ORB 72" Wide Long Travel Kit

If you are looking to add width, strength, stability, looks and significantly improve the ride quality of your RZR, this is the kit you need! This long travel kit from Offroad Beast will add 8" of overall width to your machine, giving you a 72" wide stance. (the same width as the Turbo S)

The ORB trailing arms add a ton of clearance, making them much less likely to get hung up on obstacles or rocks. The high clearance a-arms from ORB also help you get over large obstacles without hitting an arm.

How adjustable is this long travel kit?

How adjustable is this Offroad Beast RZR long travel kit? Extremely! This long travel kit from Offroad Beast offers a huge amount of adjustability you can be sure that you will be able to dial this suspension kit in to match your riding style.

The billet radius rods have adjustable heim joints on the ends.

The high clearance front a-arms have camber adjustment on the lower ball joint mount.

The super strong tie rods have adjustable joints on each end.

The rear trailing arms have an adjustable heim joint at the frame connection.

We have done quite a bit of testing (beating) on this kit and it has performed flawlessly. 

How difficult is the install on this ORB Long Travel Kit?

Installing this long travel kit from ORB is surprisingly easy! Just remove your factory suspension and bolt this long travel kit on. It is also very adjustable. The radius rods, trailing arms, lower a-arms and tie rods all have the ability to be adjusted to give you the exact alignment you are looking for. 

We have done quite a bit of testing (beating) on this ORB kit and it has performed flawlessly.

The alloy used to manufacture the Duner kit is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 Series chromoly. The material endures several processes and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. Every external weld is an internal plate structured into the design. While the cost-effective approach is to run tube ends for ball joints , all HCR kits run a 4130 heat treated billet end allowing all internal and external plating to be attached to this billet eliminating a potential weak point. 2015 900 S Highlifter Lift Kit installed

Installed the front portion of the kit tonight. Not hard at all. Added preload to the front springs as well. They are now set at 8.5" So far i can tell a great difference in the ground clearance! Im at 16.5" from the ground to the bottom of the lower A-Arm mount.

The front is 16.5" of clearance, and the rear is 15" of clearance. Ive been working 16hr shifts so ill get a pic when i can...

No bind actually. Aaron Jones on here has the same lift, with his springs cranked all the way down. Mine are only partially cranked down. He also has 31" outlaws. Heres his

Its advertised as a 2-5" kit. I believe they get the 2-5 from being able to adjust your springs.

You will have to max your springs and I'm still not sure it's 5" but maybe close. Yes just the lift is about 2"

Sorry guys! Haha. Here's the rear. Bracket lift with 1" cranked down on each spring  

Here's the front! I'm happy with it. However, I've noticed some rear CV clicking every once in a while, so I'm going to take off some cranks from the springs.  

I have a 2015 rzr s an I will be doing the same.  

Do you hear any rear end popping when going down hill?  

Haven't heard any popping yet. I just got back from a big mud park and it did really good. No broken axles yet but I have a feeling it won't be long
