The location of the hotel was excellent. The service all around by the employees was great.

For those who chose the Eiffel View Balcony room, don't just leave the hotel, stay in the room ^^ Especially for the suite. When checking in, they gave us a flower each and a teddy bear for the baby, so we could enter the hotel feeling good. I was worried when I left the restaurant where we went for breakfast because I left my child's favorite pillow there, but they found it right away and brought it to the room, so I was very grateful. 👍 Room service was also very fast, so we had a comfortable trip. If you're looking for a room with an Eiffel view, it's the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel 💕

Best service I have ever had at a hotel”

I returned yesterday from a holiday with my 80 year old mother to Paris. This hotel experience was the best I have ever experienced (and I travel extensively). From Jeff at the front desk and Louise our server, to our beautiful hostess in the gorgeous pink blouse in the Frame restaurant the service was superb. They treated my mother like a VIP. The rooms are beautiful and the location is steps away from the Eiffel tower but what made this hotel is the people. We ate at the Frame restaurant 3 times in our short time there because the service (and the food) was so amazing. I don't often write reviews but I was delighted to have an opportunity to review this hotel because it made our trip.

Location is very convenient and about 4-5mins walk to Eiffel tower. Morning breakfast was great with really nice options. Room was nice n clean with a decent view of Eiffel Tower. Don't miss out on the evening roof top bar experience on 10th Floor of the hotel which has excellent up close views of the Eiffel tower. Definitely recommend staying here !!!

All staff are very kind. so satisfaction. just one thing, I'm a little sorry that shower doesn't work. over-head-shower is not useful a little for us because shower-curtain is short, then the floar gets much water. so I score 4 stars. thanks

Nice Hotel with great location and friendly staff”

I was very happy and satisfied with the service of Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel which is they have a very friendly staff. The location of the hotel is great which is very close to Eiffel Tower and I got breakfast with Eiffel Tower view which is great. The size of the room is quite big and the hotel is clean enough. Even there was a bit trouble upon my check in and this is because a missunderstanding. The hotel didn't receive a confirmation letter. I brought a group of my clients and no special dispensation from the hotel to make the process of check in faster, so the group and I have to wait for a long time only for check in.

Technique métier et relation client :

• Réalise des préparations préliminaires
• Fabrique, dresse les plats relevant de sa partie, conformément aux fiches techniques et envoie les plats dans les bons délais et à bonne température
• Prend en compte des demandes clients particulières
• Veille à la présentation, à la qualité et à la bonne température des plats
• Peut-être amené à effectuer une partie de la production en salle devant les clients selon les évènements ou l’organisation de l’offre de restauration
• Participe si besoin à la création de nouvelles fiches techniques

Management des équipes / implication transverse

• En collaboration avec le second de cuisine, il/elle organise et contrôle le travail du reste de l’équipe
• Suit et sensibilise son équipe sur l'optimisation des coûts et la réduction des pertes de matières premières
• Est responsable du perfectionnement des commis de cuisine, des apprentis(es) et des stagiaires
• Fait preuve d’exemplarité envers le reste de l’équipe, et développe ainsi la motivation et l’adhésion de ses équipes en créant un bon climat de travail
• Soutient le chef et le second de cuisine dans la prise de décision
• Participe aux réunions & briefing organisés en cuisine
• Travaille en collaboration avec les différents services de l’hôtel
• Esprit d’équipe
• Connaissance des températures de cuisson et de refroidissement
• Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de propreté
• Application des normes de présentation du restaurant
