He drove excellently, spoke good English and was very polite and helpful. Gave us an excellent sand dune bashing ride in his 4x4 then guided us to the camel rides, sand boarding and finally to the quad bike ride season. Drinks were provided throughout our time there and then he dropped us off safely back to our hotel. We would definitely recommend this company. The booking process via the rep at our hotel was very slow, it took 2 visits over 2 days to get it booked (Lapita). We booked a 33Ft yacht to take us around the Palm Jumeirah from the Marina. There were 6 of us, 5 Adults and 1 child. The captain met us at the gate on time but was not friendly or chatty and walked us to the boat whilst looking at his phone. They let us play our music through the blue tooth speaker which was nice. We only got offered one drink in 2 hours. The assistant pointed out a few landmarks but not many. I've been on other yacht tours before around the palm which have had much more friendly and interactive captains/staff. I was quite tensed about getting the visa since i had just 4 days for my flight but thanks to abdul hafeez (rayaan travels) i got my visa within 3 hours that too after office hours..

• Access to facilities like changing rooms, showers, and locker rentals (locker rentals are chargeable). You will also find sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the park where you can relax in between rides.
• Life jackets are provided free of charge at various locations within the park. These are typically mandatory for certain rides and recommended for weaker swimmers.

• Arrive at Wild Wadi Water Park, located in Jumeirah, Dubai.
• Get changed into your swimwear and store your belongings in a locker. The park provides locker facilities for a nominal fee.
• Explore the various attractions and rides that Wild Wadi Water Park has to offer. Enjoy thrilling water slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, and other water-based activities.
• Take breaks in between the rides to relax and lounge by the pools or on the beach. Enjoy the sun, water, and beautiful surroundings.
• Explore the souvenir shops within the water park to purchase mementos or swimwear and accessories.
• After spending a fun-filled day at Wild Wadi Water Park, gather your belongings and head towards the exit.
• Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• During busy periods, the Jumeirah  guest queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park's closing time.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult though out the time 
• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Wild Wadi Water Park.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
• Sharing transfers can be arranged from centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
