Golf News Net: What you need to know about golf

PREVIEW: Tour Edge Golf Hot Launch 2

tour edge hot launch 2 specs

For years, I've asked people in the golf equipment industry why there isn't a high-performance, low-end golf line from a major manufacturer. The common answers are that people don't want that kind of equipment; the research and development costs too much to charge so little; and that only a company with end-to-end supply-chain control (i.e., they own all aspects of the process, including retail) could manage to pull that off.

However, Tour Edge Golf is challenging those notions with its new Hot Launch 2 line, a series of clubs that offer affordable, fully customized clubs with a 48-hour turnaround time and a lifetime guarantee.

Here's a look at each of the clubs in the line:

tour-edge-hl2-driver

Driver ($200): The 460cc head features a cup face with lofting options of 8.5-12.5 degrees in one-degree increments. An offset model is also available for $30 cheaper.

tour-edge-hl2-fairway

Fairway woods ($130): The fairway woods use the company's variable-thickness face with a heavy sole weight designed to move the center of gravity low and back. An offset model is available for the same price.

tour-edge-hl2-hybrid

Hybrid ($110): The hybrid is made from 450 SS hyper steel and has a forged variable-thickness steel face. It's available in 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-hybrid models.

Iron-Wood ($80 each, $500 seven-piece set): These hollow-head clubs have the same materials as the hybrid but in a more compact design that looks more like an iron. These are available individually, starting with a 2-hybrid, all the way through a full set to a lob wedge.

Irons ($400 steel set, $500 graphite set): The irons are constructed from 431 stainless steel, a softer material ideal for customization.

tour-edge-hl2-chipper

Chipper ($70): These clubs are apparently making a bit of a comeback, and Tour Edge is in the game on them.

All of these clubs are now available for pre-order, with clubs shipping approximately Sept. 10.

Tour Edge Hot launch 2 Hybrid Review

Last Updated: 24 April 2017

tour edge hot launch 2 specs

At a glance

  • TG Rating 4 out of 5
  • Owner Rating Not yet rated
  • RRP £79.99

What we say...

Created from 450 Hyper Steel with a maraging steel variable thickness face the Hot Launch is designed for ultimate forgiveness and distance. A low head profile and heavy sole weight help create a deep centre of gravity to help launch shots off any lie with added forgiveness.

Our verdict:

The Hot Launch is designed to be part of a set of hybrid irons so you can buy them all the way down to a 59deg lob wedge, which is very different to every other hybrid in our test. And what that means to you is because they’re linked directly to a set of Hot Launch irons the 3 hybrid is a full inch shorter than some of the competition. Our two amateur testers really liked the shorter shaft feeling by getting closer to the ball it meant extra confidence, and surprisingly it gave nothing up in terms of ball speed or carry distance. The heads a decent mid-wide body option but the quite heavily bulged face (like an old persimmon fairway wood) won’t be everyone’s cup of tea.

Bottom line:

At £79.99 the Hot Launch 2 represents good value for money, but because of the shorter shaft pay very close attention to how you work them into your current set.

Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons Review

Photo of Tour Edge Hot Launch E523

The Bottom Line

Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 is as traditional as it gets for the super game improvement iron category. This "hybrid-like" iron or ironwood as Tour Edge labels it, places 5th overall, which is towards the bottom for this test. Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 is one of the best super game improvement irons for accuracy and ranks 2nd for this scoring category. It does not rank well for subjective feedback across the board i.e. sound, looks, and feel.

If you are a high handicap golfer or beginner golfer, Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 will be a great iron to purchase if you value accuracy. It ranks 2nd overall for accuracy in our best super game improvement iron 2023 test. Additionally, it ranks 3rd overall for forgiveness, which emphasizes consistent performance across the club face.

Distance is Tour Edge Hot Launch E523's weakness. Traditionally, it is not its forte in this category and this continues to show. If you are a higher handicap golfer and you prioritize distance, Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 iron might not be your first choice. There are hotter, longer super game improvement irons on the market.

About the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons serve as a testament to Tour Edge’s commitment to producing super game improvement irons that cater to the needs of golfers seeking ease of launch, playability, and the ability to correct mis-hits and slices. These clubs feature a hollow-body perimeter weighting design, which generates maximum ball speed off the clubface. The Houdini Sole, a unique technology developed by Tour Edge, reduces the amount of sole area by 35%, resulting in a high launching and easy-to-hit club.

Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons Technology and Features

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons are constructed using high-quality materials to optimize performance. The clubhead is made from a durable alloy, combining strength and lightness for maximum swing speed. The face of the club features a super shallow design, allowing for greater flex and increased ball speed.

One of the standout features of the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons is the Houdini Sole. This innovative technology reduces the sole area by 35% and alters the center of gravity (CG) of the club. By redistributing the weight, the Houdini Sole promotes a higher launch angle and increased forgiveness, making it easier for golfers to achieve optimal results even on off-center hits.

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons employ an offset design, where the leading edge of the clubhead is set back slightly from the hosel. This design feature helps to square the clubface at impact, reducing the likelihood of slicing the ball. It also assists golfers in achieving a higher launch and straighter shots, making the irons more forgiving for off-center hits.

The super shallow face design of the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons enhances the club’s playability and forgiveness. The low-profile face allows for greater flex at impact, resulting in increased ball speed and distance. This design feature also contributes to a higher launch angle, making it easier for golfers to get the ball in the air.

Tour Edge has incorporated concave technology into the Hot Launch E523 Irons to further enhance performance. The concave shape of the clubface helps to expand the sweet spot, increasing the forgiveness and consistency of the irons. This technology ensures that even off-center hits produce acceptable results, allowing golfers to maintain distance and accuracy throughout their game.

Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons Performance

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons excel in terms of launch and spin characteristics, particularly for high handicap and beginner golfers. The hollow-body construction and Houdini Sole work in tandem to promote a high launch angle, resulting in a steep descent and improved stopping power on the greens. The super shallow face design also contributes to increased spin, allowing players to better control the trajectory of their shots.

While the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons prioritize forgiveness and ease of use, they still offer a degree of workability for golfers who prefer shot shaping. The offset design helps to square the clubface at impact, reducing the likelihood of slicing the ball. This design feature allows golfers to shape their shots, whether it be a draw or fade, with relative ease.

Forgiveness is a key attribute of the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons, making them an ideal choice for high handicap golfers or those who struggle with consistent ball striking. The hollow-body construction and perimeter weighting enhance stability and forgiveness on off-center hits, allowing players to maintain distance and accuracy even on mishits. The concave technology incorporated into the clubface further expands the sweet spot, ensuring acceptable results with less-than-perfect contact.

Insights from Most Wanted Testing

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons have undergone rigorous testing by various sources, including the highly respected MyGolfSpy. These tests provide valuable insights into the performance of the irons, helping golfers make informed purchasing decisions.

Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 is as traditional as it gets for the super game improvement iron category. This “hybrid-like” iron or ironwood as Tour Edge labels it, places 5th overall, which is towards the bottom for this test. Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 is one of the best super game improvement irons for accuracy and ranks 2nd for this scoring category. It does not rank well for subjective feedback across the board i.e. sound, looks, and feel.

Distance is Tour Edge Hot Launch E523’s weakness. Traditionally, it is not its forte in this category and this continues to show. If you are a higher handicap golfer and you prioritize distance, Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 iron might not be your first choice. There are hotter, longer super game improvement irons on the market.

The MyGolfSpy testing evaluated the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons on several key performance metrics, including distance, accuracy, forgiveness, and ball speed. The irons performed admirably in these categories, demonstrating their suitability for high handicap and beginner golfers.

  • Distance: The Hot Launch E523 Irons may not be the longest in their category, but they offer respectable distance for golfers seeking accuracy and forgiveness.
  • Accuracy: The irons excelled in terms of accuracy, ranking second overall in the MyGolfSpy testing. This makes them an excellent choice for golfers who prioritize hitting the fairway consistently.
  • Forgiveness: The Hot Launch E523 Irons scored well in forgiveness, emphasizing their ability to produce consistent results even on off-center strikes.

Looks, Sound, and Feel

While the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons perform admirably in terms of accuracy and forgiveness, they may not rank as highly in subjective categories such as looks, sound, and feel. Golfers who place a premium on aesthetics and the sensory experience of golf may find other options more appealing. However, it is important to note that individual preferences vary, and it is recommended to try the irons firsthand to determine personal preferences.

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons are designed to cater to the needs of high handicap and beginner golfers. These players often struggle with consistency and require forgiving clubs that can help them achieve accurate shots even on mishits. The Hot Launch E523 Irons provide the necessary features and technologies to assist such golfers in improving their game.

Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 irons or “ironwoods” are a classic example of a super game improvement iron. They won’t amaze people with tremendous distance gains, however, they do exactly what they’re made to do – make golf easier. If you’re a golfer who needs help hitting the golf ball higher, these might be worth your consideration. If you’re a beginner, these might be for you too.

Specs & Pricing

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons are available in various lofts and shaft options, allowing players to customize their clubs to suit their preferences and swing characteristics. The irons come with the Lamkin Z5 grip as standard, providing a comfortable and secure hold. Custom fitting options include grip, shaft flex, and length, ensuring that golfers can optimize their equipment for maximum performance.

As for pricing, the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons offer excellent value for money. They provide the performance and features typically found in higher-priced irons, making them an attractive option for golfers on a budget.

Q: Are the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons suitable for low handicap golfers? A: While the Hot Launch E523 Irons are designed with high handicap and beginner golfers in mind, low handicap golfers may still find value in their forgiveness and accuracy attributes. However, golfers with more advanced skills may prefer irons with greater workability and shot control.

Q: Can the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons help improve my game? A: Yes, the Hot Launch E523 Irons are specifically designed to assist high handicap and beginner golfers in improving their game. The forgiveness and accuracy features of these irons can help golfers achieve consistent results and build confidence on the course.

Q: Are the Tour Edge Hot Launch E523 Irons available for left-handed players? A: Yes, the Hot Launch E523 Irons are available for both right-handed and left-handed players, ensuring that golfers of all orientations can benefit from their performance attributes.

Notes from the MGS Testing Team

Callaway big bertha 23', ping g430 hl, callaway rogue st max os, cobra t-rail, taylormade stealth hd, mizuno jpx 923 hot metal hl, tour edge hot launch e523, what is accuracy.

Accuracy evaluates if a player’s shots with each club are above or below what’s expected based on that player’s skill level. By eliminating variables in player ability, accuracy determines how well the club improves a player’s overall score.

Forgiveness

How is forgiveness tested.

Forgiveness measures how well a club corrects for hits that are center or off center off the face of the club. A high forgiveness rating tells you that a club does well at maintaining consistency in performance when your swing fluctuates.

How is ball speed tested?

Ball speed measures how fast the ball is traveling off the face of the club. We eliminate variables like player swing speed or ability, so you can compare ball speeds off the face as affected by the club, not the player.

Fairways Hit

What is fairways hit.

We evaluate the percentage of shots that hit the fairway compared to shots in the rough. This shows the accuracy of a club, with a higher percentage earning a higher accuracy rating.

Shot Area is a measure of downrage dispersion. The displayed value is the area of an ellipse (measured in yards2) in which 90% of future shots would be expected to fall.

Total Distance

The total distance the golf ball travels from the point of impact with the clubface to the point where it stops, including both carry distance and any additional roll after the ball lands.

The distance the golf ball travels through the air from the point of impact with the clubface to the point where it first touches the ground. Carry distance does not include any additional roll after the ball lands.

The amount of backspin or topspin on the golf ball after the club strikes it. Spin can affect how the ball travels through the air and how it behaves when it lands.

Launch Angle

The angle at which the golf ball leaves the clubface after being struck. This is typically measured in degrees.

The highest point in the golf ball's trajectory after the club strikes it. This is typically measured in feet above the ground.

The angle at which the golf ball descends from the apex of its trajectory to the ground. This is typically measured in degrees.

Yards From Center

This refers to the distance that a golf shot travels from the center of the fairway. It is often used to measure accuracy, with shots closer to the center considered more accurate.

Tour Edge Hot Launch 524 drivers, fairway woods, hybrids: What you need to know

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/TourEdgeHotLaunch524.jpg

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The Tour Edge Hot Launch 524 series of metalwoods once again brings together the company’s highest levels of technology, borrowed from the top innovations in its Exotics lineup, to a more budget-conscious consumer with drivers, fariway woods and hybrids that in some cases are half the going rate of many popular models. The 524 lineup includes two families, the E524 with a focus on extreme game improvement and the C524 with more traditional, compact shaping for more skilled golfers. Throughout there’s an emphasis on more ball speed across a broader section of the face. That comes from both a variable thickness face design made of dozens of diamond-shaped indentations and a central ridge the length of the crown designed to add structural stability at impact.

PRICE: E524: driver ($250; 10.5, 12, 15 degrees); fairway wood ($180; 16, 20, 23, 25, 27 degrees); hybrid ($150; 19, 22, 25, 28 degrees). C524: driver ($250; 9, 10.5, 12 degrees); fairway wood ($180; 15, 17, 19, 22 degrees); hybrid ($150; 19, 22, 25, 28 degrees). Available at retail March 1.

3 COOL THINGS

1. Diamonds on a budget. It is not impossible or even remotely remarkable to produce an affordable set of golf clubs. You can find a boxed set that includes a bag on Amazon right now for $200. Making a collection of tech-rich metalwoods that are sometimes as little as half the price of some current top models, though, is a different proposition. But Tour Edge has been living that mantra for decades, and the latest Hot Launch offering, the eighth edition, again incorporates the learnings of the company’s higher-priced Exotics line to give budget-conscious golfers some proven concepts. Foremost among them is a variable face technology the company calls “diamond face VFT.”

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/E524-Driver-Top.png

Appearing on the backs of the forged titanium faces of drivers, fairway woods and hybrids, the design uses rows of intersecting diamond-shaped patterns (sort of a crosshatch) of varying depths designed to create multiple areas of optimized face flexibility both across and up and down the face.

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/C524-Fairway-Face.png

“This is by far the most tech we have put into the Hot Launch lineup and almost all of it comes directly from our ultra-premium Exotics designs,” said David Glod, Tour Edge founder and president, who refers to the distinct face thicknesses as “mini-trampolines.”

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/C524-Driver-Top.png

“Our goal is to bring Hot Launch to the highest possible level in game improvement and extreme improvement designs. They feature the specs and the playing characteristics that the vast majority of golfers are going to benefit the most from.”

More From Golf Digest

tour edge hot launch 2 specs

Glod says the variable diamond shapes create more ball speed potential and reduce spin. On the E524 woods, the driver face is backed 36 diamond shapes in four different sizes, the fairway wood features 34 and the hybrid 39. On the C524, there are 37 diamond shapes, the fairway wood uses 35 and the hybrid features an array of 34. The fairway woods and hybrids use three different shapes and thicknesses on their diamond shapes.

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/C524-Hybrid-Front.png

In addition to creating more potential face deflection on off-center hits, the “VFT diamond” design concentrates on benefitting heel and toe hits to optimize ball speed across the face. The effect of the face deflection also helps to optimize spin, as well as providing durability for the thinner face design.

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/C524-Fairway-Back-02.png

2. Crowning achievement. The crown construction is another element brought over from the Exotics 723 series of metalwoods. The driver, fairway woods and hybrid all incorporate the central ridge that stretches from front to back. Known as “ridgeback,” the I-beam shaped feature provides increased stability for better off-center hit power (or, more precisely, less loss of power on mis-hits). Specifically, Glod said the idea is to stiffen the middle section where face deflection and ball speed already are maximized, allowing for more give on the heel and toe regions where off-center hits are given more of a boost.

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/E524-Hybrid-Back-02.png

Flanked by heel and toe sections on the crown with an aesthetic treatment that takes on a carbon fiber look, the ridge feature also serves an alignment function. Actually positioned slightly heelward from center, at address the angle of the ridge appears matched up with the center of the face.

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/C524-Hybrid-Top.png

3. Family resemblance. The two collections serve two different player types, with the E524 exuding maximum game improvement features, while the C524 offers more traditional looks in line with what more experienced players would prefer. Those changes go beyond the visual, of course. The E524 driver, fairway woods and hybrids all feature more offset to help driver the center of gravity farther back and improve the tendency of the face to close at impact. The E524 driver also features a more upright lie angle and a shorter shaft to increase control. There’s also a heel-biased sole weight on the driver, fairway woods and hybrids to help attack the slice, and compared to the C524 there are higher lofts and larger visual footprints in the E524 to inspire more confidence.

On the C524 driver, fairway woods and hybrids, the sole weight is more centered and deep, creating a higher moment of inertia (heel-toe stability) than its predecessor. Like on the E524 woods, there’s a more pronounced sole rail that also keeps the CG lower, eight percent lower compared to last year’s driver and 22 percent lower on the hybrids.

/content/dam/images/golfdigest/fullset/2024/2/E524-Fairway-Top.png

Both the fairway woods and hybrids feature shallow face designs, although the E524 lineup is shallower than the C524 offerings. Each also makes use of an angle wedge of weight in the rear perimeter to lower the CG and provide extra stability. Known as the “Houdini Sole,” the wedge is angled away like a rudder, providing helpful weighting but heel and toe relief for better turf interaction. That angle is more aggressive on the E524 woods with more extreme heel and toe relief compared to the C524.

50 Words or Less

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E522 driver is very large and very easy to hit.  High launch with mid spin.  A great choice for any golfer who fights a slice or wants to reduce their stress on the tee.

tour edge hot launch 2 specs

Introduction

Tour Edge is the rare golf company that excels at serving both ends of the equipment spectrum.  Their Exotics line has been a winner on Tour and a favorite of avid players for years.  On the other end, their Hot Launch line delivers overwhelming value to new golfers, high handicap players, or those who simply don’t want to spend a fortune on clubs.

Their latest Hot Launch family, 522, is really two lines in one.  The “C” clubs are designed for the skilled, competitive golfer.  The “E” line is designed for extreme forgiveness and ease of use.  Our examination of the latest from Hot Launch starts with the E522 driver.

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E522 driver is certainly extreme in its dimensions .  From front to back, it’s extremely long.  It’s also extremely shallow faced.  Leaving the dimensions aside, the E522 driver has a conventional appearance with a gloss black crown and small, white alignment aid.

In Tour Edge’s notes on the E522, they state that this driver has an “Offset Design.”  While there is a slight offset, I’m not sure I would have noticed it were it not mentioned.  Massive credit to Tour Edge for utilizing a feature that will help the target golfer without making the driver unattractive.

When you flip the E522 driver over, you’ll find a premium-looking sole .  The Tour Edge Hot Launch branding is shifted into the toe, putting the focus on the shaping of the Houdini Sole.  The other standout feature is the weight plug on the heel side which helps to promote a draw.

Sound & Feel

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E522 announces its presence on the tee box with a fairly loud, bell-like impact sound .  It’s mid-high pitched with a harmonious ringing character.  The feel of impact marries well to this sound: fast and explosive more than solid.

With the emphasis on stability and forgiveness, the E522 driver does not provide a lot of feedback .  You can hit the ball all over the face and get very similar impact sounds.  Your hands will feel the big misses, but shots toward the middle of the face blend together.

Performance

The calling card of the Hot Launch E522 driver is consistency .  Thanks to Tour Edge’s Diamond Face 2.0, the ball speed rarely moved more than 2 MPH in my testing.  Any shot that was within shouting distance of the sweet spot got launched.

That consistency extended to the launch angle and spin rate.  Tour Edge’s Houdini Sole drags the center of gravity low to promote high, repeatable launch .  If you get the ball on the face, it’s going to fly on a fairly high trajectory.  What surprised me was how controlled the spin rates were.  I was expecting much higher spin, but the E522 produced mid-spin drives with strong ball flight.

Another thing that helps the E522 driver to be more consistent is the shaft length.  Tour Edge builds the E522 to 44.5″ – half an inch shorter than the C522 – to promote better contact.  While 1/2″ isn’t going to turn a wild slicer into Rory McIlroy, it can definitely help the player feel more in control.

Finally, the E522 driver does favor a draw .  There’s a slight offset, the club sits a hair shut, and it’s weighted for a draw bias.  In my testing, I saw almost every shot bend to the left.  That said, the draw bias is not extreme.  Once I got a feel for the club, I was able to start the ball a little right and let it draw to the middle.

The Tour Edge Hot Launch E522 driver comes with the Mitsubishi Fubuki HL shaft .  This is a light weight shaft – 45 to 55 grams, depending on flex – designed to create higher launch.  The softer tip also promotes a draw for most players.  While it’s not an ideal fit for my swing, I was pleased with how well it held up to my aggressive transition.

Though I’m not the target demographic for the Tour Edge Hot Launch E522 driver, I found this club incredibly fun to hit.  Regardless of your handicap, sending every drive high and down the middle is a lot of fun.  I’m actually thinking about picking up the 15 degree High Launch version as an option for tight tee shots.  No matter what loft you choose, the latest Hot Launch driver is an undisputed winner when it comes to value.

Did you happen to try any shots off the deck?

' src=

I did not. I have enough trouble elevating a fairway wood; driver off the deck is a non-starter for me.

' src=

I just bought this driver. Testing last night my last 5 shots were off the deck on a hitting mat.

The contact they can make is insane. Better then my 3 wood on a clean lie.

The club face is large so id only suggest it for mild fairway lies. Living in mountain golf country there are tons of courses where I could try deck shots maybe 3_4 holes.

On a flattish CC I could see you interpolating this with your 3 wood.

Love the driver got it march 2023 for 40% off list

I liked the review, as I play and look at the players, most here in las vegas are older. the same age thing exists in the palm springs area.. most youn players do not have the money to play alot on nice courses, I guess my point is most older players hit it about 200 with roll. now at the 19th hole they talk about 230 or drives but when playing it closer to 200 mant about 180. more reviews for lesser priced clubs..

do you buy near new drivers rh

Hi Matt, I always like and benefit from, your reviews, yet have a request–this driver is meant for hi-handicappers. So wouldn’t it make more sense to find someone to review it who’s hitting about 85-90mph instead of 106? You’re clearly a pretty good player (and a pro, I presume as your bio says you’ve taught others), but someone who was as skilled as the rest of us might benefit, yes? Many thanks. J

Fair review. I am 75, 16 handicap from the senior tees, with a 75 mph driver swing speed. Have played Ping irons since 1984 but usually buy a new driver every year from the big four companies. Didn’t like any of the 2021 models and tried the E522 HL model at the end of the year. Loved everything about it. Dead straight. Hard to miss a fairway. Just traded it in today for the 12 degree model today as it has a very high trajectory. For me distance was comparable to all the $549 drivers out there and I expect the 12 degree will get me an additional 5 to 10 yards. Always suspicious of inexpensive products. Usually get what you pay for but this is an exception.

I am a 20 handicap player mostly because I struggle with consistently hitting the ball straight. I just got this HL E522 because I love my HL E522 3Hybrid and 4Hybrid. I just hit this in a simulator and the club itself is fine and goes pretty straight but the sound is god awful. It’s a VERY high pitched bell sound and sounded nothing like any other driver I’ve hit. It was more like a metal t-ball bat hitting a golf ball. I’m considering returning it and getting an Exotics C721 because I’m not sure I can handle the sound.

' src=

I have the E522 and am wondering if I can adjust it to get a lower loft. It’s a 10.5

This driver does not have an adjustable hosel.

' src=

I have a 15 degree sr flex swing speed of 65 and not getting around on it. will probably return it
