À l’assaut des 34 étages de la Tour Belfius

Les Stairs for Life, ce sont 34 étages à grimper en solo ou en groupe. Rebaptisés pour cette édition 2023 en « Stairs for Love », Belfius veut en faire un événement tourné vers la diversité, où chacun trouve sa place. Les « Stairs », c’est une ascension incroyable en plein cœur de Bruxelles. Clients, fournisseurs, délégations de pompiers, personnalités, et bien entendu collaborateurs et membres de la direction de Belfius, partiront à l’assaut de la Tour Belfius. Qu’ils soient coureurs du dimanche ou sportifs aguerris, tous relèveront ce magnifique défi dans un seul but : battre le record précédent, soit 45.553 euros. Le rendez-vous est donné le 7 décembre, de 9h à 16h. 

Le Belfius Viva for Life Tour

Le Belfius Viva for Life Tour sera également au rendez-vous de cette édition 2023. Du 18 au 22 décembre, le Tour partira à la rencontre des citoyens et organisateurs de défis. Dans chaque ville participante, un chapiteau Belfius accueillera le public pour y partager le verre de l’amitié. C’est là, ainsi que dans nos agences, que vous pourrez acheter le bonnet Viva for Life. Le « must have » pour un hiver bien au chaud. Son prix : 15 euros. Notre objectif ? Atteindre les 6.000 bonnets vendus avant le 24 décembre. Pour un Noël encore plus magique.

Panic at the disco announces viva las vengeance tour.

(RALEIGH, NC) – Today, Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum band, Panic! At The Disco announced their seventh studio album, VIVA LAS VENGEANCE , due August 19 on Fueled by Ramen/DCD2 Records. The upbeat, driving, anthemic title track, out now, kicks off the new era of Panic! At The Disco. The video, directed by frequent Panic collaborator Brendan Walter (“High Hopes”), is out now. VIVA LAS VENGEANCE shows a change in process for frontman/songwriter Brendon Urie , having cut everything live to tape in Los Angeles alongside his friends and production partners, Jake Sinclair and Mike Viola.  The cinematic musical journey is about the fine line between taking advantage of your youth, seizing the day and burning out. The songs take an introspective look into his relationship with his decade plus career including growing up in Las Vegas, love, and fame.

Panic! At The Disco has also announced the  VIVA LAS VENGEANCE TOUR , their global headlining arena run kicking off September 8 in Austin, TX. The world tour will mark the band’s return to iconic venues like NYC’s Madison Square Garden, LA’s Kia Forum, London’s The O2 and more. Special guests include MARINA and Jake Wesley Rogers with Beach Bunny joining on select dates in North America.

The tour will stop at PNC Arena in Raleigh, NC on October 2, 2022. Tickets will be available to the general public starting Wednesday, June 8 at 10 a.m. local time . For tour dates and tickets, visit panicatthedisco.com .

Le Cube de Viva For Life est installé sur la place de Bertrix (vidéo)

La 10e édition de viva for life est en préparation du côté de bertrix, sur la place des 3 fers, à côté de l’église. l’impressionnant cube est déjà construit, c’est à présent au tour de la scène..

Plus que quelques jours avant le lancement de Viva for Life à Bertrix. Pour rappel, la célèbre opération de lutte contre la pauvreté infantile sera présente avec son cube de verre sur la place des 3 Fers de Bertrix du 17 au 23 décembre. Durant toute cette période, le trio d’animateurs composé de Sara De Paduwa, Ophélie Fontana et Marco Leulier assurera un total de 144 heures de direct radio durant six jours et six nuits afin de récolter un maximum de dons. Alors que l’événement ne commencera officiellement que dans une douzaine de jours, l’effervescence est déjà très présente à Bertrix. La place des 3 Fers est presque totalement fermée à la circulation afin de permettre l’installation de la structure. "Actuellement, le cube est déjà visible et c’est assez impressionnant en termes d’espace souligne le bourgmestre Mathieu Rossignol. Les équipes de techniciens sont à pied d’œuvre en matière d’éclairage LED et dans le montage de la scène. Il y aura encore le travail de câblage qui viendra par la suite". Pour ce faire, toute une série de locaux sont réquisitionnés notamment à la maison des jeunes mais également au centre culturel.

La place des 3 Fers fermée

Comme on peut l’imaginer, toute cette installation et l’événement qui en découlera impactent la quiétude du centre-ville. Sur les réseaux sociaux, certains riverains se plaignent ainsi de la disparition d’une grosse partie des parkings sur la place des 3 Fers ou encore un problème de mobilité à certains moments de la journée. Des remarques négatives qui sont, selon le bourgmestre, très peu nombreuses. "Je peux entendre et comprendre ces remarques qui émanent de certains riverains et commerçants souligne-t-il. Mais on sait également que la tenue de tels événements engendre des contraintes inévitables que nous tentons de limiter un maximum". Durant la tenue de la manifestation, Mathieu Rossignol envisage deux plans mobilité. "Si nous atteignons moins de 5 000 personnes, la circulation ne sera pas fermée aux abords de la place. Si nous dépassons ce nombre, nous serons obligés de fermer certains axes".

Le parking de la gare accessible

Contrairement à ce qui a pu être relayé il y a quelques jours, le parking de la gare reste bien accessible aux voitures. De quoi donc donner une solution de mobilité pour les automobilistes. Habitué des critiques en tout genre lors de chaque événement organisé sur la commune, Mathieu Rossignol n’en perd pas sa motivation. "Des critiques, il y en aura toujours précise-t-il. Je préfère voir le côté positif, celui d’accueillir la 10e édition du Cube de verre sur notre territoire. C’est une belle visibilité pour la commune et un bel élan de générosité pour la région" termine le bourgmestre.

Be inclusive

Being in a home office apart from colleagues can be isolating.
