Luke Bryan is headed out to farms nationwide once again in 2023. On Wednesday (April 26), the singer announced the five dates and towns on his 2023 Farm Tour, an annual tradition that’s now in its 14th year.

“It’s my favorite time of year,” he shared on social media, announcing a string of small family farm performances that will kick off on September 14 in Shelbyville, Kentucky.

The 2023 Farm Tour will take place while Bryan’s in the middle of his 2023 Country On Tour , and this special run of very different shows is one of his favorite parts of touring. “One of the reasons we created these Farm Tour shows: To bring the big-city tour to the people,” he says. “These nights are one-of-a-kind and we really enjoy getting to know the farmers and their families, love the whole atmosphere of playing on these incredible farms and watching entire communities come together and get excited about these shows.”

Back in January, Combs announced the aforementioned Country On Tour , a 36-date run that will begin on June 15 in Syracuse, New York. Special guests will include a wide range of up-and-coming country artists, such as Chayce Beckham, Tyler Braden, Ashley Cooke, Jackson Dean, Jon Langston, Conner Smith, Alana Springsteen, Hailey Whitters, and DJ Rock.

True to his mentoring of new artists as a judge on  American Idol , Bryan has a long tradition of giving breaks to emerging talent on his tours. Artists to benefit from the opportunity in the past have included Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch, Dylan Scott, Jon Langston,  Little Big Town , Morgan Wallen, Lauren Alaina, Mitchell Tenpenny, and Riley Green.

“Artists get into the business to make music and perform it for the fans,” says the five-time CMA Entertainer of the Year. “Leaving it all out on that stage is what it’s all about for me. I’m excited to support and have so many talented new artists along for the ride this year. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of our job.” The tour takes its name from his  recent hit single  “Country On.”

Pawpaw Conference coming to ATI Campus in May; West View farm tour on the schedule

The pawpaw is the official native fruit of Ohio, and yet it may be one of the most unknown fruits grown in the state.

Those interested in learning more about pawpaw or building upon the knowledge they may already have, the 2024 Ohio Pawpaw Conference and Trade Show is May 18 at the OSU Wooster Campus, Shisler Conference Center (OARDC), 1680 Madison Ave.

The day will be packed with an array of topics and speakers, including cooking with pawpaw, a panel on pawpaw varieties, production and marketing, mycorrhizal associations, pawpaw flower pollination and physiology, a grafting workshop and a tour of West View Pawpaw farm, located just south of Wooster.

The trade show also will be of interest to conference attendees.

The cost is $50 per person and includes breakfast, lunch, the trade show and tour.

Nashville – April 29, 2022 – Five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan will headline his thirteenth FARM TOUR this September during a two-week break from his “Raised Up Right Tour” launching in June. The Georgia native will set up stages in the fields of local farmers across six states September 15-24; two of the farms have never-been-played before. DJ Rock got his start while in college at Georgia Southern University in the late 90s. There he had residencies at two of the hottest bars/ nightclubs in Statesboro, Georgia and played just about every frat and sorority house in the Southeast. We’ll be featuring our hydroponic system, a method not often used for commercial farming, as well as vertical growing. You also may find a critter or two as you explore, as we use beneficial insects in all of our greenhouses to grow produce that is insecticide-free!

Lodge Tours

 For a fun side trip as part of your visit to The Mercantile, Ree & Ladd invite you to tour The Lodge on Drummond Ranch. The Lodge is the where family dinners and reunions are held, and it also serves as the production location for Ree's Food Network show!

Tickets are required for Lodge tours .  Visitors must go to The Mercantile the day of the Lodge tour in order to receive that day's Lodge ticket/directions.

Tickets are free, and are good only for that same day. Simply ask a Mercantile employee for a ticket when you arrive at The Merc that day. There is no limit to the number of tickets available on tour dates.  Tickets are handed out at The Merc from 8:30am-3:30pm. (1 ticket per group.)

The Lodge is open from 9am - 5pm on the open dates . Please make sure to grab your ticket no later than 3:30pm to ensure you arrive in time to enjoy all The Lodge has to offer before closing at 5pm!

Lodge visitors are welcome to walk through, look around, see all the spaces, and enjoy the beautiful view. See you at the Lodge!

See our cattle, sheep, chickens and pigs in action healing the land - and maybe even get to move them into a new field. we will see what healthy soil looks like and learn how that translates into the nutrient density of your food..

Tours start on the farm at 10:30 A.M. sharp (rain or shine so bring weather appropriate gear) and end at approximately 12:00.  

Tickets - If you come on your scheduled tour we will give you 50% of your ticket price back as store credit :)

Chapel Hill Garden Tour

With the theme "Tucked Away Treasures," the biennial garden tour showcases five beautiful private gardens and the public North Carolina Botanical Garden (NCBG) in their spring splendor. The gardens, ranging from forested to shady to sunny, have been created by visionary gardeners with delightful points of view.

Rolling Stones Announce Openers for 2024 ‘Hackney Diamonds’ Tour

The Rolling Stones have announced the opening acts for their ’24 Hackney Diamonds tour , which kicks off in Houston on April 28.

The band will play more than 20 shows across the U.S. through July 17. Most dates will feature exclusive opening acts, though a few artists will perform at more than one concert on the tour.

The Stones have lined up a diverse lineup of openers for the upcoming tour, including blues guitarist Gary Clark Jr., veteran soul singer Bettye Lavette and punk band the Linda Lindas.

Some artists have opened for the Stones before, such as Ghost Hounds and KALEO. But many are first-timers in the gig. You can see the band’s tour dates and each city’s scheduled opening act below.

Where Are the Rolling Stones Performing in 2024?

After the ’24 Hackney Diamonds tour starts on April 28, the band will perform throughout the U.S., stopping at 20 cities – including Seattle, Atlanta, Cleveland and Los Angeles – before wrapping up the dates on July 17 in Santa Clara, California.

The group released its first album of new material since 2005 in October. Upon its release, Hackney Diamonds was greeted with enthusiastic reviews.

The 27th annual Piedmont Farm Tour will be Saturday and Sunday, April 20-21, from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. both days.

Once a year these scenic and sustainable farms producing food, flowers, and fiber across seven piedmont counties open to the public to raise awareness of local agriculture and raise funds for Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA).

The farm tour is a great opportunity for kids, foodies, locavores, gardeners, new or aspiring farmers, locals, and visitors to connect with our farmers and gain a better understanding of what it takes to produce vegetables, fruits, meats, flowers, local foods, and value-added products that we all enjoy purchasing at local farmers’ markets.

This year’s farm tour features 30 farms, eight of which are on the tour for the first time. Complete details about the Piedmont Farm Tour are on the  CFSA website ,  including a list of all the farms and link to purchase a ticket.
