Delhi – agra (2 nights).

Arrive at Delhi Airport and proceed to Agra- a city on the banks of the Yamuna River. Upon arrival visit Mehtab bagh- a beautiful garden. Overnight in Agra.

Note: Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during Festivals events Christmas and New Year. Peak season surcharges will be applicable during festivals events Diwali Christmas and New Year.

Today we visit Taj Mahal – considered to be the epitome of the Mughal, Later we visit Agra Fort – one of the UNECSO World Heritage Sites in India. Overnight in Agra.

Note: Tickets to Taj Mahal are only available via online booking no manual tickets are available at present. Taj Mahal is closed on Friday.

• Breakfast & Dinner

Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Mathura – Vrindavan – Delhi (2 Nights)

After breakfast, visit Fatehpur Sikhri and witness the glorious history of India. Later proceed to Mathura and Vrindavan to visit some famous and divine temples. Then proceed to Delhi – The capital city of India. Overnight in Delhi.

After breakfast, drive through India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House, followed by a visit to Raj Ghat, Bahai Temple, Qutub Minar and Red Fort – also known as Lal Qila was built by Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Later visit Akshardham Temple and witness the spectacular sound & light show. Overnight in Delhi.

Note: Akshardham Temple is closed on Monday & most of the sightseeing are closed in Delhi on Monday.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

The ideation of Veena World started with 35 initial team members in April 2013 before it was transformed into a Limited in May 2013.

In 2013 Kesari Tours faced a management crises in its leadership. Veena Patil who was Managing Director of the company at that time was forced to leave her position from the company due to the allegations of misuse of the company assets. She then sold her Shares from the company and was starting to set up a new firm along with the other board of directors from Kesari Tours , Sudhir Patil and Sunila Patil. [1] [2]

Under the brand name of Veena World with the motto of Travel, Explore, Celebrate, the Holding company Veena Patil Hospitality Pvt Ltd was Established on 18 June 2013. Its first sales office was opened on 18 June 2013 at Kandivali, Mumbai, which was inaugurated by Shri Raj Thackeray . [3] [4]

Veena World is owned by its holding company Veena Patil Hospitality Pvt Ltd. which is a private limited company. The head office is located in Vidyavihar, Mumbai and the sales offices are also in Prabhadevi , Borivali, Ghatkopar , Thane , Vashi , Dombivali , Vasai and Pune .

Veena Patil is the Managing Director of the company. Sudhir Patil, Sunila Patil and Neil Patil are the Directors . As of 2016, 700 employees work in the company which includes 350 Tour Managers .

Operations [ edit ]

The company started its operation on 18 June 2013, from its Kandivali office and with more than 50 preferred agents located all over India . [5] [6] Within one month after opening of its head office, most of the offices located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune Metropolitan Area commenced operations. [7]

As of 2016, Veena World has its Corporate office in Vidyavihar, 8 sales offices along with more than 150 Preferred Sales Partners across Maharashtra , Gujarat , Goa , Rajasthan , Karnataka , Madhya Pradesh , etc. Veena World also has its Forex office cum sales office at Dadar.

At a very short notice we planned our trip with Veena World to paradise – Kashmir. And yes, it was indeed awesome! The trip to Kashmir with my wife Jinal, was the best experience ever.

It was 7 days and 6 nights tour. Starting from our arrival at Srinagar, we headed towards Gulmarg exploring the nature's picturesque work, with a visit to Khilanmarg via the longest cable car. Turning up from Srinagar, the third day took us to Pahalgam which enlisted the richness of saffron fields at Pampore. The jaunting expedition to Kashmir made us visit the beautiful valleys like: Chandanwari – Lidder valley, Aru Valley which was around 15 km from Pahalgam. Then from Srinagar, we went to Chasmeshahi garden exploring Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh.

In order to conclude this amazing trip the sixth day was pretty serene. We visited Shankaracharya Temple, Island of Char Chinar and later enjoyed the Shikara ride in Dal Lake. This amazing journey at just Rs. 16, 000 per head was a fantastic deal.

From site seeing to the mouth-watering cuisines to the very convenient accommodation, everything had an enigmatic effect. In fact the tour leaders Amit and Chetan were the best. Both took out the tour really well. Above all, we had no problems throughout. There were several group games executed by them, which was a good source of entertainment.

Gifting us with this splendid experience, Veena World is certainly our travel partner for the rest of our life.

This was by the best travel group company I have ever dealth with. Been on many all over the world Veena world was prompt with any questions I had prior to trip and during trip. My trip was cut short due to covid 19. Our guide and driver were phenominal . Sagar our guide for whole trip was outstanding. Very compassionate . My 16 year old son adored him. We were on a lifetime trip to India. Sagar made this trip memoreable . Highly knowledgeable of history .Veena world took our safety as their forst priority everywhere we went. All hotels were good clean and excellent meals provided. Sagar while in Ranthaborne took us to an old fort which is not a tourist spot. It was amazing. We were saddened when we told by our govt advising to get home. Next march we will go back and using Veena world again. the whole team at Veena was amazing . Every tour was top notch and I had flexibilityi of not being herded like big bus tours do. When covid travel restrictions put in place I must admit India was pro active airports hotels sites etc.Once I arrived home was expecting the same as India but our Canada was no where near India with precautions. I left India feeling like I needed to get back asap. Veena world is all over use them for your travel Best experience form start to finish.
