring, so we can’t wait to see Gold Trip attempt the same feat in just four weeks.

“The Group 1 race day had a strong international flavour with horses from Hong Kong and the UK and the World Pool operational on the last five races, with many punters rejoicing at the significant tote value for Gold Trip.

“TAB Turnbull Stakes Day has also been the best guide to finding the Lexus Melbourne Cup winner over the past decade and the dream is alive for Future History and his connections too after his Golden Ticket success in the Lexus Bart Cummings. We are excited to welcome Goldman, Lunar Flare, Absurde and Future History next month as Golden Ticket winners throughout the year.

LSU Football: Tigers Check In On No. 1 Prospect in America Jahkeem Stewart

Louisiana is home to the No. 1 prospect in America and the LSU Tigers continue ramping up their push as they battle it out for his services.

Jahkeem Stewart, the the top recruit in the 2026 cycle, is just down the road from Baton Rouge and Brian Kelly's coaching staff has kept tabs on the prospect many are preparing to call "generational".

Stewart plays his high school ball at St. Augustine High School in New Orleans (La.) where the Bayou Bengals have certainly dipped their toes in over the years.

From Leonard Fournette to Tyrann Mathieu, there have been several LSU greats that have come from the impressive Catholic League high school.

Now, LSU has their sights set on the next great recruit out of St. Augustine in coveted prospect Jahkeem Stewart.

The No. 1 overall player in the country, Stewart is a physical specimen of a defensive lineman who has programs across America salivating at his ceiling.

With a myriad of programs in his ear, Bo Davis and the Tigers have made sure to get in on the action as well.

Davis drove down the road to New Orleans last week to check in on Stewart after taking in one of his spring practices, according to Rivals .

Along with LSU making their way in to get a hands-on look at Stewart, Ohio State defensive line coach Larry Johnson hopped on a flight and made his way in to see the stud defensive lineman in-person as well.

It's been an eye-opening spring for Stewart as his recruitment picks up with several programs looking to separate themselves from the pack, including LSU, Ohio State and USC.

The 6-foot-5, 270 pound sophomore, who is prepping for his junior year with the Purple Knights, has taken the nation by storm with his stature and physical traits.

He looks and plays above his years, which also has recruiting experts and analysts believing there could be a chance he reclassifies into the 2025 cycle.

Stewart has teased the idea of graduating high school a year early, and with LSU lacking depth for the future at defensive line, it makes their push for Stewart that much more important.

Whether he reclassifies or not, he's at the top LSU's recruiting board in the 2026 cycle with Davis and Co. beginning to form a close relationship.

The Tigers currently boast the No. 2 recruiting class in the 2025 cycle that flaunts an embarrassment of riches, including Bryce Underwood (No. 1 QB), Harlem Berry (No. 1 RB) and Dakorien Moore (No. 1 WR).

If Stewart decides to reclassify into 2025 and LSU keeps their push in order to land his services, the program-changing class would elevate to new heights.

Meghan Markle has taken another page out of Princess Diana’s style book.

The Duchess of Sussex honored the former Princess of Wales during her trip to Nigeria by wearing a gold cross necklace that a source tells Page Six belonged to Diana.

On Saturday, the “Suits” alum showed off the dainty chain by pairing it with a white strapless dress by St. Agni.

Markle was also photographed Friday wearing a gold necklace that looked very similar to one her late mother-in-law once wore while visiting the same African country.

The mother of two paired the gold collar jewelry with a cream-colored top and a white blazer. Diana also chose to wear light colors when she wore hers back in 1991.

Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, were invited to a reception hosted by Christopher Musa, the chief of the Nigerian defense staff, in honor of military families.

Prince Harry matched his wife in light-colored attire, opting for a cream suit.

The couple announced the unveiling of a rehabilitation center at the reception.

Earlier in the day, Markle, 42, cheered on Harry, 39, while he played at a volleyball game.

A 9-year-old girl named Tiwa Akanbi, who was present, told reporters that the duchess gushed to her, “Prince Harry loves to play volleyball” and that “he’s very good at it.”

Markle is not just a fan of her spouse — but evidently also his late mom, as she has turned to Diana for fashion inspiration many times before.

In May 2023, the mother of two was seen wearing Diana’s Cartier watch during a hike.

Markle reportedly wears the time-keeping piece nearly every day. She also sports a Bentley & Skinner diamond tennis bracelet, which is believed to have been a gift from King Charles III to his late ex-wife.

The Sussexes are in Africa to promote their philanthropic efforts.

On Friday, Markle stirred up conversation online when she wore a dress that has a peculiar name.

The former “Deal or No Deal” model wore a backless peach maxi dress, whose style is known as “Windsor” — which is also the royal house of the United Kingdom.

“Im convinced she is doing this on purpose at this point. Infamy is her goal – not approval. She is taking a page out of Wallis’s handbook,” one critic tweeted at the time.
