Day 01 Delhi to Manali (580 Km's - Approx 12 to 14 hours)

After your arrival at Delhi you will be welcomed by Himalayan Mysteries representative who will drive you to Manali. Reach Manali by evening, check in to hotel for overnight stay and relaxation. 

Day 02 Manali Local Sightseeing

Day starts with tempting breakfast and proceeds with the sightseeing at Manali. Will cover Vashisht temple, Hadimba temple, Van Vihar, Tibetan Monastery and other places. It is truly a dream destination. In evening you can explore Mall road .Eventful day ends with delicious dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03 Manali - Solang valley - Manali (16 Km's)

After having the delicious breakfast get ready for onward journey to Solang valley. Place is a paradise for adventure seekers. Indulge yourself in the activities as parachuting, paragliding, skating, horse riding and many more. Return to Manali and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 04 Manali - Manikaran - Kasol (80 Km's)

Check out from hotel post breakfast and drive to Kasol. On the way you will visit Kullu Valley, Manikaran (the holy hot Sulphur water spring) and Kasol valley. Reach Kasol by evening and check in to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05 Kasol- Malana Tosh-Kheer Ganga

After breakfast, day is scheduled for the sightseeing of Kasol Valley, Tosh and Kheer Ganga (trekking by own) . Head towards the hotel in evening and enjoy the delicious dinner and comfortable overnight stay at hotel. 

Day 06 Kasol to Delhi (580 Km's - Approx. 12-14 Hours)

Trip ends this day. After breakfast check out from hotel and you will be driven to Delhi airport or railway station for your onward journey. We sincerely hope that you enjoyed the trip to fullest.

Report at RK Ashram Metro station 7 PM Meet your trip captain there followed by overnight journey to Manali, Pitstop for dinner at Murthal in between.

Day 1: Arrival at Manali & Local  Sightseeing

However, i would suggest Enlive to change Hotel from Hilton View to some another hotel which is close to Manali Mall Road. Day 1 - Arrive at The Himalayan in Kasol

Nestled in Parvati Valley with the River Beas flowing through, Kasol is a mountain paradise like no other. Get picked up from Delhi railway station/airport and head to Kasol in a private transfer. Located about 14 hours away, Kasol is hilly hamlet inhabited by Himachalis and flocked by tourists from around the world. Upon arrival, head to The Himalayan Village located in the lap of Parvati Valley with deodar trees towering all around. Rooms here are uniquely named, after local Himachali villages. After checking in, you can set out to explore the ravishing valley and its waters, starting at the confluence of River Parvati and River Beas. Cross the bridge at Kasol and witness the coniferous forests flanking snow covered peaks as the river gushes on below. If time permits, walk on across the bridge to nearby villages like Chalal, Katagla and Rasol to explore the life of a highlander.

At night, return to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2 - Day Tour to Manikaran

Start your morning with a walk around the majestic Himalayan Village. The property was built in pure traditional & ancient Kathkunia style (dry stacking of stone & wood without cement) with mud plastered walls from within, deodar wood work, beautifully carved teak furniture, handmade silk curtains and brass fittings. You will spend the day visiting Manikaran Sahib – a holy place of worship for the Sikh community. Do cover your head when you enter the Gurudwara, tucked away between mountains and the fierce Beas. The hot springs located within the premises are known to have healing properties and devotees flock here from all over the world to take a holy dip. It is a fact that rice for the Langar (meal) is cooked in the waters of the hot springs.

Later, return to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 3 - Kasol to Manali | Private Dinner Under the Stars

On this day, you will be picked from the hotel after checking out for a transfer to Manali. This mountain abode is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage, set in the heart of the Himalayas. On your way, enjoy a stopover at the Sunder Nagar Lake or even at Pandoh Dam along the Beas River. Be marveled as you arrive at your castle in Manali! Built in Victorian Gothic Revival style and perched at an elevation of 2003 metres, The Himalayan is a Castle, set amidst apple and cherry orchards, overlooking resplendent snow capped mountain peaks and waterfalls plunging down rock faces. Check-in and spend some time at leisure.

In the evening, head out for a romantic experience. Nestled away in the glow of fairy lights and lanterns, your dinner table awaits you in a secluded spot in the orchards. Enjoy a meal cooked to perfection, under a sky full of stars with a bottle of champagne and the winds playing their symphony, for about 3 hours.

Day 4 - Manali | Solang Valley Sightseeing

Start this beautiful day with a walk around the hotel and learn from locals about the Kathkuni style architecture that is unique to the North Western Himalayas. A grid of interlocking horizontal Cedar beams is created within which either raw or dressed stone is embedded. In the absence of vertical members, this design provides elasticity against earthquakes. On this day, you will head out to explore Solang Valley where you can also opt for adventure sports like paragliding, zorbing, and skiing on a direct payment basis. Please note that all activities are subject to weather conditions.

Later return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Note: All adventure sports at Solang Valley and Snow Suits at Snow point are on a direct payment basis. If you would like to visit Rohtang Pass, then you be taken to the local taxi stand from where you can book a local taxi on a direct payment basis. Please note, the government has restricted the number of vehicles entering Rohtang on a daily basis. The visit to Rohtang will be upon direct payment booked locally at Manali, based on the availability of Permit and weather conditions.

Day 5 - Departure From Manali to Delhi (14 hours)

After a relaxing retreat in the lap of the Himalayan valleys and deodar forests, check out of the hotel and hop onto the private car, for an approximately 14 hours journey back to Delhi.

Useful Tips Before Booking

• If you intend to visit Rohtang Pass please note, the tourist vehicles are only allowed till Gulaba Checkpost. Post Checkpost local union taxi are to be hired to go till Rohtang Pass.
• Rohtang Pass is closed for visit on Tuesdays as BRO (Border Road Organization) carries out maintenance of the Rohtang road.
• In order to visit Rohtang Pass you need to obtain a permit. There are limited permits available every day (750 for local HP registered vehicles and only 250 for tourist vehicles).
• Hotels may not have free heater services available. Heaters may be arranged from the hotel at additional charges on direct payment basis, varying from Rs 400 – Rs 1000, as per hotel charges and availability. We request you to kindly check the same with the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid inconvenience during stay.
• Most of the 2 star and 3 star hotels in Himachal provide only Mattresses not Extra bed.
• In case you are booking an AC Cab, while driving in hilly areas, AC is will be kept switched off.
• Hotels in Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala and Dalhousie do not provide heater free of cost. If you require a heater in the room, that will be payable extra directly at the hotel.
• Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents.
• Driving in hilly areas which are different from normal driving, speed limit would be 30 kms per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your holiday.

You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Charges Per Person

• Prior to 30 days or more: Booking Fee.
• Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50 Percent of tour cost.
• Between 20-15 days of departure: 75 Percent of tour cost.
• 15 days to date of departure: 100 Percent.
• In case of no show: 100 Percent.

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather): We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour has not already commenced;

If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you

In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

Change Your Holiday Plan

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.

If You Have a Complaint

If you have a problem during your holiday, PLEASE INFORM THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER, (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative IMMEDIATELY who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.

Terms & Conditions

• Per person prices are quoted on twin-share basis (2 persons sharing a room).
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.
• The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• The price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc. Any meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per ferry operation schedules.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock/Neil, time permitting.
• Guests who have pre-booked Scuba or Sea walk shall be provided the activity in Havelock as per time slot availability.
• Snorkelling is a complementary activity and in case this is missed due to any reason, there would be no refund/compensation for the same.
• It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea walk, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues.
• EWSH reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
• Foreign Nationals need to clear immigration at Port Blair, where they are issued with a RAP (Restricted Area Permit) free of cost. This permit is to be carried by the foreign national at all times and would be required at the time of check-in at the hotel, during security checks before boarding vessels, landing on every island etc. It is mandatory to carry valid original passport and visa in order to obtain the RAP. Photocopies/scan copies are not accepted.
• In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise are not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, EWS Holidays shall make the best possible alternate arrangements. However, EWS Holidays will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
• If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.
• Service Tax shall be applicable over and above the mentioned prices.

Day 1 Delhi pick up to Manali (536 km/ 13 hours) Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Manali. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After getting your body relaxed, have a delicious dinner awaits. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.

The next refreshing morning in Manali welcomes you. After getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now it's time to visit half day local sightseeing in Manali. You will be visiting Hadimba Devi Temple which is located in the lap of snow-clad hills dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of Bhima and the mother of Ghatothkach. It is a wooden temple. Then you will be visiting Vashisht Village and Temple which is located in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh, You will also be visiting Vashisht Hot Water Springs this hot spring is having the ability to cure skin diseases it is having various medicinal properties. This is the last morning in Manali. After getting your breakfast in the hotel/camp itself. Now since it's the last day of your journey so you will be checking out of the hotel/camp. After this, you will be transferred toward Kasol. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel/camp. After checking in to the hotel/camp, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After that have a delicious dinner. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel/camp only.

The next morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be trekking for 5 km towards Malana, here you can visit several sacred temples and waterfalls. Also, you can interact with some local people and get to learn about their culture and lifestyle. After visiting, return back to the hotel/camp and have some leisure time there. After that, discover the nearby market area and visit the holy Manikaran Gurudwara. Here you can enjoy the filling Langar and also take a dip in the holy water of Sarovar. How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

• Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

• The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
• The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).

No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.

Important things to remember for Manali Kasol Tosh Tour

• The trip will start only after the payment of the full amount. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.
• Jogini Waterfall is accessible after doing a Trek for half an hour. The driver will drop you at the starting point.
• To reach your homestay/hotel in Tosh you have to do a small trek of 20 to 30 minutes.
• Tosh is a small and beautiful village in a remote location. Don’t compare its hospitality and services with other hotels in the main tourist locations.
• In some cases, the vehicle may drop you at Barshaini which is 2 km before Tosh. You have to make arrangements on your own to reach Tosh. 
• In winters, if Tosh is not accessible. We may shift your last night’s stay from Tosh to Kasol.

In an exceptional case, if the mentioned hotel is not available, we may shift you to another similar hotel.

• Check-in/check-out time at all the properties will be at 1200 hrs (Noon). Some properties may not allow early check-In.
• Buffet Service will be available from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
• You will get hot water in showers for a few hours in the morning. Kindly ask the receptionist about the timings in advance.
• Room heaters are available at the hotel for an extra cost.
• Triple Sharing does not necessarily mean Three Separate Beds. It can have one double bed and one rollaway bed. 
• The vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary, any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
• No refund or compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
• Visits to museums/parks/monasteries/forts in the tour are subject to their opening on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
• We will not bear any cost for flights canceled or delayed due to any reason.
• There will be no compensation if you are delayed due to roadblocks, natural calamities, or personal reasons. The alternate accommodation cost due to the same should be borne by you.
• No changes in the date of the tour once booked. However, you can postpone the tour if it gets canceled due to circumstances like natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, riots, or war.
• Rates are subjected to change until you haven’t paid the full amount.
• Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
• All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly at the time of checkout.
• Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
• You are advised to take insurance before starting the tour.

Cancellation Charges

In case of unforeseen events or government restrictions, the tour may be cancelled and in such cases, you can reschedule your dates. However, no refund will be provided in any condition.

• 30 days or more: 90% of the total Package Cost is refundable
• 21-30 days: 75% of total Package Cost is refundable
• 11-20 days: 50% of the total Package Cost is refundable
• Less than 10 days: No refund
• The booking amount (30% of the package amount) is non-refundable. However, you can adjust this amount with any other tour, trek or activity offered by Uncia post-booking date.

About Manali Kasol Tosh Package

Manali is a high altitude based town in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. The place is so beautiful because of which many have stayed back for months and even years. If you are someone who loves adventure sports like trekking, skiing, rafting and camping but at the same time loves peace then this place is definitely for you!  

You can reach Manali via train, air or bus. 

Road- The distance one will have to cover is 550kms, which might take up to 12-13hrs. Buses are the most popular mode of transport as it is comfortable and driven by the most experienced drivers out there. (1200/- to 1500/-) Air- Manali is connected to Delhi by air. The frequency of the flights are less and the only airline that operates is Air India that lands in Kullu-Manali once a day from Delhi. Rails- You need to travel from Delhi to Chandigarh, most preferably by train and from there you could book a cab to travel the remaining distance which is 250kms. Once you have reached the centre, that’s Manali, you can easily travel to Tosh or Kasol.  75kms – Distance from Manali to Kasol. 96.6 km- Distance from Manali to Tosh. (3hrs travel time)

There is no specific “best time” to visit these magical places. If you love snow, winters are your time! If you love warm weather then summer is your season. Winters- (October- February) The temperature drops below 0-degree celsius. Because of such a drop in temperature, people witness snowfall. Snowfall attracts a lot of tourists from all over the world for popular activities like skiing and trekking towards Rohtang pass, Gulaba and Marhi. The best part about winter is that it is known to be an ‘off-season’ for Himachal tourism so accommodation is quite easily available at affordable prices.

Summers- (March to June )

Summers are the busiest and attract the most tourists from all over the place. It is mainly because of its comfortable climate that is 10-degree Celsius to 25-degree celsius.  All the adventure sports like rafting, paragliding, trekking and camping are very active because of the supportive climate that mother nature provides. If you plan to come here, you better start booking now or months before because of the demands it’s tough to get accommodation at the last moment. 

Monsoons- (July – September ) It is a season that is not high in demand but clever travellers choose this season because of the less crowd and more abundance in everything. Also, the popular festival known as Haryali does turn heads because of its popular practices amongst the locals. Seven different types of seeds are sown before the festival, close to the household deities. The showers are then welcomed with some traditional dancing and singing performances. This festival is also celebrated with great enthusiasm by local farmers. When it comes to adventure activities, river rafting is popular as the monsoons flourish the river at the level that is perfectly needed by the rafters. Do note that one should book these kinds of activities from an agency that conduct them with all kinds of safety procedures. 

Now, let’s look into the places to visit in Manali, Kasol and Tosh

Solang Valley Solang valley is one of the most scenic places, Solang Nala is a 30-minute ride from Manali. It is a place for adventure and sports lovers and while here, you can try your skiing depending on which season you visit. During the summers, people come here for paragliding and experience fallen snow as in the lower areas all the snow is already melted. You can also hop onto a cable car to experience the Himalayas from the top view.

If you want to visit a more antiquated part of town, then you should wander the streets of Old Manali and cover the authentic side of Manali’s slow living. Manali was a slow and sleepy pilgrimage town before the backpackers arrived in droves. The bridge over the Manaslu River separates Old Manali from the main town and is an iconic image in itself. 

Rohtang Clubhouse has amazing huge mountains. Mountain biking is hugely practised here because of the scenic roads. It is placed 4000m above sea level, this high mountain pass on the Pir Panjal Range will make you fall in love with Clubhouses. 

Dhungri Van Vihar

Van Vihar is famous for its Deodar trees and a man-made lake.  While these beautiful trees provide the fresh air needed to rejuvenate and be at peace, the lake is a beauty to behold and get lost in. There are boats as well that let you travel through the Deodar forest and witness the charm of life. It is about 30 Rs. For 15 minutes of a boat ride.   

Van Vihar holds a unique charm, it is the perfect destination for couples trying to find some peace and love in the middle of a crowd. With the sun sunset in the backdrop, the lake and the trees take up a whole new mystical look that is hard to forget in this lifetime. Manikaran If you are someone who loves adventure and thrill then reaching this temple will give you a rush. Reaching this amazing place will make you travel through narrow roads! 

The structure is created in a Pagoda style, it is situated in a Beas river valley in the Kullu district. Entering this space will give you a sense of calmness and awaken your spiritual side.

Jogini Waterfall Trek lovers should be smiling right now, as Jogini Waterfalls is the perfect place to trek towards. It gives you a scenic view with pure water coming from the falls. The waterfall is around a 3 Kms trek from Vashisht.   Vashisht Temple Vashisht Temple should be on your bucket list as it is up to 4000 years old. There are old temples dedicated to the Saga Vashist and Lord Rama. After you explore these places, in the evening visit “Mall Road” and return to the hotel, have dinner. Day-03: Manali — Solang Valley — Atal Tunnel- (Personal Cab)

The morning after breakfast, the tourists can proceed from their hotel to the - “Solang Valley”. Day-04: Manali — Kullu — Kasol- Manikaran- (Personal Cab)

Things To Carry:

• Day backpack (20 – 30 Ltrs):  When you are on a local sightseeing tour, you are required to carry only a few necessary items and for that, you need a day backpack as you will leave your bigger one at your designated stay. 
• Floaters or Sandals:  When you are spending your day at leisure, a good pair of sandals and floaters will help you to move freely.
• 1 Down Jacket / Main Jacket:  It’s emphasized that you need to carry proper layers so you can avoid getting cold which is why you need to carry an insulated jacket that you can put on over your other clothes.
• 1 Pair of Thermal:  Thermal is a piece of garment that helps in keeping your body warm in cold temperatures. It is a necessary item that you need when traveling to cold regions.
• Outdoor Shoes:  A comfortable shoe is required when traveling outdoors, especially in the mountains. They shouldn’t be chunky, instead, they should be lightweight and sturdy.
• 3 Quick Dry Tees:  You must keep at least three pairs of quick dry tees so that you can wash them in between stops for proper hygiene. 
• 3 Pair of Cotton Socks:  Cotton socks are extremely comfortable to move around in and are lightweight as well which is why you can always count on a good pair of cotton socks while traveling. However, keep in mind to change them and avoid wearing them if they are moist.
• 1 Pair of Woolen Socks:  A good pair of woolen socks, especially merino, are comfortable, limit odors and provide adequate insulation from the cold so you can wear them at night.

• Bag for all your Toiletries:  A bag with all your essentials including napkins, toothpaste, sanitizers, paper soap, etc should be carried in a ziplock bag. 
• Personal Basic Medical Kit:  Carrying a medical kit with bandages, Dettol, and medication for headaches, nausea, etc is necessary.
• Sunglasses / People who use spectacles (Use Photochromic glasses instead of contact lenses) : Photochromatic glasses are specs that are designed to transform into anti-glare shades depending upon exposure to the sun. They are good when it comes to eye protection but one can also opt for clip-on glasses etc.
• Mobile charger / Power bank:  Although you'll get electricity at most places, it is always advisable to carry a charged power bank in case of emergencies.
• Documents : Identification proofs like Aadhar Card, and driver's License.
• Extra Polythene:  In case your clothes get wet or your garments don’t dry, you can carry them in polythene. However, make sure that all the plastic that you are carrying into the woods leaves with you. Don’t litter.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip's start date, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the trip's start date, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.
• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
• No show No Refund.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If we cancel the TRIP, only the TRIP AMOUNT will be refunded.

Trekhievers Policy:

• A complete schedule of the trek will be given to the registered participants 12 Hours prior on WhatsApp.
• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case of any unavoidable circumstance.
• The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.
