Experience the majestic Na Pali coast on the custom built catamaran "Lucky Lady". Sailing along you will pass by majestic seacliffs, waterfalls, sea caves, pristine beaches and remote wilderness coastline. Na Pali means the cliffs, and it is an amazing sight from the sea. Along this remote wilderness, gaze upon 3,500 foot heights, lush valleys, cascading waterfalls, sea caves and pristine beaches. The experienced, US Coast Guard Licensed Captain will entertain you on this journey with history and legends of Kauai and marine life ecology. Their friendly attentive crew will serve you refreshments and keep a watchful eye out for your comfort, safety and enjoyment. Enjoy snorkeling and water slide fun or just relax on the spacious main deck or the panoramic observation deck. On the Lucky Lady Na Pali Snorkel, encounter spinner and bottle nose dolphins, Hawaiian green sea turtles and in season (December-April) magnificent humpback whales.

Enjoy prime viewing from the bows to stern with seating down the main deck, on the upper observation deck and shaded cushioned seating in the lower protected cabin area. The Lucky Lady Catamaran is equipped with two restrooms, fresh water showers, water slide and swim platform. You are given expert instructions as you are outfitted with quality snorkel gear and safety swim vests. Feel free to dive right in or take the convenient stairs into the water. A zip down the water slide is great fun for all ages and the swim platform an excellent resting or cooling off.

Once home to a thriving population of native Hawaiians, this isolated area had a special connection to the ocean and the land.

Conditions along the Na Pali can vary widely, sometimes within the space of just a few hours. It is not uncommon to hit areas of high winds and rough seas along this shoreline. In these kinds of conditions it's nice to have a larger boat with more interior cabin space. We also recommend anyone who knows they have motion sickness issues to take precautions BEFORE the start of the tour.

• Directions: From Lihue, head west on Hwy 50 to Port Allen and turn left at McDonald’s (JCT 541 Waialo Rd). Look for Kauai Sea Tours office on the right in the Port Allen Marina Center.

• Please park before you check in. To park, go to the corner, turn right, and park in the Kauai Sea Tours lot on the left.

The spacious 60-foot double hull catamaran, the Lucky Lady Kauai, is your custom built vessel for your snorkel adventure along the Na Pali Coastline. The comfortable and stable boat is Coast Guard certified for up to 93 passengers. However, Lucky Lady only takes half that to give a small group feel with lots of room to move about. The boat has lots of creature comforts and provides shade, restrooms and even a waterslide!

On your way to your snorkel destination, gaze up at the incredible looming sea cliffs overhead at nearly four thousand feet high. The summits appear cloaked in shades of green velvet, as this is one of the wettest spots on earth, receiving over 100 inches of rain per year. The 17 miles of state park coastline is protected from the development of civilization by foreboding geographical features, which provide the backdrop for your snorkel adventure.

On board the Lucky Lady Kauai, enjoy continental breakfast with fresh baked pastries and fruit. Out in the crystal blue water, snorkel with some of Kauai’s finest inhabitants, the green sea turtle, parrotfish, moorish idols, yellow tangs and a variety of wrasse and other fish. Another amazing addition to this snorkel adventure are the pods of wild dolphins that live in the area. They often approach the Lucky Lady Kauai to play! Passenger safety is our top priority. No Expecting Mothers, those with bad backs, shoulders, knees, or hips, anyone who has recently undergone any surgeries, and those with mobility limitations. All passengers must be suited for possible rough waters and able to hold on and move about the vessel without concern. Children must be over the age of 3 years old. Maximum weight limit of 300 lbs per person may not be exceeded. Sorry, there is no smoking permitted on the vessel, on the pier, or near the office per state law. All activities are conditions permitting with the Captain’s discretion. The Nā Pali Coast is not a guarantee. Tours may reroute due to ocean conditions. If you are prone to seasickness or not sure, PLEASE take something in advance, Bonine or Dramamine.  Everyone is different…Don’t hesitate, medicate!

All snorkeling passengers will be required to have the upper body strength to pull themselves out of the water with a small marine ladder. Passengers who exceed 250 pounds are more at risk if a snorkeling incident occurs. Crew members may have difficulty getting said passengers back onboard.
