Ella Dunn, Employee #643199, greeted me with such enthusiasm it made my day, that was nice. There is an UGG hoodie sweater that I LOVE! Hanging on the wall! I don't think you understand, I have the same hoodie that I purchased prior to falling ill with COVID-19, several years ago & unable to work. An UGG hoodie was not a priorty BUT did I mention I LOVE the UGG hoodie sweater. Currently, there are only certain type of material that does not hurt my skin. I can be in this hoodie 24/7.LOL Prior to me having to think if I could/should purchase this expensive wonderful hoodie because it's SO EXPENSIVE but worth it, LIKE $100 EXPENSIVE but it's on sale! But It's not my size, it's too small Ella went to her computer to see if she could order it online. No luck! She could have left it there. Instead, Ella went above and beyond by looking to see which other stores had that hoodie in my size. Ella found my size, Ella reached out to the store and asked if it would be possible to have that item transferred to her store for a customer to purchase. They said YES! 😊 I am SOOOOOOO HAPPY! THANK YOU ELLA!

“Terrible customer service!”

I ordered online 2 pair of shoes and made payments through Klarna! Because the shoes was delivered but not to the correct home, they didn't want reimburse me my money or resend the shoes! Do not trust Journeys! Go personally to the store and buy the product! Don't do online purchases! The house they delivered was green and my house is blue! I paid them so it's not about the money! But I guess Journeys needs it more than me!

I ordered a pair of sneakers which was shipped by fed ex and when they delivered it was thrown in my driveway for easy access to be taken. So yes it was stolen. I called journeys and they said they are nit responsible for this. Maybe they should be and provide another carrier that would do a better job placing package by the door. So journeys don't refund or ask if you would like the same order instead. Now they lost a future customer. That's how much they care.

I ordered my cute, adorable RED New balance tennies on Tuesday, May 2,2017, and I received updates from the time I placed the order informing me of what was happening with my order. Yesterday, Thursday, May 4,2017, I received an email from Journey's letting me know my shoes had shipped and they'd be here by today - Friday, May 5,2017, but I thought, "NO WAY!" But, WAY! I have them on my feet right now and I love them!

I was pleased with ordering from Journeys. I've been to the store and only purchased socks from them. I never order shoes online since I wear a half size and can never seem to find shoes that fit just right. Well, the website is pretty easy to maneuver and I ended up getting 4 pairs of converse, sperry's & polo for less than $200. To me that was a steal! And two pairs came straight from the store. I was always updated with confirmation and when my items were shipped. Only issue I had was I got two pairs in the mail first and it had someone else's invoice inside of it. I waited until the second couple pairs came in but they just had mine on the outside. Even said it was handpicked by an employee. & one coupon for each pair of shoes! After the order I have received tons of emails from Journeys since then. I had to throw it in my spam folder. It took the average amount of days 5-7. And the shoes fit myself & my husband perfectly. I'd order from them again.

There are a few different options in this case. 1) For the quickest option, the store can help you return the wrong size and place a Special Order for the correct size, which can either be shipped to your home or the store's address for pick up within 4 - 7 business days. 2) Alternatively, you may reorder the correct size via our website and then return the current order in the original manufacturer box to the store with your confirmation email. 3) Another option would be to request a prepaid FedEx label through our website with the following link (for web orders only) to exchange through our warehouse for the correct size. However, all warehouse returns and exchanges by mail can take 2 - 4 weeks to process from the date we receive the return package. Ordered a pair of sneakers December 10th, 2022. As of January 29th 2023 I have not received my shoes, and have contacted the company twice, only to be ignored. I was told on both occasions they are "looking into it". I would expect this level of unprofessionalism from a scam.

Ordered online and they arrived so quickly (I’m in BC)! Nicely packaged. Super cool unique pair of velcro Vans with glow in the dark green old school flames for my son to wear to kindergarten. Didn’t see this style in any other sites.

Kim has booked multiple vacations for my family and they have all been amazing!!! From our family Disney cruise to multiple trips to Turks and Caicos we have always had a wonderful experience. Kim and her team cover every details so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. They can handle any type of vacation you are looking for from large families to couples only. We loved our honeymoon she booked to Italy where every single details was handle perfectly. We were in Italy for 2 weeks which involved moving around to 5 different hotels in 5 cities, multiple transfers, train tickets, and many tours... every single details was perfect. We are not regular travelers, so we depended on Kim Goldstein of Journeys Inc. to plan this trip to Italy for us. She took care of every detail and did everything that we needed. Every place we went, we were met with people holding up our names to take us wherever we needed to go. The hotels that we were booked into in Venice and Rome were fabulous! We were treated like royalty. We had dinner reservations every night at places she helped us find, and they were all excellent. We had private tours every day with a company that she found and partnered with and everything went smoothly and seamlessly. She helped us with our airline reservations and with booking our cruise with Viking. We received all of our travel documents well in advance and found Kim always available when we had questions. She had a lot of good advice and seemed to really care that this was going to be a wonderful trip for us. After our return, she contacted us to make sure everything was okay and to hear about our experiences. When one of our hotel reservations had to be changed, she took care of contacting all the tour people and all the reservations we had to make sure that they had the new information. We were very pleased with everything and would certainly use Kim Goldstein again for any future traveling we decide to do.

I reached out to Journeys Inc. to help plan a 30th wedding anniversary trip. I wanted the trip to be perfect and special. Kim and the staff at Journeys made this experience a dream come true. Kim asked me questions to help understand what I was looking to do, things we enjoyed, and areas we were interested in. She provided information on several destinations and helped me select what was truly the best vacation we have had in a long while. Journeys took care of everything - pre trip preparations, the best flights available, airport transportation (who provided above and beyond customer service), an amazing all inclusive resort with incredible customer service and excellent food and accommodations, and a beautiful beach! We weren t quite sure where we wanted to go for or what resorts were better because we had never been. Kim recommended Unico 2087 in Riviera Maya and it was AMAZING. She did everything from set up our flight, book our rooms, & secured our private transportation to and from airport. It makes traveling so STRESS FREE when using her services. My experience with journeys inc, Kim Goldstein and her team was absolutely fantastic. We don t travel a lot but they took care of everything and made it very easy on me. If Kim plans your vacation, you won't have to worry about a thing.She handles every aspect and makes sure everything is in place for a wonderful trip. She is detail oriented and nothing falls through the cracks when she is planning a vacation or making travel arrangements. She is also caring enough to steer a client away from resorts that she knew would be a disappointing experience-she has done this for me. One time I didn't listen to her, and all I can say is that I will not make that mistake again. People I know who try to make their travel plans online, on their own, because they think they can find a better deal than Kim can get for them end up with unexpected hidden fees, connections that weren't planned for, discount packages that didn't include everything they thought it would, giant headaches and disappointment. None of that makes for good memories. Let Journeys plan your trip and the only thing you will have to worry about is losing 10 pounds before you have to wear a bathing suit!

Journeys, Inc. was phenomenal from start to finish! My honeymoon was incredible thanks to them and Kim Goldstein! They organized our trip and flights with ease and every step went smoothly from flights, to check-in, to check-out, & our return home! El Dorado Casitas had out of this world service and amenities! We were treated like royalty the entire time and our personal concierge Sergio made sure we got the most out of our entire trip by creating a daily schedule from meals to activities! The resort was very secure and safe and all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The food was amazing and the entertainment even better! Our room was beautiful and clean and stocked with many gifts and a welcome note from Kim Goldstein! My husband and I enjoyed the entire trip especially the Mexican Fiesta, Fuentes Culinary Theatre, and the ATVs & Speedboats with Maroma Adventures. We also enjoyed 80 min sky massages from Irene and Paulina who were incredible and a Bali Bed with a personal butler named Jorge who was phenomenal as well! I would highly recommend Kim Goldstein and Journeys, inc. for any of your travel needs! Anna was amazing! She booked a cruise for my family, including our 10 month old baby girl. We were very specific about the type of cabin and its location. She found the perfect cabin! The location was fantastic! The room was large and had plenty of room for the crib and the balcony was big enough for a family of 6! This cabin made our whole cruise!!! I absolutely recommend Kim Goldstein for any help planning a trip, vacation, or your honeymoon! We recently returned from Secrets Maroma in Mexico and our experience was absolutely unparalleled. Kim was able to find us the perfect fit for our honeymoon somehow managing to check every single one of our boxes. On our very first phone call with her, she was receptive and eager to learn exactly what we were hoping for out of our honeymoon. She very quickly sent us a list of various resorts and options to look over. Even when we were stumped on which to choose, she was always available to chat over the phone and help guide us through the ins-and-outs of each resort. We booked our honeymoon with Kim Goldstein and she was such a big help with deciding where to go and then deciding which resort! My husband and I had never been to the Caribbean and her knowledge and advice was so relieving. We originally planned our honeymoon for the week after our 3/21/20 wedding but we had to postpone to 8/22 and Kim handled all of the postponing of our trip in August as well! We decided on Mexico and stayed at Unico 2087 and I honestly can t say there was anything we disliked! We re planning on going back in the future and plan to work with Kim on all future trips!

Kim Goldstein with Journeys Inc. was such a great choice when it came to planning our honeymoon! I met Kim while at the Richmond Weddings Show and loved how enthusiastic and excited she was for us to plan our honeymoon. We reached out to her 7-8 months before our wedding and we are so happy we did. She did not cost us a thing and I kept thinking to myself, "Where's the catch?!" but to my great delight there never was one! We knew we wanted to book a Sandals Resort and Kim helped us find the one that would be just right for our honeymoon. We selected Sandals South Coast in Jamaica and it was absolutely perfect. She booked our room, our flight, and even arranged our "extras" (a private candlelight dinner on the water and a ziplining/waterfall excursion!) for us. A few days before the wedding, Kim called to check in and make sure we had everything we'd need for a great trip. She was so knowledgeable about the resort and gave helpful tips on what to do when we arrived. I appreciated her reminders because I tend to be a nervous flier and that was only heightened by all the excitement from the wedding. We had a very easy flight to Jamaica and were spoiled rotten by special treats our whole honeymoon. Kim even had a plate of yummies sent up to our room with a nice note :) She made sure to reach out to us after our return home to make sure everything we had safe travels and made sure everything had been to our liking. The trip could not have been any more special and we are already talking about going back! When we do, we will of course be booking through Kim. My own mom is making plans for an anniversary trip for her and my father and she has already asked for Kim's contact information too! Even if you aren't sure exactly where you want to go or for how long, this incredible team takes your rough idea (or gives you their favorite suggestions) to craft your dream vacation. I gave Kim the idea we wanted to go somewhere warm over Thanksgiving and from there we combed through a few different ideas before settling on a Sandals resort in the Bahamas. It exceeded every expectation and I am relieved to know we planned this honeymoon with a travel agency - we would not have known how to do this on our own! They handle your reservations, flights, and most add-ons like spa services or excursions off the resort. It was refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable in the resorts (and who has been to many of the resorts she represents) to give you honest suggestions and opinions in planning a care-free honeymoon. Amazing experience in Costa Rica at Tobacon Resort. Everything went smoothly with all of our bookings, reservations and transportation and the communication with Kim Goldstein and Journeys Inc was fantastic. I trust Kim with recommendations on resorts and adventures while away and we were extremely pleased with everything we did. The resort was located in a convenient location, it was safe, clean and beautiful, the hot springs were incredible and the overall staff was very friendly and engaging. I would definitely go back. Kim and her team at Journeys were amazing to work with. Kim helped my husband and I plan our destination wedding and we couldn't have been happier. I initially began my search with another company and they dropped the ball and I didn't feel supported, but just by casual conversation with an old colleague, she put in in touch with Kim and we didn't look back. Kim was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. She walked us through the whole process of choosing our resort to helping our guests with booking their accommodation to even stepping in on multiple occasions when we had challenges with planning our wedding. She saved the day on multiple occasions! Unfortunately, a hurricane threatened our travel out of NC and she was able to accommodate a few of our guests who had to fly into Mexico early. When we arrived in Mexico, we were greeted by the Lomas Transportation Company and we all received welcome bags from Journeys which was very nice and thoughtful! Unico, the resort that she recommended was absolutely out of this world fabulous!! Just returned from a fabulous five night couples trip to St. Lucia planned by Kim Goldstein and Journeys Inc. as my booking agency. We stayed at Anse Chastenet which was lovely. Daily yoga, lots of things to do at the resort that are included at no extra charge and the food was organic and amazing.Kim was very attentive and took care of everything and got us very excited for our travels. I usually plan all of my own travel, I am kind if a control freak. For our Beaches vacation I decided to try a travel agent because the resort is so expansive and I wanted some insider knowledge, also because it can take so long to wait on hold and get anything done with Beaches. After some research, I selected Journeys based on their experience and reviews and I am so glad I did! It was such a relief to take some of that planning off of my hands and have someone that I could rely on and email for advice or a quick question along the way. Kim handled everything from resort booking to airline reservations to excursion recommendations and even got us all setup for airport assistance when my husband broke his ankle a couple of weeks before our trip. Kim and her team were always very responsive and quick to answer any questions and very patient with some of the "high maintenance" requests from my parents (I was planning a family trip involving 3 different families.) When we checked in at the resort the manager actually mentioned Kim by name and gave us an extra special welcome!
