Just back from a weeks holiday in Sidari for the 2nd year running.
All was confirmed by the owner (Phillipe i think ) and was advised to collect the car later on that evening from the other office next to Three Pigs Restaurant.
Turned up at 20.30 to collect car as advised and was told they had no car for us yet and to come back at 21.00.
Went for a meal (to give them more time) and returned at 22.20 to collect our car as promised.
Still there was no car there for us and our plans for the following day had been made, leave early to see some of the island and spend most of afternoon in Kassioppi.
I explained this to the 3 staff present but they were not interested in helping at all and none of them once apologised or took any ownership to contact the manager or senior member of staff.
My Partner was so upset and angry that she just walked off in disgust at the shambolic service we were receiving.
I explained that it was my 3rd visit in one day to their offices to simply collect my car which was promised and confirmed but they did not seem to care and shrugged their shoulders saying there was no car for us.
As a result of this our planned trip the following day had to be cancelled.

We used the same company last year,the two excursions we booked we had no problems with,they were actually first class.
It seems that they get some fairly decent reviews as an excursion operator,but i think their customer care leaves a lot to be desired.
i think this year you have to be carefull and for the trips! a lot of hidden extras!!! try to book in other office (icant remember the name) but is the first after crossroad bar,in main road to sidari! they have for sure full prices ! and they are more friendly , they can help you even if you dont book nothing. ive been to ericousa island and therewas a great beach for swimming !
i also had a bad experience with Vlasseros. we booked horse riding, advertised at 10 euros, which it then became 15 euros. and the horses acted like they had never been ridden before. they were scared, we we far too close to traffic for my liking and they had black bags tied over their bums to stopp them making a mess on the roads and beach! i was shocked to say the least.
So after that we found another company who do horse riding in Roda for 16 euros and we got a full 2 hours, it was lovely and quiet in roda and we avoided main roads and even got a free drink half way through! i have a lovely picture of me and my sister on the beach with our horses.
a much better experience and no hidden extras on the price. (we booked at the big office in the canal d'amour opposite angelina hotel) x
strange we did the horse riding for 10 with the same company and it was really good , no bin bags either!

Vlaseros Travel, Sidari. We have just returned from our 2 week stay in Sidari, Corfu. We went on many trips which were very enjoyable. The coaches were very comfortable and the drivers were very nice. Pickups were always on time. While in Sidari, I would recommend using Vlaseros Travel for all your trips.
