P&O Cruises Announces 2025-26 with 12 New Ports

P&O Cruises launched its new collection of 2025-26 sailings featuring 12 new ports of call.

The sailings, which go on sale from October 18, 2023, will feature new ports of call and new itineraries as well as special offers, such as a 10 percent saving and 10 percent deposit offer.

During the winter 2025-25 season, P&O Cruises will return to 12 ports for the first time in over five.

These include Los Angeles, Melbourne, Bali, Bodø and Dunedin, among others.

Highlights of the winter 2025-26 season include:

• The Britannia will offer new Caribbean fly-cruise sailings with two new itineraries featuring calls in Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Grand Turk.
• In December 2025, the Aurora will embark on a 14-night northern lights cruise from Southampton, with ports of call in Åndalsnes, Bodø, Narvik, Tromsø and Haugesund.
• In January 2026, the Aurora will begin a 75-night Grand Tour around South America, with 10 additional days to explore the continent. Ports of call are Gran Canaria, St Vincent, Recife, Salvador, Búzios, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo (from Santos), Montevideo, Port Stanley, Punta Arenas, Santiago (from San Antonio), Coquimbo, Arica, Lima (from Callao), Manta, Fuerte Amador, Cartagena, Aruba, Grenada, Barbados, St Lucia, Antigua, St Maarten, Ponta Delgada and Azores.
• For the first time in nine years, the Arcadia will embark on a 100-night Eastern Circumnavigation World Cruise in January 2026, calling at 28 destinations including Dubai, Singapore, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Dunedin, Auckland, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
• The Azura will make a maiden call in Tangier, Morocco on its Canary Islands fly-cruise itinerary.
• In December 2025, the Arcadia will set sail on a Christmas markets cruise with overnight calls to Hamburg, Copenhagen, Oslo and Amsterdam.

The cruise line has also prepared a range of shore experiences in ports, such as a traditional welcome with “Gahwa,” Arabic coffee and local dates in Dubai; exploring the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest in Singapore; and wine tasting and gourmet food at The South Australian Company Store in Adelaide.

P&O Cruises 2025-2026 programme to include 12 new ports of call

Seven new itineraries sailed by five of the cruise line’s ships will visit destinations across the world

P&O Cruises has released its programme of itineraries for winter 2025-2026, revealing that it will visit 12 new ports of call over the course of the season.

Seven new itineraries will be operated by five ships in the cruise line’s fleet during the season, visiting destinations across the world.

Britannia will offer new Caribbean fly-cruise holidays in winter 2025-2026, sailing on two new itineraries. The two voyages feature calls in Barbados, Grenada, Curaçao, Aruba, Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Grand Turk, Torola and Dominica.

Meanwhile, in December 2025, Aurora will go on an extended 14-night ‘Northern Lights’ cruise to search for the natural phenomenon. The cruise will start and finish in Southampton, UK, and will call at Åndalsnes, Bodø, Narvik, Tromsø and Haugesund in Norway. Then, in January 2026, Aurora will embark on a 75-night ‘Grand Tour’ around South America, including a return to São Paulo, Brazil, for the first time in 10 years. The ship will again depart from and return to Southampton, calling at 18 different countries and territories throughout South America and the Caribbean.

Also in December 2025, Arcadia will set sail on a ‘Christmas Markets’ cruise with overnight calls to Hamburg, Germany, Copenhagen, Denmark, Oslo, Finland, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The ship will then embark on a 100-night ‘Eastern Circumnavigation World Cruise’  from Southampton for the first time in nine years, calls at 28 destinations including Dubai in the UAE; Singapore; Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney in Australia; Dunedin and Auckland in New Zealand; and San Francicso and Los Angeles in the USA, among others.

Azura will make the cruise line’s first call to Tangier in Morocco during its ‘Canary Islands’ itinerary, departing from Valletta, Malta. Finally, Arvia will continue its 14-night Caribbean fly-cruise itinerary from Barbados or Antigua.

P&O Cruises UK has unveiled its new series of summer 2025 holidays, featuring fresh itineraries and ports of call. The vacations include introductory offers such as a 10% reduction on eligible Select Price holidays and a 10% low deposit offer. Guests booking their holidays by June 5, 2023, and departing between March and October 2025, can take advantage of these offers. For instance, guests can save 10% on eligible Select Price summer 2025 holidays, and a 10% deposit offer is available on applicable Select Price or Early Saver holidays.

The new holiday package offers a range of exciting options, such as:

• 10% saving for guests on eligible Select Price summer 2025 holidays.
• A 10% deposit offer for applicable Select Price or Early Saver holidays.
• Third and fourth guests can sail for free on selected off-peak cruises sailing from and to Southampton UK for six nights or more when sharing an applicable inside cabin with two adults paying full fare.

The highlights of the new holidays are:

• New British Isles cruises on the flagship Britannia , which will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a 14-night British Isles cruise.
• A new 16-night British Isles holiday on board Aurora , calling at Waterford in Ireland .
• Two new ports of call, Toulon (France) and Malaga (Spain) , for P&O's newest ship Arvia , on its Western Mediterranean itineraries.
• Arcadia's 19-night Mediterranean holidays, including a maiden call to Granada (from Motril) in southern Spain.
• A new 16-night Northern Europe and Scandinavia cruise on Aurora, calling at Copenhagen and Gdansk .
• On selected Iona holidays to Norway, guests will call at Flam .
• Two full days in Valletta for selected 14-night Mediterranean fly-cruise holidays on board Azura .
• Rockland (Maine) , a new port of call, for USA and Canada holidays on Aurora.

Guests can pre-register for the P&O UK's summer 2025 itinerary collection, and the voyages will be on general sale (for departures in March thru June 2025) on April 27, 2023. Voyages departing in July to October 2025 will be opened for booking on April 28th.

Early Saver Fare

First up is the Early Saver Fare, this is the basic price with P&O, no added extras included, however you do need to be somewhat flexible if you’re choosing this fare type. Let us explain a little bit more about the Early Saver prices… – These prices are available on all sailings, at selected times, depending on how far in advance the booking date is from departure date. – You don’t get to choose your cabin number, this will be assigned to you by P&O any time from the booking date up until the day of departure. – Flexibility is required for your preferred dining style, time and table size, your requests for all three of these are never guaranteed. – Possible complimentary cabin upgrades, depending on availability after non-saver bookings. – 15% deposit

Select Price

Next we have the Select Price, this is a customer favourite when it comes to booking a P&O Cruise as 9 times out of 10 it is better value for money. Let us take you through the inclusions… – Available on all sailings, all year round – Your choice of cabin number at the time of booking (subject to availability) – First priority for dining style, seating time and table size – You will be eligible for complimentary cabin upgrades (where available). You also get the choice to opt out of this if you have already chosen your perfect cabin and would like to remain there. (As after you have been upgraded, you can’t move back, and you may be put in a position you’re not too fond of on the ship i.e Forward/Aft etc) – Choose from either onboard spending money, return coach travel to Southampton or car parking in Southampton – Shuttle buses in port of call (where they are provided by P&O Cruises) – 15% deposit – Flexibility too change your booking (subject to booking conditions)

Aside from all of the above, no matter what fare type you choose to book, you will always get the following included in your P&O Cruises holiday.

P&O Cruises Summer 2025 Collection

The UK’s P&O Cruises has announced a new collection of holidays for summer 2025, including a 10th anniversary British Isles cruise for Britannia and new Mediterranean ports of call on Arvia and Arcadia. The collection also includes a number of introductory offers, such as a 10% saving on applicable Select Price holidays and a 10% low deposit offer.

Britannia’s 10th anniversary British Isles cruise will take passengers on a seven-night voyage around the UK, visiting ports such as Liverpool, Belfast, Greenock, and Edinburgh. The cruise will also include a special gala dinner and a number of other celebrations to mark the occasion.

Arvia and Arcadia will both be sailing to new Mediterranean ports of call in the summer of 2025. Arvia will be visiting ports such as Split, Kotor, and Dubrovnik in Croatia, while Arcadia will be visiting ports such as Valletta, Civitavecchia, and Palermo in Italy.

The new summer 2025 collection from P&O Cruises offers a wide range of itineraries and destinations to suit all tastes. With introductory offers available, now is the time to book your summer cruise.

Here are some additional details about the new collection:

• Britannia’s 10th anniversary British Isles cruise will take place from July 11 to 18, 2025.
• Arvia’s new Mediterranean itineraries will start from May 2025.
• Arcadia’s new Mediterranean itineraries will start from June 2025.
• The introductory offers are valid for bookings made before March 31, 2023.

Cruises booked by June 5, 2023 and departing between March and October 2025 will include:

• 10% guest saving. Guests can save 10% on applicable Select Price summer 2025 holidays
• 10% deposit offer. Available on applicable Select Price or Early Saver holidays
• Extra guests sail free of charge. When guests book an applicable holiday departing between March and October 2025, third and fourth guests in the cabin can sail free of charge. This offer is available on selected off-peak cruises sailing from and to Southampton for six nights or more when sharing an applicable inside cabin with two adults paying full fare.

New holiday highlights

New British Isles cruises

• Britannia – to celebrate its 10-year anniversary, flagship Britannia will offer guests a homeland adventure on a 14-night British Isles cruise. Ports of call include Belfast where guests can explore the mythical site of The Giant’s Causeway and an overnight stay in Liverpool with the opportunity to follow in The Beatles’ footsteps. Prices start from £1,179 for an inside cabin ( B514 )
• Aurora – a new 16-night British Isles holiday on board Aurora will call to Waterford (from Dunmore East) in Ireland – a first for the fleet since 2015. Prices start from £1,529 for an inside cabin ( R515 )

New Mediterranean ports of call

• Arvia – P&O Cruises newest ship Arvia will call at two new ports on its Western Mediterranean itineraries, Toulon (France) with shore experiences to St Tropez and Malaga (Spain) with shore experiences to the Picasso Museum or hiking the narrow gorge of Caminito Del Rey (The King’s Little Path). Prices start from £849 for an inside cabin ( K520  and  K521 )
• Arcadia – Arcadia’s 19-night Mediterranean holidays will include a maiden call to Granada (from Motril) in southern Spain with shore experiences to the Alhambra, one of the finest Islamic buildings in Europe. Prices start from £1,729 for an inside cabin ( J503 )

New Norway and Scandinavia itineraries

• Aurora – a new 16-night Northern Europe and Scandinavia cruise in July 2025 will include ports of call to Copenhagen and Gdansk (from Gdynia). Prices start from £1,399 for an inside cabin ( R512 )
• Britannia – a new 14-night Northern Europe and Scandinavia cruise in August 2025 will include an overnight port of call to Copenhagen. Prices start from £1,099 for an inside cabin ( B521 )
• Iona – On selected Iona holidays to Norway, guests will call at Flåm following successful calls in 2022. Prices start from £679 for an inside cabin ( G515  /  G517  /  G519  /  G521  /  G523  /  G525  /  G527 )

New time in the destination

• Azura – on selected 14-night Mediterranean fly-cruise holidays on board Azura, guests will be able to enjoy two full days in Valletta to spend more time experiencing Malta’s diverse mix of culture, history and beaches. Prices start from £999 for an inside cabin ( A512A  /  A513A  /  A511A )

New USA port of call

• Aurora – on USA and Canada holidays on Aurora, guests will call to new port Rockland (Maine), famous for its lobster and windjammer boats. Prices start from £3,249 for an inside cabin ( R517 )

P&O Cruises Launches Biggest Program Ever for 2024/25, Delivering More Holiday Experiences that Aussies Love

Features over 150 sailings including short break getaways, Pacific Island voyages plus brand-new themed cruises

P&O Cruises, Australia’s favourite cruise line, today revealed its 2024-2025 programme, featuring an unrivalled season of 157 sailings that will call into 46 destinations across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands.

During the season, the line’s fleet of three ships, Pacific Adventure, Pacific Encounter and Pacific Explorer, is expected to collectively carry more than half a million passengers (520,000), making it the cruise line’s most ambitious season of sailings on record.

Marguerite Fitzgerald, President of P&O Cruises Australia, said that they have been listening to guests and evolving the brand’s offering for 2024/2025 to ensure its contemporary suite of services and variety of itineraries hits the sweet spot for Aussie travellers.  

“No other cruise line understands the Australian cruise market like our homegrown brand, P&O, and we are offering more of what Aussies love - such as island getaways, short break escapes, themed events and visiting idyllic ‘bucket list’ destinations.

“We’ve also introduced more ways for holiday-makers to make unforgettable memories with increased access to exclusive facilities and more choice in entertainment, dining and activities than ever before,” said Ms Fitzgerald.

Highlights of the new 2024-25 season include:

• Year-round sailings from Sydney and Brisbane: there are over 60 itineraries on Pacific Adventure and 50 on Pacific Encounter to choose from, including a mixture of 3-night short break getaways and Pacific Island voyages. Brand new itineraries include a 7-night itinerary from Sydney to Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, and a 7-night itinerary from Brisbane with calls to Townsville and Conflict Islands in January 2025.
• Mini seasons for Victoria, South Australia and West Australia: P&O’s flagship Pacific Explorer will home-port in key Australian cities as it journeys around the country. The impressive schedule includes 14 round-trip cruises from Melbourne, eight cruises from Adelaide and five cruises from Fremantle. West Australian cruisers in particular can look forward to the new one-way Asia Explorer cruises to and from Singapore that call into Phuket, Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur (Port Kelang) and Lombok in March 2025.

So What’s New In Summer 2026?

• P&O Cruises are actually returning to six ports that they haven’t visited for at least 5 years in 2026… Molde, Norway • Istanbul, Turkey • La Goulette, Tunisia • Alexandria, Egypt • Bodrum, Turkey • Limassol, Cyprus
• Arvia’s Western Mediterranean itineraries have been updated, to include Civitavecchia (for tours to Rome) on no less than 5 itineraries.
• Arvia and Iona will both be offering four 7-night South Cruise Breaks to Spain & France
• Britannia will feature a stunning 21-night itinerary meaning you can visit Dubrovnik, Split and Zadar in Croatia, plus four Mediterranean islands without the need to fly!
• Britannia is also heading to Iceland, on a 14-night cruise featuring two full days in the capital, Reykjavik , and calls to Akureyri and Isafjordur.
• Azura will feature new ports Calvi (Corsica) and Toulon (France) in select itineraries, plus there’ll be even more calls to Kusadasi (for tours to Ephesus), and even overnights in Valletta (Malta).
• Adult only ship Aurora is heading to the heart of the Mediterranean on a 21-night cruise that will stay for 2 full days at Istanbul, and include a call to Tunisia.
• Fancy even longer? No worries! Aurora will also offer a 24-night cruise to the Eastern Med . The itinerary calls at Kusadsai and Bodrum in Turkey, plus Limassol (Cyprus), Alexandria (Egypt) and Tunisia!
• Arcadia (also adult only) returns to Canada & New England with a refreshed 30-night no-fly trip across the Atlantic to headline overnight ports of Quebec, Boston and New York!

• Solar Eclipse Voyages! Arcadia will be sailing to Iceland and the British Isles, calling at Isafjordur to coincide with the Eclipse, plus there’s 2 full days in Greenock (for tours to Glasgow or further to Edinburgh for the Tattoo!). Ventura will be offering a unique 14-night Atlantic Coast cruise that ports at El Ferrol for the Eclipse, plus she’ll visit stunning Madeira and Lisbon.
