Do not waste you money eating here. It was jammed packed because it stormed and all the attractions and shows were temporarily ... closed down. I had the Texas brisket and it was awful. The meat was chewy and lacked proper seasoning. It was also served withwaffle fries that were cold and bland. On top of that the brisket was precooked and served on a paper plate that ripped when youcut the brisket into bites. Save your money and head to one of the other restaurants at seaworld. Read more

This restaurant is one of the better options at seaworld. Especially when you buy the all day dining pass. However, the food ... look such better than it tastes. There is a serious lacking of flavor, especially for the price to be 20 dollars per plate. Ontop of that. The portions are extremely small. It would be advantageous for SeaWorld to hire someone in management from Disney or Universal to fix the queing of their lines. ... Their menus is out of date or maybe they had supply issues during our visit. No waffle fries, no dinner rolls and they ran outof ribs at 2pm. My wife got their last plate of ribs and actually saved us $20 because she didn't finish her's and nothing elselooked very appetizing to me. The ribs tasted like Lloyd's precooked ribs that can be microwaved. Their pickles were good. Thefries were ok. Garden salad was good with crisp lettuce. Bear in mind this is based off of what is available in the area for eating in the park.  My family and I purchased the "All Day Dining" which gave us the opportunity to eat at most of the restaurants for "free" for 34.99.  Starting at the morning to the evening, you have the opportunity to eat at the participating restaurants once an hour.  Fort he multiple days we were at SeaWorld, this was another place we saved for Dinner. The selection choices that was available for samplers was limited, so my family and I made the choice to try several different ones to try to get the "full" experience.  I got the rib sampler , and my wife got the brisket sampler , while my kids got the chicken and ribs sampler .  Since it was later in the day, maybe it was why our chicken was completely cooked (looking at other reviews).  The chicken was actually tasty, but the ribs were fatty.  The brisket was OK, I couldn't say great or bad things about it as there was such a small sample.  Even though all the meals come with fries, I think we should have picked something different instead in order to have a better review of what they had to offer.   While I would encourage the "All Day Dining" for SeaWorld / Aquatica, going to this place and paying the price they ask, is a little steep, but may be in the range for the type of food served here.
