Emmy & Grammy nominated Hollywood star, Kevin Hart has made a name for himself as one of the foremost comedians, entertainers, authors and businessmen in the industry today.  After an electrifying performance at amateur night in a Philadelphia comedy club, Kevin quit his shoe salesman job and began performing full time at venues such as The Boston Comedy Club, Caroline’s, Stand-Up NY, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. However, it was his first appearance at the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival that led Kevin into roles in feature films. 

Kevin Hart will bring his stand-up comedy tour Reality Check to the Wright State University Nutter Center on Tuesday, May 16.

Kevin Hart’s Reality Check comedy tour comes to Dayton with newly added dates

DAYTON — An A-List comedian and movie star will be coming to Miami Valley as part of his international world tour Tuesday, May 16.

Kevin Hart will be bringing his comedic styling to Dayton at the Nutter Center near the end of spring with the Reality Check tour.

Hart’s Reality Check tour was ranked the highest-grossing comedy tour of 2022 on Billboard and Pollstar. The comedian performed 80 shows during last year’s run, hitting major cities such as Las Vegas, Houston, Atlanta, and Toronto. Following the success, he added more dates to the tour.

The show garnered some positive feedback, winning the People’s Choice Award for Comedy Act of 2022 for his performance and content in the stand-up act.

Prospective attendees can begin purchasing pre-sale tickets for the newly added date Wednesday, April 12 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, April 13 at 11:59 p.m., a spokesperson for the actor confirmed. General sale of tickets will begin on Friday, April 14 at 10 a.m. on KevinHartNation.com .

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- Comedian Kevin Hart has announced the addition of Dayton to his 2023 Reality Check comedy tour.

Hart's Reality Check tour, which was awarded the People’s Choice Award for Comedy Act of 2022, will be coming to the Dayton Nutter Center on Tuesday, May 16.

Tickets will become available for presale on Wednesday, April 12 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, April 13 at 11:59 p.m.

The general on sale will begin on Friday, April 14 at 10 a.m.

Kevin Hart bringing ‘Brand New Material’ to Cincinnati

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Kevin Hart is making his way back to Ohio to deliver laughter on his latest tour.

On Saturday, March 16, Hart, a comedian and actor, is set to take the stage at the Andrew J. Brady Music Center at 7 p.m. Hart’s visit to the Queen City is a part of his “Brand New Material” tour.

The event is unique, since all electronic devices have to be secured away. Ticketmaster says attendees will have to place all devices into a provided bag.

“Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event,” Ticketmaster says.

Attendees that are seen using a phone, smart watch or any accessory will be forced to leave the venue.

Presale tickets for the show go on sale Feb. 7 at 10 a.m., while general public admission tickets go on sale Feb. 9 at 10 a.m..

Comedy superstar Kevin Hart is coming to Toronto this summer, performing at the city's newest outdoor concert venue.

Toronto comedy fans are in for a treat this September, because Kevin Hart will be stopping by the city on his Acting My Age   tour, and better yet, he'll be performing in a more intimate venue than the stadiums and arenas he's used to in the city.

While Hart, who's been behind some of the highest-grossing comedy tours of all time, most recently made Toronto audiences chuckle on stage at the Scotiabank Arena, this time around, he's taking on a venue less than half the size.

On Sept 6, Kevin Hart will be performing at The Bowl at Sobeys Stadium, a new outdoor venue in the heart of York University's campus that has a capacity of about 9,000 — a far cry from Scotiabank's nearly 20,000 seats.

Tickets will be on presale through Ticketmaster and The Bowl's website  from 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2 until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, before going on general sale Thursday, July 4 at 10 a.m.

Kevin Hart announces another show in the region

If you missed Kevin Hart’s last local stop, don’t fret.

He’s returning to the region for another show. The comedian will headline "The Kevin Hart Irresponsible Tour" at 7 p.m. on September 14 at Nationwide Arena, 200 W. Nationwide Blvd. in Columbus.

This past Saturday, Hart performed at Wright State University’s Nutter Center.

Hart has been in the spotlight quite a bit. His memoir, “I Can’t Make This Up: Life Lessons,” debuted at No. 1 on the New York Times Bestseller list.

He appears in the Sony reboot of the classic film “Jumanji” alongside Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black. In March of 2018, Hart will star alongside Bryan Cranston and Nicole Kidman in his first dramatic role in the “Untouchables” for The Weinstein Co.

Hart will soon begin shooting the Feature Comedy Night School for Universal, a film in which he co-wrote under the Hartbeat production banner and will also star in.

Tickets for the Columbus show go on sale Jan. 31 at noon and are available through  Ticketmaster .

Suns Snag Virginia Forward in Latest Mock Draft

PHOENIX -- NBA draft week is officially upon us - with that, NBA scouts are wrapping up mock drafts, big boards, and everything in between.

Today, ESPN/DraftExpress scouting expert Jonathan Givony released a mock draft that featured the Phoenix Suns selecting Virginia F Ryan Dunn at pick 22.

"Dunn is said to be gaining steam in this range of the draft after a slew of outstanding workouts this month propelled him firmly into the first round. Several teams have said Dunn exceeded expectations with his shooting while also doing some absolutely mesmerizing things defensively in guarding point guards through centers in group settings." -  Givony on Dunn

Dunn, 21, spent two seasons with the Cavaliers - and has been considered a sleeper in this draft class among many - with NBA scouts/front offices typically being higher on the wing compared to fans across the league.

Dunn has widely been lauded for his ability as a defender, as he averaged 3.6 steals+blocks per contest in 2023-24 en route to an All-ACC defensive team selection for a team that suffered a disappointing loss in the 2024 NCAA tournament.

The concerns about his jump shot are still persistent and valid - he shot 23.5% from three-point range and 52.5% from the free throw line in his college career.

The mechanics are there despite the concerns and his shot could come around eventually at the next level, but his defense is the ultimate selling point that could lead the Suns to selecting him.

It does feel more realistic that Dunn could be had in the second round if Phoenix traded down to acquire an extra second-round pick, but the Virginia product could be selected earlier due to the differing opinions of draft stock.

Will Dunn be under consideration at the number 22 pick? It remains to be seen, but we will find out on Wednesday night.
