Seating is comfortable, boarding is well organized. Toilets are very small. Even though I’m petite, still find no room to move around. Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.

There was some delay at Heathrow where a machine needed to "start the engines" wasn't available and they couldn't even find the team tasked to do it. Unacceptable. Caused about an hour delay and seemed unnecessary. Also saw several passengers abusing the overhead luggage situation, having too many large bags and not leaving enough space for others. The crew was good and the refreshments were good in quality and quantity.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. On boarding, I used the bathroom. There was dirt (perhaps food) on the bathroom floor, and the sink in the bathroom was overflowing (old dirty water in the sink). Everything! To start with, seats, food tray table, entertainment console all are broken! Imposing duty free baggage fees for $250 as a surprise penalty cannot be appreciated! Airlines should be responsible for transferring the checked baggages to the connecting flight. Having customer go through the transfer is painful considering the travel tiredness! No soft drinks served on flight is another crumble!

I flew economy class so of course it’s not as roomy as business and first class. But overall it was ok and the seat had an interesting way to recline — the seat itself extended forward instead of the backrest. This way the person sitting behind me would not lose space by my reclining—excellent concept. I wish all airlines used these seats.

Flying with ANA is always a breeze. Seats are very comfortable.

The staff, ground and air, at ANA was very helpful and friendly during check in, boarding and during the flight. This is the reason why I always fly ANA whenever I go to Manila. The food was not the best but the flight crew more than makes up for the shortfall.

For the price of a seat that is obviously crammed together so as to get many more people onboard and combined with the long flight duration, Free WiFi should be an automatic “Thank You for Flying with Us!” To charge an additional fee when so many other businesses offers it is a bit “cheap” on the airline’s part.

Flight was on time and the crew was as expected, friendly and respectful. Food could’ve been better though.

Ticket was purchased as a United Airlines flight (operated by All Nippon) like what does that even mean? Makes for a VERY confusing flight experience. For instance, what do I look for a United drop off signage and ticket counter or ANA? No explanation anywhere to be found. I also felt a little bit scammed by the obsurdely restrictive seat selection provided. Only middle seats available!! Are you kidding me!! On 6hr + 10hr flights you're forcing me into the middle seat without telling me before I purchased the ticket?? This should be illegal. And to top it off, on the Tokyo LA leg there were quite a few empty seats including window seats! I must also say, the food was a dissappointing as well for my taste, fish with rice ( mostly plain white rice) or a vegetable medly for the breakfast meal? Should be at least 4 choices and at least 1 with eggs. Outside of these issues flight was otherwise ok.

Ground and flight crew were all courteous, extremely helpful and professional. Overall, process is really organized, from boarding to disembarkation.

This is a very long flight and the first time I have flown on a Japanese airline. I was very impressed with the staff. They worked hard and offered food and drink regularly. Plane was very well cared for. The let room was good . Food was ok but better than other airlines.

When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. It was great to check carryon luggage at no charge when there was no room for ours. A hidden benefit of having low-tier tickets. Also great to stay off plane as long as possible. Airline gave us seats we wanted on this last leg, again at no charge.

This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.

The flight was cancelled, and no reason was given. The flight was rebooked 3 days later. Calling customer service was next to impossible. There was no option to get in a queue in the phone call. It simply said all agents are busy call back later. It is 2024 and not 1970s to have such outdated technology. Live chat was even worse as I was 753 in line and it kept getting timed out. The icing on the cake was that the working hours was something like 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM? Really for international airline when the flights usually depart early in the morning? Things only got worse in the check-in counter in Mumbai. The monitor in the check-in counter said that the flight was on time even though it was cancelled. There were 2 agents helping a 747 full of passengers. It was 5:30 AM by the time I checked into the hotel. I tried reaching Kayak (Chatdeal via email) days before the onward flight from Seattle and no one cared to respond even after reminder. I will go with Expedia in the future. In fact, for my next trip to Japan I have already used Expedia.

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. Boarding = No one respected the boarding groups. The ground crew did nothing to enforce the boarding system. What is the point of being a Gold member when there are no benefits to that? Tired old plane

The Air India lounge in Delhi , was very disappointing! The food was of poor quality and options were limited especially for vegetarians!! Beverages were fine. The in flight crew was excellent! . They helped me with my seat controls - the controls did not work without a hassle or assistance!! A very poor showing for a Business cabin!!! Post flight , the wheel chair passengers ( including Me) were “ shepherded and left waiting twice (an hour or more) before taking us to immigration! I chose to Fly Air India because I want. to patronize our National carrier with the hope that the experience will improve!!! If you are traveling to mumbai -- must try SFO - MUM direct flight. It's a game changer when you are traveling to India. Timings are well designed, optimal and makes the travel enjoyable.

Air India needs to launch new planes. Seats are worn out, most of the plane's TV screens wasn't working, USB charging ports wasn't working as well so I can charge my phone & watch my download movies, Food was mediocre, the plane smells. How can Air India put through their customers with this bad experience? This complaint needs to get escalated to the upper management. How shameful is the upper management to improve this plane? The flight is going back & forth from NEW YORK & DELHI. Two of the big cities in the world and this is how your experience is for sitting in a plane for 12+ hrs?
