Post Malone announces 2023 UK and Ireland dates

The concerts come as part of the star's European 'Twelve Carat Tour'

Post Malone has announced a string of UK and Ireland shows for this spring – tickets will be available here .

The rapper/singer is due to play two dates at The O2 in London (May 4, 6) before heading to Dublin (9), Glasgow (13) Birmingham (14) and Manchester (16) as part of the European leg of his ‘Twelve Carat Tour’. Support will come from Rae Sremmurd .

Concerts have also been confirmed for Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Antwerp, Zurich, Cologne and Amsterdam.

Tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time this Friday (March 3) – you’ll be able to purchase yours here . Pre-sales are set to go live at the same time tomorrow (March 1).

Malone recently wrapped up the Australia/New Zealand leg of his ‘Twelve Carat Tour’ following a run of shows in North America late last year .

Malone released his fourth and most recent studio album, ‘Twelve Carat Toothache’ , in June 2022. In a four-star review, NME described the project as “another step up for Post Malone”.

Post Malone is the latest big name act to announce a Dublin gig for later this year

Nine-time Grammy nominated rapper Post Malone is returning to Dublin, touring his latest album Twelve Carat Toothache.

In a nutshell

Post Malone is extending his Twelve Carat Tour to include a number of European dates and has announced he will be playing Dublin's 3Arena on May 9.

Malone will be supported by rap duo Rae Sremmurd - best known for their songs This Could Be Us and Black Beatles - as he tours his fourth studio album which features tracks such as I Like You ( A Happier Song) and One Right Now.

Tickets for the 3Arena gig are priced from €59.90 including booking fees will be available starting with local presales from Wednesday (1 March) at 12pm. The general onsale for Twelve Carat Tour will start Friday (3 March) at 12pm on Ticketmaster.ie

Malone rose to stardom with the release of his 2016 album Stoney which features fan favourites such as Congratulations and I Fall Apart and he was propelled even further upon the release of his single‘Rockstar, which features Atlanta rapper 21 Savage.

He played the Longitude festival in Marlay Park in 2018, before returning to the Emerald Isle for his first European tour in 2019 playing in the 3Arena.

More Dublin gigs announced

Post Malone isn't the only big name rapper who has announced a gig in Dublin for later this year.

Hip Hop icons Wu-Tang Clan and Nas have announced the 2023 co-headline run of their N.Y. State of Mind Tour, which will be hitting multiple continents this year.

Produced by Live Nation, the 32-date global tour kicks off on Tuesday 9 May in Auckland, New Zealand at Spark Arena, with additional stops across New Zealand, Australia, North America and Europe, with an Irish date in Dublin’s 3Arena on 9 June 2023.

Tickets priced from €69.50 including booking fee for Dublin’s 3Arena go on sale this Friday March 3 at 9am from ticketmaster.ie .

Post Malone Dublin-bound this summer

POST Malone has announced a Dublin date as part of the long awaited European leg for his Twelve Carat Tour with special guest Rae Sremmurd.

The 13-date run kicks off on April 22 in Oslo, making stops in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Antwerp, Zurich, Cologne, London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and Amsterdam in the run up to his show at Dublin's 3Arena on May 9.

Last year saw the New York-born, Texas-bred music star touring the US and Canada in support of his fourth full-length album, Twelve Carat Toothache.

Priced from €59.90 including booking fees, tickets for the 3Arena date will be available starting with local pre-sales from Wednesday March 1 at 12pm before general sales start on Friday March 3 at 12pm on  Ticketmaster.ie . Post Malone will play a second night at Dublin's 3Arena as part of his upcoming Twelve Carat Tour.

The US rapper will now also perform on Wednesday, May 10th in addition to the previously announced gig on May 9th.

The tour mark's the Grammy winner's first return to Ireland since his sold-out performance at the RDS in 2019.

The 27-year-old will be joined in Dublin by US duo Rae Sremmurd.

Tickets for both dates will go on sale this Friday, March 3rd at 12pm via Ticketmaster, with prices starting at €59.50.

Post will bring his elaborate production setup of incredible lighting effects, pyro and multi-platform stages seen on his North America run to cities across Europe.

2022 saw Post embark on a 38-city trek across the U.S. and Canada, as an exhilarating celebration of Post Malone’s recently released, critically-acclaimed, fourth full-length album, Twelve Carat Toothache [Mercury Records/Republic Records]. With support from Roddy Ricch on select dates, each night’s packed setlist featured hits like “Reputation”, “I Like You (A Happier Song)”, and “Cooped Up” from the new album as well as fan-favourites like “Rockstar”, “Congratulations”, and “Better Now”. Each song featured a delicate precision of visual and auditory senses being triggered simultaneously through each unique production element.

Post Malone UK and Ireland dates for Twelve Carat 2023 tour including Manchester gig

Post Malone will stop off in Manchester this May as part of his Twelve Carat Tour

Post Malone has announced a number of UK and Ireland shows as part of the European leg of his Twelve Carat tour - including a stop off in Manchester.

The American rapper and singer will play two dates at The 02 in London before heading to Dublin, Glasgow, Birmingham and finally Manchester on Tuesday, May 16, along with with special guest Rae Sremmurd. Gigs have also been confirmed for European cities including Stockholm, Oslo, Antwerp, Zurich, Cologne and Amsterdam.

Tickets for the tour go on general sale at 12pm on Friday, March 3, while pre-sales are scheduled to go live at 12pm on Wednesday, March 1. The Grammy award-nominated singer recently finished the Australia and New Zealand leg of the Twelve Carat Tour, following a string of shows in North America last year.

As expected, Post Malone will bring his elaborate production setup featuring incredible lighting effects, pyro and multi-platform stages seen on his North American run to cities across Europe this May.

Post Malone is promising a lot to fans on his upcoming 24-concert ‘If Ya’ll Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour.’

The 27-year-old rapper and new dad took to Instagram to share that the latest iteration of his stage show will include, “cool new production, new songs, and a very handsome man up on stage.”

Now that sounds like a can’t-miss tour .

And while the Syracuse native isn’t currently scheduled to perform in NYC this time, Northeast “Skrimps” can head north to find the “rockstar” at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in Darien Center, NY on July 17 and then south to Camden, NJ’s Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on July 25 midway through the nationwide trek.

As noted earlier, Post Malone will be releasing a new album in tandem with the tour.

“Austin” — likely a nod to Malone’s given name Austin Richard Post — is set for release 20 days after the tour officially kicks off on July 8.

In the meantime, fans can listen to the lead single “Mourning” which comes out Friday, May 19.

About the record, Posty had a lot to say.

Now, it looks like our prayers have been answered! Malone has confirmed much-awaited UK and Ireland dates for his Twelve Carat Tour, and pre-sale tickets are on sale right now.

Malone promises to bring his elaborate production set-up that we’ve seen across America and Canada, so expect pyrotechnics, lighting effects and multi-platform stages. The 27-year-old will also be bringing along American hip hop duo Rae Sremmurd for the ride.

Known worldwide for his variegated vocals, Malone has refused to be pigeon-holed into one genre. He blends hip hop, pop, R&B and trap in his music, and he must do it well — he’s received nine Grammy nominations!

Malone first shot to our attention in 2015 when he released a music video for his song White Iverson — the single received praise from rappers Mac Miller and Wiz Khalifa. From there, the American artist released his debut album Stoney which set the record for the most weeks — 77 — on the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. This album contained the Diamond-selling song Congratulations.

Post Malone announced his intention to move from hip-hop and pop to country some time ago—a shift that some have questioned. The chart-topper has only released a few tunes in the genre, but already he’s racking up hits in the field—including a new one this week.

“I’m Gonna Miss Her” debuts at No. 45 on this week’s Hot Country Songs chart. While that’s fairly low on the 50-spot tally, Malone actually claims the only new entrant on the ranking of the most-consumed country tracks in America this time around.

Malone earns his third career appearance on the Hot Country Songs chart this week. His latest does mark his lowest-charting so far, but these are still early days for the singer-songwriter when it comes to this new sonic chapter.

In 2023, Malone reached the Hot Country Songs chart for the first time as a featured artist. He joined the late Joe Diffie on a reworked take on the beloved musician’s “Pickup Man,” which spent one frame at No. 34.

Malone scored a big hit on the most competitive ranking of the biggest country tracks in the country just a month ago. He joined Beyoncé on her tune “Levi’s Jeans,” which was featured on her first country album, Cowboy Carter . The track peaked at No. 5 and has spent a month on the roster.

“I’m Gonna Miss Her” is a cover of Brad Paisley’s single of the same name. His version, which is titled “I'm Gonna Miss Her (The Fishing Song),” is one of that star’s 18 No. 1s on the Hot Country Songs tally. It peaked atop the ranking back in July of 2002.

Malone’s first proper country single as a lead artist is expected to arrive this Friday (May 10). “I Had Some Help” is a collaboration between the fledgling country musician and genre ruler Morgan Wallen. It may serve as the first taste of Malone’s forthcoming first country album, though so far, details about the in-process project are scarce.

As he arrives on the Hot Country Songs chart, Malone also claims the No. 1 single in America. He joined Taylor Swift on her latest smash “Fortnight,” which debuted atop the Hot 100 last frame. The tune holds in first place for a second stint this time around.
